LEETHAD MITCHELL: I have been getting my Mercedes serviced here for several years. I have tried other area service shops but I have found Foreign Service to suit my needs more. Now owning and driving a Mercedes is a LUXURY which is a certain fact many lose sight of.That said you should never expect cheap parts or labor if you choose to drive these vehicles. I like the Foreign Service because they will inspect your vehicle and advise you on what is going on. The difference between them and the dealership is I believe the dealership is only focused on you paying outrageous costs for often unnecessary maintenance items. My word of advice is:If you 'choose' to drive a Mercedes than find yourself a specialist rather than deal with a dealership. '87 190...'00 300...'95 320...'12 250. Property Manager: I ordered my 2022 GLB in Jan 2022 in the thick of the pandemic. I was told by my sales person that despite all of the global supply chain issues, I would get my car in April. After several delays, I didn't get it until August and my custom build was incorrect. One of the finance guys asked me if I was going to make a down payment on the car or use that money for shopping. His tone was not joking, it was rude and judgmental. I was told by multiple people at different times, including the service department that I had mobility/run flat tires and it took going to the Raleigh dealership to understand that I had standard tires. They also don't tell you that your standard remote lock/start features will cost you after the first year. I had so many issues with this car and the customer service. Actually had my car reordered with the correct features and the tires were still wrong. They told me at first the rebuild had mobility tires and after I asked them to triple check, they finally came back saying they were standard tires and many of the new cars do not come with a spare, only a useless pump that never works. Spoke with dealership directors and the owner on multiple occasions and no one would take responsibility or accountability or make anything right.

She apologized and explained that the mechanics are busy with other vehicles, and car will be worked on tomorrow. I explained that I have an extended warranty with Endurance, that includes tire warranty. The next day, I picked up my car. Ms. Yost completed the Endurance form and faxed to Endurance. She apologized that car was unable to be fixed yesterday. Ms. Yost was extremely kind. She was God sent. She had a caring spirit, and very personable personality. Thank You Ms. Yost for showing up and being you. I Truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help me. It meant a lot.This review is for Jared HoggMr. Hogg assisted with two unplanned need of car repairs. In early June and late May 2023. I had a flat tire and engine problem. Mr.Hogg was helpful and explained all that was needed for the engine. After, I explained that I needed my vehicle back by a certain date, Mr. Hogg accommodated my requests. However, there was an issue by the Mechanic, Mr. Hogg called and provided an update. In knowing my concern and need to have my vehicle returned by a certain date, Mr. Hogg apologized and made sure I had a loner vehicle for one extra day. Thank You Mr. Hogg for your assistance!

Skyrim Shuffle: Long story short, this location tried to remedy their mistake of breaking my windshield wiper on 04/13 only to order two of the same size blades (mistakes happen, I get it). While I paid in advance (on 04/14) and picked up the wipers on (04/16), the customer service experience was a complete 180. On 04/13 & 04/14 Dalton and TJ handled the situation professionally (thank you). On 04/16, the woman behind the counter (she was already upset) slammed a roll of receipt paper down on the counter so hard that I felt the entire counter shake. She was highly unprofessional and had a major attitude... I received my wiper blades and went to another auto zone location. Bad vibes in that store today. Most likely won't be back.

I have a 2006 Porsche 911 that had a coolant issue over a year ago that they fixed at a reasonable price as well as some other work. Over a year later , after 2 long road trips and many daily drives, the car experienced another small coolant leak. Not sure how many man hours Torque invested in figuring issue out….more than several…they ended up purchasing and replacing a defective expansion tank. The charge to me was zero!! Who stands behind their work like that? Nobody except Torque that I know of. If you are looking for knowledgeable, reliable, honest and friendly mechanics, look no further than Torque!! Michael Kozlowski: I purchased a BFI shift knob for my mk7.5 golf r, which is something I’ve wanted since buying the car, and the entire experience was great. The product it’s self is beautifully crafted and easy to install. The weight of the knob is more subtle than I expected but feels perfect while going between gears. Truly feels made for the car. And on top of that the service provided from this company is superior to that. They got the part shipped and to my door within days and shipped it with a small surprise to go along with it. Awesome group of people who make up this company! They clearly take pride in their products and relationships.

Zach Jones: I ordered a catch can kit for my car. When I tried to install it, I couldn’t figure out the fitment of it 100%. I spoke to Garrett in service and he was able to get me a solution to my concern in less than 24hrs. These guys are great with their customer service. 10/10 would recommend over and over again.

shawn richter: Man, what can I say but outstanding. I bought a mk3 badge-less grill and unfortunately it showed up damaged from shipping. Not only were they responsive throughout, but went above and beyond to get me a replacement way faster than anticipated. Teri Alumbaugh: WOW...I'm not at all sure how to describe this company's customer service. Poor-bad. Those are words that come to mind but they don't accurately define how rude and dishonest Garrett was during the process of getting my son his gift. YOU DO NOT LIE!!! We are on back order is truthful. We custom make or make to order each item it such bull and any sensible person will see right through it. That wasn't bad enough...I have a few back and forth emails that he says one thing and another is done and then when I called him on it he had another excuse. He said in email your order will be shipped out early next week. I waited the entire week and when no shipping number came to me I called him in it AGAIN-amazingly he was able to scrounge around and get my sons order together and ship it out. You should never have to threaten a business to get results. Said business should either be legitimate or honest that they order from other countries and are on back order. I don't have any idea how the product is-it hasn't reached my son yet-but the business part of this business is very poor and maybe should have a different face of the business. I have emails to prove everything I have said to add to my review should this business try to fight my review

Carolina Elite Ventures: Needed driveline service with very short notice bc I’m taking my Porsche Cayenne Gts on a rally. They promptly got it scheduled, were highly communicative through the whole process, and their payment processing system is very convenient (surprisingly hard to find this at independents). My GTS was serviced perfectly in time for my trip and it drives better than I remember when I first bought it! They can 100% service European vehicles, including Porsche (again hard to find, most are BMW/Benz only) FIVE STARS

SirJumpsAlot: I’ve taken both my Audi’s 2011 A5 / 2019 RS5 here. The staff is phenomenal. They’re upfront about pricing, and can get you, exactly what you need. Just based on the customer service I would 20/10 recommend these guys.I had some parts ordered and it only took a few days. They got me in first thing in the morning when it fit my schedule.
Swansem Rivero: Purchased a set of what were supposed to be OEM brand new headlights, noticed one of them had black silicone sealant coming off the edges and taking over the housing lenses, I know this is not how it’s supposed to look because my previous OEM headlights didn’t look like this, I emailed them about this, no response….never buying anything again from themEdit: Greg reached out to me and was really helpful, explained to me these are purchased from a vendor, they don’t make them in-house, offered me a store credit or the option to replace them, thanks a lot!
