TEE DESIGNS: Bad customer service I went to this place to get something printed I use a Mac computer I reformatted 2 different usb drives to work on windows to have work printed out , owner says ohh I can’t get drives to open now the second drive was brand new never used before, ok I went to 2 different places a staples and Office Depot after he said oh I can’t open files and boom both places open the files no problem dude man need to either upgrade his knowledge or his customer service skills that’s why other commercial spots are winning u get a straight one star

He doesn’t push price he helps you make an heir loom and enhances your artwork. He works within your budget they have tons of frames and mats and they can print the most subtle professional photographs with perfect color and contrast throughout the entire spectrum. Very nice team of people too.

Ricardo “Renzo” Chacaltana: Avoid this business at all costs.  This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever done business with.  They told me they could print a canvas for my home.  I supplied them with the picture I wanted to use for the canvas and their sales professional told me it would work perfectly.  When I picked up the canvas it was terrible.  The picture was blurry and out of focus.  I questioned why it looked so bad and was told that they picture I supplied was not the correct resolution (more on this later).  I asked them to either give me a refund or allow me to get a new canvas with an updated picture.  I was met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism.  They insisted it was not their fault and they would not give me either a refund or a replacement.  After multiple calls being ignored, I went down to the establishment and was met with more rudeness by the manager and his unprofessional staff. ( I was told and I quote "you brought the shitty pictures, so it's your fault"). I continued to plead my case and finally got them to agree to give me a refund under his conditions, #1. Dont ever come back and #2. I BETTER not leave a bad review. Seconds later the manager told me that he couldn’t refund the credit card right now because the power was out.  Please take note that he is telling me this while I’m standing in his store staring at the bright white fluorescent lights that are lighting the entire establishment.  I couldn’t believe this guy and his helper were treating me and lying directly to my face. He then had the audacity to tell me that if I left my credit card with him, he would refund it as soon as the power turned back on!  What a slime ball, not only did he rip me off with his canvas, but not he’s trying to keep my credit card?! I then said , I'll come back in a couple of days for my refund. I ended up calling my bank to get it and got it. There's no way I would step a foot inside that facility. You can't make this stuff up. Stick with what you know North State and dont blame your customers for not knowing what you're doing.OVERVIEW:1)      This is a printing shop that employs printing professionals.  If a customer brings in a picture that is not the proper resolution, it is their responsibility, as professionals, to inform their customer of the proper artwork required to complete the job.2)      The employees who work in this office are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with.  They were aggressive, rude, and lacked knowledge of their craft.3) I have hired a different company since then for my canvas, and the first thing they did was to check the resolution of the image without me saying anything about my previous experience. WOW!4)      STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!  TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A RESPECTABLE BUSINESS.

Matt: What a great experience we had. The owner felt strongly against vandalism and gave us a great deal and incredible sign. They used a very strong tape that is able to mount on brick for our new sign and installed it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend.

Tyle and Karimah were so helpful, funny, kind, quick and their customer service skills were something you don't see nowadays. Definitely the location to go to when these two are behind the counter.

Lena “Mother Russia” H: FedEx store on 8373 Creedmore road in Raleigh used to be a great spot. Can’t say that anymore. Customer service went down the hill real fast ever since a lady named Tyla joined the team. She seems not to understand that she chose to work in a customer service environment. She speaks badly about customers right before them and in a condescending manner. She is belittling people and acting absolutely inappropriately. Doesn’t care to do her job. Please get this store in oder! If there were no other great employees, I’d give zero stars! FedEx needs to get this store in order!

Vic Ranalletta: Nice folks but I am guessing they don’t handle timely printing jobs that are submitted online. Had to call to follow up and get my architectural print job completed.

Graham Howell: The last few times I’ve visited they’ve had a hand written not in the window stating “closed until (insert random time)” while their open sign is lit. However this is not listed on their website nor their door. I’ve had to move our business shipping to a UPS store closer to our offices due to their irregular hours. Is this a standard practice??!?!?

Maddie Segal: I just had the most pleasant experience at this FedEx location. The woman who took care of me was chipper, kind, and quick. She multitasked like a pro and was caring for 3 customers at once. I was in and out and even as I was leaving she remembered my name and told me by name to have a wonderful day. I didn’t catch her name but she had really pretty long braids. Thank you for brightening my day!

Nicole Hunt: Friendly and fast customer service. My first time mailing something with fed ex. I walked in with items to mail and no box. The gentleman boxed and taped my items for me and it didn’t cost a fortune. Making this location my go-to for the foreseeable future.

Ali Evarts: Moe is the best. He spent a good 45 minutes fixing some PDFs that were printing wrong (my Mac files were causing problems for the printing software). He’s positive and easy going and made sure I had everything I needed. Give that man a raise!

Explore Raleigh: These ladies do great work at a great price and do it very quickly. You can usually walk in with a print or original piece and walk out with a custom frame, with mat and glass for a very good price.You can also get fried Twinkies at the restaurant next door while you wait.
