Ewona Harris: The absolute worst. Our coffee machine went out over a week ago. They have been promising to send someone to fix it since Monday the 3/27/2023 telling us 24 to 48 hours. Yesterday we called and was told someone would be here yesterday or today. Called today and the manager no help will have a service tech call us in the morning. Probably to tell us 24 to 48 again. Not happy we paid for this and now that it is time to service at no cost we cant get any help. I say find another coffee supplier to ensure your business can provide the refreshments you that you offer. Coffee is so important to a lot of people, sad your business can not provide the service you sell, the way you sell it. Do better.
Suarez: I came to this trash can company through a temp agency. Easy work. Racist management. People quit everyday. They absolutely hate black people. You can show up for work everyday on time and white employees don't even have to show up because that's cool. No problem.
Kenia Vargas: Our Office is provided and stocked through Capitol Coffee, I would definitely Recommend , Everyone is very friendly and professional, I've had a chance to Meet Ben and he is such an inspiring gentleman. I guaranty if you get supplied by them you'll be more than satisfied, they are worthy of being trusted for your business. 10/10 would recommend.
James D: If you have another option I'd recommend it. Website is rarely updated on what is in stock or not. I almost never get my whole order although nothing is listed as out. Also I've tried to add notes to the order to be given information or have a service call put in and no one ever responds to them. Emailed once about our coffee maker which is a pour over machine and was given feedback about my Keurig - which we don't have from them.

S: I wonder if your coffee is as bad as your drivers? This morning, after several times witnessing the aggressive driving habits of one of your drivers, I have to post this review. The driver heading on Glenwood in Raleigh out to Durham drives way over the speed limit, tailgates other drivers and was whipping in and out of traffic this morning between 6:40-6:55am. He was driving really close to me and I pumped my brakes to warm him to back off. He then whipped into another lane and was yelling and waving his finger at me. Unprofessional and not the most mature approach to his poor job skills. At the next light, I flashed my phone at him bc I was reporting the truck to the highway patrol. Again, hope your coffee isn’t this bad!
Curtis McDaniel (Curtimack): Capital coffee services our machine at our apartment complex and it’s wonderful clean fresh and always working properly we appreciate you and your business especially the Frenchie French Coffee that comes out of our machine. Like you said you rate a business on how well you do for customers, as one of the residents here at the avenues apartments we love your service. Thanks for making our early mornings and late evenings when we need the extra jolt more enjoyable.
Diana Smith: To Mr. Hester: You don't rate a business because of an incident in a vehicle. You were probably in the left lane yacking on your cell phone while looking at a map. To the real issue... Capitol Coffee is a fantastic business with great prices and awesome service. Every company I've worked for since the mid-80's has used Capitol Coffee and there's a reason: great value combined with stellar service. They have everything you'd need for your office from coffees and teas to copy paper and cleaning supplies. Definitely recommend.

Denise Ball: Not so great. Not all Starbucks serve the same drinks. This branch had no smoothies at all. They had no alternate frappes either. I asked for a strawberry frappe. Took explaining what it took to be made, their version of what I wanted was given. A watered down drink. The window guy had the personality of watching paint dry. No smiles, lack of attention to details. How do these people get hired? Does the owner ever visit his/her store to critique their employees? They should.My daughter asked for a mango smoothie. Florida Girl Adventures: I really wanted to enjoy my experience and expensive coffee, but there was no parking available so I could not go inside. Next, I placed an order for a 20 oz coffee with cream and sugar on the side. The cup of cream had a tiny splash, I requested and was given more. Not the problem. Once I drove away and parked elsewhere to mix my cream and sugar, I quickly realized my coffee was frothy, hence it already had cream and sugar and that totally explains why it cost so much more than expected.Wrong order, bad parking. The coffee was good but order wasn't what I wanted.

Madeline Heintzelman: As others have stated, this location closes early or closes their lobby at least twice a week. There’s no message on the mobile app so you think you’re going to run inside quickly to grab your order ahead, but you’re forced to sit through the drive thru line.The least they could do is let you know on the app so you can make the choice not to order from here, or make a separate car line for mobile orders.
