Pink Cherry Pole & Dance Studio: what do users think?
Josheda Ozias-Forrester: Clean studios, parking available and cute vibe. I had a great yoga class and can't wait to go back
Ellen Marion: Pink Cherry was such a welcoming and fun environment, and Alden was such a fabulous instructor. We set our goals for the class during warmups, and broke down each move we were learning to smooth and easy-to-follow steps, and gradually put together a fun little combo we ran through at the end. She effortlessly tiered her lesson to accommodate differing physical abilities and brought a very affirming and graceful energy to the room. It was a blast, and I walked out of there feeling pumped up and confident. 10/10 will dance here again.
Evee Malveaux: Amazing studio! The pop up yoga class with Mss Alberta was fantastic and such a vibe! She hosted a theme for the class, let your light shine! It was an absolutely fantastic session! I highly recommend checking out Pink Cherry Pole & Dance Studio for this class and other sexy self love needs!
Maria: I wanted to find a school to train a pole dancing and based on very good reviews I cam here. I didn’t became a client. The reason why is below. On May 6, 2023 around 2pm I walked to this studio to get more clarification about the studio, classes and trainers and find the right fit for my needs. The woman from the front desk couldn’t explain anything. Her first phrase was to go to their website and read there. On question which tricks could be learned in the intermediate group she couldn’t answer. I wanted to understand which class could fit for me as I already have some experience. Instead she recommended me to go to another school. That was very strange from the business perspective as I came to them to get familiar with the Pink Cherry pole, not other school. When I put my left arm on the front desk to ask about their schedule (as she referred me to their website) on my phone where she notified me that there is a camera near my arm and I can break it, and…this camera is recording…In the end when she finished talking she just said without a pause that it was very nice talking to me. Just wanted me to leave. It was very rude. And after that I really wanted to leave as soon as I could. The whole conversation was in negative and passive-aggr way. Maybe the trainings are awesome but I will never know…
Olga Ozerova: I don’t have enough words to describe how much I love coming to classes here! I started out by just trying a dance and a pole classes. I ended up falling in LOVE with my instructors Quay and Jay, and I ended up getting a class package which I am almost out of and plan to re-purchase many times again! I was SO nervous walking in, however everyone was so welcoming, kind, understanding, energetic, supportive and respectful. I have been positively supported to not only attempt, but then to also achieve movements that I never knew my body could do and I feel myself being positively challenged in an extremely fun and safe environment. This space has become my outlet for life and I plan on being a member for as long as I live in NC! I wish I could give this place 10 stars and I highly recommend this studio to anyone who might want to try a fun new way to challenge their body and get fit doing it!
Mimi Cikolata: Update:I really enjoyed the classes. Quay is a great teacher.however I dropped one star because I think the communication/customer service needs work. I received an email stating the specific dates my classes would expire. Apparently in the system my classes had already expired, but I got a confirmation email stating other wise. So basically due to poor communication, I didn't get all the classes I paid for which is not fair to me at all and means I wasted my money. It sucks cause they're classes are bomb, but in between being demeaned and not receiving my full class package due to poor communication/customer service I will not be returning. If you do choose to take classes as a package, make sure to confirm your end date otherwise you may just not get all the classes you paid for.Great classes! I love it! However I did take 2 stars off due to a poor experience I had with the lady at the front desk. She was very rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. Telling me that "I should've read directions" when I never received any directions to read in the first place is quite rude, and just downright disrespectful to someone that's a new customer-maybe you should've checked to see if it was sent, before assuming that I didn't read directions?-Again rude and condescending. I will def be back cause I love the classes and the instructor I had was great, but the lady at the front desk should learn how to communicate to customers as adults and not children, and check her facts about directions/information being sent to customers before making assumptions.
amber anika: Fun, and informative overall great experience , with Quasia
Katie Daly: Just had an amazing time at the twerk basic workshop with Quasia. I will be attending again! Super welcoming environment and everyone was really supportive of one another! I can’t wait for my next class.
rhonda haywood: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I did a private and a group session and definitely plan to rebook. All staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The studio was clean and provided a warm and safe environment to be free and allow your femininity to come out. It’s a must experience.
Latisha Dutch: Fun class with the girls. However, if you have ever done a pole dance class before, the beginners class is not for you (there is no spinning which is typically the best part to me).
Valery Levitt: Ive been to many pole classes at other studios in different cities and I had a great time here. Quasia was a fantastic instructor and not only did she have a good energy, she also did an excellent job at breaking down the moves down for everyone and making sure they got it. The whole class seemed to enjoy themselves. I will definitely come back. The only downside is that you can’t reschedule. I tried to a few days in advance and wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone to help but also their emails say you can’t. My friends we’re supposed to book at the same time as me but took a little longer and the class filled by the time they tried to so I had to go alone. Also, the class room was a bit tight, but we made it work.
Shannon Davenport: Space was kinda small for the number of people.
Sommer Wisher: I loved how comfortable and FUN both classes I have taken have been! Everyone is skilled, professional, and meets you where you are. This place also brings alive confidence and femininity and I really appreciated that!
Nicole Turner: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the instructors and the vibe at Pink Cherry Pole & Dance Studio.I feel amazing, get a great workout in, and have lots of fun every time I go.
BossLady T: I absolutely loved everything about this place!!!! Staff and instructor was amazing and I will surely return 💜
Sherena Ramirez: Always a great time! Lots of encouragement and laughing. Great studio!
Sheri McCormack: Quay was awesome!
Katie Kate: Amazing staff! This was my first time and I definitely will be coming back! I loved everything about this place. The colors, the smiles, the instructor and more! Thank you for making me feel welcomed! I recommend to everyone, my especially those who are shy and nervous.
Elisa Wells: I had my second session at Pink Cherry and both sessions were awesome. Quay is awesome and she does well with explaining pole moves. I plan on going back!
K Franklin: Amazing first experience. Motivating, Uplifting, and great positive energy.
S T: The instructor was amazing! The esthetics, the energy, all was awesome. As a beginner, she made me feel comfortable and confident. I will definitely be back!

Pole Play: what do users think?
Glitter Rat: Wonderful place, great environment and amazing teachers!
Orange: It's difficult to review this studio. There are many different instructors. On the one hand, they consistently win competitions and have some very experienced polers and that may be really important to you. Inconsistency is largely what prevents me from coming more often, and I've been a student for about a year with prior pole experience. If you're a little more experienced and looking to try new choreography or get one on one comp training, this would be a good spot. For beginners, or individuals with injuries/limited mobility, some of the instructors focus so much on getting through their curriculum that they don't realize when they've lost participation or included things that are not level appropriate. If you're interested in exploring how a move makes you feel and how to connect more with your body and incorporate detail work, especially for flow, Emma is a fantastic instructor and very engaging and she also seems pretty knowledgeable about body mechanics which I find frustratingly lacking in most pole instructors. Pole dancers don't absorb good training habits automatically, often we are obsessed with learning a new trick so it's important to have a teacher who progresses safely and gradually and offers regressions. Aimee is good for those more experienced with choreo but will try to get through a lot of material so be prepared. In general I think the studio could benefit from having more/training current instructors with evidence-based knowledge of safer body mechanics and plenty of options for strength-building regressions, and a more standardized way of starting class so students feel welcome and can get to know their instructors. It would also be fun if a contemporary class was added - not super common but I can dream!
Natalie S: This place is amazing and the instructors are very welcoming... The type of people that go here are really chill and you learn a lot. Definitely recommend.Edit: it's been a while so I'm updating. I've been going regularly for over two years now and after seeing these girls compete and win time and time again, after seeing the type of experts that teach the class (some with 10+ years experience), after seeing how each person gets attention from the instructor with an emphasis on precision, and after seeing other studios, I can honestly say this is probably one of the best studios in the country. Like if the Olympics had places that trained girls that were serious about competing, I could see this place being somewhere they could consistently come to become a total expert. I love this place. 11/10 would recommend.
Easton Nicole: Everyone is so kind and welcoming And A fantastic studio set up
Jessica: Love this studio. There are about 10 poles. all the poles are spaced 6-8 feet apart. each student has their own pole, so you don't have to share. which is great with COVID, I'm spaced out and don't have to be near anyone. Each person also has their own rubbing alcohol bottle and clean rag to clean their poles and areas with. The poles are cleaned between classes. The instructor mainly stays In the front and away from students because of COVID unless you ask for direct help or a spot. The girls at the studio are super nice and supportive.
Roan Oak: Neither the instructors nor the attendees wore masks. I was the only person wearing a mask any time I came here. The class descriptions do not accurately describe the material. No routines are taught in any progressive class. The instructors do not introduce themselves, I had to look online again to find their names. Which felt.. weird. This establishment is, in my eyes, not meant to teach pole dancing as a skill. It’s meant for a “fun time” that just so happens to involve pole dancing. Pole Play is the first place I have ever taken pole dancing classes at. Ive since purchased a pole for home and learned more watching YouTube videos in an hour than I did attending 8+ hours of classes here, waiting for the classes to start getting “better”.There is a lot of time spent chatting and trying to make the girls feel good about their bodies. If you are self conscious or socially nervous, this is a good place to partake in pole fitness. If you are not self conscious or socially nervous, you will feel like a lot of your time and money is being wasted. The classes are based off of demonstration. The instructor will do the move, then come down and say “ok now you try”. These progressive classes, at least in my experience, were taught to the slowest attendee. So if you completed something before someone else does, you have to wait for them to get it before you can move on to an entirely new trick. You also have to wait for the teacher to spot you while you do something, which leads to spending a large portion of the class waiting and doing nothing.Pole Play Fitness is for when you want to have a girls night out and dance on a pole for an hour and play around. I’m unsatisfied and regretful of the money and time I have spent here.
Summer: The class I attended was not like it was described online and staff provided an inadequate answer as to why that was the case. The instructor never introduced herself even knowing there were multiple new people in the class that she had never seen before. I did not feel welcome nor feel that it was worth the money for the class I took.
JazzMariWill Harris: I had so much fun I went this evening for my birthday with 5 other ladies. First of all, JENNY was Amazing she makes you feel confortable and is so helpful! I really can't wait to come back. The studio is beautiful like I am so glad I decided to do this such a great experience.
Jenna Lovell: We did a pole party here for my sister's bachelorette party this past weekend. While we had fun, it wasn't structured the same way other pole parties I've been to were. The instructor was very nice, but never once mentioned her name or introduced herself to us, which is really strange. She also taught us small moves on the pole, but never a little choreographed routine, as most of us had wanted. The instructor also played the same two songs the entire 90 minute class, which was a little repetitive. Overall it was a fun time, just different than we had expected. I feel like with small changes the class could have been everything we had hoped, especially for the price we paid.
Claire H: Enjoyed my class so much for my bachelorette!
Emely Aguasvivas: Great class!! It was amazing , I had so much fun .. 😊😊😉😉
Stephanie Pinnell: Had so much fun at Pole Play for a friend's bachelorette party. So much fun!
Jenny Peacock: Had a great time with all the girls during my bachelorette celebration.
Shenika Smith: Great experience!!!!!!
Samantha Bondo: The instructors at pole play fitness are amazing and they have challenged me to achieve levels of fitness I didn't think possible! Not only am I stronger, but I have found new confidence in myself. The environment is also incredibly beautiful and the instructors/participants are wonderfully supportive. There are class options for sexy vixens, determined fitness enthusiasts, and those new to movement. If you are looking for an inspiring and fun way to improve your fitness, this studio is for you!
Kelly Buynitzky: The instructors at Pole Play are truly interested in helping their students reach their pole fitness goals. The ladies who attend the classes are so supportive and positively encourage you to be your best and most elegantly beautiful. Also, you won't find a more beautiful atmosphere in which to practice pole art and fitness.
keri lane: Pole play fitness is an amazing studio where the staff makes you feel comfortable enough to challenge yourself each week. I love how the instructors differentiate in order to allow each person in the class to take risks and feel successful at whatever level they are at.
Susan Murray: I have been at PPF for almost two years. I started off with no experience in really anything, limited flexibility, but I did have a desire to learn and get myself more physically fit. PPF is a beautiful and very nicely setup studio and the owners and teachers along with the students are all very special. The teachers at the studio work with you, and offer other types of classes to assist you with your flexibility and training. The studio is clean has a great layout along with a changing area and a small store with unique items. Pole Sport is challenging and hard work and you have to be patient as it is not a quick exercise fix but a journey and once you start to see the results of your journey it is amazing! Pole Sport is such a wonderful choice as an alternative to standard exercise programs, it is a personal and non-competitive journey that challenges you physically and mentally. The atmosphere at the PPF studio along with the people are with you every step of the way. Never say ever! I am 56 years old, and probably the oldest student in the class, so age is not an excuse not to come to the PPF studio and find out how amazing your body can be!
Ruth Lopez: Love Pole Play Fitness, not only the studio is beautiful but the staff is very welcoming and encouraging. If you ever wonder what all this pole fitness is about you definitely need to come to this place, it doesn't matter if you are new at this or if you are an experienced pole dancer, gymnast, aerialist, etc. you'll get a challenging workout and will find an amazing group of supporting ladies.
Lillian Dubiel: Pole Play Fitness is an amazing studio to attend classes. The studio is not only beautiful and comfortable to workout in; but both the staff and it's members are welcoming and helpful. If you're looking for a new form of exercise and enjoy learning new things, this is the place to be.
Baily Bergman: If you have ever wanted to try pole fitness, Pole Play is the only studio in the area to go to! It is a gorgeous space that is clean and inviting and most importantly, the instructors are super welcoming and encouraging to every student that comes to class. They will help you get fit and have fun at the same time!

TML..The Goddess Model, Pole Dance, Parties & More: what do users think?
Shannon Kimble: TML was fun. We went on a Saturday at 415pm. There is no one at the desk to check people in. I think they need a door bell to alert people in the back when someone walks in or have cameras. If you want different music than what the instructors play, I HIGHLY recommend making or bringing your own playlist. I will do it again but I need to shop around I heard there is one that gives cake and wine to their groups. 🤔
Gabrielle Rwby: The instructor we had was very nice. She constantly made sure we were at a pace that worked for us.
Fierce Ammoh: THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Booked a "Girls Night Out" and it was so fun. The instructor was so fun, energetic, and knowledgeable. She made everyone feel comfortable, the vibe was great, I will definitely be booking again❤️ thanks tml
Alexandra Alexis: Surprised a friend with a Bachelorette gathering there. Never tried pole dancing before, but we had so much fun and learned some new moves. Nubia was our instructor and she did an amazing job and was very patient! I'm definitely going to look into their classes.
Domeka Dick: Great time fun welcoming atmosphere
Janie Williams: Our entire group had an outstanding time. Our expectations were exceeded. From the booking to leaving the facility… was an amazingly easy and professional, experience. We will definitely refer others and we will book again. Gigi was a blessing. We loveddddd her ♥️ on a side note. I have body dysmorphia and many of us were nervous and scared but she made it easy and ok to look at ourselves and learn to love our bodies. This class was so much more than a pole/twerk class. It was truly therapy . You will not be disappointed. #professional #responsive #safe #fun #informative #selflove
Ava Heartwell: My daughter and I have been going to TML for almost a month now. We have really enjoyed all the classes we have taken and really look forward to taking more. All the instructors we had are awesome and very helpful and encouraging. We love it!
Remy Metzger: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI had my first class at TML fitness tonight and will absolutely be returning! Gigi, my instructor this evening, was so incredibly welcoming! The class was upbeat, a ton of fun, a great workout, and such an all-around fantastic experience! Highly recommend!!
Lauren: I have attended TML classes for the past two years and have loved every second! TML continues to be the most affordable pole studios in the area! All of the instructors, including the owner have been amazing, encouraging and inviting. Laura is an incredibly talented pole dancer and her classes are always challenging and a lot of fun! I haven't had an instructor at TML that I didn't love! They all are patient, thoughtful about their craft and want you to succeed, explore, and most importantly, have FUN! If you're interested in pole, I highly recommend TML!
Merkina Foster: Positive:ProfessionalismI enjoyed every bit of my birthday party with Nubia. She made us feel like we knew exactly what we were doing. She took us step by step in learning the different techniques. TML fitness is a must try and also Nubia is the best instructor there is. I recommend her to the fullest!
Nicole Fowler: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI visited the establishment for a birthday pole dance class. The instructor my group had was Nubia, she had such a bubbly personality. She made us feel confident and capable, even when things felt uncomfortable lol. Nubia is a VIBE! I had a great time and will definitely come again when I'm back in Raleigh.
Jessica Cheston: I would like to first say that Never write reviews good or bad, but I had such a amazing time taking y 1st twerk/ pole dancing class with Nubia, she was so fun, helpful, kind, any nice word you can think of she is it and above. I was there with a group of co workers and we had a blast! Also, the owner Casandra was so good with communication. They we definitely see me again. If you want a good workout, and or a fun night out that's TML is the place to be.
Jasmine Wright: Me and my Family attended a Pole dancing/Twerk session on last night and we had a blast. I have nothing negative to say about this place at all. GIGI was the best, her attitude and energy was everything plus more. She’s truly amazing! I will definitely be returning, this was my first time and has always been something that I’ve wanted to do. Thank You guys for a great time.
Raina Turner: EDIT: It's not very professional to respond to your customers reviews by also leaving a negative counter-review of your experience with the customer. I don't think anyone came to read a review about me as a customer but go off sis. I'm not the one with business at stake. I personally didn't read it all and I can't imagine anyone would.Sadly there are 0 covid precautions, no masks, and this business completely lacks customer service and email support. I've had several phone tags with the owner who insists on calling me every time I have to email her, which was far too often considering the constant errors on the website, invoices, and other emails. A friend signed up to take the class with me but had an accident before it started. She has had several phone tags with the owner as well who refuses to email or put anything in writing. Even after specifically asking the owner in my email to give me written confirmation that my subscription was cancelled and not to call me again, she continued to call my personal number without my consent, still ignoring my emails. I finally got my subscription cancelled and refund after a week of emailing her several times and ignoring her calls because I had asked her 3 separate times for all correspondence to be done over email and NOT to keep calling me. I received a very lengthy dramatic and rude email from the owner confirming the cancellation of my subscription and telling me she "feels bad for me." by far the most unorganized and unprofessional experience I've had with any studio, I loved the instructor but this business is super shady and I can see why they're barely scraping by.
Tammie Hunter: Let me just say thank you! My friends and I had an awesome experience! For most of us it was our first time on the pole 😂and it was so worth it! Cassandra made us feel sexy and encouraged us in every way. She was patient and provided great instruction. Would I do this again? Absolutely! The workout was amazing, I broke a sweat and worked muscles and joints that I haven’t used all year thanks to COVID. Thanks Cassandra you will definitely see me again! One more thing off my #bucketlist
Ebony Gorum (Ebknows): Positive:ProfessionalismWhen you finish one class you will see just how hard the exotic dancers work. Omg what a workout
Tiffany Jones: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
LaVetta Brown: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismDanni and Dom was great. I look forward to coming again for another party or class session. I truly enjoyed myself and worked muscles I haven't used in years... Again Thanks For Such A Wonderful Experience
LaTarsha Brown: I haven't been to TML for a long time. But I can honestly say that the classes I took were awesome. I'm anxious to pick up where I left off. You get a awesome full body workout doing things you can continue to get better at while at home. I'm just ready to go back!
Ana Velez: My girls and I had such a great time. The instructor was super sweet, knew what she was doing and helped us feel comfortable. Looking forward to going back. Thanks for a great experience.

M. Sophia Tillman: When I moved to NC 2.5 years ago, I didn’t know if I’d be able to find a pole fitness studio nearby. Then I found Aradia less than 10 minutes from me and was thrilled to start back again! I really like the way they structure the different class levels so that they keep it consistent but you're still able to build upon the skills. The instructors are fantastic and very encouraging and they have really created a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. The classes are challenging but also fun!! Being that I’m super shy and introverted the biggest benefit for me, though, has been the self-confidence I’ve gained. I don’t feel self-conscious in class which is huge for me! I’m glad to have found Aradia and be able to continue my pole fitness journey! And I would absolutely recommend Aradia !
Jane Warstler: I’ve been looking for a safe place to do aerials since COVID shut my gym down and I have been so in love with Aradia Cary! Their instructors are knowledgeable and supportive and I always feel so strong and confident leaving class. Safety is important to me as a nurse and I always feel COVID-safe here.
Stefany Ortiz: I absolutely love the classes offered here. They're so fun and inclusive! I definitely would recommend coming here.
Athena Zhou: Positive:Communication,QualityThey are the nicest people that will help you with anything you're struggling with and also encourage and support any progress you make.

Since reopening during covid they have worked hard to keep safety of the team and clients top priority. I look forward to my personal training appointments every week. There are a variety of classes offered and I have enjoyed all that I have taken, they also offer a great online option that is full of various classes that are offered. I highly recommend the studio.
Cassie Grimm: My home away from home! I've been going to Aradia for 4 years now and would recommend it to everyone! The instructors are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. The studio environment is exceptionally positive and welcoming. You can really start at any fitness level with so many different class options. Whether you're looking to explore pole, Lyra, aerial silks, or just awesome group fitness classes, Aradia has it all. So thankful I've found this studio!
Frazer Cornette: I stumbled upon Aradia just after I moved to town a few years ago. I was looking to get active in a non-traditional workout environment and make some new friendships. I immediately fell in love with the classes offered, the instructors, the overall uplifting atmosphere and made so many amazing connections from joining this community! Would for sure recommend!
Alissa Ashburn: This studio is a fantastic community of individuals! I have been coming here for years and the support of the staff as well as students is amazing. This studio is a safe space to explore your own creativity with well educated and trained staff to help you do this safely. I highly recommend this studio for all your aerial and fitness needs !
Katie Rebich: I'd give this place more stars if I could. Their classes are great, but their personal training services are amazing. You can do online, or in person. Whichever you pick, you get guided personalized workouts that meet you where you're at, and begin to push your growing edges, moving you towards your goal. They help you work hard, and work smart. The amount of experience working with body diverse clients paired with extensive knowledge about muscle anatomy, you'll get the best affordable training session in town. Aradia supports whole body growth- mentally and physically. Live without regret and join this incredible community.
Claudia Davis: I really loved my birthday party and Jessica was absolutely the best instructor. I learned a whole dance routine. I am ready to try some classes soon, after the soreness wears down. Jessica you rock!!!! :))))
Alysa Buchanan: I honestly can't say enough good things about Aradia. I adore all of the instructors, love the class variety and challenge, and am grateful for the camaraderie built with the other students. If you are hesitant to visit the gym, please know that ALL are welcome here - I have never felt judged.I never believed that I could be strong; Aradia has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of and I carry that resilience throughout the other areas of my life. Coming to Aradia has meant "stability", especially during this pandemic when everything else in life feels so uncertain. When I walk into Aradia I know there will always be a smiling face (behind a mask), positivity, and community.
