Spaces - North Carolina, Raleigh - The Dillon: what do users think?
Ben Akroyd: Terrible experience.
朱丽莎老师: Beautiful space. Great views. There doesn’t seem to be much included. You have to pay at the machine for coffee (it doesn’t work anyway). There’s no water downstairs (they keep empty water containers downstairs for show during tours, I suppose). Seems pretty quiet, though. Access is only until 5. Wish it was til 6pm.
Dave Jolley: Clean, modern, nice open office
rochede sibblies: One of the best office locations in down town Raleigh.
Nikia Wilson: Thank you Ashley for being so helpful and gracious when I booked a space at the Dillon for a few hours one day. The Durham Spaces location is my home base, but I loved the Dillon as well. Thank you for accommodating me. -Nikia
james ortega: Critical:ValueI currently have a office there that i have not used once since covid PANDEMIC started i have asked them that to let me out of lease since there not fogging there center at all . There doing only mandatory cdc things and waiting for someone to catch covid before they fog area . Im not taking that risk. And you shouldnt aswell.
Blake Burnette: They nickel and dime you. Even the meeting rooms/conference rooms aren't included.Amount charged is significantly more than advertised rates. Think triple Charged multiple months up front. Attempt to renew you automatically with a single warning email. Attempting to get help is outsourced, cannot speak to a real person.Would NOT even recommend wasting time to check it out.The views are cool though.
Rose Degen: Beautiful new Architecture
Jerry Li: Great place and people. Thank you Kate.
Bryan Tomlinson (BTDesigns): Great building and central location
Grey Cook: We have been a SPACES customer for the last few months and we are very happy! The 'spaces' around the country are easy to access, the offices are amazing and the sprawling work areas where we can grab a table, an insulated telephone booth or a conference room.. are second to none. When our team is traveling they almost always find an available office to work from, which makes it a breeze to have availability for clients, even when we don't have our own brick and mortar office in that city.As for the physical location in Raleigh, the SPACES team is like an extended family. Nick, Ashley and Michelle are awesome people. Someone is always available to help, when needed, and they have done a great job of making the office space feel like a second home. Very happy with our new offices and we hope to utilize SPACES when we expand!
Brit Smith: For a company that is advertising that they have availability, this is the second time that I have reached out to Spaces at The Dillon and the first time they were racist against our real estate agent and the second time we got ahold of Michelle, as her contact information is all over everything boasting about availability and she writes back with "Hello! Sorry but we r full - happy to reach out when spaces is available". So much for a friendly co-working environment.

Office Evolution: what do users think?
Debyii Lassiter: Office Evolution has been a great place to work and partner with.
Derek Caldwell: Had my office here since before the folks at Office Evolution took over. The space is comfortable and the folks are really nice.
Jay Burgher: Very welcoming environment. I am happy I chose Office Evolutions it is a great place to conduct business and the staff on hand are very helpful. If you are looking for an office space, I would recommend Office Evolutions.
Kyle Hanlin: Office Evolution provides me with the type of workplace I need - extreme flexibility re: hours/access at a wonderfully affordable price and close to home. The shared workspace was always clean and low/no noise, unlike a coffeeshop or other co-working options that can be loud and distracting and thus do not provide a workplace environment suited to my needs. The staff is very kind and present, and the amenities like free coffee/tea, ice machine, filtered water, microwave, fridge, etc., all were kept stocked, clean and in perfect working order. I highly recommend Office Evolution!
The Coley's: R&N Financial Professional Agency, LLC chose this location because it was highly recommended. We are very satisfied with Dave and Brona who do an awesome job at making you feel welcomed. We always have events where we connect with other entrepreneurs who has offices on the second floor with our company. My wife and I love the atmosphere of the office.
Veda Love: Positive:Professionalism,QualityClean and wonderful space I love and the staff Lani and Mrs B are amazing and sweet
Tyler Bonds: Positive:Professionalism,Quality
Amaceo Bonds: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueGreat people really friendly. Love the atmosphere. Always feel welcomed when I come in.
Don Chaplin: Positive:ProfessionalismGreat place to work and do business! Highly recommended.
Meta Endres: The office space is welcoming, clean, and extremely enjoyable to be in. Lani always is willing to talk or help anytime there is a need, even if it’s not specific to the office space, she welcomes you no matter what. Brona runs the front desk and will greet you with a smile right off the bat and always makes a point to say goodbye to you as you leave. You really always feel welcome and valued.
Crystal Rothwell: I Love Ms. Lani and Ms. Brona!!!!
Ruth Anderson: The space is wonderful, great service .
Ms Independent: Positive:ProfessionalismThe is awesome
Baxter Hayes: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
David Hemmerly: We selected Office Evolution because of it's convenient location for our clients and clean and professional office space. Very pleased with the overall offering and specifically the staff. Tricia has been incredible to work with. She partners with clients to provide exceptional service and reliability based upon their individual needs. And her positive and friendly demeanor are directly responsible for an outstanding experience for clients and guests. Also recently interacted with Eileen and am equally impressed with her professionalism and efficiency which reflect the values of Office Evolution and are a wonderful reflection of her personal attention to client welfare and success. Highly recommended.
Marie Hicks: Positive:ProfessionalismThis is a great place for anyone who needs a professional address or an office. They have plenty of options for every budget. The staff was very professional and friendly. Parking was free and at the building, so weren't walking too far. They even have free coffee!! I highly recommend.
Mr.TK, Strike. No One Is Above The Law: I just wanted to say that. I love it
Serena Manning: Kimberlee is quick to respond. Great customer service. They strive to create community here. :)
David Shempert: The location is on the corner of Hwy 70 (Glenwood Road) & Creedmoor Rd right across from the Crabtree Valley Mall on Macy's side. They have some construction going next door so they had one of the entrances blocked from Glenwood Road. Traffic really sucks around this part of town and having that entrance blocked extended my commute by about 5 minutes just waiting on traffic to clear the signal and intersection to be able to enter the parking lot on the back side of the building. If you have a key-fob you can enter on the back-side across from Macy's if it's before or after hours.I love that the office takes up the whole 2nd floor of this building they have a nice big and warming lobby and have bathrooms in the actual office whereas other locations you have to exit the office and head to a hallway for bathrooms. They offer free coffee & tea (Flavia system), water (hot/cold) and a dedicated ice maker. This particular location has some free snacks as well.I am a visiting member of the co-working space but I found the co-working space at this location extremely lacking and annoying. They literally have placed the entire co-working area within the kitchen right beside the copier. Normally having others around doesn't bother me at all but it was super frustrating to listen to the copier running all morning, the microwave beeping, opening and closing etc. Other members use the co-working space as a lunch area and are not particularly respectful with regards to their noise level. I don't know who told you all that placing the co-working area immediately beside the kitchen and copier was a good idea but it really doesn't work well here.Internet access was a pain here. I arrived first thing in the morning before the rest of the office filled up and the speeds were acceptable (18Mbps X 18 Mbps) but around lunch speeds slowed to a crawl (around 3Mbps or less down). I wasn't able to use Remote Desktop without a significant lag. I ended up having to bust out my AT&T LTE router to just be able to work. VoIP calls struggled to complete and had latency issues. There are no accessible ethernet ports to use in their co-working area here. It has one larger shared high-top table with 6 chairs and two smaller high-top tables in the space. No actual real desks were available in the co-working space here. The biggest issue is the loud microwave beeper and people who seem to think the co-working area is a lunch room with no-one trying to work there. For the amount that is charged it's almost highway robbery to classify this space as a legitimate co-working space. This space apparently utilizes a motion sensor power management system for lighting in the rented offices and since all the offices are basically windows it was a day full of lights going on and off continuously. I'd hope you consider altering the timeout length of those lights it gets pretty annoying to have the lights turning on and off all day and I'm sure that the people renting those offices have similar frustrations. All in all I really wanted to enjoy this office but the logistics in having your entire co-working space enclosed in a small kitchen was a pretty bad decision.
Jason Bowlin: Very friendly folks. Great office environment.
Alex Pethick: If you're looking for a co-working space, this is NOT the place. It's kind of a joke offer to be honest. It's just a space at a table in the kitchen. People coming in and out making coffee, heating up their lunch, etc. I've been to co-working spaces in Laos and Cambodia that are 100% better situations. They really need to either stop advertising this or reassess how to offer a better coworking space. If this improves, please contact me.Nice staff and I'm sure the offices/conferences rooms are great—but, as is a strong trend among soloprenuers and lean startup owners such as myself—we're not interested in paying the equivalent of my apartment rent for tiny dedicated office. I realize how that may sound, but trust me this is the way things are large segment of your potential clientele is going.

Spaces - North Carolina, Raleigh - Spaces Crabtree Terrace: what do users think?
La'Shawnya Norman: I actually went to Perry's Steakhouse and the food...drinks and service were awesome 💯%
kenneth thompson: Perry's Steakhouse 😋 , had to go back again was in Raleigh over the weekend, it just wouldn't be right if I didn't visit my friend Perry ! He never disappoints 😋
Glady Everett: This is a very nice co-working space with great staff. Some key insights to consider:Coffee is not included, and you must pay per cup. That's weak sauce.Printers are provided, but you can only use them to scan. They will not print. There's a steady rotation of broken appliances in the common areas: microwave broken then ice maker broken then dishwasher broken rinse repeat.Property Manager does not run HVAC system overnight or over the weekend. The office is usually very humid until 2:00 p.m. on Monday and most mornings it is humid as well. You may want to work from home until it cools off.
Brian Rush: Beautiful co-working location that has multiple layouts for your meeting needs.
Sam M.: This is a great place to work and be productive. Great networking opportunities to all any kinds of business. They offer a designer office space for affordable rates. Memberships and coworking space are available as well. Stop by and check it out.

The StateView Hotel, Autograph Collection: what do users think?
A RAS: -Be careful about bugs, there were lots of strange bugs in my room when I complained they send a guy with spray to kill them , no action to identify the infestation cause and fix it-The breakfast service is so bad, the lady that works there definitely hate her job, she is disrespectful and it takes forever to do anything.DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL !!!!!Rooms: Bug infestedFood & drinks: Tribale services
Brenda Morataya: It's pretty and the people are *very nice*However, the beds are about as comfortable as the floor and it was disappointing to not have room service from the restaurant downstairs.
Kamisha B: I just left this hotel today and I already miss it!! Beautiful layout. Beautiful room. Loved the shower. Pressure and temperature was great. The restaurant Flask & Beaker was amazing…dinner service that is!! Jayona was thee absolute best & she made our stay awesome! If this review makes it to her…please tell Jayona her “Jersey Girls” already miss her!
John M. Conroy: On the Centennial NC State campus with some rooms having a partial lake view, this hotel is a convenient and scenic place for visiting the campus.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
xpat: Great hotel over all. The only thing would be to offer guess a complimentary ice water and tea in the lobby. Coffee is the only available option.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
K H Bartoszek: Beautiful hotel. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Pablo del Aguila: El precio-oferta no es proporcional. Esta cerca de la universidad, lo cual es una ventaja para algunos.
Lois Petersen: Beautiful, newer hotel located on the campus of NC State University. I had room 401, a spacious corner room with huge windows overlooking landscaping on one side & the city on the other. Everything is clean and well stocked. Outdoor heated pool, workout room & restaurant with bar. Some rooms overlook Lake Raleigh. What really stands out about State View is the service. It has been quite a while since I was greeted with such sincere welcome and hospitality at a hotel. Staff are very professional and accommodating. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend.
George Yorgakaros: Lovely hotel and where my partner and I stay every time we're in Raleigh. The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice - but where StateView really makes the difference is with service. Every person I've ever met at the front desk has greeted me with a smile and has been extraordinarily helpful. At the bar, Mimi went above and beyond even after they had closed to grab me an iced tea - a simple request, sure, but one that definitely put her out, given they had already closed. The fitness room is well-equipped and never crowded and the pool is comfortable and has plenty of outdoor seating above and around it.
Rene Bystron: As an Ambassador Elite member at Marriott, I've stayed at many of their properties. Unfortunately, Stateview Hotel is not one I can recommend. The hotel's physical aspects are decent. The rooms are okay and the dining staff is friendly. However, the management's lack of customer service and efficiency taints the overall experience.I ran into a problem when I asked for a simple request: to include both guests' names on the folio. I was assured by the receptionist this would be done. It wasn't.Despite my follow-up emails, I received only generic responses from a manager named Nakyla Barnes. They were quick to apologize, but my request was ignored. It's been three weeks now, and I'm still waiting for that folio. It's clear there's an issue with the mid-level management at this hotel. Their indifference towards customers' needs is shocking. If Stateview wants to improve, they must address this.In conclusion, Stateview Hotel is a letdown. If you're a Marriott member, I suggest you consider other properties.
Monica Tornros Jakobsson: We stayed at the Stateview hotel for 3 nights, and we wished we hadn't booked so many nights. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Breakfast was so so. Rooms were way too dark. Bed did not suit me, it was so hard. My back was so stiff and I ended up sitting in the futon for the most of the night. There was of course some positive things too. Pool area is really nice. Location is great.
Brandi Myers: Very nice hotel and venue on the campus of NC State University! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my clients!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Steve Murray: Mimi was so nice! The staff, grounds, experience all above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
ThatCrazy Chicken: Disgusting what they allow to go down in their facilities!! Putting the name of the Lord with it. How dare you!The location supports a disgraceful sinful way of life while allowing them to party like middleschoolers while doing it!Safety: Safety is not top priority when they allow what they do on the hotel grounds.
