Todd: Great clothes and very helpful staff…. However, after being fitted and then receiving the clothes a week later I was disappointed with the alterations. But its a very good/nice store with people trying to be as helpful as possible. I just live about 80 minutes away so likely not as big an issue with people living closer… but so wanted a great fit with the higher price of the clothes.

Zackary Pecia (Zack): From the moment I walked in, George took great care of me. I’ve never been measured for a suit before, and he had at least 4-5 ideas for me. He measured me up, chatted with my fiancé, and had several jackets and trousers pulled aside for me within 15 minutes of stepping in the store.I walked out of that store a bit more than an hour later measured, fitted, and had all adjustments pre-measured.If you’re not sure where to look for suits and you want something a bit higher end, I’d recommend coming here!

Boy did I wish I had gone here first, as I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. We went through the different options that were in my price range and, and he made me feel comfortable every step of the way.When I brought my fiance in the next day, he remembered me, remembered the suits and the Fabrics we had looked at, and even told me something that he had thought about after I had left the store the day previously.My fiance is not somebody that generally feels very comfortable shopping, but George helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for and took care of us the entire time, while making my Fiance feel comfortable.We ended up selecting a suit that not only fit in our budget, but was everything we could have dreamed of. What an amazing experience. Looking forward to the fitting!

Gerald Roach: Kannon's men's and women's clothing is more than a store. The Kannon's family believes in showing kindness to everyone in and out of the store. They also will learn what each customer prefers and help each customer feel comfortable. They respect the person looking to make a small purchase as much as the one looking to make a large purchase. I made the drive to Kannon's in Wendell before the move, but it has been great to hear of so many people in Raleigh from all walks of life who have now found their caring service and carefully selected merchandise. Kannon's also is a go to for help in picking out a present for a spouse or child. Highly recommended.
Margaret Feno: Growing up, my mom and Nana loved to make the drive from Rocky Mount to Kannons in Wendell for clothes they needed for special occasions. They purchased the dresses they wore at my wedding there. I was excited to see the store at Cameron Village while we were stopping by Outdoor Provision Company next door, and made a quick trip to find something for my mom for Christmas, or a gift certificate. I was excited, I knew she would be thrilled and it would be the perfect gift!I had been volunteering all day, and was dressed in older clothes, but was still clean and neat. No one would help me or even look at me. I tried in vaid to get the attention of two of the women working. They were not busy. When I asked the second about something she looked around a bit, then walked away. I thought at first that she was going to help me but but she just went behind the counter and ignored me. Never have I been so offended, or treated so snobbishly by staff in a store. I did find a lovely wrap for my mom at Saks, but won't be back to Kannons. It's a shame.

Ben Mendoza: This is a Saks 5th Avenue store inside of a mall, not a dedicated Hugo Boss Shop / Store as the name in Google search and GPS states. Several nice brands are sold, as typical for Saks retail store. Not sure if Saks or Google has marketed this as a Hugo Boss shop, this is a Saks department store.

Tamara Thomas: DB is most helpful and possesses a keen eye for size and style. He has a large inventory and sizes for men of all physiques - sports cut to big & tall. The shoe selections are phenomenal and I have purchased shoes for hubby, my son, and our pastor. Our pastor loved the shoes so much, he wore them every Sunday and Wednesday for at least three months and called them his "preaching shoes"! DB is a God-send and his prices cannot be beat for the high-quality provided.

Bethany: This store was really helpful with finding a suit for my fiancé. We weren't quiet sure what to expect as we had never been suit shopping but Tommy immediately saw us and helped us out. My man is pretty tall on the big and tall side so at first it was a struggle to find quiet what we were looking for but in the end we with Tommy's expertise were able to find every piece for a full suit and even get help with tailoring too to make sure everything is perfect. They helped us out and he was so patient with us walking us through every step to get every piece coordinated well. Overall it was actually a really fun time for a task we first saw as a bit stressful. They made it really simple and the deals were really good as well with good quality products. Thanks for your part in making our wedding day special!
Wilson Robertson: horrible customer service. older white guy that has grey hair was rude and dismissive, young black man in a white coat was not helpful and quite arrogant. neither store clerks could even point me in the correct direction of dress shirts as none of their selections were organized by neck and arm length size and the 1905s and the traditional, slim, and tailored fits were mixed together. worst part of all was that no sizes were labeled on the front of the shelves and the shirts while color coordinated were mixed neck sizes. I waited for thirty minutes and was never given any help. worst experience i’ve ever had at jos a. banks. if you can, go to a different location

Mark Herhold: I went to another (ahem cheaper chain that starts with David) and had an absolutely let down just 3 days before my wedding. My suit was oversized and looked like a clown outfit. Basically nightmare scenario. Braxton and Tima were absolutely amazing and helped me fix my crisis the same day and I came I and the wedding went super smoothly. The suit I purchased looked super sharp. I can’t praise the team enough and have recommended to others to come here. Thank you again!

Yesterday had an older man help us and he was not so friendly said a few remarks that really were unnecessary. Honestly he was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping us very much. People shouldn’t work for the public if they don’t enjoy helping people.

I see that the owner (probably his secretary) is responding to everyone’s posts and saying that they deeply care about their customers, but clearly nothing has changed. There were two employees, 4 customers (including us) in there. The young guy, tall and black hair, was extremely nice. He was helping someone else out when we got in there but told us not to worry and that he would be with us in a minute. EXTREMELY NICE! This man needs a raise or to be promoted to the owner so something actually changes around there. There was a second gentleman in there, older man. He was helping some lady out and she did not like her experience with him so obviously something was wrong. After she left frustrated, we were the next ones in line. My husband walked up to the counter when the older gentleman asked what he could do for us. He was smug and rude. He asked if we had an appointment and we politely said no & told him that we called yesterday and they said that we didn’t need an appointment. The guy rudely said, “We will see you when we see you.” Now, from being in customer service for 13 years….I have learned that you don’t treat people like that. We obviously had to buy from them so they have to treat us nicely…..is that right?? Then, the younger gentleman said, “As soon as I get done with this gentleman, I’ll be right with you.” Give this man a raise. I applaud you for great customer service. It was 5 more minutes and then the younger gentleman helped us out and we were out the door in 10 minutes. We probably won’t even be able to go back to that location because it will be closed down before we even have the opportunity to unless ownership is transferred to the younger man. Good luck 👍🏼
Brooks Fitts: Growing up without a dad— I never really had anyone to help me with suits or ties. However, over the past several weeks, Billy went above and beyond to help me find my perfect suits and pants. Billy was kind, patient, and customer oriented. I didn’t have any knowledge of suits or pants, but Billy patiently explained everything and made sure I was ready to go. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience, and it was thanks to Billy. M Oosterhouse: Choose wisely and avoid this location at all costs, drive an extra 3 miles to the other Raleigh location. We were a part of a wedding party and the groom was paying for all tux rentals, with orders at the Fayetteville location and the other Raleigh location. Absolutely no issues to anyone else in the party on groom paying except for this location which did not allow it so we had to pay for our own rental. Update to the post. They also gave him the wrong color vs everyone so this is a 'fantastic' location (eye roll)
UK B.: After I had a very bad experience at Creedmoor branch(No greeting, staff named Jaylen was extremely rude etc), I wanted to try the other branch in Raleigh which was this location.The customer service scale is like 1 vs 100. GM Greg was really nice and helpful and enjoyed his job and customer service.I bought suits from him and I feel very satisfied with his professional service.

Randy Parnell: Sidney was accommodating. I wear a 21-inch neck, and he searches all the inventory to ensure I am happy.Bonobos is a perfect match for technology and old-school service. They are very professional and customer-focused! Bonobos is a new approach to retail. Yes, they are more of a tech company, but they understand how to treat their customers. What to expect: Walk in, and a friendly customer service person will properly fit you to ensure the item they will ship fits. Yes, I said ship, except whatever you buy would be sent to you. I am a size 4 X and a larger pants size. Side note the three more popular stores next to them do not have the size I need. My order took three days to arrive. My pants were awesome. Bonobos had ten different colors in this one style of pants to choose from, and I love how they feel and wear. They just started last fall with more large-size shirts, so expect more choices soon, but I was able to find a few I liked; please add more fabrics. They were patient with me and never once rushed me—one of the best shopping experiences I've seen in a while.
Andrew Lawson: Came in to get fitted for some nice work pants. Sidney helped me out and was a great help with finding my perfect fit. The pants were very comfortable and stretchy. I highly recommend anyone looking for excellent quality clothes to come and at least check out their lines.
Ian Neely: Had a great experience at this store. Bonobos clothes are great quality and they have a lot of different fits. I made sure to take my time finding the fit I wanted and the employees were nothing but spectacular! They didn’t blink an eye after trying on at least 6 pairs of pants in different size until I found the one that fit best.During my time, employees were attentive but not too push. They didn’t have a power spike which took down their systems, but this stuff happens and we went shopping further to other stores. When we came back, they helped me order what I wanted and the process was quick and painless. Shopping should always be this easy and kindness goes along way. So glad to have this store here and good people working it!

It arrived within 10 days, fit perfectly, looked great, and received lots of compliments. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.
Nolon Blaylock: The store is nice and clean, and the workers have always been nice to me. It’s helpful to know, however, that this is only a “showroom.” You can try on clothes to find your fit, but they do not carry inventory for you to buy anything. All sales must be done online.

Justin Stansell: They were short staffed when I popped in, there appeared to be a single employee and the store had about 8-10 people browsing the wares. The lone worker serviced each of us in a brief but comprehensive way. He was able to save me money by recommending an online order that would deliver to my house as opposed to a tailoring operation which I would have had to pay more for and make a second trip to the store.

Ben Smith: Prior to going to this Jos. A Banks location, I made an appointment for Saturday, May 27th @ 12:00pm. When I arrived, it took 10 minutes for an employee to approach and ask if I needed assistance. I told her that I made an appointment online. That I was getting married in October and wanted to find suit colors to best match the bridesmaids dresses. She only replied back with an “ok” and walked away. When she could’ve easily said, “I’ll be right with you.”My friend and I proceeded to browse around and find color samples to hold up next to the jackets. In the background, we heard one of the employees say, “I think that couple needs help.” And they weren’t talking about us. At that point, we left and will not be going back or recommend this location. I hope the other locations in this area have been trained with better customer service.

I was super disappointed to have picked this place for my wedding attire and for my groomsmen. Suits were late and no one reached out when they were ready. Wrong sizes and wouldn’t tailor to any requests. Won’t ever go back!
Aaron Heil: Worst place I have ever been too, and I’ve been to a lot for suits and tailoring. These guys are so unorganized. It takes them 30 min just to find your suit. When you get measured they tell you your suit will be ready in about a week or two, then it takes two months, only for you to gain Lu go pick it up without the pants hemmed, which they don’t tell you in the first place. Now I’m stuck the day before the wedding trying to find a tailor. Find another place for a suit, these guys are not professional, are not organized, and don’t care if they inconvenience you.
Laura Crawley: My son and I came to this location today to shop for a suit for him. Not one of the employees working in this store greeted us or asked if they could help us. After 15 to 20 minutes of patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge us, I finally mentioned to an employee that we had not been helped. He said he would be back to us. After continuing to wait and observing another employee standing there arranging items on a table, we were approached. When we communicated what we were looking for, the employee helping us acted like he had no clue what we were asking for and very limited knowledge of their product line. Bottom line - this store location is staffed by completely unprofessional employees who obviously consider prospective customers as mere annoyances! Do not waste your time coming to this particular store!
Eric: So, I ordered 6 sport's shirts on the Jos. A. Bank website, all of which were described as "traditional fit" (per a custom search). All shirts were delivered as "tailored fit". I took them to the store for a refund, and mentioned the reason for return. What annoys me most - aside from wasting a lot of time conducting a search only to learn the system provide me with inaccurate results, is that the staff refuted my concerns, and even after looking up the information for one shirt to learn it is indeed described as "traditional fit" made no apologies, and acted as though nothing was wrong. Hardly a great experience. 😒
Dustin Trask: Purchased two custom suits. Went in for fitting, they were stock off the shelf suits. No customization at all. They took all the standard measurements to create a custom fit, but sent a stock. Don't tell me you are making me a suit then give me a stock suit you plan to alter. That friends is fraud. I will never buy anything from that place again. And made in China. Didn't know that going in. Never again.
Scott Rasmussen: This is now my go-to place for suits, shirts, ties, etc. The staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to deliver a great experience.I ordered a custom suit that wasn't quite right when it was first delivered to the store but the salesperson and in-store tailor did an outstanding job to make it right. The next version was perfect.The salespeople that helped with the next 2 custom suits were even better...what a great experience.
Jason Hosonitz: I had an excellent experience today, even though the store was short staffed. It didn’t matter that I chose to buy a suit off the sales rack and was pressed for time. The manager was polite and worked quickly to get me a shirt that met my needs and fit me well. He recommended a last minute tailor and had me out the door quickly. I’ll be back!
Stephen Odom: I ordered the suit using the wedding code in April and today, the day of the wedding, the rest of the wedding party has buttons on the cuffs of the jacket and I don’t. What’s up with that? None of the other men had to ask for buttons!
Jeff Berry: I came down to Raleigh for a wedding and had tailoring emergency and the tailor at this Jo’s a bank (I didn’t get her name) was incredibly kind and accommodating. She had my suit jacket completely done and ready to go within 24 hours and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.
