Krystina Parks: Got here about 15 minutes before close and had some modifications for my order. I fully expected the staff to be annoyed (I would have been) but instead everyone was soooo nice. I actually thought the woman taking my order was automated at first because her voice was so pleasant and genuinely nice. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was extremely surprised and happy with the customer service, and all my food mods were met. What a great late night team!

Michelle H: I placed an order, Friday, June 16 at 2:31pm. I was asked to wait in spot 3 for my quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries. Others came and left and at 2:50 I called the number on the receipt to cancel my order because waiting 19 minutes at McD for a normal burger and fries was obsurd. Well, I didn't get my money refunded, I didn't my food. McDs needs to revoke the franchise tsg from this place. They take 20 minutes for an order and steal from customers. Never going back. Too many options to waste my life waiting restaurant times for a fast food place.

Nisha Minaj: Recently moved to raleigh, and this location is right down the street, so it's convenient late night. I typically use the drive thru, but tonight was the last straw. I mean, I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but it's not that hard to put food in a bag and hand people the correct order. Whoever they have at the 2nd window (She said her name was Viola, which probably isn't the correct name) has an attitude every single time I come to the window. It's not like I ordered the whole menu it's a kids' meal, and I may order something for myself, but it's never big. I never get the correct drink, never get any sauce it's like I got to ask for everything. I have worked for a McDonald's before, and I know it's a screen that tells you everything the person is ordering. Tonight, I was missing everything, and I'm just fed up with this location. I'll drive the extra mile or 2 for some friendly service because you're not going to get it at this location. The food is okay. I mean, it's McDonald's can really expect much.

D D: I placed an order via the app on 6/2 at around 12:15am. The app states the location is open 24hrs and Google also lists the location as open 24hrs on that day of the week. The app allowed me to place my order and sent me a confirmation email that store received my order. When I arrived minutes later, no one was tending the drive-thru speaker so I drove up to the window. As I arrived at the window they told me they were closed (without opening the window to speak directly to me). I had informed them I had placed and paid for my order on the app. The manager instructed her employee NOT TO MAKE MY ORDER. This location is completely trash and the late night manager was completely unprofessional. If she doesn’t want to do her job and she also instructs her employees not to do their jobs - then why is McDonald’s keeping her employed? This location is losing out on sales because of their own employees. It would be nice if this location’s owner paid attention to these reviews so they could improve their team and better serve their customers. Clearly they’re not interested in improving. Take your business elsewhere.
Katie Stroud: I sent my boyfriend to McDonald's at 10pm because I haven't eaten anything all day and was aware that you can do mobile pick-up if you don't have a car and are walking the dog so he had a few problems with the app and tried to see if he could just order at window since drive through was still open and I don't know what kind of person would put a human being through this all because they walked? After being told no he tried the mobile app one more time and paid for it and was still refused by the woman in drive through and told to leave after he already paid for his food and she even had the audacity to say that if he would have done that first he would have gotten his food. I don't know what type of person it takes to deny someone food because they were walking a dog and did mobile pick-up and is now being refused food even after already paid. He called me and by now he is really upset and we haven't eaten all day and nothing is open, that was so cruel and I read some recent reviews and see that this has happened before over getting someone's order wrong. Who do you think you are to tell a customer that and continue to keep them from just buying some food? An evil one that has a screwed up way of thinking and it feels like discrimination.

The restaurant is clean and well stocked with condiments.We sat outside under one of the umbrella tables and enjoyed the breeze.Traffic in this area can be congested, but lots of parking is available in the shopping center lot beside the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are perfect with 2 size options.

When the employee at the drive thru window gave me my order immediately I noticed my fries were cold when I insisted on a new batch of fries the employee just left the window no professional courteous didn't say sorry miss I'll get you some new fries, would you like your money back instead he closed the window and walked off leaving me at the window waiting 10 minutes when he finally returned he did offer me another little fry, but it still tasted old. I guess he microwaved the same fries. I will never order from this restaurant again.
Michael Spears: Ordered a mobile order and there was 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru and we had a small order. Still took almost 15 minutes and they messed up the mobile order and it was barely warm. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this is pathetic. Avoid this location at all costs.
