LOFT: what do users think?
Patsy Clark Real Estate (#PatsySellingSunsetLake): Loft on the interior is well organized, has a knowledgeable and helpful staff, and beautiful designs in vibrant colors. Love this place
ruth Dyer: Staff were excellent. Masks were observed. I will return. One of my favorite store.
100% recomendable!!
Bev Gelety: Great clothing selection!
Mitzie Garland: Great customer service
Lisa hayes: Bath and Body works ..... My Favorite store... #ILoveit... plus a little colonge for my son
Natalie McCauley: cute clothes!
Lynnywink W: Great clothes good for work clothes
Teddy Mullaney: Really nice store, and the Salesgirls are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had to Christmas shop and I'm really grateful for the help they offered me. Lexi and Jessica are my favorite Salesgirls anywhere! They're deeply talented at what they do. Ashley the manager has a great way of running the store! The clothing is high quality and the Salesgirls know how to make a shopper comfortable. Great store!
minecraft with ashlyn: Good service and nice clothes.
Zac Winton: Had a sale for 40% off and couldn't find something in my girlfriend's size so we were able to order the right size still on the sale price with free shipping.
Rachel Johns: The store has a decent selection but I was offended when I purchased clothing for work and decided to return it the next day, after finding something more suitable at Ann Taylor and Gap, because I was asked for my driver license during the return transaction. Not only did I pay with a debit card, I used the same pin for both transactions and they didn’t ask me for my id when I made the original purchase. Weird. Also, I had the original receipt and went straight to the counter as soon as entering the store. The purchase was only like $120 🤷🏾‍♀️
Sonely Virasone: It's okay for people who's into this style.
David Hall: This is a pretty decent mall. Way better than Triangle Towne Center. They have way more stores and awesome restaurants inside the mall as well.
Tracey Gardner: Looking forward to fall collection
Erica Reid: I love this place!!!
Nancy Love: Very busy but the girls were very helpful!
Andrea Polik: Clothes for grown-ups, good quality, and below the 100usd/item price range. Good sale prices from time to time. Petite shop, plus size shop besides regular LOFT merch, although the curse of vanity sizing affects them too. (Read: when XXSP or 00P is too large on a person 5'4" 106 lbs, then what is Tara Lipinski's size? Whom are we kidding here? Just asking.) Wide selection from office wear to lounge, I especially like the dresses. Nice accessories.
Erin Lesko: Clean store, friendly staff. Now has plus sizes, so I will be here more often.
Patsy Tomlinson: Wonderful place to shop. Lady that helped me was awesome!!!!
michele Olivier: Nice friendly staff. Great selection to choose from

Once Upon A Child: what do users think?
Ashee Mo: So I been going here on and off for a while now. But, everytime I take my neat , clean, washed and iron clothes. They always give me back and hardly take anything. The older lady in the front who wear glasses was rude and didn’t even reply to my question when I asked her that how come she didn’t take any clothes. She totally ignored me Majority of the outfits were branded. Never again I will go here if they have overload of work then DONT EXCEPT CLOTHES! And If you do then be respectful. You make me wait 30-40 min and then not taking anything is definitely not right and worth the time!
Merrily: I brought all my freshly laundered, folded clothing, waited an hour and an half and the majority was denied. None of them were stained/riped/ overly worn so when I inquired as to why -in general- clothes were not anccepted- the front desk woman said one of the reasons is they don’t take wrinkled clothing. Hard to have clothes inside a bin unwrinkled…also I don’t think they even bothered to look all the way into the box because when I returned home to refold the clothes the second half looked untouched and clothes that were brand new with tags still on hadn’t been selected. What an absolute waste of time.
Vivian Cash: Edited review: My original review was from 9 months ago. Since they are under new ownership now and responded to my previous review, I would love to give it another chance since I enjoyed shopping there before. I stopped after my last experience. Look forward to visiting under the new ownership. I appreciate the effort to already improve customer service so I changed the review rating :)I never write negative reviews but I have to on this one. I read the reviews before I came but decided to go take some of my super nice children’s clothes to sell. Took a full plastic tote that was clean and folded neatly, like they said they wanted. Even included a few pair of brand new baby shoes. Got there before they opened and after 2.5 hours I get a text that they are done. They rejected everything. Employees/cashiers were nice and I know they were just relaying the message from whoever made the decision. That’s the only nice thing I can say. Apparently my laundry detergent didn’t smell good enough for them. This was a complete waste of the one day I have off as a working mother. I’m only posting this to warn others so they don’t waste their time like I did. I liked shopping here but I will never go back. I can agree with the low rating for sure.
Brittany Williams: I have NEVER been more disappointed than I was today. I walked in with high hopes that it would be a great day to bring items in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady who was typing items in.her customers service was so welcoming and friendly, I wish I would have got her name but sadly her warm and welcoming service was over shadowed by the young lady who’s name I did get (Linsey) who was extremely rude and attitude was beyond unacceptable with the facial expressions to match! At the time she was complaining about a buy that was not mine right in front of the customer who brought the items in. Stating how “it’s all taped together, what am I supposed to do with this” “now I’ going to have to stand here and untape everything” minding you all this was said aggressively and very loud. Not even 3mins later she walks back up saying she not taken any of it because of the tape “they need to take it all back!” I also didn’t know about the 3 bins a day rule which at the time I had brought in 3 and had one more left when the nice young lady let me know the rule. But before she could finish Linsey rudely said “that’s 3” Which as a former ONCE UPON CHILD EMPLOYEE/ KEYHOLDER at a different location I definitely understand but it was the way it was presented and the attitude behind it. Once I heard all of that I knew my things wouldn’t be looked at in the proper manner but still with high hopes I signed paperwork and left! I came back picked up my items and was shocked when I saw things that may have been wore once back inside my bins I was very disappointed! My honest opinion she’s didn’t thoroughly go through the items! There are a few employees that are amazing with excellent customer service but it’s employees such as Linsey that would make me not want to visit this location when she is looking at items or working a register. I’m sure she has potential but her attitude is concerning! Thank you for your time!
Carin Scheetz: Wouldn’t let my 5 year old use the bathroom even though she was crying. Sent us on a wild goose chase for a toilet - dollar tree didn’t have a light in their bathroom and it was disgusting. Also - the clothing quality here can very sketchy and the clothing with pilling is way over priced.Won’t go back to this location.
Therese Mowrer: Fast and easy service, will return to sell more items.
Ash Cole: Went to store to sell clothes on a Monday only to be told they now only buy on Tuesday and Thursday. I was a little annoyed but easily agreed to come back the next day with the same bin I had at that time. (I spent a decent amount of time talking to the manager about their low staff and even filled out an application) there was ample time for them to tell me I needed to change anything before coming back.. the next day when I came back, they told me my bin was too big and needed to be sorted through which I have already done. I vocalized this to still be turned away by the rudest owner I have ever met. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK, DONT. Close the store and stop wasting people's time.
Brooke Flood: Love this store!!
matthew bailey: I'm only giving a one star because there is no option for 0 stars. This place is horrible. The clothes are stained and smell funny. We did purchase a toy. However they left the batteries in it and when we got home and opened it the toy didn't work due to the batteries corroding. We tried to return it and the staff was completely rude. Stay away from this place it is bad business.
Tia: So I went in and they told me they couldn’t service me because my bin was too big. Mind you this is the only container I had to hold this small amount of clothes because they don’t accept clothes in bags; but they wouldn’t have known that without seeing it but only went off the fact that the bin was too big to fit on the counter. You only get 1 star because no estar isn’t an option
Mirella Hernandez: the store is closed....out of business
Alberta Anthony: I don’t typically write reviews but this is the third time coming there and receiving bad customer service. First off no one ever looks like they want to be there or actually be of help. I went in today with freshly washed clothes folded in a basket some worn, some never worn. After about 2 hours I came back and maybe 1 or 2 of my items were bought. When I asked what exactly made them turn away my whole bin of clothes, she went on to say the clothes have to be freshly worn. So I pointed out a few items in the store that were way more worn that anything I had in the basket. The lady then told me she didn’t have time to go through the basket if it was all going to be worn items. So I pulled a pair of new shorts from the top of the pile and asked about it and she let me know she didn’t even bother to go through the bin and that I should further sort through the bin because she doesn’t have time. Im confused as to what exactly the job is if not to sort through clothes. The lack of customer service, business etiquette, and compassion at this store really puts a bad name on the franchise. Of course the service is convenient but I shouldn’t be forced to take bad attitudes with the service.
chad clark: Was turned away for having too many clothes for them to look through. But isn't that the point of the store? Weather its 100 items from 1 person or 50 items each from two people its the same amount of items. Also being told it'll take multiple hours to get through your items but you have to be back to the store with in minutes of being notified they are finished seems ridiculous as well.
Amir A.: If it can be no stars I would. Do not take your close to them. They robbed my wife who barley speaks English of 3 huge boxes of cloths. The employees extremely rude, the owner extremely rude.My wife dropped off the cloth and was told 3 days for a quote. She gave them her number 3 times to make sure it’s correct but they claim they have the wrong numberThey took our kids cloth and claimed it was donated but we have pictures of them hanging up for sale inside the store.I asked for a copy of the so called signed document, they would not provide it to us because she didn’t sign anything. They have done this multiple times to people read their reviewsDon’t give them your business horrible peopleWe did not sign anything, i asked you to provide that document you are stating but you and 2 (managers) refused. Also you are stating you kept my items for 4 days? We dropped the items off on Thursday and came in on Sunday but was told that they are gone. What happened to the 4 days?
Eakta khanna: This was my first time with the ‘Once Upon a Child’ Raleigh location. I won't lie I was a bit skeptical looking at the negative reviews... I'm sorry for all the negative reviews here but for me, it was the smoothest process ever! I did call ahead to make sure how they want the clothes to be etc. I did sort them and put everything in the plastic bin, dropped, and within 2 hrs or so I was called to collect my bin and returned clothing items... All in all, I had a great experience, oh the staff was polite as well!
Maritza Quiles: Updated review: just stop selling your stuff here and buying. I'm over the problems with this store it's been several times in the past few months back to back problems everytime I go it's worse and worse clothes are janky, no one has the same taste and a lot of it is just not up to PAR. When I sell my stuff I pretty much get low ball things to be maybe up to 60$ but lately I haven't even been getting that I gave in the past and i know my items are up to PAR. Get on the same level I don't even know how this store is open and I've been coming here for the past two years horrible ! I spend at least anywhere to $50-$200 everytime I come at the end of the day it's not about the money it's the quality I want the items to be in.Old:Most organized and not overwhelming ! i've been to several stores in different states that i've lived in and everytime I look around makes me not want to touch anything nor do i ever leave with anything. This one i spent over $100 and left with clothes for both my kids and a few extra items. I will be back !!!
Taylor Sullivan: Absolutely one of the worst businesses in Raleigh. We sold totes of things to this place with no issue. We went back up a few weeks later on a Wednesday only to be told they ''no longer buy on Wednesday's due to staffing issues." We live over an hour from here so that was a wasted trip. Decided to go back and give it one more try and they said all clothes need to be freshly laundered, so they wouldn't buy anything from us. It was the exact same as the bins from the previous time they purchased. Awful management and awful customer service. I will NEVER go back here, but I'm sure that makes them happy so they don't have to deal with a customer!
Fuller Family: WILL NEVER RETURN; DANICA (SP?) THREW A TOTE AT ME IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN.Came into the store on 10/14/22 to browse for daycare clothes. Store associate, Danica who looked like she was cracked out, rudely asked me to move so she could put clothes away at the rack I was already thumbing through. I obliged, stepped aside, and when she returned to get more clothes from her tote I returned to where I was previously shopping. She dramatically stormed off and muttered to another coworker that she would “just have to do her job later”… “because THEY’RE in the WAY” motioning to me and my children. I politely asked if there was an issue with me looking at clothes today, because I’d be happy to return later if there was an issue. My husband then came around the corner also asking what the issue was except he approached the counter whereas I was still shopping in the aisle. The staff immediately started yelling to get out, as if we had instigated the situation. I dropped the clothes I had in the middle of the aisle and walked out, turning to another shopper to apologize for what had transpired in front of her child as well; it was unacceptable. As I turned back around the store associate picked the tote up and threw it at me but caught it before it hit me and told me I was lucky she was on the clock, insinuating she was going to fight me. I continued out the door and called corporate; they explained each store is independently owned but they would reach out to the owner. I asked for the owner to PLEASE give me a call. As of 10/25/22 she has still not called me and doesn’t seem to have an issue with her employees treating customers this way.
Natalie Szafarz: Super Rude staff. First time there and knew nothing about the process. Asked questions regarding the process, timeline of processing typically, and lady “couldn’t tell me anything”. They seem extremely overwhelmed and stressed. Principle is everything and I would honestly rather donate my things than make a whole $10 and be made to feel like I’m an inconvenience for this business. Shame. After leaving I read the previous reviews and some of the owner’s responses. Seems as though there is zero accountability and a whole host of excuses…something from the owner eluding to being aware of the “staffing issue” and that nothing can be done about it until society stops getting checks from the government and refusing to have work ethic. Super Professional! Here’s an idea…why don’t you as a business owner get behind the counter and set the tone…oh wait..you seem to be doing that according to the responses in these reviews. I don’t anticipate this business to be around much longer.
Rebeca Oviedo: This place is ok. Def a hit or miss. There was a lady behind the counter coughing the whole time (not covering her mouth) I was there on the clothes she was going through and I was just so grossed out by that. Some prices are outrageous, might as well buy it new.
Danielle Mercado: WOW... and not in a good way 😵 I have bought and shopped her multiple times and never had an issue... The last few times i have come in I can not say the say.I walked in with baby clothes to sell they were in a cute reusuable tote 🛍 from Marshalls and a baby in my arms 👶...Upon entering no one looked up or attempted to greet me. They just went about whatever they were doing. Finally when I got someone to acknowledged me and I said I had clothes to sell, they turned me away because my clothes were in a tote bag instead of a box or container. 🤯 I explained to them that it is not easy to carry a big container or box around with a baby 🤹‍♂️ Asked the manager if she would accept them after the other ladies said no. She was rude and didnt care and would not accept them.I then ran over to the dollar store spent money there on a laundry basket just to be able to have them take my baby clothes to look at. I came back trying to carry baby, bag and basket... the proceeded to put the close into the basket and then they tell me it is filled to much and I need to remove half of the clothes that I put in it 🤦‍♀️. Oh and behind the counter was a massive stack of empty plastic bins, so I'm not sure why one of those couldnt be used... 😡So I removed half of them, they take them and I'm told oh and its a two hour wait and you must be back within 10 minutes of us texting you. 😮‍💨When I went to check out, the associates all seemed unhappy and were not pleasant to deal with. I felt like I was inconveniencing everyone and I felt uncomfortable just for being there. The entire experience was unpleasant and made it harder to go shopping with a child then easier. Sad to say but I will not be going back. I'm sure with this kind of customer service and experience they will not last long.🤷‍♀️

Clothes Mentor: what do users think?
Chelle Rosé: You would think that they would post on social media for their customers to know that they are not currently buying clothes instead of customers having to drive to the establishment to find out. Disappointing.
Randi Thomas: Clean and organized with a great selection of designer running shoes.
Charlie Brown Sunflower Seed Social: A very unfortunate experience. Not once , but twice. Staff did not respond to being greeted. They were extremely rude. Through items being unsold into bag without care. I’m not bothered by the items not being sold , however, the rudeness was intentional and inappropriate.
Tracey Ferrell (Mr. T): Professional staff and prices that are hard to beat with excellent quality merchandise!
Olugbenga Akinlade: Excellent in customer service and representative
Amy Hodge: Well organized
Breanna: GoodChanged hoursEverything was good
Keith Howard: Super
Aulani “Reese B.” Rhys: Really cute store that I never knew existed. Although they didn’t have what I was looking for, I’d go back when I have more time to really search the racks!
Jeane Gross: Great place for getting top quality clothing, shoes and purses at fabulous prices!! Makes me feel good to help reuse someone else's purchases.
Margaret Jacobs-Bess: Awsome
Mark oneoffour: I wish I could give a zero. This location is very dishonest. They are thieves. Buyer and seller beware....you've been warned!
Jenene Russell: Very nice place
Andrika Crawley: Waste of time. It took them 2 hours to figure out they only wanted one pair of shoes for $2. Between them and Plato’s, this is the worst shopping center to come to for selling clothes. Go to Durham.
Brittney Paxon: I love their selection of pants. I never had good luck with tops or dresses but have bought several pairs of expensive pants for work for a great discount!
Peggy Robinson: Nice friendly admosphere.
Kilvon J. Artis: Great I really will never forget that experience..And special thanks to Ann😊👍😃
Nazneen Malik: I called before going to turn in some clothes. On getting there, I was first told they were not accepting. Then I was told there was a 2 and half hour wait to which I agreed. I was called in an hour saying they don’t accept ‘junior’ sizes and didn’t accept a single one of my items. I am an XS adult or a size 2 not junior sized. They wasted my time and I am thinking were dishonest.
Martha C: I've only been here twice so far and I've already bought more stuff than I did all of 2021. I have huge feet, which makes it hard to find cute shoes in other stores, but I've gotten some really great shoes here, all in great condition and great price. The ladies working here are very friendly and helpful. They keep everything VERY organized, I haven't had any trouble navigating the store.
Aurora: I LOVE the clothing selection here and the staff is super friendly. They also have tons of shoes and accessories to pick from. LOVE this place.
Judith Bassett: Kathy was very pleasant and helpful. This was my first time to sell there but it won’t be my last.

LOFT: what do users think?
Mary Perretta: Cashmere sweaters 5⭐
April C: Super helpful staff awesome experience
Jill Touchberry: Attentive customer service and a sale!
Melissa Dixon: LOFT at Triangle Town Center is one of the few stores in the mall that still get it right! This store always looks amazing and I normally leave spending more than I planned, lol!!
Kathleen Humphrey: Wish they had size 16.
Scott Zincone: Get women's clothing here.
Donniece Bell: Yesterday was my first time ever shopping with Loft it was recommended to me by a coworker. I went to the mall yesterday to make a exchange at a different store and I walked by and saw Loft was having a 40% off sale so I went in. I was never greeted with totally blew my mind because they weren’t busy (12:05) I made eye contact with the sales lady on a minimum of 5 times and she never said one word to me. I didn’t get her name but she was a younger lady with red/burgundy Versace glasses. I’m work in customer service and I know how to treat people who walk into a business. Well after her ignoring me several times I was so annoyed and ready to go so I go to the register to check out. There was a older lady at the register and she was like a robot nothing was personable about here. She has me if I was using my Loft card today and I said no I’m in the process of building a house I can’t apply for new credit. There was a chance for her to make a small connection and she said nothing. Then she asked me what phone do I use with my purchases and I said none (since this was my first time ever being in a Loft) but I can give you mines and she said no, never mind. I was speechless. I go home and look online and see that they have a rewards card and that’s why she asked for my number but she never offered it to me. I called corporate to make a complaint and I was told someone would call me either the same day or the next morning. Towards the end of the day I call back and was told I have to wait 2-3 business day for someone to call me! So I now understand this company doesn’t care about their shoppers. Never in my life have I heard of waiting that long to speck to someone to leave a complaint. Needless to say I will NEVER SHOP with them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Anna Lobastova: Staff is friendly and helpful, and this location is much less crowded than Crabtree. Great clearance selection as well.
Sara Burns: I do not recommend this store at all. They have extremely outdated technology and their registers have been down the past 5 times I have attempted to buy in store or return online items. This has been going on for far too long, at least a year in my own experience, and I have no idea how this store stays in business. It’s not the associates’ fault, but the customer service overall has been extremely lacking. They all seem pretty underinformed and someone always has to defer to a manager or take extra steps to solve simple problems. It has taken me 30 minutes on average to do a return or come to an agreement about how to move forward with their systems always being down. That’s really unacceptable and I will not ever be in this store again.
Emilie Stafford: Staff was not very knowledgeable. I brought in merchandise to return. The associate told me the total amount of store credit I had. I proceeded to shop and try on and select the clothes I wanted to buy with my store credit (with two kids under 2 mind you). When I came back to the counter 30 minutes later to check out she told me that my store credit was no longer valid because of a store policy that she had forgotten about.
Allison Hindman: The staff was super friendly and helpful, selection was great, and you can't beat the quality for price

Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup: what do users think?
Martin Omoti: Good stock
Lorene Currin: I love Old Navy, but I thought the store was a mess and not very organized. I usually go to the one at New Hope Commons in Durham. It's much nicer!
ScarletBattalion: Old white lady working register is rough around the edges. Right or wrong she needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
Coffee Brown-Gardner: Customer service at this location is not good, you should not have customers waiting for a dressing room when you have a total of 8 dressing rooms and only choose to open 3.
Bobby Blackwolf: Very busy location, decent prices.
Jaclyn Mullins Cottle: The manager “Lourdes” at this location was extremely rude.
Daniel Honrine: Is an okay store not like they use to be about 8 years ago.
Trina Touchton: Rude employee at check out. Not worth going there to be treated with disrespect.
Kimberly Montalvo: They have the “extended hours” closing at 10 but by 9:30 lights shut off and music cut off. They practically kicked us out in the middle of our Christmas shopping. So why have it open til 10.
Teri Carpenter: Terrible customer service at this location! I placed an order for two items and drove 30 minutes to pick it up right at opening. I, of course, wanted to try them on before driving all the way home and was met with clearly an attitude from the manager on duty. She said “we have them closed since there is no one to watch them”. I stated I had already purchased the items and just needed to make sure they fit and she seemed completely annoyed by the fact. There’s a reason I avoid this location at all costs but unfortunately the one closer to me did not have my items.
Maureen D: Great deals
Pamela Fonseca: It was 7pm and they closed the fitting room when there was maybe 3 people in the store. When I asked the girl if she could open it she said no. I told her you guys close at nine so there’s no reason for it to be closed right now and she said that there was nobody to watch it even though I saw about five employees just walking around. I know one of them could’ve went to the fitting room. They were just very rude and unprofessional. I will not be shopping at old navy after this.
Neydy Daniel: la atención es excelente!!!
R M: Back to school shopping was such a nice experience. The general manager, Paul, was incredibly helpful.
Samhita Banerjee: Always nice staff.
Risa Schluchter: Great clothes & value. Store was kind of messy. Didn't even get to the whole store. Staff extremely friendly.
Lyndsey Campbell: Store was a bit of a mess, but this isn’t the employees fault I feel like. Old Navy just makes way too many clothes and I’m sure it’s impossible to keep the store organized at all times.
Lily Rivera: My dress de la tienda
Jonathan Williams: I got there at a good time, it was buy a pair of jeans second pair 1/2 off
Tyler Clark: There is always something here to buy for all different tastes in fashion. I personally enjoy coming here to see what new shirt designs they cooked up in there lab. But anyways I will be coming here again!
Judith Amerson: Vert busy and items all picked thru, BUT is the season. Seriously, I found exactly what I needed. Cashier #3006057 was amazing. Very nice and pleasant. Stopped by again today, March 5, and found what I needed and saved $60. I love it.

Lamb’s Ear Children's Clothing: what do users think?
Evangeline Grace Hammonds: Staff won’t say a single word to you while you shop and will talk amongst themselves even while you’re checking out. You can spend $300+ here and still feel “unworthy” of their service or time. Their inventory is beautiful but I won’t come back to a store where I feel unwelcome.
Tyler Jerome: They close whenever they want to. It's a 2 day return policy to get the money back on your card, which is insane. The employees just chit chat while you're waiting to be helped. They have cute kids stuff but that's the only redeeming quality of this poorly run boutique.
Danielle Jordan: Lamb’s Ear is by far the best children’s boutique in town. For every special occasion, every baby gift, or even for fun, I always pop into Lamb’s Ear. The service is top-notch and it has a true mom & pop feel, but with a top of the line look. I recommend this shop to anyone. You won’t walk out empty-handed, I can assure you!
Jacob Leahy: Based store. Red pilled and based. Don’t let liberals ruin your business! Keep it up.
Bryan T. Valdivieso: AMAZING! All I can say. The staff there helped me find some great clothing for my nephew and niece! Extremely kind and friendly staff, and the selections were great! Again… AMAZING!
David Cobb: I’ve been in Lamb’s Ear many times to shop. My wife and I love their inventory and the staff is always super helpful.
Makenzi Cobb: Such nice inventory and great staff! I love this store!
margaret zaytoun: I always love going into this store with my mom to help pick out the cutest things for my niece! Everyone is always so nice and helpful when it comes to helping us decide. It's always super hard to leave the store because of all the adorable things I see when I'm on the way out. 10/10 recommend this store for any baby/kid gifting needs!
Mimi Zaytoun: I always love shopping here for my grand-babies! Everyone who works there is so kind and always lends a helping hand. I can't help but leave happy and satisfied because I get to gift the cutest things and interact with the best people! I highly recommend Lamb's Ear for any of your baby/kid needs (I know you will enjoy it as much as I have)!!
Erin Riggsbee: Love this shop so much! Friendly staff and beautiful store!
Allison Taylor: None of the women working in this store wear masks and they do not follow compliance with the Raleigh mask mandate. This is super disappointing as I went into the store to shop for items for my upcoming baby today and had to leave due to every single employee not wearing a mask. For a store that sells baby items, they don’t seem to be aware that they may have higher risk pregnant people coming into the store to shop. This is not somewhere where you can shop safely in person during this time, not to mention, clearly this store does not value it’s customers because it is blatantly disrespectful to put store patrons at risk, who come into your store trying to support YOU, a local business. No thanks.
Lindsey Kai: I'm so glad I found this children's store! They sell my favorite brand Kyte Baby so now I don't need to order online anymore. I personally have had positive experiences with the staff here.
Joan Leatherman: I called Lamb's Ear this morning to purchase some items. Anne answered the phone on the second ring. She kindly greeted me and assisted me with my purchase of several items for my granddaughter. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I enjoyed working with her. Thanks, Anne!
Alice Magnuson: I echo everyone's posts about unfriendly staff who do not greet and ignore customers. Total snooty vibe.
Chandler Mason: Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. I left without buying a thing!
BP Reynolds: I would give them 4 stars for their merchandise but the lack of friendliness lost them a star. I'm a grandmother who has been in twice to purchase items for 2 grandchildren but they never greeted me and spent all of their time chatting with customers who I could only assume were friends or customers that they thought were more important. I had to go up to them and smile and compliment them before I could even get a nod from them.
Mandy Baum: The clothing and toys are lovely. Not good for stroller maneuverability.
Stephanie C. Bolyard: Recently discovered this store while looking at clothes for my daughter. Found some great deals on The Proper Peony. I found them to be very helpful when I was looking for an item that was out of stock. I am looking forward to going back for more items for my son and daughter.
Charlotte Neighbors: Well I called the store 30 minutes prior to arrival to see if they sold baby outfits for a baptism. The women said let me ask the buyer she is in the store. The women said no we sure don’t. Since I was already at north hills I decided to pop in and see what else they had in the store. To my surprise there was an entire section dedicated to baptism/ christenings. My only recommendation is to know your product.
Theresa S.: This store has beautiful high quality clothes and other items. I bought on the stationary side, Paper Buzz today. Beautiful things on that side as well.
Pam: Absolutely rude!!! My mother and I just went to shop for my baby that is due soon. As a business owner, my pet peeve is when I walk into a store and no one speaks, because that’s not how myself or my staff would EVER treat customers. But, I decided that everyone doesn’t have the same standard of customer excellence, and so I gave them more time to extend a greeting or an offer to help us. The store was NOT busy whatsoever, and had several sales associates talking amongst themselves and blatantly ignoring us. They saw my mother and myself walking around, and I audibly expressed that I wished someone would greet us or that we could get some help...My mother had a long list of things that we were looking to buy today! But, clearly your staff wrongly assumed that we weren’t worth their time or effort, and chose to very nastily ignore us. So, we will be moving on to the next shop to spend our money, and I’ll be sharing my experience with all of my friends and clients! I would never spend a penny in this place. Perhaps train your staff on decent sales etiquette.

Bra Patch: what do users think?
Ginger Newbold: I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me. She was excellent. She took one look at my figure and knew exactly what I needed! I was in and out in 20 minutes with two new bras! I don't think I will ever go to one of the department stores again for bras.
Margaret Brantley: Jan was professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable. my mom and I came In here for the first time and she knew exactly what we needed. We left with multiple bras that fit perfectly and will absolutely be back!
Morgan Paty: Great fitting, staff was so sweet and the bra is the most comfortable I’ve ever owned.
Shama Turrentine: I heard about bra patch about a year ago & finally went today, let me tell you, Jan was the absolute best. She took time to make sure I was in the right bra. I’m excited about my new purchases, and am one happy customer. Ask for Jan at your visit. Everyone overall was very nice & welcoming! Thanks a million Jan ❤️
lily mccann: The one here in Raleigh, NC off Falls of Neuse is awful. I have been extremely uncomfortable each time I've gone. They act like they don't want to touch you, for starters, and yet insist on doing fittings even though I told them what I was looking for and that I just wanted to pay and go (due to past experiences there). The last time I went was with my son, who is autistic. He was four years old and climbed on a chair there and they behaved as if he had come in and ransacked the place while running amuck. Asking out loud passive aggressively, “Who is he with?” As if there was any other black person in the store. They really have some nerve to be that overpriced for that level of poor service.
T watson: I have a small band size and a large cup size which makes purchasing from a bra specialty store a necessity. For years I wore the incorrect bra size not realizing it. Once I purchased the correct size my chest looked smaller. Do yourself a favor and get properly fitted for a bra. The department stores are not skilled in this area. However, they pretend to be.I have purchased bras here for at least 15 years. The customer service is always great. If they don't have a size in stock they will order it and it can be picked up in a few weeks. This is also a great place to get well-fitted swimwear that will properly fit your chest. If you visit once you will never go elsewhere.
Anna Lobastova: This is the go-to place for a legit bra fitting and for hard-to-find sizes in all kinds of styles. My friend and I came in around 45 mins to closing time. Ms. Jan took her time with my fitting and was so friendly and knowledgeable! Plus, they have a $10 sale rack, which you really can't beat for specialty bras. All the staff were fun to talk to and easygoing which is great for anyone nervous about getting fitted.
Sarai McCall: Amiya (I hope I spelled her name correctly, please correct me if I am wrong) was truly amazing. She was so sweet and patient even with my children running around.I’ll be back!!
Earline Parker: Excellent and patient staff!! I’ve been to the store several times for fitting. Plan to return.
Kay Farley: Great staff
Akeria: The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable with an upbeat personality. I learned about how bras are supposed to *actually* fit, band size to cup size ratio, how to properly wash/dry them and all.
Katrina Leigh: Best bras and service in Raleigh area
Dana Sessions: Excellent service and products! This is the place to go for a perfect and comfortable fit!
Elzia Broussard: This shop is amazing! I walked in on a busy Saturday and was warmly greeted, and quickly placed in a fitting room with an expert fitter. She did a quick underbust measurement and asked about what I was looking for, then brought back a few different bras. The first one was a near perfect fit (which was very impressive!), and within the next 3 or 4 bras I tried on we found the perfect one. I was beyond impressed with their expertise and kindness during this process. I will definitely be returning!
Sam Carson: This is great for big chested gals. Bra sizing was detailed and there was a honest effort to fit me accurately. My only issue is the commute and the fact there is only 1 location. Id luv a Bra batch in Durham or Chapel Hill NC Overall my experience was great.
In God’s Image Photography & Makeup Artistry: I needed a super cute swim top to support the girls & Mrs. Jan was quick to get me checked in, fitted and in the perfect selection out of 3. Can’t wait to visit again for new summer designs!!
Ella Johnson: This is not a safe space for plus size OR LGBTQ+ people. I was greeted kindly until the fitting specialist saw my (they/she) pronouns beside my name on the check in sheet. She talked to me with her back turned and rudely asked what the pronouns where doing there beside my name and after I kindly said those where my pronouns she crossed them out and said "no, not here" when fitting me and assisting me several negative things where said about how my body was simply TOO big. Not too big for the bra I had on but that it was too fat.My partner came with me to this visit and was also treated quite rudely.I will not be returning to this store again. I will be traveling further for a store who's employees are kind to customers of all body types and genders. Also, their bathroom was terrible.
Raquel Reyes: Had a wonderful experience at The Bra Patch. I was looking for a professional fitting after losing 88 lbs and needing to find my new band and cup size.
Tiffany Ramos: Amazing experience! Needed some new bras as well as one for a wedding. The women were very professional and I got exactly what I needed! Thank you so much.
Esther Evans: Whenever I enter the store, the greeting is always cheerful/welcoming. The staff have a genuine aura about them. Even though I thought I knew my size, the representative advised that I should get measured. I’ll never go anywhere else to get my bra’s. The people who work in this shop are amazing they know what they’re doing. If I knew the people by name I would add them. However, everyone in there has always been extremely helpful and friendly.
M. C.: I was taken by a friend for my birthday, and it was so nice. I'm really enjoying my gift!! The ladies were so nice and personable!! Thanks so much 🌹

Clothes Mentor Glenwood Ave: what do users think?
Paula Zuber: The variety, the atmosphere and especially the staff!! Great deals and LOTS to choose from. Such a pleasant atmosphere with uplifting music playing. I have never left here empty handed and have been supporting this business for about 10 years. LOVE THIS PLACE!
La Vonne: Clean place. Racks were very full. Clothes over priced for gently used. Too trendy, no classics. Did not find a thing for my daughter or myself. Clerk friendly.
Breanna: Ok
perfect balence: No customer Service. As I entered the old White owner did not even open his mouth to say hello or can I help you with something. But a White woman came in behind me and the Mgr spoke to her instantly. I did see a dress that I did like, but it's a NOooo for me. I spend for customer service. Nothing impressive in there.
Shelley Patterson: I didn’t shop there, but I sold. Seem to have a great buying process so I would assume it’s a good selection for shopping.
znaya znaya: Went to get rid of some items but it didn't work out that day but it is still a great place,
Tania Medina: This store is so cool! I love finding unique colorful pieces. So far I have bought a few dresses, some sandals, a pink lather jacket and a couple of handbags, including a cute y2k Dooney and Bourke. Definitely the place to go for great finds.
Jeane Gross: Love this shop!! I needed a dress to wear to a funeral, thought I'd try here first before going to the dept stores. A really nice and friendly sales woman helped me find the perfect dress and it just happened to be 50% off!! I can't remember the woman's name who helped me, she was blonde with a great personality and great tips on finding exactly what I needed. I will certainly be back. My daughter and her friends, career women, all shop here too!!
Kisha Reed: Great finds and AMAZING customer service!
Miz Pizzy: I've been shopping and dropping my clothes here for years. Love this place and the owners are kind and helpful.
Britt Beverages: I like the neatness and layout of the store, they also have really nice items. I take pride in customer service though, just sitting here reading these reviews and how the store goes back and forth with customers (everyone is a customer) even if they aren't buying or selling today. If a business have to explain or defend every bad review that is so unprofessional (just my opinion). Reviews aren't made to attack the business they are to help the company grow or see what consumers really think (it is business) but this company should write books as lengthy as their response is to every negative review.
Professional Services: They lack professionalism.
Preshell Roberson: It’s not a welcoming atmosphere I’d rather donate. You walk into the store the cashier aren’t friendly. It’s funny how the reply summed it up and wrote their own review about themselves haha creepy. Since you want to go back and forth ? Did I even walk into the store with a bag or did I inquire about the policy? I asked did you have a bag I could purchase, his rude tale then went to say no and I am not buying anymore as you can see I just gave her all my money. He did educate me on the policy. I didn’t even want to go into detail. The reason I said it wasn’t a friendly atmosphere is because when I walked in and said hello and not one person spoke back. Then when I did ask about the policy the gentleman said as you can see I just gave the lady all of my cash (how would I know what’s in your register I don’t work there). My issue was never about the policy nor did I bring anything when I came in so get your facts straight. I said the atmosphere wasn’t friendly or welcoming, when people walk in most staff greet. I’m not one of those people that are desperate or need it best believe that so before you come with your rude reply state facts not what you feel .
Brittney Paxon: This is the better location in the area. They tend to have better brands than the Poyner location.
Holly Summerlin: One of the best buy/sell clothing stores in the area. The store is always organized, prices are exceptionally low for designer items, and the most beautiful selection of new a⁵nd pre-loved jewelry. This store is a great place to sell your clothes for cash - receive money the same day!
Holley Smart: Absolutely fabulous store! Checks all of the boxes- gorgeously displayed items, full expansive inventory, wonderful staff. I loved that there was a great range of mid- to high-end designers; I found a formal party dress and an everyday bag for myself (and the handbags! Soooooo many great bags!!). I live a little further away from this location, but I would absolutely recommend the drive if you haven't checked them out yet!
Tyra Young: I do not normally leave reviews, however the way I was treat was less than indicative of service I have received in the past from other Clothes Mentor franchises. A Store Associate, by the name EsMarie or ElMarie ( not sure how to spell her name correctly) but I met with an aggressive tone when I arrived in store. I came in to sell for the first time at the Glenwood Ave Clothes Mentor , where my items were in trash bags, I was not aware of the policy of items needing to be in bins and on the door it says selling by appointment only. I immediately asked can I schedule an appointment she was like what are you selling ? I stated business casual wear she was like here’s a bin I’ll squeeze you and make an exception put your items here don’t be offended if I don’t take most of your items. ( Me taking off gaurd completely by her attitude and disposition) . I said thank you and I would not be offended this is my first time and I am seeing how things work at this location. She looks me up in the system didn’t feel the need to explain the process since I’ve been to other location. I proceed to kill her with kindness ask for her name and not get upset by her demeanor told her I appreciate her squeezing me and for the bin. As I walked around the store I learn that lady just had a nasty attitude !!! Another customer tried something on and was going to put it back instead of hanging it on the rack for the the store associate to hang back and ElMarie was like no don’t do that you are creating more work for us we have a system hang it on the rack the lady obviously taken back was like okay but can hear she was surprised at her tone and tenor !!! I say all this to say they this lady needs to learn better customer service etiquette because it is uncalled for to respond and welcome customers in the manner in which she did… I love Thrifting and Clothes Mentor however I will not be visiting the Glenwood Ave location again due to service. It is my hope they read this and address the issue and respond differently in the future.
shirby dunton: I purposely visited this location as it was close to the hospital my sister was having surgery. I went in and the owner was super hospitable! I purchased a fringed leather handbag, leopard print jeans, long cardigan with hoodie, necklace and a few items that she sells from different countries to support women to make a fair wage!! I'll be back. I shop a lot with CM. I earn points for discount! 20% off = $28!! I love your energy at this location! P.S I was visiting in from Virginia!!
Carrie Miller: Super friendly staff. Was disappointed they had no shorts out.. it's September and we will have hot weather here for another month!
Kayla Sadler: Just had the best experience shopping with this location. The staff was so helpful in making selections and when a sudden thunderstorm broke out, they walked me to my car with an umbrella. Such a kind gesture, really makes an impression on shoppers. I will definitely be returning.
JaCour Soulage: If I could give 10 stars I would⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Elmarie and Cynthia are kind women. This location has a massive selection of everything from purses and perfumes to sandals and blouses. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly.
