Blessed Love: First of all I’m giving an above 5 stars to Olivia only one who helped us and gave us an empathy to take off the plastic taggedfrom the PJ of my daughter that we bought, Unlike those people at the counter that we first asked very politely to help us if they can take off the tagged and I’m offering my debit card that I used when I purchased the stuff,I know it’s over 30 days buy we explained to them that we sent it in Japan as a birthday gift to my daughter but daughter can’t wear it because of the plastic tagged that the cashier forgot took off when we bought it , when she came back here in US she brought it back here so we can bring and asked the store to take it off .Maybe they thought we stole the PJ? (VERY BAD JUDGEMENT) or it’s because we’re Asian ??They didn’t even tried to help us to scan my debit card.Those people at the counter has NO empathy for a very small favor that the customer asked .Thanked God that Olivia helped us and she took the tag in just for a sec.Thank you so much Olivia God Bless your HEART ! ❤️

Theresa Walker: After making over a $500 order on-line I went over to the triangle Mall to Victoria Secret to get my correct size because all of the bras I had purchased was to small. When I walked in I was greeted by a Caucasian women who I asked for assistant and she rudely brushed me off after I explained to her that I needed help with the on-line purchase and then she walked away. I went to the register and was then greeted by the cashier who was African American and was also rude I then asked her the floor person name she asked me why I said because I asked she said the floor person was Kim in which I know it was not true..I then asked her what her name was she once again said why I once again told her because I asked she said I don't have to give you my name I then asked her for the H.R. number she said in a nasty tone I Don't Have It! I the asked her for the store # she gave me store #131 which was not correct with no help from either of those rude employees I then took my order and drove 20 min over to Crabtree mall. I will NEVER AGAIN GO TO THAT TRIANGLE VICTORA SECRET AGAIN!!!

Cameras don’t lie, she was the last customer before close and the lady was harassing my child and asking my child why she buying cheap underwear and talking under her breath, threatening my child. My daughter recorded the whole thing, after the lady shae started acting hostile to wards her, because the underwear had red stickers saying they were on sale but not ringing up on sale, So she started yelling at my child well they aren’t for u then I guess! Trying to scare my baby, they wouldn’t let me in the store cuz the store was closed but I can hear her talking to my daughter crazy! I kept asking for the store manager she said she is the manager and gave us a hard time! Then she stole from a kid. Ya I’m def talking to a Attorney today!

They took the time to measure and find the right fit and style for my bodyThey made me feel valued and beautiful and went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced in a commercial store. Heidi Gallicchio: I've been shopping at VS for years and have never had such an amazing, personalized shopping experience! Julie took the time to measure and fit me on a very busy, packed store, saturday and treated me like I was the only one in the store. Bibi assisted in gathering items for me to try and was so kind and sweet. Such excellent, personal attention and care, right down to how to wash and care for my new items. This is by far the best VS store I've ever had the pleasure of shopping in. If you're not sure what size, what style, or what works for your figure...run don't walk to this store. They're top notch! Thank you ladies for all your help and expertise. You're one of a kind.

As a business owner I know this is a direct reflection of their leadership. Stuff roles downhill. Really just sick of the environment. I won’t be shopping here anymore.This company needs to re-evaluate what’s important. It’s not giving away your company, it’s dedication to your staff. Two people look like they were going to purchase something. Looked at the length of the line, put their merchandise down and walked out. If they want the store to flourish, customer service has to be their first priority.

Theresa Walker: After my experience with Triangle Mall I came over to Crabtree where when I walked in I was greeted by 2 workers who was sooo nice and very attentative i explained to one of the females that I did an on-line order for $500 but all the items I purchased was to small and I would like to exchange them for the correct size without hesitation the woman in which I asked her name she responded Julie right then I knew i had connected with the righ associate she measured me and exchanged all the bras to my correct size...She spent over 1 hour with me boy was it a relief I was observing the other employees in the store and the way they greeted each customer was outstanding! I want to give CRABTREE VICTORIA SECRET 5 Stars for the outstanding customer service and the time they take with each customer I also want to give Julie Robinson an extra accommodation for the time you take and personal attention you gave me with me not feeling a bit rushed. Thank you!

Kelly H: If I could give the sales associates less than one star I would .3 negative interactions with 3 associates on the floor . This is a very brief summary of what happened.First associate told me I would need to search the store for bathrobes that they were scattered throughout. She was dismissive and not interested in helping me find the correct size .My second interaction was in the ladies fitting room with another associate . I had the doorbell light on for a good period of time all the while she spoke with two other customers in the hallway about their personal lives. I peeked my head out and asked her if she could get a smaller size . She postured as if I was wasting her time and was dismissive. My response to her was if she was busy that I didn’t mind asking someone else for help . She begrudgingly went to look , came back and handed me jacket saying there werent any on the floor . - never offered to have it ordered from the store or check with other stores in the area .The final straw was when I began to walk out and the alarm went off . The sales associate hollered in front of 4 children and numerous strangers did I have perfume or “ period Panties “ in my bag ? Irregardless of what I had in my bag it had a sensor tag on it that needed to come off . I was humiliated by this associate in front of complete strangers, given a lecture of how periods are something that all women have until I stopped her in her tracks before it got heated . I was shopping for lingerie not for unsolicited advice or a lecture . Perhaps a refresher inservice with the employees in this store on professionalism , discretion , humility , service is in order . It’s certainly something that needs to brought to the attention of corporate as there is definitely an issue with leadership in that store .

Amber Tookes: The customer here at this location is bad! So the annual sale is going on. I understand items get moved around, but to have the same item several times in one spot is crazy. Told the sales person she was rude and didn't bother to go look. Charged me full was nasty! Will not shop there any more.

Kimberly Strickland: Had the worst experience at this store today. There was approximately 6 different sales associates working and not a single one spoke a word to me the entire time I was in the store. I went up to pay, stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to cash me out. I ended up leaving my stuff on the counter and walked past 3 sales associates on the way out and again not a single word was spoken to me.And what happened to Victoria Secret employees dressing with some class. There was one sales associate with biker shorts on and a crop top! Not a good look at all and completely unprofessional. I will not ever visit this store again.
Hardik Desai: It was 6:15 pm and Victoria's secret store closes at 7:00pm but guess what? All the fitting rooms already have closed signs so my wife can't try on any clothes. When we asked about this at reception, we realized what a great crime we have committed coming to the store 45 mins before closing. I want to personally apologize to this store manager and assure that this will never happen again because we will never be coming to this store again.

Every time I come to this location mind you it’s the closest location an hour away, a worker always wants to ask me am I looking for something with an attitude I walk to a different area goes behind me like I made a mess or something and “cleans up after me” I ask if they have a color tshirt to match sweatpants I liked gets screamed at it’s in the pink section. Duh I asked you because you were in the Victoria secret area. Then I asked how much the corset top was because no tags were on it and she said 80 plus 40% off and I asked which was what idk what’s 80 times 40 and I said oh okay that’s not bad. “Is it though?” Nobody wants to help you and you get screamed at and harassed

Danyelle Demchock: I returned two bathing suits on 12/29/21 with Shy (the sales associate). She completely messed up my returns and never refunded me the second bathing suit. I called the store (because I live in nyc and the store I returned the bathing suits to was in Durham, NC). I spoke with the manager Rachel, who was quite rude, tried to push me off the phone, not present, and condescending and somehow couldn't send me an email receipt of the refund for the second bathing suit that Shy somehow missed to refund me. Rachel said it was against company policy to send me a refund receipt via email, text or mail. She was half listening to my concerns and rude when I asked her to please send me a refund receipt to give my accountant. I now know why this Victoria Secrets is poorly run and have incompetent staff. I have never had a company tell me they can send me a refund receipt!!!! Nor have I ever had a sales associate completely not refund me because of carelessness. Won't ever shop at a VS again!
