I have brought all 3 of my children here, 2 of which were preemies, and each time, all staff have been courteous, compassionate and logical in attempting to address the issue. I refer them to any parent who is looking for a pediatrician's office.

Makayla Gomez: We absolutely love this office! Being first time, and young parents can be scary but Dr.Ozturk and the nurses always make us feel very comfortable and are always extremely kind. Same day sick appointments are available too which is such a relief! It’s also so nice that the staff always remembers us when we come and we don’t feel like just a number like larger practices do. We highly recommend little oaks!

As new parents he was always very kind and patient with all of our questions. Everyone we interacted with in the office were kind as well. I highly recommend this office.

Whitney Luffman: I have had such wonderful experiences with every single provider at Little Oaks. My 5 year old has been seen here since she was born and even though we moved out of the area, we will continue to make the drive because I can't imagine going anywhere else! Same day sick appointments are never hard to get, providers remember you and your child, and they not only are available after hours but they provide thoughtful, compassionate care no matter what time it is. I've even had them initiate follow up calls on weekends just to see how she's doing. We are so grateful for Little Oaks!

Rosalie Phan: I am a first time mom and I used to take my son to Little Oaks due to the great reviews. Our first appointment with Dr. Guerra was amazing! She helped me with breastfeeding and made the whole experience pleasant. That’s why I gave 3 stars. For his next checkup, we scheduled with Dr. Ozturk so we could see how my son interact with all doctors there. Unfortunately, we were seen by his PA instead with no explanation in advance, which was quite disappointing. The experience went downhill from there. We decided to switch my son to a different doctor and we have been happy with our decision since. This practice might be a great option for some family but not for ours.

Alicia Shaddix: What a gem! I’ve been taking my 4 kids here for about a year and have been very pleased. It’s a relatively small practice so it’s easy to schedule appointments. Short wait times once you get to the office.I had a sick kiddo last week and they worked me in within the hour - on a busy Friday afternoon!The ladies who work the front desk and man the phones are always so friendly and willing to help, great to work with.We especially love seeing Molly the PA. She’s wonderful!

Billy Small: We bring our 2-year old son here and always have a great experience with the entire staff. Holly does an especially excellent job explaining and listening to everything, and my son feels at ease with her. Even when my son needs to get shots, they have made him feel comfortable and we always leave with a smile!

Rashena Hooper: We love everyone at Little Oaks! We've primarily seen Drs. Guerra and Beckman but have no problems having visits with Dr. Ozturk or Holly. The front staff and nurses are great too. I credit my breastfeeding success to Dr. Guerra. She provided amazing support in those first days as an anxious, new mom. Every pediatrician's office should have staff with this level of breastfeeding and patient support. I have gone to them with not-your-typical concerns and they have never dismissed me; they truly understand a parent's intuition. I no longer live local but still drive about 1 hour for my children's appointments because I just can't imagine receiving this level of care anywhere else. I'm also not ready to say good bye. I've never had issues getting sick visits scheduled quickly. They're even open for half days on Saturday. The patient portal is really good and I love that you can quickly communicate and ask questions via your phone or computer. They have an after hours line for you to call if your child gets sick and you're wondering what you need to quickly do. There have been a few times I've had to wait longer than I'd like, especially with a toddler and infant in tow, but it happens! Thank you all at Little Oaks for caring so much for my children's health!

David Thornberry: Best pediatric's hands down. Everyone there is super friendly, always upfront and easy to deal with. Honestly if I lived in another state I would still rather drive back here than try to find another place. They care about your child just as much as you do.

Stephanie Bishop: Wonderful pediatrics practice! We really love both Molly and Holly. Holly was the first person to help us with breastfeeding issues after having our first child, and she was so comforting and encouraging. She really makes you feel welcome and that all questions and concerns are valid and completely normal to ask. We primarily see Molly now, who is also fantastic. It's clear she was born for this work - a natural with kids and prompt with answers to questions we submit via the portal. In general, we find it's easy to get an appt here, the office setup is child-friendly (woodland themed decor to go with their name) and clean, and the nursing staff is great, too (we love Felicia!). If you're looking for a great pediatrician, this is it!

Blanca Borceguin: We love Doctor Molly Beckmann; she is amazing with children. I am a first time mom and Dr. Beckmann always gives me the best advice. I was dreading my daughter's two month vaccinations appointment, but her nurse was amazing; she was done with all four vaccines within seconds. Plus my daughter always smiles when she interacts with Dr. Beckmann. I truly recommend Little Oaks to parents of infants.

Grace P LeFlore: Initially my experience was great with these doctors as I was new in town. Being a single mother with a 7 yr old and a new management job it’s hard to juggle at times. Apparently I missed three appointments over the coarse of two months that I do not remember setting up or confirming (except for one that I paid a fee for). The office also cannot show a courtesy email or text of either. My son is sick, I made an appointment with his doctor, with whom I just got a call from advising he will no longer be seen. Not because I have past payments, but because of appointment follow ups that I did not make, nor receive reminders for. It’s now Friday afternoon and I have no choice but to find a new doctor, which need proper documentation before they will see my son. So my only choice is to sit in an emergency room. I am very disappointed and hurt.Thank you for your response. It does not change the fact that a lot can happen over a nine month period. Moving, loss of jobs, a pandemic...you have no idea what a person may have gone through personally to then turn a sick child away. However, I understand business, policies, and procedures. Thanks again.

I have primarily worked with Molly and Holly who are absolutely incredible and show genuine care and concern not just for my little, but also for me! Joanna Glass: Stay clear of this office. I took my son there for a couple of years and had some issues with one of their pediatricians response to my son having seizures after two separate visits, the second one required him to be admitted to Rex. I switched offices and they claimed he was never a patient there and destroyed all of his records including his vaccine records.They lied repeatedly to our new physician stating we did not get any at that office and were never a patient. After two years of battling to no avail, I finally found all of his records I had kept along with all of the receipts from their office. They still claim we were never a patient there, but I have Rebecca Daumans signature on receipts, two years worth of documents along with his vaccine card.It’s illegal to destroy a patients medical records. After contacting other patients via negative reviews, I found they the same experience regarding records.If you care about your child’s health and future, find another care provider office.Thankfully our new physician has been excellent and trusted that we were honest about having the vaccines and prior health issues until I was able to sort through paperwork to find everything we needed and my son was and is able to get the care he needs.It’s a shame the state doesn’t actually enforce the laws that are in place for medical practitioner standards.

Melissa Mooty: Been going there for 18 years and the service gets worse and worse every time. It’s definitely the office staff and lead nurse. You complain, they let them go and hire a team more ratchet than the previous. I finally had enough.

Kyesha Jennings: We LOVEEEE Dr. Joyner! She is an HBCU graduate (which is a bonus fact for our family), she’s knowledgeable, personable, she’s also a mom to a young toddler—when I think about what I would want in a pediatrician, it is everything Dr. Joyner offers. My OBGYN recommened White Oaks Pediatrics to us, and it has been a joy. I also appreciate that if Dr. Joyner isn’t available the other doctors are equally amazing, of course not every doctor’s personality, manners or temperament may align with you and your partners, but we have thoroughly enjoyed the expertise and warmness of Dr. Daumen & Dr. Schmitt as well.

Kharyzma Brockington: Horrible…Dr.Anderson proceeded to attack me for not wanting to give my son certain vaccines and questioned me as a parent as well as my love for my child. She’s a terrible Doctor and should understand that she has ZERO control over how I choose to handle my sons medical care. She repeatedly asked me what is the reason and when I responded to her that it’s my personal preference her attitude changed and continued to verbally attack me and told me not to bring my child back. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice if she cannot respect peoples personal beliefs. I was extremely offended by her nasty remarks and poor behavior. I will never recommend this doctors office.

Jill C: We’ve been with this practice since 2013 and love them! I’ve never had a problem scheduling an appointment for any of my four kids (even last minute sick ones). They have weekend hours which is SO IMPORTANT! Also, the front desk staff is all brand new and they have been fantastic so far. The docs are personable and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Rebecca Barry: We have been going here for over 10 years. I LOVE all of the doctors and nurses. They are hands down some of the best medical professionals I've dealt with.The office manager, on the other hand, leaves a great deal to be desired. I have been trying to speak to him regarding a billing issue and lost check. I've left multiple voicemails to his personal line over several weeks and none have been returned. The front desk has given messages to him.The outsourced billing department is also a struggle to contact.I'm hoping writing this here will result in some action on the office manager's part.

Cha Wri: Dr. Joyner is AMAZING. I wish she would find a different practice.The practice itself is unprofessional and disjointed. The lack of communication skills and decorum by most of the front desk and administrative staff is appalling.Find somewhere else.

A Meade-Sims: The physicians at this practice seem to think THEY have the final say with a child’s medical plan, not their parents. I have been taking my daughter to DR MUNT her entire life (9mo). I expressed at her 6mo appointment that I was not interested in the flu vaccine for her. She rarely leaves home, does not attend daycare and is breastfed. At her 9mo exam DR. MUNT belittled and attacked the character of my husband and I for our decision. He asked for a reason and I stated “personal preference.” He shared “that’s not good enough.” He then asked if we had the Covid vaccine. I responded yes. He responded “well that’s good at least.”I don’t appreciate the attitude and the lack of respect. DR MUNT needs to retire if he thinks this is the way to treat a patient. I am looking forward to switching providers.

Jessica Ramsey: I NEVER write reviews... I believe this is the first time that I really felt it is necessary. Today we had a sick visit and it is no surprise that our usual Doctor (Dr. Joyner) didn't have any available appointments because she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING so we saw Dr. Munt. I was so disappointed with our visit and Dr. Munts bedside manner.-My son was a little nervous, he is very rarely sick and he seemed worried about seeing a new doctor. When the doctor asked him to put his feet up on the table my son asked about what he was going to do. Dr Joyner is always great about letting him know what to expect and as she is examining him they talk about each step and also about who is allowed to touch his body etc etc. which I so appreciate. Well instead of explaining what he was going to do, Dr. Munt asked my 7 year old when the last time he came to the doctors was. When he didn't know, the Dr. looked at the chart and said, you were just here in August... You don't remember what the Doctor does? I then told my son what the doctor was going to do since it was apparent he was going to proceed with out answering my sons question.-As we wrap up the visit Dr. Munt says that he highly recommends my son getting the COVID vaccination, him mentioning this is no issue with me and respect his recommendation. But He then proceeded to tell my 7 year old " you wouldn't want to get one of your grandparents sick would you?" and then says to me "children that contract COVID can have serious long term effects". My son has had COVID and I told him that in the visit... why would a medical professional say that in front of the child? Now my son keeps asking if that means he is going to get/ be sick forever from COVID! and asking questions about the vaccination and worrying that if he doesn't get it he will get his grandparents sick.-The visit ended with basically having to come back and paying for another visit on Monday for a potential cold/ sinus infection.Very disappointed with Dr. Munt... Dr. Joyner on the other hand is amazing... my 7 year old would consider her a friend and looks forward to seeing her. This review has one star but Dr. Joyner and the Nurses 5 Stars hands down.

The nurses are kind and patient and do such a great job of providing quick and thorough care. I love the fact that we've been seeing the same providers for almost 10 years!

Tiffany FB: Dr. Joyner is amazing! She's my daughter and son's doctor. She is extremely patient and ensures her patients are comfortable during their visits. I appreciate how she connects with my daughter who is often anxious in the doctor's office. Dr. Schmitt is also a fantastic pediatrician! I always leave the office with answers to all of my questions and concerns. They are both thorough, knowledgable, and truly dedicated to the health, physical, social, and emotional well being of children.

Nekia Brooks: My sons have been under the care of Dr. Robert Munt for over 4 years and he is an EXCELLENT pediatrician. I would give 5 stars if I were basing my review on his performance alone. He is seasoned, thorough, caring, gentle, stays abreast of new medical studies, and he uses a common sense approach to his diagnoses and recommendations when prescribing medicine. He takes his time with my sons, remembers their activity and interests, and shows genuine concern for them.I gave this practice 3 starts because the front office associates make this practice frustrating to deal with. On several occasions they have been rude, unfocused, have not paid attention to critical details that have caused me to waste time in emergent situations. They were completely unconcerned and unbothered about situations that were important to my family. The nurses are great but the front office staff make what would be a great experience something I dread now.

M Leslie: We have been patients for over 18 years and have never thought of changing pediatricians. Although the front desk could use a little training on professionalism once you get past that the providers and nursing staff are amazing! We recently met Dr. Joyner (due to an emergency sick visit) and I am happy to report she is phenomenal! Very personable and connects with the children to help them to feel comfortable. She is extremely thorough and takes the time to listed to your concerns. She has a friendly and inviting demeanor. I highly recommend Dr. Joyner and wish her many more years of success!

Erica Eason-Moncayo: I have had my daughter see Dr. Schmitt for about 5 years. Dr. Schmitt is absolutely wonderful. She is calm, caring and very personable. She has always given great advice in a very non judgmental way. At one point, there was a mistake on my daughter's medical record with another child of the same name and it was found and corrected immediately. The nurses have been very friendly and calm with my daughter when giving vaccinations. I have never had an issue with this office or my daughter's provider. I highly recommend Dr. Schmitt.

M: We love White Oak. It’s a smaller practice which means consistency in providers - they get to know you and your kids. Yet they still manage to have good availability for sick visits even on weekends. We have only seen dr Joyner and dr Anderson (the latter happened to be one of my pediatricians as a kid!) and highly recommend both and the practice.

Alexia Passarotti: We have loved our experience at White Oak! We really appreciated being able to tour the facility prior to our first child being born. Our kids see Dr. Joyner and Dr. Anderson. Both are phenomenal! We’ve visited other doctors but feel very comfortable with Dr. Joyner and Dr. Anderson as those two were present in the hospital right after our children were born. Patrick Pearce: Unprofessional- requiring healthy 3 years olds to wear mask. (2023) They have sent a refusal of care letter for my children based on parents (us) questioning their policies for a three year old to be forced to mask up. Please reach out if you wish to join our fight against them. We are/will be gathering information over the next few months to take legal action. Their professional opinion has been littered with financial gain, and does not have your children best interest at heart.

Mary-Cassie Shaw: This place rocks!!!!! The doctors in the practice bought it back from a company 20 years ago. Restoring it to one of the best practices in the state. It is one of the oldest that still is in practice. In addition it is majority female owned. So it is doctor owned, local business, and predominantly female owned. In fact it was founded by a woman Dr McGinnis—- over 50 years ago.We love babies, teens, and all in between and beyond.The nurses are all highly educated. They are all RNs or BSNs— a rarity in todays medical practices. Most medical offices have one RN. Some nurses have been with ORP 25 years. Some are brand spanking new.We offer scholarships for all our nursing staff to get extra education about breastfeeding.This place is great—- wait I think I should have mentioned—- I am Dr Shaw🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Marie Cox: I honestly would waste your time and not go to this pediatrician. There are many other great pediatricians in the area that will treat your children with the care your child deserves. After a recent incident in regards to my daughters care or lack of when she was sick, I clearly let the practice know that I would no longer be having them continue on as our pediatricians. I’ve already secured my daughter a new doctor at the downtown WakeMed office, but they then proceeded to send me a termination letter as if I didn’t already terminate the relationship. I would not step foot back into this doctors office even if you paid me.

Ellen Weiss: Everyone is very nice and we've really enjoyed Dr Burleson. Nurses call back quickly if you have a question. I appreciate the fact that they use scribes so the doctor is able to focus on us instead of a computer.However, we switched. There is not a single non-white physician, nurse or staff member there. I'd like my kid to have access to some doctors who understand his particular life experiences.

Rebecca Phillips: Their hours are great and the nurses and front office people are really nice. It's also awesome that you can call anytime. However, they say being a new mom is stressful. In my case, it's been wonderful and my daughter is a joy EXCEPT for seeing the doctors at Oberlin Road. They do not listen and do not treat patients as individuals. It's all about checking boxes. At one point we saw a doctor that gave us a really hard time about going home from the hospital and then didnt remember us one day later. If you're a fan of "old Raleigh" this is the practice for you. If old Raleigh makes your skin itchy you will probably want to find a more modern pediatric group. They are forward thinking for circa 1992.

J Willis: We went to Dr. Vining for both our kids and absolutely loved her! We saw a couple other doctors in the office for acute visits and they were all great, but I highly recommend Dr. Vining if you're looking for a primary. We moved out of the area unfortunately and will miss her dearly!

Julianna Warf: I love love love ORP I have been a patient for 19 years my mom went when she was a child. We both had Dr. Middleton who’s retired. I love Dr. Shaw, Dr. Swirz, and Dr. Stewart. They never fail to make me and my 3 younger brothers feel better within days. They make the 40 minute drive we’ll worth it.

Megan Lord: I am absolutely insulted to think a pediatrician refused to care for my newborn, after informing me that they are accepting new patients, due to the fact that they don't believe in the practice of natural birthing centers, like Baby and Co. Understand, women have been giving birth naturally for hundreds of years and to not support mothers that don't want to birth in a clinical setting but to encourage a more medical, sterile approach that isn't natural, makes me glad that we aren't going to this pediatrics.

Jenna A. Robinson: I love ORP. All the doctors there are great. The hours are fantastic--having access to walk-in "sick" hours in the morning before work is really helpful. One of my kiddos has a lot of health issues and Dr. Galla was willing to take her on and work with her very special needs.

Heather Cutchin: We've been coming to Oberlin Road Pediatrics for 5 years and have always had great experiences. The nurses and support staff are welcoming and graciously answer my million questions about childcare. We appreciate working with all the doctors and like that I have the ability to special-request a doctor if I want to. We tend to think it's best to meet everyone since you never know who will be on call when an emergency happens. Their hours are great and they are very accommodating. We highly recommend this practice for parents with little ones of all ages.

The doctor's are extremely gentle and i can tell from the interactions with my baby girl that they truly love children! I love that weekend sick visits are available. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

The wonderful doctors always give us the time to ask questions or go over things, and the staff is very accommodating. We never feel rushed, and scheduling is always an easy process.For the first time in 11 years, I forgot my daughter's appointment until 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I knew I would be late and called ahead to see if we could still be seen (for a well check) and the staff was not only very helpful, but we were in and out in less than 30 minutes once we arrived! This was a very uncommon thing for us, and no special treatment was expected, so receiving such great care and attention made it that much more appreciated!!!From Dr. Allen, then Dr. Baldwin, and now Dr Edralin as our main providers, we could not be more satisfied with the level of care our kids receive! We see the other physicians for sick visits and have nothing but praise to say about them as well.Thank you to all of the staff at the front desk and behind the scenes, and of course the doctors that all help this mama raise her household of four! I don't know what I'd do without such a great medical staff!

We came to see Dr. Parekh... she took her time and had time for us and found the problem to the cause of what was going on with my little one. She is doing much better. They are great with my son and inform me on certain topics above and beyond. This doctor is so good, we relocated to Gastonia, NC and drive three hours just to have him come here and have an emergency pediatrician back home just in case. They are worth it! Just a big thank you from the Grisby family to all the nurses, doctors, and staff. They are ALL nice as well.

andrew v.: Took our daughter to ER they did a flu test and nothing else we were billed $3591.05 and an additional $636 from the doctor who is apparently a contractor not related to the hospital. I think you would be better taking your children to a hospital that is more focused on patience care and people than money. Also the ER was ghetto as heck, so maybe at least have a facility to match the cost there folks.

Jordan Shore: The doctors are fine but I have always had to wait at least 40 minutes EVERY appointment. Most recently, I was 30 minutes early and had to wait over an hour just to be taken out of the lobby.

Migdalia Pagan: I absolutely love Dr. Frerichs and his team my son has been going there since he was born (he's almost 2) and I honestly could not have chose a better doctor and team to care for him. As a first time mom, making sure my son has the best care is very important to me just like any other mom, but Dr. Frerichs and his team feels like family. I absolutely love how they genuinely love me and my son LITERALLY through sickness and great health. They are so loving and attentive and make sure you feel confident in knowing what's wrong with your baby whenever there is something wrong. Being able to reach out to Dr. Frerichs after closed hours has also been a life saver because he always touches base to make sure my son is okay and I truly appreciate that because a lot of things as a first time mom can be scary. My son loves the fishes and trains in his office, but today I've seen so much a relationship bound between the staff and my son today. Needless to say, I am 100% happy and love this Dr. and practice for my son.

Sadie Abboud: Both of our kids have been seeing Dr. Frerichs and he is absolutely wonderful. He has the best bedside manner of any healthcare provider I have ever met. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and can feel that he really cares about his patients. Every time one of our kids has been sick and needed to be seen, we were able to get in the same day. We have never had to go to urgent care unless their office was closed. They even got us in on a Saturday. Especially during the COVID pandemic when so many physician practices wouldn’t see their sick patients, Dr. Frerichs never turned us away when our son had a cough or fever like so many of our friends said their pediatricians did. He is kind, personable and dedicated to his patients’ wellbeing and we are very grateful to have found a practice like his. My husband and I are hoping he stays in practice until our kids turn 18! Haha we don’t want to have to find a different pediatrician because he really Is exceptional.

He gave us his cellphone number (which I have already used several times) and always fits us in no matter what the concern is. He is gentle, wise, and compassionate. Exactly the kind of doctor you would want caring for your child.The lactation consultant, Lindsay, is an angel! I have always felt supported and comforted by her even when my breastfeeding journey came to an early end.

David: North Raleigh Pediatrics is the best pediatric provider in the Raleigh area, without exception. Although we now live 45 minutes away from the practice, we continue to visit them for our children. Dr. Frerichs is our primary pediatrician and has been for over 15 years. Over the years we have worked with many of the doctors within the practice and all are excellent however, Dr. Frerichs is our primary due to his professionalism, integrity, and exemplary knowledge and care demonstrated towards the care and health of his patients. We are comfortable asking questions and trust his recommendations. In addition, the office staff is consistently friendly and helpful well beyond that which we have experienced when needing a specialist or otherwise. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Renee Marie: Wonderful care for my family! Dr Susan is the most nurturing and knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. I am a mother of two daughters and I am so grateful they are in the care of such an incredible Doctor. My oldest daughter is 10, and suffers from anxiety. Susan has such a way of making her feel comfortable and at ease, by breaking down and explaining things. If I need to contact her incase of an emergency, she is there for me right away!

Their office has all of the typical necessities for parents - early and late appointments, same day sick appointments, friendly and efficient staff and physicians. But more importantly, they are invested in the care of their patients. My daughter has required more attention than the typical child, and they have been there every step of the way. We don't feel like we're just a number in the system - the care is designed specifically for her.

After not finding a pediatrician that we were comfortable with, we decided to try NRPG, even though it is a 30 minute drive for us. We are very very thankful for finding this amazing practice. The personal touch and welcoming environment start at the front desk and continues throughout the entire practice. The providers (Susan Kirwan, and Dr. Frerichs) listen, asks questions, and work with us to provide the best care possible. Growing up in a medical household, I learned the difference between OK, good, and excellent medical care. NRPG provides excellent medical care.

Gave us her personal cell number and was able to call her after hours when my son had an extremely high temperature of 105 . She was able to walk me through getting his fever down and was a comfort I needed in the time of fear. Great office

He just needs to wear mask for my 79 yrs old mom just as a precaution. Everyone at home are feeling great! Thank goodness!In addition, Susan helped me too 2 weeks ago with my freshmen daughter at State with fire ants; all healed up quickly with her guidance & suggestions! She’s amazing! Kandi Langdon: We make a 41 minute commute into Raleigh to see Dr. Dailey and it's worth every minute. She always listens to our input on what's going on with our children and works with us to find the best path forward for their care. If only one or two of our kids has an appointment she will ask every time how they are all doing and makes sure they don't need any referrals, refills on medication, ect. The office is always prompt with returning phone calls and it's never more than 2 hours before we will hear back from a triage nurse if we have to leave a message. I always recommend them to anyone looking a pediatrician for their child(ren) they are an amazing provider to work with.

Jacquelyn Guthrie: We love JMA and we especially love Dr. Dailey! She is patient with all of our questions, provides realistic and scientific guidance and our son ADORES her! Keeping within that theme, all of the staff at JMA has been truly wonderful since day one.The only reason I can’t currently give 5 stars is because at both our 9mo and our 12mo appointments, they took OVER two hours. The actual time with a nurse or doctor is no more than 20-30min MAX but we wait 45min in between their visits and getting shots. We completely understand that staffing is very difficult these days but 2+ hours in a doctors office with a 9mo or 12mo old is impossible.We still love and recommend JMA - just hope they can resolve the staffing or timing issues.

Freedom Of Speech: I worked for this group for almost two years and always received rave reviews for my efforts—Until they kept a share benefit that every other colleague in my office was awarded except me— without even a notification or explanation when asked. Discrimination at it’s best. Nurses, med techs, CMAs, etc. BEWARE. This company is rotten from the inside out in my opinion. The management is underhanded and is the sole reason they are constantly in a staffing shortage in my opinion. Save yourself a lot of heartache and work for anyone else. This company is only about making money, pushing patients thru and their own bottom line in my opinion. There are some great providers and nurses there for sure, but the management dampens even their light in my opinion. There are many more fair and honest companies to spend your efforts with. Mallory Kubasko: We like our pediatrician well enough. BUT, be prepared for a long wait & appointment! We are always at the Clayton office for at least an hour and a half. The office staff isn’t overly friendly & going back for your actual appointment can take a while. May switch doctors offices.

Hillary Seivwright: So far the practice is not terrible however be mindful of which doctor you use. We had an appointment for my 5 month old son and Dr Alexander did not even introduce herself when she entered the room, and called my son a “her”. Just a “go ahead and put her on the table”. At least have the decency to look at the file before you go in the room. We felt rushed out the entire time, she asked us which medicine we would want to use (like we know which is best) At the end I asked for a doctors note for the daycare because he was on the way, but she denied my request and said it would be on the portal which it is not 5 days later. Will not be seeing that particular doctor again.
