Ginger Robbins: Have used this company for a number of time for a on site shred. They are great to work with, reliable and affordable.
Rick Apex: I just sold a business that had operated for the past eight years. When cleaning out office files, we had a couple dozen document boxes of folders containing employment applications from hundreds or applicants, personnel records for our own employees, client folders for hundreds of customers, and notebooks full of detailed sales data, containing customer information. We suddenly received a call last week that a new tenant wanted to lease our space that we were committed to for ten more months. On Thursday, we called PRO-SHRED of Raleigh about getting all these documents destroyed, and on Friday delivered a pickup truck full to them. I thought the price for that situation was extremely reasonable, and was so glad we connected with them in a timely manner, and that we were able to protect the privacy of our employees and partners.

Ash M: Very nice and helpful staff. One of the guys working in the appliance center carried a VERY heavy microwave from my car to the bin. I wasn't expecting anyone to do that for me. The lady working in the battery center was also very nice. I like the way the facility is designed. If you're organized, you can visit all three centers and be out very quickly.
Mark Goldman: Been here many times and the guys working here are quite rude and never lift a finger to help anyone that I've seen. Most of the time they're just sitting there doing nothing. Wouldn't come here anymore but don't really have a choice.In contrast, the hazardous materials guys have always been nice.

Gregory Matheny: Really nice facility but the past 3 times I’ve been there the cardboard recycling was closed. I understand that they break down and I’m sure there are more boxes than ever, however the part I had a problem with was the employees there telling me and others to throw the cardboard in the garbage (area 3). I don’t bring my cardboard there to be thrown away… I bring it there to get recycled. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.I’ve been taking my cardboard to the convenience center out near Knightdale (2nd closest place to me). The facility isn’t nearly as fancy but they seem to have all the recycling/garbage areas operating as they should.

Car seat recycling, cardboard, household goods, batteries, tires, paint & other icky stuff.... And if you can't figure out which section is right, the most pleasant helpful people with there too! It doesn't even smell like the "dumps" I remember as a child.When I picked up my composting equipment order a couple years ago, it was in another section and we read all about the science behind landfills. Truly amazing! That section is an advisor actual park. With the gorgeous weather, the park would be a great place to take a stroll!

No Name: ***ATTENTION***THIS IS NOT A DUMPING SITE!This place is for RECYCLING only. STOP dumping your trash here people. Every time I come here it's worse and worse. Stop being lazy and take your garbage to the landfill or put your garbage out for special pickup at your house. This place is for products that QUALIFY for recycling. NOT Styrofoam, NOT plastic bags, NOT garbage, NOT furniture, NOT mattresses, NOT food waste. There are signs posted on what you can and can't leave. Can you read?? If I see you dropping off stuff that doesn't belong here I will call you out and take photos.To the City of Raleigh: Please DO SOMETHING about this problem! Better, clearer signage would help. The signs on the bins are worn and no very clear. Use bolder, higher visibility signs with the words "NO DUMPING" and "STOP --- READ BEFORE LEAVING ITEMS". Clearly state which plastics can be recycled. Again, bigger, better and CLEARER signage is needed. Or HIRE an attendant to monitor the area.

Please note that if you are too lazy to break down your boxes or take your trash to an appropriate drop off (many in Wake Co), find another center. Lots of folks who can't read just dump random junk on the ground, especially in recent years.
