Cycle Gear: what do users think?
Dennis George: It was ok. First time at the store (to buy a helmet). I asked for help and told sales rep my budget and immediately tried to sale me helmets almost $150 more than what I said my budget was and kept doing with different helmets. Kind of felt I was being ignored and just wanted to get me to spend as much money as possible (that’s how I felt anyway). I did plan on going back the next day because there was no books (manual/proper care) included but I ended up exchanging the helmet for a different that I saw. That was an easy transaction and very satisfied with that. But overall, it was ok. I don’t mind trying to up sale a little but at least address my budget first. But I’ll most likely still revisit for other gear as needed.
Robbie Hanna: People are really friendly and have good knowledge about what they talk about
Joey Harward: Ordered the wrong tire from Revzilla, and got it exchanged here the same day. Zero hassle. Jacob was a great help. Thanks again!
Melissa Watkins: They wwnt above and beyond to get what we wanted, including ordering it from another location for quick delivery. Great Job! Thanks!
Rob Izzo: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped my wife and I make an informed decision for new helmets and communication units. No high pressure sales and no pushing us toward a specific product. Prices were good as well. In a time where most are buying online it’s great to be able to walk in a physical location and actually try on the item we are looking to buy.
Megan Fish: Went in after looking at some stuff on the web. Wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but after speaking with staff I had a much clearer idea of what I was after. They put in the order for me online since they didn’t have that specific item in store. I snagged a few other items I’d been mulling over and all in all great staff, and easy shopping experience for new gear and accessories.
Victor Poole: Very helpful staff with plenty of selection.
Rosie S.: Always, the place to go for cycle stuff! Friendly, helpful, good advice, huge selection!
Christina Edwards: Great place for Fox Racing Gear!
Calmese Calmao RVA: There is a big selection of different helmet style's and the service is Excellent, Cycle Gear is now my store to Gear- up, excellent service i purchase my helmet, a jacket gloves & Cardo Packtalk Edge and they installed it great place Looking forward to get my tires replaced.
Scott Enberg: The staff was extremely helpful with helmet selection Style fit and functionality.
Jeremy Campbell: This location is an excellent spot for anything you need. I've been able to get in and get out without any hassle and the staff is always ready to assist when needed!
Robert Brame: Lindsey was an awesome salesperson. She’s was knowledgeable and courteous. She went above and beyond to help us out on our purchase!
Ronnie: Excellent experience shopping in store. Found my helmet and was out within 20 min. Got a great deal on a Shoei RF1400. Will shop again.
Richard Carpenter: Great service, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of gear.
Izaak Carson: The employees are always extremely helpful. I'm still somewhat new to riding, so I have asked my fair share of silly questions. The employees are always very helpful and polite. Good prices, and incredible selection of products.
Nicole Lunsford: First time going there and the guy that helped me was great! Greater me when I came in and assist me throughout my time at this store. Great place! Will definitely be visiting there again!
Baka Boss: Needed an inner tube and needed it put on. Had me in and out in 12 min. Love this place
Bruce Valley: Professional and capable people. They not only have many items available they can get you most anything you want. Had my tires changed while I waited after a walk in. Had brake pads for my BMW. My new go to cycle shop
Larry Witt: The manager at the CycleGear in Raleigh was the absolute greatest. He assisted me with my warranty issue and installed my bluetooth headset perfectly on my helmet. I definitely recommend this guy - he takes pride in his work - I just don't know his name - but he has been the manager there for quite some time.
Timothy Stocks: Very helpful without hesitation. Gave time to explain how to use the product. Will come here again. My son was very impressed. Wish customer service existed like this everywhere else I shop.

Team Powersports - Raleigh: what do users think?
Atlas Wilson: Came in to get helmet advise I haven't rode a motorcycle since 2004, Jerry help me patiently with all my questions. It took an hour and it was close to closing time and he was like no rush. I left and came back the next day and he recognized me, he was counting his cash register money, stopped what he was doing to go get the helmet box and made sure everything was there. Saved me some also. Thanks Jerry you are the man !!
Sean Living-Water: Rachel, Sev and Dillon made my purchase of a Zero motorcycle absolutely painless and smooth. They got me a rate that was as good as what I could have done on my own without all the hassle. The asking price on my barely used bike was below market value and they all went above and beyond to make things easy. The parts department was equally as good as the highly professional sales team, 100% committed to providing everything I needed without once trying to pressure me to spend more. More dealerships should be like this.
Denver Tucker: I love this shop, I bring my business to TPS as much as I can even though they don't service my junky old BMWs. Athena is a treasure; all of the staff here is fantastic!
Robby Galloway: Athena has helped me multiple times! I really notice and appreciate the product knowledge and the customer service. Athena gave me a realistic time frame and essentially under promised and over delivered! This location services multiple brands but if you have a Kawasaki ... go see Athena and the crew here! 👍🏻
Ronald Smith: Come up and let my man DC get you in something!!! Got 3 bikes in less then a month he’s the man!!!
Damien McMurray: Very helpful
Gabriel Deiulis: Best place in the area, everyone is really fun and helpful. Gotta leave a review for helping me find a dream bike. Best selection I could find
sharrie volpe: Such a great experience super easy. Super accommodating. DC and Sev were wonderful, as well as all the other employees who we spoke to today. Getting another bike from them Tuesday.
Abner Acosta: DC thanks for everything men love the kawasaki z400. Thanks for convincing me. I love the 🏍
Jamie Stanley: Bought a 2023 Suzuki GSX 750R from them and had the best experience. My go to spot
Andrew Ernst: Great group of people. They were very informative and helpful during the whole process. Everything is streamlined and they make sure you have all you need to get on the road. I decided to wait around after the purchase while the shop prepared my new bike, and got a chance to talk with some of the other customers and employees there. All good folks. I'm very satisfied with my first bike.
Braden Jeane: Great experience, awesome place and staff. Got exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted.
Michael Crowder: I had a terrific experience with Triangle Powersports. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for me during my purchase. I had a battery issue that we found on the day of purchase. The staff quickly replaced the battery which at the time we assumed was the issue. I got the unit home and continued to have a battery issue. I took the machine to local dealer who identified the issue. I sent the staff at Triangle the quote for the repair and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. This has not become my preferred dealership for future purchases. They did not ignore me and went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy. Thank you TPS for holding yourself to a higher standard than many others! If your in the market make sure to check these folks out first.
Ashley Stroud: I walked in to purchase a replacement clutch for my sons dirtbike and I walked out with a sweet Kawasaki Teryx 4 x 4! Rachel and Sev were both fantastic, even going over and above by loaning us a trailer to take the Teryx home. They were personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.
Jesse Parker: Went yesterday to get my first motorcycle. Rachel helped me out. She was fantastic! Showed up knowing what I wanted. I was nervous but she gave me the confidence I needed! Deff would reccomend this location as well as Rachel for being awesome!
Gary Shapiro: I was searching online from my home in Maryland for a late model blue Honda Monkey in excellent to mint condition and came across one at your dealership. After contacting Rachel in sales she informed me that she had exactly what I wanted on the floor. The bike was exactly in the condition she said it was and basically completed the entire transaction by phone which was very quick and efficient. After finalizing the deal all I had to do was drive down to this impressive dealership and pick up my bike. I would definitely do business with Team Powersports in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike, quad, etc. Gary Shapiro
Kimberly Perez: Easy purchasing experience. Everyone there was very nice, but the waiting process at the end was long. My boyfriend loves his new bike though:)
Brad Bouchie: Randolph was very helpful, he found that my information in their system was incorrect and corrected it for me. I was ordering a part for my motorcycle and was going to the Garner store to have some work done, so he called the garner store to confirm that they had the parts for my bike and put them on reserve kudos to him.
Melvin Bell: Inspection only.
Bryson Bland: I went here for my first bike. Galo was extremely helpful. I honestly was very nervous going in. He got to know a little bit about what I wanted and listened. Could not be happier with the bike I purchased. The key is that Galo had the knowledge to go over every bike with me. He didn’t pressure me and helped me go home with my dream bike. I will absolutely recommend my friends here.
Tabor M: Don’t do service appointments. Very annoying to work with. Trying to get a tire swapped and Every answer was maybe this or that….or we can’t guarantee when it can be done.

Tobacco Road Harley-Davidson: what do users think?
Jane S: The BBQ is stoked! The whole area smells delicious. I can count on decent customer service and in stock parts. I just get the feeling that because I didn't buy my bike here, I'm not as high a priority. It could be just me but I didn't get that feeling at Red Cat. In either case, Tobacco Road is a worthy destination for everything Harley and fun events.
shayne tucker: Chris Britt was very helpful and friendly. Katrina in finance was absolutely on it.
Ted Tumbale: Found the best motorcycle for my needs. I enjoyed the whole buying process and the entire team went above and beyond to satisfy me.
Chris Potter: Totally cool!
Chantel Drakeford: The bomb service! The store was clean!
Uvaldo Carrillo: Quick and fast service
Matt Dominey: Bought a new Road Glide and HD Bill was awesome. He helped show me all the features and had me out on a test ride quickly - the bike sold itself. Pricing was fair and they were able to explain every charge on the sheet, which is better than a lot of dealerships I've been to. I think I was out the door on my new bike about 3hr after walking in, super easy experience. All in all it was a great experience for an even better bike.
Tony Schloss: Upgraded my older Fat Boy to a used Tri-Glide Ultra. The process was smooth as silk, the folks at the dealership knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Tobacco Road H-D has a 24-hour test drive program that I was able to take advantage of, to make sure my wife was comfortable with the trike, before purchasing. Great experience - would def. go back again, and would very much recommend.
Cristian Mendez: I did the riding academy here and the instructors were both top notch! Ashley and Susan were super helpful and everyone in the class was all new riders. To make a long story short I went from knowing nothing, to being on track to buy and ride my first motorcycle! I wasn’t a Harley guy going into it but after the class I see the appeal for why they do it! Thank you guys so much for having a great academy and even better coaches!
Leslie Kub: Ted was awesome! No pressure sales. Jeremy helped to ok the deal and Richard....you just got to meet him 😎
Miguel Modesti: Excelente tienda de artículos para el juguete de preferencia Harley Davidson ,personal muy amable y presto en ayudarte para buscar la moto que valla con tu estilo de vida ,gran variedad y a buenos precios 😉 se las recomiendo
Greg Kissel: Their little museum is worth seeing even if you are not buying a bike.
Melody Fowler: Great dealership with friendly staff !!!
Joe Christopher: Cool Dealership and Museum. Friendly Knowledgeable staff.
Deborah Boudreau: Great friendly place! Love Nancy...she was great!
james russo: CHRISTOPHER WILD is the name!!! Without a doubt the best experience I’ve had ever buying a bike. I’ve purchased 9 in my day and this guy made it all worth my while. I would literally go there just to hang out with him that’s how cool he is. KNOWLEDGEABLE- this guy knows his stuff. Extremely transparent and catered to exactly what I was looking for.PROFESSIONALISM- Wild never pressured me, didn’t try to force anything down my throat and went above and beyond for me.GENUINE- Wild legitimately looked out for my best interest when it came to every aspect of the purchase and I honestly was blown away. He put me first, a complete stranger, instead of worrying about how to maximize his money.GO SEE WILD! HE MADE THE EXPERIENCE BETTER THEN THE BIKE ITSELF!!! Thanks again brother!!
Joe Saintomas: Shout out to Tobacco Road HD. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and cannot ride my Harley at this time. I was concerned about getting my bike inspected so I called Tobacco Toad HD and spoke with Service. They came to my house, picked the bike up, took it in and inspected it and then returned it. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I cannot recommend their Service Dept. highly enough. Thank you so much for helping me!
Mark Hamed: Very good service!
Shaneeka Moore: I finally got a little free time out of my busy schedule to gain the knowledge and my motorcycle license the correct way so I was excited to attend Harley Davison Academy. The instructors were great, I met new people….. the first 3 days went by great but the last day it rained! and that’s when my nerves kicked in but I did OK even though I was soak and wet than around 4 o’clock the rain stop but it was puddles of water on the ground and on the last and final test in order to pass I slid in a puddle!! and failed the test!!Yes, I’m giving the Academy 4 stars because I learned a lot but the last day was a safety hazard to me and hopefully in the near future, they will come up with a better plan for when it rains also they told me that I had to retake the whole class and I refuse to pay another $325 and at the same time they made me feel like a complete failure so I refused to show my face again. No Thank You.
Shabbir Dalal: Excellent place to get to know what Harley Davidson is all about. You get trained to ride one as well as become a member by joining the H.O.G - Harley Davidson Owners Group.
Brian Lischin: I don't ride as much as I used to but my son in law bought his first Harley and had a very good experience with the sales staff and management

Garcia Moto BMW INDIAN DUCATI KTM: what do users think?
KEVIN SCHOEN: Greg is a true professional that looks out for his customers. The story is beautiful and the inventory is amazing. Definitely worth a check if you are looking for a bike make sure you talk to Greg.
Alex J: The salesman was really pushy, and the bike I was interested in was not actually for sale, despite being posted on the website
Dennis Mathias: I had my BMW motorcycle serviced at Garcia Moto 3 weeks ago. An issue arose this weekend and I returned the bike to their shop. The issue was corrected the same day at no additional charge. Thanks to Ian and Chris and the technicians for their prompt and courteous service!
Travis Penn: Visited this place for other reasons. I had always wanted to stop by this place so I was excited to come there to drop off a bike. Two men from inside came to help me out after I asked for a hand unloading this bike and one proceeded to jump on my truck like it was a jungle gym. After I politely asked him not to, for liability reasons they both relinquished the worst attitude I had seen in a very long time. As if there weren’t any other ways to help. If only he would’ve waited things would’ve gone way smoother. I unloaded the bike with a locked up rear tire by myself, because I’m good like that an extra hand would’ve been useful. Distasteful attitude and selfishness was the least expected outcome i planned for this trip, given the quality of the bikes that they offer. I had actually been looking at a chieftain dark horse on the website the night before that I wanted to get an OTD price on and check it out in person. Too bad and thanks for nothing! 😀
Ronnie: Superb dealership!! One of the best in the Raleigh. They cater to a sophisticated clientele and they know how to earn your business.Purchased a 2013 BMW S1000RR and couldn't be happier with my purchase.Greg Murphy (Sales) was extremely quick in getting back to me and also took the time to walk me through the service history of the bike and making sure there were no hidden expenses to be incurred.Jason (Finance) was very good in getting me the right numbers, structuring a very clean deal and not springing any surprises in the finance office. Very upfront in terms of pricing and finance terms and one of the most efficient and reasonable finance offices from all the dealerships I have worked with - in and out in 1.5 hours.Definitely picking up a new BMW S1000RR in the next year or so - they will be getting me as a repeat customer. Highly recommended!!
Kate S: Nice dealership with friendly staff. Ian in service knows his stuff!
JD Young: Steve Rakes was great to work with. Thank you for your professionalism. I will definitely do business in the near future at this place.
carson willett.: Great staff, amazing selection no matter if you are just looking or in need of a new bike, i always come to look at their stock of Ducati motorcycles
Michael Greenham: I was only there for an inspection. They were friendly quick and had looks of new Indians to look at.
Bobbe Wright: Helpful sales and service with goodSelection of bikes.
Craig Zimmer: They did very good work on my RT. Expensive but good.
Michael Jordan: Steve Rakes at Garcia Moto was awesome during my recent bike search. He kept in touch and helped me find the right bike for me. I appreciated that they'll let you ride any bike in stock, even hard-to-find new models. Great folks, great selection, great atmosphere, and great price. I'm a VERY satisfied customer and am loving my BWM k1600b! Whenever I go back for service, Steve always checks in to chat and let me know about any upcoming events.
Kevin Sizer: I have been in here many times over the years and the staff is always so nice and friendly!
Dan Thompson: Contacted Garcia Moto after failed attempts with my local dealer to purchase a bike. Steve responded right away and corresponded by email and phone and had the deal done that day. I was out of town during the transaction, but that wasn't a problem at all. I even had an issue with my wire transfer and Steve said no problem. The bike was ready on Saturday when we picked it up. In an out in under an hour!Steve and Garcia Moto were great to deal with and I will happily contact them again for another bike purchase!
M Williams: They helped my brother get a new bike very friendly staff got everything done quick
Carol Ebert: Took bike in for recall. The parts guy is great. The service guy was gumpy!!
Collin Duffy: Not sure about the sales side of the house but I am speaking on the service side. I brought my bike in early December 2022 to get work done, specifically the carburetor, ended up getting the forks rebuilt. I received the bike back in early January, 3-4 weeks from when I dropped it off bc they had one service tech working on my bike and he was on leave. I received the bike with the forks barely bolted and a few of the bolts missing. When I mentioned it to the service department they came and picked it up to right the wrongs. They had the bike for 3ish weeks and they dropped it off at my house only to have the same previous issues I was having with my bike. So 6-7 weeks with my bike and $1,000 plus and it still doesn’t run properly.
Catalin Iuga: What a great dealer! Really enjoyed working with Greg. Very knowledgeable, quick but not pushy. He allowed me to try out few motorcycles, and worked out a great deal. I’ll be coming back here. Thank you!!!
Walter Pilos: Very nice people working there, The prices on used bikes are high, but you never know
Preston Juvenal: Greg and Jason made me a great deal on my trade for the purchase of a used K1600GT. I'm in Dallas, so needed to be confident that if I made the trip, I wouldn't be disappointed. Greg took lots of close ups, was totally candid about any minor flaws and I was not disappointed. It was totally worth the 1200 miles in 2 days to get my new bike and I'd do it again with these folks.
Jerry Mumma: Nice folks. Helpful but not hard sell. Answered all our questions but never felt pressured. I'm sure we will be back.

MotoMax: what do users think?
J H: Quick service, usually drop off and pickup same day if they can work me in. Friendly staff. Work on older bikes without hesitation. Motomax is always my first call! Thanks for the great service!
Robert Beals: This is one happy customer. The service was great and I wanna thank y’all for helping me out.
Josh Mendoza: You call when they say its open, press 1 for sales and goes straight to voicemailI guess they don’t want new business
Tim Core: I've bout my 2nd bike from them and they have good prices and nice bikes. The setback is you have to wait for your bike to get service. But it usually doesn't take longer than a couple of days.
Christopher Heath: They have the best selection on used bike motorcycles in in the area they also have one hell of a staff that works on the motorcycles. The managers and the owner of the place are also great people they will do anything they can to help you then was like we like to work on BMW motorcycles and I can't really blame them they are kind of a pain but they sometimes make an exception for just small stuff if you can help them help you I would recommend them anytime. I plan on buying my next here in the early spring, I recommend you doing the same.. ☺️ so if you're looking to finance the motorcycle that's definitely the place to go they got really low payment plans that anybody can afford it is a must-do coming up in this spring go get you a nice bike and put you a nice little honey on the back..
Rob Woods: Brought in a bike for a trade and after an hour or so of price negotiations landed on the trade plus $850 out the door. I call the next day to see when the new bike is ready and I’m told it’s now $2000 out the door. That’s not how I like to do business with people.Edit: Red, the mechanic is awesome and really understands customer service. I want to be fair.
Añthoñy Massey: Great place. Great deals..great customer service
Patrick Gallagher: I've been going to Moto Max for years for parts and tires. I've always had a great experience. I keep going back. Nice people, knowledgeable people, and I get what I need every time. And they don't charge a fortune. I'll keep going back!
Dennis Coon: Had an issue come up from a previous service of the bike a few months earlier in the year. When I found it, I brought it back and they were extremely helpful, jumped on the issue and made it right. This was my first time at this shop with my softail and was expecting denials and an argument but was surprised and happy how things went. I have not experienced this type of honesty and service at a shop before so for now, they have a customer for life! Michael was very helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Natasha Epelle: Good place, fair pricing, definitely can find you all motorcycle parts you need or order them for you. only thing I didn't like is that the mechanics are more chatty and helpful than the actual sales people.
Bjorn Lothbrook: I bought a 2003 HD ultra classic from Ashtin and Kyle. I had a few mechanical issues but they made sure my bike was good to go. Great customer service, Dustin and the other guys are great techs in the shop, and overall amazing experience!! I will only buy bikes here! They make it easy and stress free! I love this shop and I love my bike!
Jess Wiggins: Great place.would recommend to anyone looking for motorcycle or atv
Tony Laws: Went to buy a bike and was directed to a 2007 Honda VTX-1300. I was told it was like new less than 9,000 miles. I bought it and paid cash. Waited for my tag. They had to give me a dealer tag because the temp expired. This is probably not legal. Then I put gas into it and discovered it had over 29,000 miles. I called and told them I was bringing it back. They took it back and said it was a mistake on their part. I said I would return and maybe we could deal on another bike. I returned but the owner said no deal, just a refund. I even told them I would pay the difference for a more expensive bike but I was just given a check and shuffled out the door. I got my money back for the bike but not the saddle bags I bought from them. I also made about 6 trips from Holly Springs to North Raleigh. I think the owner was afraid of the legal issues with them filing the title with incorrect mileage. I reported it to the dmv anyway.
Richard Brown: Felicia is the best at Modormax she’s is so good to work with.
Z Rosing: Got my first motorcycle today with some amazing help from Rebekah and Ashton. Rockstar team over at MotoMax. Would happily do business with them again in the future when I decide to upgrade :) Thanks again folks!
Sharon James: this place is the rudest place have ever to get a bike / car never had a problem before not even when i get a new charger. They just keep putting us off and the people that came in were more important and they lie to you as well.;
Sakinah Martin: Best Staff every. Felicia and Kyle helped us with all our needs. They got us approved in and out in less than an hour. Come join the MotoMax Family they will definitely look out for you.
nick ilies: Very good place to buy bikes and service them. Great guys and great & fast service! 👍👍
Surgio Ochoa: This is the best place to get a motorcycle from in Raleigh everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially Felicia she gets things done and goes out of her way to make sure your a happy customer highly recommend coming here
Tili Morrison: Entire team is excellent with amazing customer service! Ms. Felicia definitely helped me out and I appreciate them for a great experience
Natalia Marsh: My husband has sold his motorcycle there about a month and a half ago, it was quick and the transaction went fine. No issues here. However, he forgot to collect the plates, and when he called them about this a few days later they assured him it will be taken care of (i.e. they will return the plates to DMV). Great, good deal. But it was not taken care of _still_ even though he called three more times (each time was either put on hold for a very long time after being reassured that this is being taken care of and could he just please hold while they check on this, or promised to be called back - which never happened). Today on the phone he was yet again assured that it’s being taken care of today/tomorrow. We shall see. (UPD: nothing happened. Ugh.)So please remember to grab your plates right away if you are selling your motorcycle there.UPD-2: The plates issue was resolved, so the real problem was communication. Added one more star for fairness.

Unique MotorSports: what do users think?
Gerial Rayford: I actually went there with my son to drop off his 24 wheelers but the place was so nice and clean and neat and everything was put together so well
Michael McCormack: Prompt service.
michael hunter: Very respectful and friendly service.Had carburetor I needed and even tested my petcock for free.He has parts and service for any type of atv, moped, motorcycle or dirt bike.Even my kymco agility 125Recommended 150%.
Jeannette Lindsey: I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I went to this establishment but I hope no one else will make the same mistake. I have noticed from other reviews this establishment doesn't believe in ensuring the customer is happy nor do they own up to their mistakes. For every negative feedback this establishment blamed the customer instead if trying to improve their customer service. If anyone believe that this establishment does good work then you definitely do not understand customer service. Taking advantage of people and overcharging for work that was not requested or probably not even needed is not good customer serviceI am sure you will come back with a negative response as you have done to many of your other customers. Before going to this establishment please make sure you tell them to provide details of the work and cost before starting the work. In any establishment for any repair the cost and work is informed to the customer before starting work.Service:General repairs maintenance
Michael Edward (King Sympathetic): Great place! I used them a year ago when I moved back to Raleigh. They are the real deal! I was sold a lemon and had a faulty throttle cable. They fixed it. They even communicated with me effectively and promptly. I’m thinking about buying a moped from them. Keep it up!
Mo Abbas: PriceyConfusingTakes a lot of time for simple repairs
Tita Tolosa: This guy is really a scammer and claims to be a Christian, very expensive labor, tires triple the value, to change a tire it took a week , I do not recommend it .
Alvaro Z: Cobra mucho dinero por el servicio prestado es ridículamente excesivo, aparte cobra el triple del valor de los repuestos, en dos veces que fui me saco casi 700 dolares
Malik Trafton: My guy really helped me out after I was robbed of my parts from a side shop. he fixed everything was scared bc what had happened before and the reviews on google aren’t the best but Mr.Ruiz is a great dude and he has a loyal customer in me will be back for oil change and upgrades if you want to ask me bout my experience hmu on IG @ty_poppy Thank you
A.R Gentry: I called and called and called because Google said they were open. They were open. But no one was there for hours. Guy finally showed up. He’s selling items at 3X the cost. I ordered a bike for $1500. And he charges $3500 for the exact same bike. Not sure how he is still in business.
Carolina Black: If you looking for scooter repairs you or buying a scooter should be 'warned' don't go here, this is the highest man in town, and his work is not that good! I promise you you will have to return just to keep getting the same thing fixed over and over,at higher prices! A straight rip off!
T S: Nah, this guy just don't know what he's talking about!!
David Lee: ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTIST. Charged me $400 over the correct value for a moped repair, and claimed it was a “math error.” Claimed to replace my throttle cable for $80, but he just taped the broken one which broke and I had to replace myself (these only cost $30). DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREReply to his comment: why then was I charged $80 +labor for a throttle cable if you did not replace it?
Basil Walkes: I bought a new bike from this store and in less than a year old the amount of money I had to put into this bike, I would have been better served buying another new bike.I had kit installed for better performance. The kit would have worked if it was properly installed. I brought the bike back because the RPM's was way out of wack which was only going kill the bike. At a full stop the bike RPM would be over 6000 RPM. Mr Ramiro would say it was idling too high. I then took the bike to another shop because I was getting no where with Mr Ramiro. It ended up costing me $1,100 to get the working properly. Not a good shop for repairs
yamileth joya: The worst thing that I have visited, I bought a motorcycle for 1000, he gave me a one-year warranty and after 15 days the engine was damaged and I invested more than 1000 dollars more, this man is ungrateful with the price of labor as he charges 80 per hour. The labor is more expensive than the spare parts, if that motorcycle was in good condition, it had not invested so much money, the truth is, this man with a dirty face has seen me the worst thing that ise was to go buy a motorcycle ai
JOSIE Smith: Great service
Ken Lewis: I took my 150cc scooter to get repaired they’ve had it over a month and charged me $938 and it broke down 10 mins later. The service is terrible I’ll never deal with them again
Ronald B. Wilkins: Very expensive yet worth it!
Gregory Thorpe: Good scooters at good prices but i,I, still shopping
Marquis Graham: Came in with an electric scooter that needed a intertube in tire ,was quoted 45 bucks, then when i went to pickup, price doubled ,saying the 2 bolts to take 8 inch tire off was a challenge, will never sse me again

Toxic Customs: what do users think?
Troy Adams: Always see amazing vehicles there. MY TIME IS COMING SOON TO HAVE THIS KNOWLEDGE TEAM MAKE MY F100 DREAM COME ALIVE
F L: Mike represents his company well. He did exactly what we discussed in the planning of this paint scheme. His knowledge and experience was greatly appreciated, it also helped me decide and see the end result which I'm very happy with. I would highly recommend Toxic Customs if you want a professional quality job done right. Great Job to Mike and crew. Looking forward to more work in the future.
Richard Marshall: Great parking spot.
Jerry Spencer: I work with a number of shops across the spectrum of the motorcycle industry. I find the staff at Toxic to be knowledgeable, professional and incredibly diligent. If you want something done right, go pay them a visit!
Robert Logan: Very good shop
Kevin Walton: Really great work done in a timely manner.
Ron Howrigon: I had Toxic Customs do a full build for me on my 72 Camaro and I couldn't be happier with the end product. Value for me is a balance of cost and quality. Rarely is the cheapest option a good value and just as rarely is the most expensive option a good value. I know I could have found shops that would have charged me less but I would have ended up with half the car I got. You do get what you pay for in this regards. I also know I could have spent much more somewhere else but honestly I don't think the quality or end product would be any better. That means all that extra money would have been a waste. The guys at Toxic Customs built me an incredible car that is truly a great value. They are the only shop that will ever build for me from now on. The one drawback to using Toxic Customs is that getting gas for my car can't be done in less than 30 min. That's because whenever I stop for gas someone comes up and wants to talk about the car and take pictures of it. So, if you use them budget more time for fuel stops. :)
Erica Foster: Spent $900 powder coating motorcycle parts. There was an extensive delay on the turn around time. The pieces haven’t even been on the motorcycle a year and pieces are chipping off. I have removed the pieces and taken them to another powder coater. Looking at it, none of the pieces were prepped before hand. Don’t waste your time or money. Take it to someone else.
Ed Fox: I wanted to change the paint scheme on my ‘01 FXSTS. Mike and his team were great!! Mike helped with choosing the paint and the detail is amazing! I would recommend them for any work on H-D bikes. Even with COVID-19 issues, the work delays were explained and the work was awesome!!
Will Bartlett: Exceptional work and super easy to deal with. Highly recommended!
Ronald Cooper: Very professional and respectful..
Jason Cataldo: Fantastic. I gave them a major project and the paint is beautiful and they repaired everything on my 1999 Road Star. I did not know they also repair but my bike is like new. They were professional, competent, and told me the truth about what was needed. No bull. Very solid. I will bring all future work here.
Crystal Cruz: Our go to for Paint and Repairs. The owner is amazing
Thomas Rosciano: I recently bought a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am (Smokey and the Bandit style). I immediately brought it to Toxic Customs to make sure the car could serve as daily driver. Myke suggested since the car was new to me that I drive it for several weeks, and create a list of performance problems I would like to address. After taking Myke’s advice I returned several weeks later with my list. I left the car with Myke and went on vacation with my family. Myke took the time to call me daily with an update on his progress. I enjoyed Myke’s calls, and actually looked forward to them. The Trans Am may be a daily driver for me, but it’s in excellent shape aesthetically, and made the drive from Tampa Bay where I bought it to NC, which was a huge plus for me. I understood the car is 40 years old, and would require immediate attention to fix deferred maintenance items. Myke was exceptional. His attention to detail was amazing. Most of all Myke took the time to set proper expectations on the car and it’s performance, and required maintenance since I was not gonna to do a full restoration. Myke encourages me to enjoy my dream car. He fixed the list of items, and let me know he would always be available for future repairs and upgrades as I wanted. Myke was not pushing sales on me, and truly had my best interest at heart. He was adamant about fixing safety concerns before anything else, got the job done, was always mindful of budget, and explained everything. After I received the car back he had me monitor some repairs and encouraged me to return if needed. I recently bright the car back for a few more tweaks and Myke graciously fit me into his busy schedule without hesitation. As long as I have this car Myke Causey and Toxic Customs will be the only place I will trust. I appreciate this company and highly recommend them. Great work, realistic expectations, phenomenal customer service!!!!
Lynn Stuchel: Perhaps they do a good job with fabrication and painting but they certainly cannot accurately diagnose and fix a 1948 Chevrolet truck! $600 down the drain and truck still not running. We went to pick it up two times when they said it was repaired and the first time it would not even start on their lot and the second time it quit running several hundred yards down the road. We had to have it towed back to our home.Let me add...it was simply that the carburetor needed to be cleaned out. It had nothing to do with the battery system. The truck was cutting out because gas was not able to get through the gunk. Should have been a simple thing to diagnose by Toxic Customs If Michael had listened rather than speculate and insist on things that we knew did not need to be replaced. I guess in Michael’s opinion it is also just coincidental that the two times we came to pick up the truck it did not run, yet they were able to drive it around and it ran great for them?
Riley Rose III: Excellent job finishing and painting fuel tank for my Sportster. Very professional. More pricey than other body shops, but well worth the money.
Chris “Fireman14” M: Great customer service, outstanding quality of work! Highly recommend! Very professional, detail oriented, and competitively priced!
Ken S.: Toxic Customs is a great shop. Michael and his team have done 2 custom welding/fabrication jobs for my motorcycles. Always pleased with the final product.
Justin Kimrey: Such an amazing experience using this company!!! I am in a wheelchair and I came in with a pretty radical idea to modify my off road Jeep and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to get the job done. Much respect to Michael the owner for being a hard working and being a family owned business. I would recommend Toxic Customs every day of the week!!
TLR Electric: Toxic customs recently installed new gauges and hand made a dash for me. The dash is incredible and gauges are perfect. Did all this for and excellent price. The custom paint throughout the bike is eye-catching and outstanding.I can't say enough good things about Toxic Customs. Their whole staff is awesome! I've had other custom shops work on my projects before. They are the only ones I'll take my projects to from now on.
Andrew Your boy: It is my dad's shop

Barnett's Suzuki Ducati: what do users think?
Nick DeMarco: I've been to Barnett's many times. The crew there knows how to take care of customers. Thanks!
Rah Lee: Never again! Overpriced and bad communication. I called several times to get an update on my bike only to be told “let me check, I’ll call you back”. Never got that call back! I went to the shop and happily paid the overpriced charge, just to be done with the place.
Julian Alejandro: Friendly service. One of the best selections of riding gear in the city. Only downside is inventory of bikes is a bit limited. Pricing is very fair and competitive.
Alonza Watson: GBY all Be Safe Stay Saved Aman.Be Safe Stay Alive Amen 🙏❤️ 💯.
Louis Crouch (KUSH): I had a very pleasant experience with Burnett Suzuki Ducati of Raleigh I would recommend anyone to go there and order parts and purchases of new motor motorcycles
T Van: Mike and Richard Barnett are stand up guys.
Miguel Arocho: Friendly and helpful
Emanuel Davis: Needs more motorcycle mechanics but they do excellent work
Joe Abeyta: My 1st time in this shop was a positive experience. No waiting, friendly competent service, well stocked. Your basic, good old fashioned motorcycle shop. I'll be back...
Joseph Atwell: I came here with my fiancé to look at the bikes they had, I walked in and the guy at the desk just stared at us which made us look at each other and then back at him and he just looked down and made it super awkward to be in the dealership. They also had 5 bikes on the floor, I kinda figured this was a dealership I’ve had that many bikes in my garage at one point, come on guys
JD Hoggard: Brought in some wheels because my bike was vibrating at speed. Charged me $120 for balancing two wheels that I brought off the bike which is ridiculous. When I asked for a quote beforehand, they beat around the bush and told me it could be a multitude of things. Very misleading and insane price.
Lawrence Allgood: Very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Thank you Mr. Richard.
Nikki Brooks: Everyone was so nice and very helpful!
Bryan Florkiewicz: These guys care about riding and their customers. My go to shop!!
Seppi Sepahrom: Always great service
Maria Hebert: After going to TPS and couldn't get done today- even though first in line. I went to Barnett's to see about an inspection about 10am and needed a front tire. Ended up getting an oil change also. Done by 1200pm. Great down home service. They work on all types of bikes, I have a Honda shadow. I haved lived here all my life and didn't know about this secret gem. Glad I do now!
Neil Antieau: Today I was riding downtown Raleigh and I picked up a nail in my rear tire about 30 minutes before Barnett's Suzuki closed. I didn't know what to do and called for advise. Mike Barnett answered and said he will send someone for me with a trailer and get his mechanic to hang around to fix my tire. "SAVED THE DAY" kind of service. They just quickly jumped to the front of the line of my favorite Dealerships. Could have easliy told me good luck and we close in thirty minutes. A great bunch of guys over there. Thanks again Mike, Paul for picking me up and Aaron for fixing my tire. You are the BEST.. If that isn't GREAT Service, I don't know what is...
Jim Stevenson: Got my NC state inspection. Quick and friendly service.
luke oliver: Great place to find parts, if they don't have what you need they can generally order it and have it to you within a few days. Nice people at the counter.
Brian Castelli: Barnett's is a diamond in the rough. It's off the beaten path. Inventory and selection are somewhat limited. What that have is good prices and friendly service on what they do have. I will shop here again.
J Walczak: Got a brand new rear tire installed, was out in less then 30 mins and had great price.
