Bright Tree Yoga: what do users think?
Rudy Patterson: I have now taken two Yin Yoga classes with Roxanne, at Bright Tree Yoga, in Raleigh. I exercise daily, but never do any stretching. I was worried about doing a yoga class, as result of my lack of flexibility. Roxane made sure that I knew this was a nonjudgement class. The class was about doing to your own ability and not worrying about others. It is amazing how I feel after only two sessions. The breathing techniques are also unbelievably valuable. I never thought I would be a person hooked on yoga. I look forward to every class and can feel the benefits and so do my hipsThe focus on the various postures is about quality and not quantity. The posture is held longer than other types of yoga and gives you a nice long stretch that your body will appreciate. I am sleeping better because my hips are not hurting after a long day on the tennis court. I am now doing Yin yoga at home and that is helping. Roxane teaches you the right way to do the postures, so you don’t injure yourself.
Christophe H: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI have known Roxanne for many years but only realized 2 years ago that she was teaching yoga. Whether it is at her yoga studio, or outside facing a small lake, her teaching is wonderful. She provides just the right level of feedback letting everyone go at his or her own pace.Christophe
Denise Comer: Bright Tree Yoga is wonderful. Roxane is knowledgeable and caring. She provides outstanding yoga and I always feel great after every class. I was brand new to yoga when I started at Bright Tree a few years ago, and Roxane's instruction has helped me modify poses across the years as my yoga practice has grown.
Wendy Rosa: After my classes up I will never return. The classes are definitely not for beginnings. I’m in pain after I get home for 2-3 days.
Lisa Robbins: I have started taking yoga class with Roxane and she is wonderful! I was searching for a class that would fit my busy schedule, provide a calming atmosphere and be close to home. I was so excited to learn that Bright Tree Yoga was in my neighborhood and after taking an initial class, I have been hooked. I truly enjoy my time with Roxane each week and feel renewed when I leave. I even brought my daughter when she was home from college and she came with me every chance she had. Bright Tree Yoga is amazing and highly recommended!
Stephanie King: Roxane and Rachel's classes are wonderful. I go to the yin class Wed. nights and it is exactly what I need as a mid-week stress reliever (plus I sleep so well after that class). I also just got back from their weekend retreat which was FABULOUS! I will def being doing that again! Thank you Roxane and Rachel!
Carol Wood: About two years ago, a friend asked me to go to yoga class with her...I needed to work on flexibility and balance, just for starters. Great decision!! Roxanne and Rachel accommodate us all, beginning and experienced yogis. There are always adaptions in poses for those of us with aches and issues. I’m always glad I attended class because when I leave, I leave in a better place...in mind, body, and soul. I highly recommend Bright Tree yoga!
Evelyn Hawthorne: Roxana and Rachel are attentive and so helpful. They listen to their students. While they truly teach, they challenge students, while keeping in mind students' goals and limitations.
Valerie Bennett: If you're looking for a great yoga studio, I highly recommend Bright Tree Yoga. I've been going for several years now and Roxane and Rachel are excellent teachers for all levels. They offer a variety of classes and days/times so it's easy to fit classes in to your schedule and it's a very welcoming environment with no judgement. I love how they continue to encourage us and offer modifications so anyone (of any age or fitness level) can participate.
Jane Patterson: Bright Tree Yoga is fantastic. Roxane is the best teacher. And don't be fooled into thinking it's not hard enough or challenging enough. To get the most out of yoga, positioning is crucial and Roxane has the eye to spot how you could improve your posture and the right words and voice to gently encourage you as you adjust your position. I walk out of every class feeling relaxed and much more flexible.

Yoga Inspired: what do users think?
Erica Vogel: My absolute favorite experience at Yoga Inspired was the aerial yoga for beginners. A few of my friends and I signed up for a Sunday morning class and had an absolute blast learning the basics and hanging from the silks. I definitely recommend this as a girls day out - grab your girlfriends and go out for brunch afterwards. We had so much fun, and endless things to talk about after because it truly is such a unique experience. Also, I love that it isn't hot yoga! I feel like with all of the rage around hot yoga, it's nice to go to class, practice, and leave feeling like I can go out into the world without needing a shower first. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and people of all abilities can come to classes at Yoga Inspired and know that the teachers are ready for them.
Natasha Votypka: Amazing teachers & friendly atmosphere
angie crookenden: I have been a member of Yoga Inspired for several years now and find that merely walking through the doors, into the studio, brings me to a more peaceful place in my body and mind. The studio has grown and expanded its community outreach and breadth of opportunities to practice and make connections. Yoga Inspired is a welcoming, inclusive and safe space. The teachers are very knowledgeable and welcoming to beginners though more than experienced yogis- offering modifications and adjustments as needed.I am very thankful for Yoga Inspired and am always grateful when I can walk through the doors and practice yoga there.
Paige Bragdon: If you are thinking about doing an Aerial yoga class and feel like you can't do it or feel intimidated.... You should just do it!!! Mo: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityTook aerial yoga 🧘‍♀️ class with a group of friends today. Let me just say, Heather was simply amazing. One of the best instructors that I have ever had! The location was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed myself and plan on taking additional classes in the near future!
Mary Hall: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWonderful studio and very welcoming instructors! They've adapted very well to 2020 with outdoor classes, zoom classes, and small, masked studio classes. I'm doing the Yoga Certification program with Anil and he is amazing!
Lauren Griffiths: I booked Anil for a private small group, outdoor class for my birthday this weekend and it was fantastic! It was a pleasure setting up logistics with him and the day of went really well. My friends and I loved the class - he went at a pace we were all comfortable with, offered modifications where needed, and led us through a soothing and energizing flow. Everyone commented how great it was and that they were excited to take a real class once the studio opens. Thank you!!
Khaki Stelten: Great yoga studio, very clean and welcoming. They have definitely deepened my practice and given me the drive and inspiration to continue to grow and change on the mat.
Kathy Zappia: I didn't think I could keep up (given my age 😁) and enjoy yoga as much as I do at Yoga inspired! It has really helped my flexibility and strength. Very professional, kind and accepting staff. I highly recommend you give Yoga Inspired a try!
Samantha Smith: Became a big fan of the studio very quickly. I liked the variety of poses done in the classes; sometimes I’ll get too comfortable doing the same things repeatedly, and I felt like I got the opportunity to spread my wings a bit/get enough of a challenge without it being overwhelming. Very welcoming atmosphere and good vibes.
Deb Harrison: Wonderful space to practice yoga!
Gloria Hegarty: I love this yoga studio and that’s exactly what it is, a real studio which sticks to yoga and no other gimmicks. The owner is wonderful, and has such a heart for his clients. It’s a warm, comfortable and safe place to practice yoga with other like-minded yogis!!
Karen Bograd: Have been taking their Online classes during this trying times, and it has been a wonderful escape. I really needed time to myself, and a workout, and I am getting both. Thank you!
Ashley Katz: My absolute favorite yoga studio. The space is so clean and relaxing. The instructors make you feel comfortable and the fellow yogis are so welcoming.
Kayla Capitano: Not a fan of this studio. It wasn't very clean and staff was not friendly.
Rondi Goodman: Love yoga inspired. Calming, strengthening and peaceful practice here. As hard as you want and as gentle as you want. Warm and never stifling hot.
E R W: I hadn't done yoga in years and have been coming here for a couple of months. I've thoroughly enjoyed every instructor and class.
Emily Cochran: Enjoyed a drop-in class and their current BOGO deal! Will come back again.
Lee M: I dropped in since I’m visiting the area. A comfortable environment for any level of practice and friendly, welcoming staff. I’ll be here for a few more days and plan to return.Ps. Thanks for the free bobby pins. 😜

Bliss Body Yoga: what do users think?
Miles Shaw: Beautiful space and fabulous instructor
David Brown: Best instructors, variety of classes, and community of 'yogis' in Raleigh.
Mary Taylor-Cortes: Welcoming and supportive.
Lauren Smith: I have been attending classes with Karley and she is literally amazing! The vibe and educational style of the teacher is always going to influence the classes themselves and Karley is a great teacher. She is intentional, present, kind, and does a great job of towing the line between pushing us an appropriate amount but not so hard that we're in (too much) pain. It's always a great workout, encourages mindfulness, and above all, it's just fun. I genuinely look forward to attending Karley's classes and she even remembered my name despite that I have only been a hand full of times.
Cindy Sink: Colby is an excellent teacher and Bliss has wide offerings
Lynn Sanguedolce: When ever I take a class at Bliss Body Yoga it feels like the best gift I can give to myself. Healthy for my mind and my body.
Mace Farr: i love this place! took prenatal yoga and ellie was such a kindhearted person! i love the modifications she gives us. currently taking baby and me yoga and my baby loves it so much! socialization with other babies during yoga!
Leslie Cohen: I like the facility. The instructor was thorough and easy to follow. (All of,the instructors are.) The temperature in the room was comfortable. I was a little sore after class then my body felt phenomenal today. The only thing I would have changed would have been to dim the lights a little.
Robin Hammond: The entire experience was marvelous
Kathryn Findlen: Best yet in Raleigh
Jeff Miles: BBY has a great spce to practice, but with the lose of some instructors the classes are much more gentle. Wish BBY had more instructors or classes that were more challenging for strength training like you did in the past.
Lindsay Holland: I love Bliss and the teachers. I’ve done Beginner yoga, prenatal yoga, and now my son does kids’ yoga. All have been fabulous.
Rachel Caddiell: I love love love my prenatal yoga classes with Ellie (and the guest instructors too!). I feel so seen in these classes. Checking in with the other women helps me feel connected to a larger community of mothers. The whole practice allows me to appreciate and love myself during this pregnancy journey and journey into motherhood.
Inbal Sapir: Studio has welcoming and pleasant environment. The teacher was very supportive considering this was my first Yoga class in general, not just for this studio. It was an eye opening experience and I'll be back for more for sure
Letisha McLaughlin Lam: Just what I needed. I haven’t been to BlissBody in 6 years because of having children (nothing to do with the pandemic). Last night I needed some “me time” and I was so happy that Yin and Gentle Flow had space for me. It was a yoga spa experience: I enjoyed the mint, loved the hand lotion (actually ordered some as soon as I got home), the incense smell was divine, and mostly loved the gentleness of the instructor and the diversity of attendees: old, young, pregnant, advanced and novice. I hope I can find more time to visit.
Amy H. Nuttall: Beautiful studio filled with love and good energy!
Andrea Weigl: Karley is a great instructor.
Jeffrey Engel: Great instructors, peaceful environment, safe COVID protocols
Cindy Kandel: Chloe's class was great. She gave wonderful instructions, included various options for each pose depending on individual needs. Love that the class is LiveStream.
Noelle Schofield: I swear by the Monday Gentle Flow class. Colby and Jen are excellent teachers. After the class, I am ready to face the coming week.
Patti Panizza: Roxane is wonderful, love her style of yoga! The studio is very nice and the environment is relaxing.
