Em Pedroza: My positive experiences with Ruggero Piano began 3+ decades ago when Richard first started tuning my pianos and continues today, as his son, John, has taken on this role, also skillfully tuning and maintaining my instruments.Over the years I have stopped by countless times at Ruggero Piano. Always greeted with warmth and cheerfulness from Richard and his employees, whether it was to buy music, attend workshops, recitals, Raleigh Piano Teacher meetings, Friday Monthly Concerts and best of all ---to buy pianos!My first piano purchase here was in 2016, when I replaced my aging piano with a lightly used upright in excellent condition. I have enjoyed both playing this instrument, with its beautifultone, and using it in my studio.Richard truly listens to the needs of his customers - informs, advises, puts them at ease, and gives them the time they need to make the best choice that will make them happy!This year I made a decision to move up to a grand piano and after looking at different options, found myself returning to Ruggeros. Knowing the careful selection and preparation that goes into all the pianos they sell, I was confident that I would find a quality used grand that would be a joy to play. Everyone from the owner down to the delivery employees were exceptionally helpful and courteous. If you are looking for a piano I highly recommend them.

Bill Taylor: Where do I begin?!?! I bought my first piano (Knabe) in 2014 from Hopper Piano and had such a GREAT experience and support from them for the last 8yrs. Today I came in to explore the Steinway trade up event and was super impressed with both the selection of instruments and excellent service. I STRONGLY recommend Hopper Piano if you are looking to purchase a piano. They make dreams come true!! They treat you like family, not just a customer. I can’t say enough good things. Next time I am ready to trade up, Hopper is where I will go.

Sam Kim: We purchased an upright piano from this store in 2018. We noticed a deep scratch on a pedal after the tuning gentleman visited us to tune the piano. The scratch looked as if a small rock scratched the pedal. We notified the scratch to Hopper and he told his messenger to tell us that we caused the scratch and that there is no way the tuning person caused it. The fact is the tuning guy was wearing his shoes, and we have never touched the pedal other than a barefoot or socked foot. And the messenger complained and mocked us that Hopper has never seen anyone complaining about the pedal. Not covering this deep scratch under the warranty would be acceptable if the policy states so. But the way Hopper treated his customer is not acceptable. It was somewhat humiliating. "What" you say is important but sometimes "how" you say can be more important. I will never recommend anyone to deal with Hopper.
Thomes?: Wonderful workers and values from what I've experienced. Even their used pianos look clean and sound great and they have great variety of uprights and grands. Totally recommend.

Rita Landsiedel: Was very pleased with sound of piano being restored by Mr Chris Johnston. Also, a plus was his knowledge of not just tuning but, suggestions to keep the piano in its best condition: vacuum inside, if a humidifier damper is needed, a small repair completed which improved sound to new condition.
Sarah Durbin: After Chris worked on my piano, it sounds and feels like a different piano. Amazing difference. I could tell he was paying attention to every detail when working on my piano. I highly recommend this piano technician.

Young Song: We ordered a cello, but we received a viola bow along with it. When we asked for a replacement, they said they had none at the moment, and would have one in two weeks. It has been 2 months, and there hasn't been any sign of a cello bow and no explanation. We can't understand why a music store has no bows on hand, or would take so long so get access to one.

Guy Fieri: Of this store chain, this one had the most veriety of music books. Hell, I bought a Tcherepnin bagatelles while I was there. That said, I get why this is, but they charge you more than what's on the back. My book says 6.95 on the back, but they'll charge you 8 for it. I noticed Sam ash does this too, and it makes sense since those Hal Leonard books were printed like 30 years ago, but still, bad taste

Jennifer Taylor: I called the store at 820pm because one of the strings on my daughter's violin popped. I explained to Doug everything including that my daughter had a concert the next day. They close at 9p. He told me that he would definitely be able to help me if I arrived before 9p. I arrived at 850p. He gladly pick out the correct sized strings and changed them all for me. He never made me feel like I was a bother or that I was wasting his time. He had such great customer service and overall great skills with the instrument. He quickly changed the strings all while engaging in a lovely conversation with me!! This was an awesome experience!!!

Ltw Recordings: Made the mistake of going back to GC Raleigh for the July 4 2023 sale and hoping things had changed; they've only gotten worse.Raleigh's Guitar Center is a complete $h!th0le filled with @$$h0le associates who couldn't give a $h!t less. I really hope GC closes this location soon. Cary could have a badass amount of inventory and guitars in, at least they're halfway nice over there most of the time.LATER!!!

Im really disappointed with this because not even my 100 dollar squier did this and my 600 gretsch did. bad care of the guitars you guys have on sale please take a good look before you buy and dont be dumb like i was.disappointed tbh. wont be coming back

Amazing Customer Service.Needed some XLR cables asap and I called them up and the person who picked up the phone was super nice and made me feel welcome into the establishment of Guitar Center. Drove an hour to what I thought would be some small nearly run down shop, but it was the exact opposite. On the outside it looks small, but on the inside it is huge. With the help of staff I got exactly what I needed and more! I even stayed a little bit and checked out the pianos and speakers, they have the top of the line EVERYTHING. It was worth the hour drive.
