When I approached the store about getting information and asked how they prevent credit card fraud in their store... the manage said 'it's not my problem'.For the security of your bank account and a store filled with managers who have absolutely no conscience but only make their profile margins..save yourself time and your bank account.

The box was for my bra...that I walked in with. So I showed them my bra so they could see and asked them if they wanted me to get the box for them. They didn't. The employee wasn't wrong for checking the security guards claims but the security guard needs to pay attention and/or think.

Isa delva: I gave it one star just because I got someone who I could talk to, just to found out that she didn't know anything about it. Save yourself the trouble and look for another place if you are in need of your photos, they are not reliable. Why, you might ask?Well, I placed a 1 hr photo service on Monday night and it was supposed to be ready on Wednesday because of the late order. And since this place is 11 miles away from where I live I decided to wait one more day to make sure it was going to be ready for pickup. I called and I called, I tried different departments several times and NO ONE ever answer the phones, different time of the day, different departments a d nothing, well I decided to go just in, when I got there there was a couple of customers waiting for the manager, I approached the counter and then a lady came to say she didn't know anything and that they've been without ink for a week, therefore NO orders were ready. Then the manager came and he started to address one customer's grievance at the time, but the answer was the same nothing we can do, no ink, no photos, sorry for the trip, nothing I can do. Well to starters you can answer the phone and tell the customer exactly that instead of making us go to return empty handed or just don't take any orders at all, so we can look for a different place that can fullfil my order. I got tired of waiting for my turn since I knew already the answer, so my trip was a waste of time, gas and money and since they didn't know when they'll have the supplies now you have to process a refund. When I got home 30 minutes in later, I got a text telling me my order was NOW ready. Are you kidding me? I could have just waited or walked around the store to wait for my order and now I have to make another 30 minutes drive each way to pick up the order, wouldn't it cross your mind to tell the customers wait, we just got the supplies, it'll be ready in 30-40 mins...

Sydney Golden: Went to geek squad to get my iPhone 13 Pro battery replaced which was quoted at $89. I’ve literally had this phone for just over a year and the battery is defective. I got there and I have a small crack in my phone and he tells me that I have would have to pay almost $450 for the crack and battery because they can’t work on iPhones without fixing everything that’s wrong with them. Then when I asked if they really can’t just fix my battery the guy says “well we could - we’re just not supposed to” and then doesn’t offer to help at all. Giant waste of time.

I said there must be something that can be done. They looked at the receipt and said it show’s right here that the money was put on the card I said again there was nothing on the card. I had already gone to the phone company and they said they have heard about this happening before go back to Walmart and get your money back. That was told to me before I even went back to Walmart. After they saw I was serious about the matter and they kept going back and forth with me. Then I was told you can call 1-800-Walmart. SMH. They didn’t even want to consider the obvious which was some one either didn’t know how to put the amount on the prepaid card that said Walmart and the other company phone name and that you can put any where from $10-100 on the cardThis is a new type of phone card they started selling. Or that one of their employees is stealing. It’s one or the other . They told me they didn’t know where the money was transferred to. Me either that’s why I was there. They didn’t provide the money that was taken. . If you see this type of phone card I have described don’t buy it you may loose your money.
