Glenwood South Tailors - Sartorial Mens Clothing Store and Bespoke Suiting: what do users think?
Ryan Halos: Brian is truly fantastic. He provides a level of service rarely seen in this day and age. He is a true craftsman and designer. His attention to detail is second to none. I will not go anywhere in Raleigh for my suits or tailoring.Service:Custom made clothing
Eric Li: Brian and team are great. I recently moved to Raleigh and I’m so glad I found him to help with all of my tailoring needs. Very high quality work and top notch customer service. It’s comforting to know that they can do a great job on high quality suits like Canali, Zegna, Purple Label, and etc. Will be coming back here often.Services:Pants alterations,Formal wear tailoring
Frances lee Mueller: I trusted this amazing business with my wedding dress alterations and it turned out PERFECTLY!! So, so kind, fun, and personable to work with, also able to work around my crazy work schedule- I will be coming back for all my husbands future suit needs!!!
Max Matthews: Took great care of me, despite an extremely short time frame. Extremely friendly and professional, definitely the best quality work I've seen in a tailor. Will definitely be going back. Highly highly recommend.
Jamie Tchernykh: Stopped in to get a jacket tailored for a wedding. First of all, the place looks awesome. Clean and professional environment and very welcoming. Brian had me in and out really quick. He has an amazing eye and recommended some alterations I didn’t know were possible. When I picked up my coat, it was truly a spectacular fit. I truly cannot express how incredible it looks and fits.Brian even called to follow up and ask how it went on the day of the event. Unfortunately, I incorrectly gave him the event weekend as being one week earlier than it was, so haven’t got to “use” the coat yet, but I am positive it will be spectacular. Many thanks to Brian and his team. Without any doubts, I will be back!Service:Coat jacket alterations
Derek Horstmeyer: I had a beautiful suit and shirt made here. Top-notch service and a great, stylist suit. Can't recommend it enoughService:Custom made clothing
Matthew Pepe: Brian and team at Glenwood South Tailors are amazing. I've been a customer for 5 years now. I have had simple things done like shirt and pant tailoring, entire suite/tux resizing, and I've also had custom attire created with the guidance of Brian and his amazing eye and styling tips.I have never been left wanting. Great service, unmatched skill (seriously, if you want it done right and you want it to fit like it's supposed to, come here), and I'm looking forward to exploring some more bespoke pieces. His displays in the show room are giving me many ideas....Services:Coat jacket alterations,Custom made clothing,Men's clothing alterations
Walker Graham: My fiancé and I came in last week with an emergency to get my custom suit jacket fixed for our wedding. Brian did a fantastic job - he listened to how I wanted my jacket to fit and he got it fixed within just a few days before we had to leave. He’s the absolute best! I walked in and he had the jacket ready for me to try on and I immediately could tell the difference and I felt so much more comfortable in the jacket! It fits perfectly! Will definitely be back very soon!!Service:Coat jacket alterations
John Arias: Brian and his team are truly masters at what they do. I've been on a weight loss journey and have lost approximately 65-70 pounds so far, so a lot of the clothes I used to wear no longer fit me. I was disappointed to see my favorite Robert Graham shirts, which are extremely unique and limited edition in design, no longer fit me. I brought them to this shop in hopes of being able to adjust the wacky pattern shirts, and when I came in to try them on after all alterations were made, I could NOT stop smiling and laughing with joy! They fit me better than they ever have, and I'm thrilled with the results. HIGHLY recommend Brian and his team to make any alterations you may need and will definitely be coming back here for any of my needsServices:Pants alterations,Alterations,Dress alterations,Men's clothing alterations
Justin Newman: Brian is super nice and helpfulService:Men's clothing alterations
Franklin Watson: Great experience and a good price, it was exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to get my suit tailored.
Sarah Winslow: Lovely tailoring. Fun boutique establishmentServices:Pants alterations,Dress alterations
Matt Hennessy: Brian's team and I began discussing a bespoke dinner jacket in early January and when it came time for me to debut the item at my wedding in April, I was blown away. At the recommendation of a friend and and after seeing the quality of outcome from the team, I knew I'd made the right choice to invest in something I would cherish.Brian and his team took great care in listening to me, catering to unique requests and sartorial detail that is easy to overlook, but reflective of true craftsmanship. I could not have been more pleased with the service, quality, and care that Brian gave to me, and I know gives to all of his clients. I was so impressed by the entire bespoke experience, which requires a great deal of trust, communication, and flexibility between the creator and recipient. This is a very special, gem of a business to have in Raleigh. Thank you Brian, Julia, Caitlin, and the entire team for helping me to deliver on a truly. one of a kind item that was envied by all.Services:Shirt tailoring,Suit tailoring,Coat jacket alterations,Custom made clothing,Men's clothing alterations
Liz Wilson: I got my wedding dress alterations done at Glenwood South Tailors and cannot recommend them enough! They are incredibly personable & attentive. I had a lot of requests for my dress and they were so wonderful about them. They even helped me notice things I have not have on my own! The pricing was extremely reasonable for the incredible work they do!! Highly highly recommend!Service:Dress alterations
Cindy Gonzalez: Glenwood South Tailors is the best tailor shop in Raleigh! Brian and his team are absolutely amazing. I picked up my wedding dress today and all I can say is WOW! Not only did they take off my dress, but also helped my parents with getting their wedding fits altered. Once again Brian and his team are very the best and their kindness is the outstanding. Thank you again and I would definitely recommend Glenwood South tailors for your alterations ☺️Service:Dress alterations
Samuel Fuleihan: Dropped off a suit for alterations. Pants and suit jacket came out fitting perfectly. Service was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions in a respectful and informative manner.Services:Pants alterations,Coat jacket alterations,Alterations,Men's clothing alterations
Alex Rosenbower: Got my dream bespoke wedding suit! Highly recommend for people who are unsure about bespoke suiting and want to learn more and get the most out of their experience. I went to Glenwood South Tailors to meet with Brian (based on recommendations from co-workers) to guide me to the perfect suit for my wedding. I was new the process of bespoke suits and after a quick consultation and sharing my stream of thoughts about what I might want to look like, Brian quickly pinned down the perfect suit that captured the look I wanted. The team valued my feedback and was quick to respond as they worked to tailor a perfect fit for my new bespoke suit. In addition, the team helped me tailor and alter pieces I already owned and provided multiple recommendations on accessories to fully complete the look. I left feeling confident in my look and plan to come back to work with Brian and team on future opportunities.Services:Suit tailoring,Pants alterations,Coat jacket alterations,Custom made clothing,Alterations,Men's clothing alterations
Maddie Maxwell: I have been coming here for years, never disappointed! The staff is amazing and they have performed miracle work on some of my families outfits! Definitely recommend!Service:Formal wear tailoring
Isaac P: The staff have good hearts!
Austin Freels: Edited to 2 stars from 1 star, the owner contacted me refunding me 50% of the cost to correct my review. Didn’t make up for being late to the wedding, or seem to want to make it right with me.Dropped off a tux two months before a wedding to get it tailored, 1 week before the wedding I called and they hadn’t started on it yet. They made us late to the wedding, and did last minute rough alterations worth about $100 at best. They ended up charging me the full $320 for my alterations, and gave me $40 in credit to come back. This place used to be amazing, but will never go back after dropping the ball on quality, customer service and just doing the right thing.
Michael Hoy: Brian, Julia, Caitlin and team are absolute PROS. They provided a true bespoke experience for a custom tux and jacket. Each consultation and fitting aligned us closer to the return on image I expect when I work with high level professionals. The pieces were completed on time and to spec. There were no issues and I will absolutely work with this team again. Thanks to everyone involved, cheers to a long relationship.

Jeffrey5Star: Best in town!
Johanna Shoucair: Never thought I would give one star. Let make this clear, the one they had sew did exactly what they were told and sewed beautifully, but the one who runs the front caused the problems and here's why. I brought tactical 511 pants in to be converted into skirts. They said they could do it. I brought a skirt in for them for measurement and how to do the split. Week later...I pick up the skirts and try them on. I couldn't walk in the skirts. Bottom was so tight, no split. This is where the one star comes in: the woman says to me YOU DIDN'T TELL ME YOU HAD TO WALK. I just looked at her, and asked what else am I going to with them? Hop? She didn't offer to fix it, she didn't apologize, she said in a nasty tone and laughing at me that it will cost extra to fix it and another week. I said first of all what's with the laughing? You had the seamstress do this wrong, and you want me to pay and wait another week? Took my stuff and left, had to fix it myself which it came out beautiful. Will never go back there even if they offered to hem my items for free for year.
Ryan Kretchmer: Positive:Quality,ValueI have been going to this shop for the better part of seven years now. They are incredibly nice, I almost never have to wait for my measurements/fitting, and they constantly deliver on time as well. Genuinely good people, good service, and I highly recommend.Service:Alterations
Caroline Shovlain: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueI just had my wedding dress altered here. Not only was everyone professional and kind, the dress was completed beautifully, quickly, and very budget-friendly! I am so happy with the results. It looks like I bought the dress to fit me perfectly!Service:Alterations
Missy Scott: She’s good at what she does, doesn’t have to great customer service.Service:Alterations
Taylor Homes: I had a suit that was maybe two sizes too big that I needed tailored for an upcoming wedding and I didn't have a lot of time. Luyen Tailor was up for the challenge. They worked some kind of magic and now the suit fits like it was made just for me. I was highly impressed with every aspect of the process. They were very professional, reasonably priced and very fast. I would recommend them highly for any tailoring needs and I will certainly be using them again in the future.Service:Alterations
Chet Mebane: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueLove this tailor! I take all my alterations to this tailor! They are the bomb… as the kids would say! LolService:Alterations
Dewey Lee: Had five pair pants hemmed including jeans. This is the only place I'll take my clothes from here on.
Joy Judkins: Truly love this place. I had a problem and it was solved with no problem.
Joseph Papu: Bought some $20 Amazon khakis and brought them over to get custom tailored to me. Now they look like $80 j crew pants. Will definitely be going back. Bonus, there was a very cute and friendly dog that I got to say hi to as I waited.
Dionne Johnson: I had two dresses altered, one of which I needed lengthening and the other to be taken in on sides, zipper replaced, and shortened. Both dress alterations were executed beautifully. I have been to many tailor shops over the years, as I have the majority of my clothes altered/tailored to achieve the exact look that I am going for. I highly recommend Luyen Tailor!Service:Alterations
Resolution Healthcare Staffing Services: Very nice people and great quality work!

Andrew Gross: I got a tuxedo tailored and a custom shirt for my wedding and it turned great! Michael was friendly and took a ton of time with me to make sure it was right. The measurements and tailoring done here are much more involved than what you would have done at a standard tailor and it shows.
Dustin Osborne: Took my white suit here for my wedding. Brought it in with very short notice but Michael ensured he would get it done and he delivered! Absolute professional and amazing at what he does. Highly recommend!
Purushothaman M: Fantastic service, on time delivery, great custom fitMicheal did a outstanding job in customising my pants, I liked his recommendation suggestions
M Sanchez: Best Tailor in Town!!
Hussain H: I came into Michael’s shop just a week before the event and he was able to make it work. I needed suit jacket alterations and he was able to accurately alter it to fit my body and also with a discounted price. He offers quality I'm sure isn’t available in other tailors locally. On top of that, I was greeted with excellent customer service that allowed me to have the suit the way I wanted. I definitely plan to come back in the future!

A Ha: Wonder wonderful craftsmanship. Have been using Michael for over a year - so hard to find a talented tailor anywhere, yet here he is in my Cary backyard! Will always come to Michael for my alterations / modifications while I live in the area.Excellent customer service. Fair pricing for quality of work.
Autumn Dunn: One of the best tailors I've ever had!I brought in 9 different clothes. Wool and linen skirts, slacks and pants, dresses of a variety of material. He not only gave fantastic advice on the best way to have them fit me, but even reworked a few of the pieces to fit my frame perfectly. They came out exactly how I envisioned them and exactly how he pinned them! The prices were extremely fair (I averaged around $50-60 a piece, some being way more difficult than others! And we're talking almost a complete reworking of half of the clothing!). Every piece looks like a couture designer item now and it was absolutely worth it!He's dedicated to customer service, and his expertise in designing and making his own clothes makes him by the far the best tailor I've ever met. There isn't a single article of clothing he can't tailor to fit exactly what you're looking for. Highly reccomend him!!
J B: Great custom shirts. Will adjust shirts and suits to fit you perfectly.
Catalin Iuga: Amazing work! He custom resized motorcycle pants for me. They fit perfectly now. Price for the work was reasonable and work was done on time. He’s more than a tailor, he’s a designer, a producer. Stuff just fit better after.I’ll be coming here to do a suit next. Thanks Michael.
Reese Caruthers: Michael Iji had my suit fitted and tailored to better fit and look in style. Clean and good work. I look forward to bringing more of my suits back.
Bryant Swennie: Awesome experience, Micheal's hands are magic he had to fix my tuxedo for my wedding that was done by another designer and let's just say he did an amazing job. I will forever come to him to get my clothes tailored
Tieshia Young: Professional services all around, fast and very accommodating
Jody O'Dell: Had did an urgent alterations on my uniform, and he hooked me up. He took a uniform that fitted me in my 20s and now still fit me in my 50s.Then got some custom shirts from him which fit lile a gloveHighly recommended
Karim L'argent: Great service! However, my pick up time wasn’t respected more than once and my phone calls were not answeredGlad we were able to make things work on the end

Tam's Tailor: what do users think?
Craig Fletcher: Best Tailor; great prompt service
Stephen Sigward: Services:Clothing repairs,Dry cleaning
Joseph Paguada: The best, kindest, and most professional tailors.
Justin Light: Had a few alterations done so far. Great service, attention to detail, & very welcoming environment. Thank you Tam & the rest of her team! Highly recommendService:Alterations
M Harris: Tam and his wife are wonderful tailors and lovely people. I wouldn't even consider taking my clothes anywhere else...have been using them for years
Daniel Jacobs: Brought a suit in for my first visit and they nailed it! Great job. Cheers
Kevin Lemuel Franklin: I Love Everything
Madison mccullock: I have been getting my clothes altered here for about a year or so. I haven't had any issues until recently. The past few times I have brought in scrub pants to be altered for my job since I'm in between a small and medium size. Of every single pair of the 5 pants I have brought in, I've had to return for more work because they were still too big. One time they forgot to alter my pants all together when I came to pick them up a week later! I don't know if they have too many customers now to where their quality has diminished because of it, but each time (even though it's a huge inconvenience for me to return cause the garment isn't correct) I am polite about needing further adjustments made. The last two times I have received an attitude from the owner about needing the pants altered again. I myself work in the service industry, and never make it seem like it's the CUSTOMER'S fault for my mistakes or not doing my job correctly. Which is why I was stunned when she stated, " maybe we shouldn't do business together again since you come back each time." I feel like since I'm paying for a service..the job should be done correctly? And considering the most-recent pants I brought in, I received with one leg WAY tighter than the other, I can guarantee I won't be returning. I am honestly appalled at how poor the owner's customer service is considering I've spent a lot of money here, and I've been a customer for a while with no past issues. But I will make sure to let everyone I sent there in the past know to not return either since it's "such an inconvenience." Wish you guys the best of luck!Service:Alterations
Samantha Maxwell: I love them...fixed my jeans while I waited. I will be back
Donna Mintz: Excellent work!
Samuel Blanton: Was in a pinch after picking clothes up from the cleaners when a hem came out on a pair of slacks. Tam’s is open through Saturday afternoon and provided the service I needed quickly. Highly recommend.Services:Pants alterations,General repairs
Eric Cheng: Best tailor in Raleigh! Amazing work and really good prices, the staff always smile when they see customers and they are very nice. I'll always be coming back.
Robyn Mooers: Would highly recommend. I had three pieces tailored and they all fit perfectly with quick turnaround. Will definitely use again!
Madison Holley: Quality work, friendly, and reasonable prices. Everything from hemming my work slacks, to repairing my cheap but much-loved jorts, to taking in a ballgown. I am always impressed with how the clothes turn out. Wearing things that really fit you makes a huge difference in your confidence and I am grateful to Tam's for helping me!Service:Alterations
Susan King: They did a job well done
Reese Randall: Quick and easy! My item was ready as promised. Great work!
Ellen Sabin: Best tailor experience ever with a complicated off of the shoulder, long, formal gown. Alterations were perfect and price was very fair. Recommended to me and I can see why.Service:Alterations
Robin H: We had a great experience, the owners are very nice and courteous. We were happy with our alterations.
Karena Hyman: Positive:QualityAlterations on my wedding dress…Perfect Service:Alterations
Sarah Johnson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI needed a last minute alteration to a bridesmaid dress and they fixed it up in no time! I’d suggest them to anyone! Thank you!!Service:Alterations

Duke's Tailor: what do users think?
Katie Murray: Services:Shirt tailoring,Alterations
Kathleen Taylor: Great work but communication could improve.
Millicent Womble: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my wedding dress hymned here. When I got it back, it was WAY too short and unfixable. I now have to wear flats to the wedding, and it will still barely touch the ground. When I was measured, I tried it on with my wedding day heels on.Service:Alterations
Carlton: Service:AlterationsCritical:Quality,Value
Lynn Mitchener: Very helpful and do a great job
Matthew Perry: Good place for alterations, I take all my pants there. Convenient location, reasonable turn around times and prices. Staff is nice. Would recommend with out hesitation.
Slee Arnold: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Carolyn Valahu: Positive:Quality,Value
Caroline Bryan: Went in to have a simple dressed hemmed and it looked TERRIBLE! They tried to blame it on the fabric, which is ridiculous. Also, it was $19! That’s more than I paid for the dress. Go to Lees tailor instead. I’ve learned my lesson!
Mike Zetts: This small family-run tailor shop is a jewel. The staff is very friendly, the work is impeccable, and the price is far below what you would pay at most tailors.
Funfash: So nice, and excellent work!
Suresh P: Very attentive and accurate work. Friendly and quick turnaround
Stephen Saunders: Do not use this tailor. I had 8 shirts from Brooks Brothers taken in on the sides here and the shirts are now ruined. I took the shirts to the tailor at brooks brothers and she stated that the shirts were ruined. They refused to refund the $208 I spent to have them tailored or to replace the shirts.
Luis Reyes: I really wish this could be 0 stars😡 They treated me horrible will never be coming back.
Deprina Squires: Like others, I wish I could post no stars!I went to see if I could get the slit in my dress sewn down a little. The lady at the counter VERY RUDELY told me it would ruin the dress (which was perfectly fine to tell me), but when I told her I was just going around checking prices at different places she shooed me away with her hand and said, "take it somewhere else, don't come back here! I don't want to work on it!". There was another customer in the room trying on a dress and overheard the whole thing.I didn't even get anything worked on and the customer service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I cannot stress enough to not go here!!!! If they want their customers to become repeat customers they really need to work on their politeness and desire to work for whomever comes through the door.
Courtney Smith: Terrible service. I was told my tailoring would be done on Tuesday, I came in on Wednesday and they had lost two of my dresses. When they finally found them the dresses were undone, so I had to come in a day later to pick them up. When I picked up my dresses the work was awful. The hem was crooked and the seems didnt line up. Will not be back.
Carolyn Coia: Tailoring service was awful! I had a pricey bridesmaid dress altered for cap sleeves that were too large, I had the zipper redone in the back and I had the dress hemmed. The cap sleeve sewing came undone during the wedding reception on both sides and I had to use pins to keep it from falling down. The zipper piece was not sewn down and kept popping up and so we also had to use a straight pin to keep that together. I would have just pinned everything myself and not gotten alterations if that was going to be the case all night anyways. You can tell it is an alteration problem as the dress material is not torn (so it literally just unthreaded). I told the lady I would bring the dress in so that she could see the issue and she refused and told me no refunds. Think twice before you come here.
Brad H: I've had about 7 suits and various dress pants tailored at Dukes over the last three years. I recently went in to have an old suit adjusted. The tailor checked the coat which could be adjusted but when she checked the pants it was determined they could not be let out any more. This was an old suit so I said I was just going to buy a new suit instead of having only the coat adjusted. She rudely told me I owed her $10 now for the "fitting". The adjustment was only $20 so I just had the coat adjusted. I was rather irritated because she never mentioned a "fitting fee"which took all of 5 minutes. I think it was rather short sighted on her part. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Bhavika Desai: If I had the option of zero stars...I called Duke's about adding cups to dress and she suggested I come in. I came in less than 10 minutes later. I showed her the dress and asked if cups were the best solution and she said yes and told me to try on the dress.I put my dress on and she had various sizes of cups to try to see what was the best fit. Most still showed through the dress and she suggested I alter the dress b/c my waist was short for it. I stated that I preferred not to alter the dress and that I'd like to think about it.I went to the fitting room to change and came out and told her I'd think about it and thank you. Before I could finish that statement she told me "it was best I never come back and that I should find someone else b/c I didn't trust her". I restated I just didn't want to alter the dress (it's cheap and not worth it) but she let me know again not to come back.I was very shocked and really didn't even know what had just happened. There was another gentleman in there waiting and heard most of our conversation. I was trying very hard to be discreet in the shop b/c the dress is very revealing (hence the cups).Best advice, find someone else.
Justin Bova: Let's first start out by saying, I am picky about my suits, and I like the fabric to drape nicely and not have rolls.I have had 2 suit jackets tailored here. I took them to Duke's for their good rep and awards. On the first suit, I needed the back and waist taken in on the jacket along with the sleeves. The sleeves were perfect, however, the back of the jacket was not taken in correctly, and the jacket developed a roll by the collar. It turns out they never opened up the neck (collar) of the jacket to sew it correctly. Also, I had to have the seat of the pants taken in, and the way they did it made my pockets pucker.I went back to drop off my 2nd suit and brought the first one, and asked them to fix the roll in the collar. She just pressed my first suit and gave it back to me. I should have known not to give them the 2nd one. The 2nd suit needed waist supression on the jacket and hems on sleeves and legs (simple stuff). The jacket came back with a point coming out the back from where they started taking in the waist. I put it on, and it looked like I had a 6 inch pimple coming out of the center of my back. completely unacceptable. My complaints went unheard, and I thought it was better to take it somewhere else.I will never have anything tailored at Duke's again. Even though, Duke's is about 20 minutes closer to my house than my current tailor, but I NEVER have a problem with my current tailor, and they fixed all the things Duke's did wrong for me for a reasonable price.

Lee's Tailors: what do users think?
Chris Miller: $21 to have a polo taken in is absurd. It's $14 and has always been that or less at every other Lee's Tailors. Charging the extra $7 for short sleeves when it's not an option to do it without the sleeves is very dumb and misleading. Definitely confirm pricing before getting work done, and based on other reviews that might not even be enough unfortunately.Service:Shirt tailoring
Alicia Woerner: The best tailor I have found in Raleigh. Be careful, not all “Lee’s Tailor’s” are the same. All of the work I have had here is fantastic (pants, formal dresses, casual dresses, even a bathing suit). Prices are more than fair. Quick turnaround time on products. Great service!!
Misz Monica Jones: Fast work, great customer service
Tayler T: The fact that the line is out the door most weekends should tell you something of their work. I’ve taken multiple pieces here, from sundresses, to bridesmaid dresses, my husband has even taken suits here and they always do an impeccable job for unbeatable prices. Their turnaround is quite fast too!
S P Fletcher: Excellent service, style, and quality.
Julie Whiten: I’ve used Lee’s Tailors for fitting uniforms, everyday clothing, hemming linens, and most recently I trusted them with the fitting my Ursula costume and they did a fantastic job. I appreciate their fast service and reasonable pricing!
Davis Wiliford: Wow! Super friendly staff that know exactly what they are doing! I’ve moved around a lot and have tried so many tailors from big cities like NYC, LA, Atlanta. This shop is the best I’ve ever seen. It was pretty busy when I came here but I can definitely see why. They are incredible! Be prepared to wait a bit but it was well worth it in my opinion. My wife had a couple of dresses and I had some suits. The dresses just needed a hem but there were a lot of layers involved. My suits needed to be completely reworked. I’m typically very hesitant to make big changes to suits but I recently lost some weight and love these suits. They made this thing fit like it was custom!! Not many tailors know how to correctly alter the shoulders and take in the body of the suit when dealing with pockets and slits. They did it perfectly at a fraction of the cost compared to others. So much cheaper than getting a new suit and definitely cheaper than a custom suit! And the cherry on top was that they were able to do it same day!! It was a bit more expensive for such a quick turnaround but we’ll worth it so my wife and I had something to wear for a friend’s wedding. 10/10Services:Shirt tailoring,Suit tailoring,Clothing repairs,Cuffs alterations,Coat jacket alterations,Custom made clothing,Formal wear tailoring,Alterations,Waist adjustments,General repairs,Uniform tailoring,Men's clothing alterations
Meagan Foster: Always a good experience
Ching Yi Thong: My go-to tailor! They’re fast, reliable and have the best prices - I had a bunch of clothes altered (work dress, pants, tops and even converted a dress into a two piece set). Honestly there’s nothing they can’t do when it comes to alterations and they have the best customer service compared to other tailors around the Triangle.Services:Coat jacket alterations,Invisible seams,Alterations,Blouse alterations,Waist adjustments,Dry cleaning,Dress alterations
Jennifer Asciutto: I came to Lee's with a formal gown that needed to be sized down. It ended up having a tricky issue with the neckline. Lee's staff patiently listened to my needs and worked very quickly to come up with possible solutions and redo the neckline until it was properly adjusted (at no extra charge). Thank you Lee's for your help, the dress fits beautifully!Services:Alterations,Dress alterations
willie woodard: Good prices quick service
John Kitto: This is such an unassuming storefront, but they have consistent quality, fair prices, and quick service. There’s a reason Lee’s has been a staple of Raleigh for years! An added plus is their proximity to a mall entrance and the bottom floor location, allowing for parking in the deck and eliminating all chances of getting wet on your walk from the car.
Jane Weatherly: First and last time. 4 of 5 items done incorrectly and probably ruined. I wouldn’t buy anything that worked only 20% of the time.
Moises Carvajal: I've been coming here since 2015, and I have zero complaints. First place I come to when I need something fixed!
Samantha Symonds: Exceptional service and affordable - I came here initially to get a bridesmaids dress fitted and this will now definitely be my tailor for all my future clothes. Love them!
Andrew Newsome: Have been comjng here for years and the same staff worked all the time. I felt like I knew the 3-4 ladies there almost by name, but recently there must be a few “new hires, and with that the quality has plummeted. I won’t be returning if the old staff is not there!
sterling smith: Friendly and always on time with work promised.Services:Cuffs alterations,General repairs,Uniform tailoring
shauna Rudolph: Was able to do alterations on my dress in two days and it fit well.
Allison Gamble: Recently used them for a bridesmaid dress alteration and they went above and beyond to make sure the dress was perfect. Thank you again!Service:Women's clothing alterations
Mackenzie Leung: Service:Dress alterations
Claire Thong: Awesome customer service and tremendous price. They offered same day service and my stuff came out perfect!Service:Blouse alterations

Jenny's Tailor & Bridal: what do users think?
C L: Jenny can do anything! I’ve been bringing my mending, alterations, and sewing there for years. Always friendly, fast, and fair-priced.Services:Clothing repairs,Custom made clothing,Alterations,General repairs,Kids' clothing alterations
Katelyn Becker: Great work and done on time
Kathy Moosavi: I feel like her work has really changed, and not for the better. The process is rushed, she doesn't really listen to what it is you want and alters the garments based off of what she wants. Took a dress to her to get hemmed and it was barely taken up. Took a shirt to get taken in, and again not enough was taken in and when you try to explain that to her she talks over you and doesn't understand at all. Sadly I no longer recommend her and have found somewhere else to go.Service:Alterations
Evelyn McCauley: I sent Jenny's Tailor a jacket with a broken zipper and asked to have it replaced. I was charged $22 up front. When the jacket was returned to me, the zipper worked so I thought no more of it. Fast forward to a couple weeks later, when the zipper broke again, and upon closer examination, I realized they had NOT replaced the zipper at all, simply reseated the slide (and not very well). I devised a fix of my own, so lesson learned. Do not recommend them at all for this type of work, since they seem to be happy to overcharge and misrepresent their work on a whim.Service:General repairs
Paul Luciano: Could be better with details
Cynthia Wingfield: Very professional... Excellent prices..It is the only tailor for me.
Elizabeth McGirr: Services:Alterations,General repairsPositive:Professionalism,Quality
Kim Hoang: Positive:ResponsivenessJenny is the best, friendly very professional what she doesService:Design
Libby Rupert: Jenny is the kindest and always does great work
Melissa Siivola: They created a new dress out of the one I took in. NOT WHAT I WANTED.
Eesha Barua: Speedy service on one hour notice. Great place
Mary Billings: Had some pants hemmed. Did a good job
Kristi Wiggins: Jenny does great work and has always been on time for me.
Jan Starnowski: Jenny has always done impeccable work for me. She pays attention to detail and is timely with alterations.
Mike P: I brought in 4 uniform shirts to be tailored to this establishment. After wearing 2 of them ONCE, the arm pits fell apart. Jenny's refused to repair THEIR shoddy work and wanted ME to pay for the repair. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I will NEVER use their services again. I will also be spreading the word to everybody in the area about their shoddy business practices. I am only giving one star because I am not allowed by this program to give ZERO stars.
Rachel Pasternak: Jenny's work is amazing! She's is so good at what she does. I have to have all of my pants/jeans hemmed and her work is perfect. She has worked with me on last minute needs which I really appreciate. Take all your alteration needs to Jenny's Tailor! She's the best!
