I spoke with Justin who despite the busy holiday seasons was focused on me, my unique issue, and solving this with my complete satisfaction. I've managed call centers, teams, and never have I been as impressed with the effort that Justin made. The issue was resolved and all parties are now happy. In today's world of it being difficult to find and motivate talent the Medicap defies expectations. Highly recommend!

Edward S: I seldom write online reviews, but I'm making an exception in this case because my father and I received such outstanding customer service from Debbie Schofield of Medicap Pharmacy. My father received a prescription for compression wrap-arounds, and therefore we made an appointment with Debbie at Medicap. She fitted the wrap-arounds in an expert fashion, but then I asked her what the comparative advantages of wrap-arounds (as opposed to socks) were. She replied that the wrap-arounds were easier to put on oneself, but asked whether someone would be available to put the socks on my father. I let her know that I could do so, as I am my father's caregiver. She said that, in that case, the socks are a more affordable option. Note that she put my *father's* interest first by forgoing the more expensive product. When the socks arrived she patiently demonstrated how to put them on and then (when we asked) said that she'd love to order some more for us but wanted to give us some time to make sure we were happy with the first pair. My father, who had felt discomfort with other compression hosiery, was exceedingly happy with socks we purchased from Debbie, and we ordered two more pairs.Debbie is outstanding because of her expertise, her practice of putting the customer first, and her warm but completely professional manner. I wholeheartedly give her the highest recommendation possible as a compression hosiery vendor.

Ashley Miller: Just came in today on a time crunch before work to grab some foundation and powder from the MAC counter, and there was only one associate working there. She was an older blonde lady wearing black Prada glasses with humongous eyelashes with a foreign accent. She was placing eyelashes on another customer so my daughter and I figured it shouldn’t take too long, we matched our colors and couldn’t find anyone other than her working so I approached her and asked where tog ran the product, as I was on this time crunch before work. She told me she was only placing lashes and it would be five minutes. She had taken a break from the previous clients lash strips to come ask what we needed, I had told her two of the shades of things we needed (I didn’t have the third matched yet), so she grabbed them and placed them by her with her client and went back to the lash client. I matched the third product and waited patiently while my daughter was picking out a lip color. Another associate showed up to clock in (long dark hair and bold cute makeup, black shirt and a double nose hoop ring in and light grey acid washed looking jeans) and she helped get my daughters two products and started ringing up the sales (they were separate orders). The the first blonde associate came up to her at the register and made her let her ring in one of the orders so she could get credit for the sale. The girl with the dark hair let her and bowed out with Grace, however, if I were her, I would have not let the blonde because she was too busy taking 15 minutes to put lashes on the other client to finish helping us and cash us out. I’d really like to leave this review in hope the blonde doesn’t keep doing this to other associates and the dark haired girl gets more credit. I work in the service industry and I know how annoyed I get when I just get to work and someone immediately asks me for something and I haven’t even fully gotten ready for my job, but she was so sweet and nice and gladly helped us immediately with no attitude or annoyed demeanor. Kudos to the dark haired girl, and shame on the blonde.

The lady who helped me pick out a perfume was so sweet that she even gave me free samples and put my things in a cute display box. Will recommend going and dealing with her and her only wish I got her name. I would've included it here. She was amazing and made my experience so much better.

Lena Bjorner-Janes: My one star review is from my experience today May 28, 2023. I have never been treated as rudely and demeaning as today while shopping in activewear. The lady was at the register talking to 2 other associates and apparently I interrupted the personal conversation because I wanted to pay for my item. I then had the nerve to bring her an item without the proper tag on it and said to me “how am I supposed to ring this up?” I really don’t think that’s the customers problem and i would think between the 3 of them, they could figure out what to do. She told me I need to go back and find one with a tag and then come back. Her tone and the manners in which she spoke to me was very unnecessary. Needless to say, I walked out of the store and I will not go back. And you wonder why department stores are failing?
CM WH: No ventilation in the bathroom so it’s got a lot of biological fragrances going on in there with no chance of escape. Also, why is there only ONE working sink???

How you're supposed to find anything in this store is beyond me. The finer clothes are fewer and have more room but the "normal person" clothes are packed in tighter than sardines which just makes shopping difficult and totally not fun. Back to online shopping I go.

The employee and her manager were extremely rude and they said the shoes were used and not in sellable condition when I had only tried them on once! Very disappointed with the experience. The worst franchise of Saks ever!

Jaclyn Hamilton: I love my Saks fifth avenue. However, Triangle is going under and changing their style to accommodate the unfortunate direction the mall is heading. I had several items in my arms, including a saks bag since I just bought a pair of shoes. I walked around to get service. Finally a lady was talking with another customer. I waited very patient to ask for a fitting room, which I waited till she was done speaking to other lady. The sales lady stated I'll be with you in a minute. Now I get that you are helping another customer, but all I needed was a dressing room. I felt she was focus on that one lady because she seem to spend more than I would be at the time. I just felt the lady was unaccommodating and a little judgmental. She didn't even check on me to see if everything was working out. Needless to say, I bought what worked and left.I will stick to the online shopping instead of going back to the store.

The men’s section is truly awful, stocking only giant logo brands and plastic shoes. The women’s selection is better, but the layout of long rails, with clothes crammed in makes it feel like bargain hunting experience at a thrift shop. On our last few visits the staff have been inattentive and on their phones. Not worth the 45 minute drive anymore
