Tobacco Road Harley-Davidson: what do users think?
Jane S: The BBQ is stoked! The whole area smells delicious. I can count on decent customer service and in stock parts. I just get the feeling that because I didn't buy my bike here, I'm not as high a priority. It could be just me but I didn't get that feeling at Red Cat. In either case, Tobacco Road is a worthy destination for everything Harley and fun events.
shayne tucker: Chris Britt was very helpful and friendly. Katrina in finance was absolutely on it.
Ted Tumbale: Found the best motorcycle for my needs. I enjoyed the whole buying process and the entire team went above and beyond to satisfy me.
Chris Potter: Totally cool!
Chantel Drakeford: The bomb service! The store was clean!
Uvaldo Carrillo: Quick and fast service
Matt Dominey: Bought a new Road Glide and HD Bill was awesome. He helped show me all the features and had me out on a test ride quickly - the bike sold itself. Pricing was fair and they were able to explain every charge on the sheet, which is better than a lot of dealerships I've been to. I think I was out the door on my new bike about 3hr after walking in, super easy experience. All in all it was a great experience for an even better bike.
Tony Schloss: Upgraded my older Fat Boy to a used Tri-Glide Ultra. The process was smooth as silk, the folks at the dealership knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Tobacco Road H-D has a 24-hour test drive program that I was able to take advantage of, to make sure my wife was comfortable with the trike, before purchasing. Great experience - would def. go back again, and would very much recommend.
Cristian Mendez: I did the riding academy here and the instructors were both top notch! Ashley and Susan were super helpful and everyone in the class was all new riders. To make a long story short I went from knowing nothing, to being on track to buy and ride my first motorcycle! I wasn’t a Harley guy going into it but after the class I see the appeal for why they do it! Thank you guys so much for having a great academy and even better coaches!
Leslie Kub: Ted was awesome! No pressure sales. Jeremy helped to ok the deal and Richard....you just got to meet him 😎
Miguel Modesti: Excelente tienda de artículos para el juguete de preferencia Harley Davidson ,personal muy amable y presto en ayudarte para buscar la moto que valla con tu estilo de vida ,gran variedad y a buenos precios 😉 se las recomiendo
Greg Kissel: Their little museum is worth seeing even if you are not buying a bike.
Melody Fowler: Great dealership with friendly staff !!!
Joe Christopher: Cool Dealership and Museum. Friendly Knowledgeable staff.
Deborah Boudreau: Great friendly place! Love Nancy...she was great!
james russo: CHRISTOPHER WILD is the name!!! Without a doubt the best experience I’ve had ever buying a bike. I’ve purchased 9 in my day and this guy made it all worth my while. I would literally go there just to hang out with him that’s how cool he is. KNOWLEDGEABLE- this guy knows his stuff. Extremely transparent and catered to exactly what I was looking for.PROFESSIONALISM- Wild never pressured me, didn’t try to force anything down my throat and went above and beyond for me.GENUINE- Wild legitimately looked out for my best interest when it came to every aspect of the purchase and I honestly was blown away. He put me first, a complete stranger, instead of worrying about how to maximize his money.GO SEE WILD! HE MADE THE EXPERIENCE BETTER THEN THE BIKE ITSELF!!! Thanks again brother!!
Joe Saintomas: Shout out to Tobacco Road HD. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and cannot ride my Harley at this time. I was concerned about getting my bike inspected so I called Tobacco Toad HD and spoke with Service. They came to my house, picked the bike up, took it in and inspected it and then returned it. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I cannot recommend their Service Dept. highly enough. Thank you so much for helping me!
Mark Hamed: Very good service!
Shaneeka Moore: I finally got a little free time out of my busy schedule to gain the knowledge and my motorcycle license the correct way so I was excited to attend Harley Davison Academy. The instructors were great, I met new people….. the first 3 days went by great but the last day it rained! and that’s when my nerves kicked in but I did OK even though I was soak and wet than around 4 o’clock the rain stop but it was puddles of water on the ground and on the last and final test in order to pass I slid in a puddle!! and failed the test!!Yes, I’m giving the Academy 4 stars because I learned a lot but the last day was a safety hazard to me and hopefully in the near future, they will come up with a better plan for when it rains also they told me that I had to retake the whole class and I refuse to pay another $325 and at the same time they made me feel like a complete failure so I refused to show my face again. No Thank You.
Shabbir Dalal: Excellent place to get to know what Harley Davidson is all about. You get trained to ride one as well as become a member by joining the H.O.G - Harley Davidson Owners Group.
Brian Lischin: I don't ride as much as I used to but my son in law bought his first Harley and had a very good experience with the sales staff and management

Garcia Moto BMW INDIAN DUCATI KTM: what do users think?
KEVIN SCHOEN: Greg is a true professional that looks out for his customers. The story is beautiful and the inventory is amazing. Definitely worth a check if you are looking for a bike make sure you talk to Greg.
Alex J: The salesman was really pushy, and the bike I was interested in was not actually for sale, despite being posted on the website
Dennis Mathias: I had my BMW motorcycle serviced at Garcia Moto 3 weeks ago. An issue arose this weekend and I returned the bike to their shop. The issue was corrected the same day at no additional charge. Thanks to Ian and Chris and the technicians for their prompt and courteous service!
Travis Penn: Visited this place for other reasons. I had always wanted to stop by this place so I was excited to come there to drop off a bike. Two men from inside came to help me out after I asked for a hand unloading this bike and one proceeded to jump on my truck like it was a jungle gym. After I politely asked him not to, for liability reasons they both relinquished the worst attitude I had seen in a very long time. As if there weren’t any other ways to help. If only he would’ve waited things would’ve gone way smoother. I unloaded the bike with a locked up rear tire by myself, because I’m good like that an extra hand would’ve been useful. Distasteful attitude and selfishness was the least expected outcome i planned for this trip, given the quality of the bikes that they offer. I had actually been looking at a chieftain dark horse on the website the night before that I wanted to get an OTD price on and check it out in person. Too bad and thanks for nothing! 😀
Ronnie: Superb dealership!! One of the best in the Raleigh. They cater to a sophisticated clientele and they know how to earn your business.Purchased a 2013 BMW S1000RR and couldn't be happier with my purchase.Greg Murphy (Sales) was extremely quick in getting back to me and also took the time to walk me through the service history of the bike and making sure there were no hidden expenses to be incurred.Jason (Finance) was very good in getting me the right numbers, structuring a very clean deal and not springing any surprises in the finance office. Very upfront in terms of pricing and finance terms and one of the most efficient and reasonable finance offices from all the dealerships I have worked with - in and out in 1.5 hours.Definitely picking up a new BMW S1000RR in the next year or so - they will be getting me as a repeat customer. Highly recommended!!
Kate S: Nice dealership with friendly staff. Ian in service knows his stuff!
JD Young: Steve Rakes was great to work with. Thank you for your professionalism. I will definitely do business in the near future at this place.
carson willett.: Great staff, amazing selection no matter if you are just looking or in need of a new bike, i always come to look at their stock of Ducati motorcycles
Michael Greenham: I was only there for an inspection. They were friendly quick and had looks of new Indians to look at.
Bobbe Wright: Helpful sales and service with goodSelection of bikes.
Craig Zimmer: They did very good work on my RT. Expensive but good.
Michael Jordan: Steve Rakes at Garcia Moto was awesome during my recent bike search. He kept in touch and helped me find the right bike for me. I appreciated that they'll let you ride any bike in stock, even hard-to-find new models. Great folks, great selection, great atmosphere, and great price. I'm a VERY satisfied customer and am loving my BWM k1600b! Whenever I go back for service, Steve always checks in to chat and let me know about any upcoming events.
Kevin Sizer: I have been in here many times over the years and the staff is always so nice and friendly!
Dan Thompson: Contacted Garcia Moto after failed attempts with my local dealer to purchase a bike. Steve responded right away and corresponded by email and phone and had the deal done that day. I was out of town during the transaction, but that wasn't a problem at all. I even had an issue with my wire transfer and Steve said no problem. The bike was ready on Saturday when we picked it up. In an out in under an hour!Steve and Garcia Moto were great to deal with and I will happily contact them again for another bike purchase!
M Williams: They helped my brother get a new bike very friendly staff got everything done quick
Carol Ebert: Took bike in for recall. The parts guy is great. The service guy was gumpy!!
Collin Duffy: Not sure about the sales side of the house but I am speaking on the service side. I brought my bike in early December 2022 to get work done, specifically the carburetor, ended up getting the forks rebuilt. I received the bike back in early January, 3-4 weeks from when I dropped it off bc they had one service tech working on my bike and he was on leave. I received the bike with the forks barely bolted and a few of the bolts missing. When I mentioned it to the service department they came and picked it up to right the wrongs. They had the bike for 3ish weeks and they dropped it off at my house only to have the same previous issues I was having with my bike. So 6-7 weeks with my bike and $1,000 plus and it still doesn’t run properly.
Catalin Iuga: What a great dealer! Really enjoyed working with Greg. Very knowledgeable, quick but not pushy. He allowed me to try out few motorcycles, and worked out a great deal. I’ll be coming back here. Thank you!!!
Walter Pilos: Very nice people working there, The prices on used bikes are high, but you never know
Preston Juvenal: Greg and Jason made me a great deal on my trade for the purchase of a used K1600GT. I'm in Dallas, so needed to be confident that if I made the trip, I wouldn't be disappointed. Greg took lots of close ups, was totally candid about any minor flaws and I was not disappointed. It was totally worth the 1200 miles in 2 days to get my new bike and I'd do it again with these folks.
Jerry Mumma: Nice folks. Helpful but not hard sell. Answered all our questions but never felt pressured. I'm sure we will be back.

Citrix Cycle: what do users think?
Donald Fishburne: Downer. I went to Cardinal Bikeshare at NC Museum of Art on this beautiful day. 2 charged bikes were available. I tried to register on the touchscreen, but it was dead. Unloaded the app and did everything one has to do. "Registration failed; try later." Tried again. Called support / customer service. They could not help. After I asked twice the rep said he would report the touchscreen out of order. I drove home, and from MacBook opened an account after 2 tries. Bought one pass as a safe sample, rather than an annual fee. Asked to see User Passes. Blank Screen. I'm out of time today to drive back and see if I can unlock a bike. I never post reviews unless I can give a 5 or have to give a 1. I almost never have to give a 1. Bummer.
Falan E: Love that this bike service exists. It took some time to notice these at the Museum park I have visited often. It's fairly inexpensive, and you usually get what you pay when purchasing rides. I checked out one where the electric assist did not work and put it back. The app will take some time to get used to until you've gone through your first use. It was nice to be with someone who had used and understood the service. I didn't struggle with the technology or retrieving the bike for rides.I was underwhelmed with the bikes. The handlebars appeared filthy and sticky, which was hard to notice until after I started riding. My hands were dirty until I could get near water and soap. Bike shares are known to be much safer, but I didn't feel safe. I could not control the electric assist speeds, and the seat started twisting after riding for a while. Seat twisting was dangerous for me. I'm still alive and well, but this wasn't the most enjoyable experience with rental bikes. The bike I rode seemed poorly kept up. Overall, the bikes allowed me to enjoy nature and socialization (without walking) with my friend, who I joined for the bike ride.
George Ford: I rented 3 bikes for 1.5 hours was charged for 5 hours called and recouped 2 hours worth of the extra 5 hours of charges and it felt like it was incumbent upon me to fix their error.
Ann D Grace: 2 days ago I rode a bike at Bond Park in Cary NC. I Enjoy the ride; but .....be careful with passing the time. It is scary to use them because, according to what I read, they would charge you up to 2000 dlls if the bike is lost. It should be more accessible. I paid the trip of 2.50 plus tax... for spending a minute it was 4 dll and they charged me a deposit of 25 dll. 2 days have passed and the weekend and the 4th of July have passed... until when will that money return? It's a lot of protocol to use a bike....
Jacob Garcowski: Tried to rent a bike at the Art Museum location. There were tons of bikes but only after I bought a card did I learn that every single one was low battery or out of service.Edit: moving this up to 2 stars because they were able to refund with a single phone call to the number on the card. Call took less than 2 minutes, so I definitely appreciate their customer service reps.
Chris O'Dell: We were in town for an ultimate frisbee game and decided to check out the food hall. Parking was terrible but we found a spot near the bike stands and were able to ride up the giant hill to get food. The motor made life so much easier! Look for the electric ones for sure. The big kiosk spit out cute little cards that we touched on the bike to unlock it.
Tania Lacelle: An excellent alternative to our car that allows us to move freely and cheaply in this beautiful city. I love it!
Erick Joseph: Love the Cardinal Bike share system. it very convenient to get on a bike and ride around the town, especially with this gas prices 😅.I have used other ride share systems before and this one is by far the best.
Elizabeth Crews: Tried using the kiosk. It didn’t recognize payment. Tried downloading the app, and it wouldn’t move past “continue. “ I really really wanted to use the bikes today. But I could not figure out a way after 30 minutes of trying to do it. This was the location in front of the North Carolina Museum of Art. A worse service and a more frustrating experience, I cannot imagine.
Allie Elizabeth: Not pleased at all with these bikes! I got 2 bike passes for 45 mins and my card was charged $225! Be careful when getting one of these bikes because I was ripped off.
Cool: Great bike share system in a fabulous city!
Troop 3288: Thanks for all of your help with our program! The bikes are amazing!
Shannon Bliven: Great Bike Share in an awesome city!!! Love it!
Jonathon Powell: Love using the electric bikes to get around town!
Jack Steketee: The bikes are super heavy but they have an electric assist to compensate. The electric assist barely worked on the two bikes that I borrowed.
G RANJE: I love Citrix bikes and would wanna bring them to my town
Mary-Jo Gellenbeck: I love the ease of riding the Dutch Style bike because I sit more upright using it. But the best part is the ease the electric assist pedal power designed in the bike. It levels the hills so riding in Raleigh is relaxing & FUN. Every time I hop on one, Im reminded of my days of youth riding a bike to get to places I want to go!I’ve heard arguments against the docking station and my rebuttal every time is the docking stations are Place Makers. Because of their locations, I go to places I might not have consider before. Serendipity lives in Walkable Cities and I love spontaneous encounters that bring surprises. It stimulates my creative juices and pumps endorphins into my system. It’s for this reason why I’ll always choose an e-bike from a docking station. Be sure to look for the electric bolt symbol on the fender. The bikes are heavy without the assist, and then again, you’ll get a good workout without it. Your choice :)
Chris Zborowski: Got the day pass expecting to be able to use it all day, but really it should be called a 45 minute pass, because after 45 minutes you get charged extra. Very misleading, and I’m very disappointed. All the electric bikes were in need of service or out of charge at the art museum location. Online it showed that there were 5. Maybe there were 5, but 0 you could unlock and use.
Dan The Man: Loving the electric bikes!!

The Bike Guy: what do users think?
Isaac Kreft: Quick and reasonably priced, but top quality, fix for a flat repair. Instead of just replacing the tube, they found the sharp edge in my wheel that caused the flat and replaced the wheel’s lining along with the tube. I was greatly impressed with their honesty, thoroughness, and speed. Witnessing the hilarious banter between the workers while I waited was a nice bonus.
Kristianne Ripple: Very nice and helpful and reasonably priced.
Michael Maduske: From the moment he responded to my email, I knew I made the right choice. Rob was professional, courteous and his level of expertise was amazing! I definitely will be back!
Joe Rock: Was disappointed...Didn't get an opportunity to have my bike repaired. I called them a week prior to bringing my bike in because I lived an hour away to ask about the diagnostic process and costs. Subsequently, I traveled there this week to bring my bike in, I was informed that they don't work on bikes from Walmart.....I wasn't informed of this during my initial call.
Lennda Chen: I came in with my Schwinn bike I think Matt helped me out. The first thing he said I thought it was hilarious when he was like "We can't fix your bike." The reason being it's a Walmart bike and I got this bike in 2017 and for some reason I have been able to keep it running for the last 6 years. I asked him if there was anything he could see wrong with it, he said "It's a Schwinn." Yes it is a Schwinn and this bike was a graduation gift from my foster mom and I was not ready to buy a new one because she is gone and this is one of the few memories I have of her left. So I got some stuff to spiff it up, a new bike seat, a new bell, he helped me spray WD-40 on the kickstand so now it doesn't take all my weight to get it back up or down and the new bell rings so much better and I kept the old bell too he tightened do me it doesn't ring as loud but it's so important to me because that was the bell that kept me safe before. Now I can ride with more peace of mind and safety with the new features and now I won't feel as nervous taking my bike down to The Bike Guys for little fixes like a flat which I know is one of the hardest things to fix by myself. Thanks for making this experience so much easier on me, I was so nervous it took me forever to even go.
Joshua William Booth: True bike shop. I rolled in with a destroyed front tire and they had me back on the road in ten minutes. Very attentive to my requirements. Worth every penny. I plan my long rides to go past this shop, because bombing down that hill is a roller coaster for grown ups.
Russell Wilson: Went today from another county and the service we received was wonderful. Katie was extremely informative and beyond helpful !!!! We will absolutely return next time we need something.
crystal dunston: Great Experience! Katie (an employee)was a jewel to work with. She adjusted pedal placement, seats, and handle bars, and helped me through test driving several bikes until I found one I was comfortable with. For reference info I have short legs, long torso, so finding a good fit was not an easy task. I had not been on a bike in nearly 30 years until I came into the bike shop. I have now been happily riding my new trike 2-3 times a week. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting to get back on a bike again.
Ginger Lindsey: This shop is amazing! The staff is courteous, attentive, helpful and capable. We could not be more pleased with their service, and their prices are reasonable. I have personally recommended this shop to any number of people, espectially those considering the purchase of s recumbent trike.
Moriah Honerkamp: Such a great place to rent bikes with a fantastic trail right by the shop. Staff was very helpful, adjusting the seat heights and checking tire air pressure before we left. When we returned I think every worker asked how the ride was. Just a great place and experience!
JohnNC: I have used this shop in the past to get some things fixed on an e-bike (bought online), but it seems they won’t work on them anymore. Disappointing since it is a good shop.
Randy Haven: THE bike shop for THE Triangle, North Raleigh, Wake forest is…… THE Bike GuyRob and his staff are top notch and I’d say the most competent repair shop in the surrounding area. I’ve been especially impressed with a young woman working there who far exceeds the average repair technician’s skill level. Her dedication to customer service shows a level of professionalism that will keep me coming back to Rob and his team.
Deborah Bassett: My husband and I have extensively biked in the past (from San Francisco to L.A., Oregon Coast, C & O....) I became disabled in 2006 and haven't biked since then. My husband discovered the Catrike on a recent bike trip and looked for a dealer near us. Enter "The Bike Guy!" Rob and his crew are and were wonderful when I came the first, second, and third time to finally purchase my eCatrike Trail. To say that this bike has been a game changer is an understatement! This is the best thing that has happened to me since I became disabled! It took several months to build up the number of miles I could ride but now my husband and I can go for a nice ride along the Neuse River Greenway. I LOVE my bike! It sits in our sunroom so I can see it all of the time! I got rollers so I can use it inside too. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Rob and his staff. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, generous, respectful, honest and enthusiastic! I am incredibly grateful that they are in North Raleigh. The next closest dealers are 100 + miles away. I feel so free and independent when I am riding my bike. I have a very important part of my life back, thanks to my husband, and Rob and his gang!
Paul Graeser: My young son and I came into the shop for the first time and were greeted very warmly. The people in the shop readily helped us with what we needed (a new bike tube) and inspected my tire to make sure it was safe to use again. The price for the tube was very reasonable (I had shopped around and it was better than the other bike shop and very competitive with online prices). We will definitely be coming back!
Kevin Thorp: Very friendly and knowledgeable, with a good selection of bicycles and recumbent trikes. Being right on the Neuss River Trail, they let you do a REAL test ride.
George Randy Bass: Great bike shop! Knowledgeable, friendly staff!
Tony G: An oasis in the dessert.
Mark Erdmann: I got my Cannondale road bike tuned up and I have never heard the drive train so quiet! The shifting is near flawless, the brakes are tight. For what I paid, I would have liked to see the bike a little cleaner, but mechanically they did a great job.
irelage: Preprieters are very attentive and knowledgeable. Wonderful selection of trikes. I can't wait to go back.
Stanley “Phats” McClarin: Awesome experience! Purchased my wife her 1st bike and and she loves it!
Gregory Granato: Great staff, good "comfort bikes" Located at the end of the Neuse River Greenway that has miles of well cared for bike trails. I'm from New England but will stop back on my next NC trip.

Barnett's Suzuki Ducati: what do users think?
Nick DeMarco: I've been to Barnett's many times. The crew there knows how to take care of customers. Thanks!
Rah Lee: Never again! Overpriced and bad communication. I called several times to get an update on my bike only to be told “let me check, I’ll call you back”. Never got that call back! I went to the shop and happily paid the overpriced charge, just to be done with the place.
Julian Alejandro: Friendly service. One of the best selections of riding gear in the city. Only downside is inventory of bikes is a bit limited. Pricing is very fair and competitive.
Alonza Watson: GBY all Be Safe Stay Saved Aman.Be Safe Stay Alive Amen 🙏❤️ 💯.
Louis Crouch (KUSH): I had a very pleasant experience with Burnett Suzuki Ducati of Raleigh I would recommend anyone to go there and order parts and purchases of new motor motorcycles
T Van: Mike and Richard Barnett are stand up guys.
Miguel Arocho: Friendly and helpful
Emanuel Davis: Needs more motorcycle mechanics but they do excellent work
Joe Abeyta: My 1st time in this shop was a positive experience. No waiting, friendly competent service, well stocked. Your basic, good old fashioned motorcycle shop. I'll be back...
Joseph Atwell: I came here with my fiancé to look at the bikes they had, I walked in and the guy at the desk just stared at us which made us look at each other and then back at him and he just looked down and made it super awkward to be in the dealership. They also had 5 bikes on the floor, I kinda figured this was a dealership I’ve had that many bikes in my garage at one point, come on guys
JD Hoggard: Brought in some wheels because my bike was vibrating at speed. Charged me $120 for balancing two wheels that I brought off the bike which is ridiculous. When I asked for a quote beforehand, they beat around the bush and told me it could be a multitude of things. Very misleading and insane price.
Lawrence Allgood: Very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Thank you Mr. Richard.
Nikki Brooks: Everyone was so nice and very helpful!
Bryan Florkiewicz: These guys care about riding and their customers. My go to shop!!
Seppi Sepahrom: Always great service
Maria Hebert: After going to TPS and couldn't get done today- even though first in line. I went to Barnett's to see about an inspection about 10am and needed a front tire. Ended up getting an oil change also. Done by 1200pm. Great down home service. They work on all types of bikes, I have a Honda shadow. I haved lived here all my life and didn't know about this secret gem. Glad I do now!
Neil Antieau: Today I was riding downtown Raleigh and I picked up a nail in my rear tire about 30 minutes before Barnett's Suzuki closed. I didn't know what to do and called for advise. Mike Barnett answered and said he will send someone for me with a trailer and get his mechanic to hang around to fix my tire. "SAVED THE DAY" kind of service. They just quickly jumped to the front of the line of my favorite Dealerships. Could have easliy told me good luck and we close in thirty minutes. A great bunch of guys over there. Thanks again Mike, Paul for picking me up and Aaron for fixing my tire. You are the BEST.. If that isn't GREAT Service, I don't know what is...
Jim Stevenson: Got my NC state inspection. Quick and friendly service.
luke oliver: Great place to find parts, if they don't have what you need they can generally order it and have it to you within a few days. Nice people at the counter.
Brian Castelli: Barnett's is a diamond in the rough. It's off the beaten path. Inventory and selection are somewhat limited. What that have is good prices and friendly service on what they do have. I will shop here again.
J Walczak: Got a brand new rear tire installed, was out in less then 30 mins and had great price.
