Branded Vessels Pottery: what do users think?
Jutta Dubay: Is
Thomas Bashore: Vanessa was so patient and the studio was awesome! She took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend getting your pottery making fix at Branded Vessels!Looking forward to our next creation!
christa stansbury: We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary there! It was my first time in a wheel but not my boyfriends we had a great time I hope to go back soon!
Minister Hodges: This couples pottery is a God sent!!! My wife and I had an awesome time at Branded Vessels Pottery. Celebrating 15 years married..we were more in awe of the connection we had with the owner Vanessa. She is down to earth and very patient. We left reflecting on the importance of appreciating our Lord and savior for the patience, grace, and mercy He has shown us!
Timothy Jackson: My wife and I was thinking about booking a couple of 1.5 hour Personal Pottery classes but my wife said NO when we found out this business DO NOT have restrooms available to customers. They had the audacity in FAQ to say, the nearest restroom is a Block away! Not surprised in NC, were there's no business guidelines for customer's restrooms.
Mark Bainbridge: We had a wonderful time at Branded Vessels celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary with a couples pottery class.
Avery Kitchens: 10/10 recommend. Vanessa was so kind and a great teacher. Its a very laid back environment and opportunity to make several things! Her new studio is super cute and she puts in a lot of effort to make it fun and enjoyable!
Aaron Parker: Lots of fun, great folks too.

The Crafts Center at North Carolina State University: what do users think?
Marcelle Kennedy France: One of my favorite places on campus! The instructors and staff are so friendly and very talented!
Julia Russell: I read the comment by d d and felt I need to leave a review of my own. I have taken multiple classes here and I am currently enrolled in the wheel throwing class. My last class was photography, right after they reopened from the pandemic lockdown it was great!! Hands on expertise, homework challenges, and love shoots with you classmates. My photography improved and the instructor even took time to review and offer helpful feedback to each of us in the class setting. I am waiting to catch the follow-up photography class. Most of their classes fill up fast (for a reason). I think the craft center is putting out the same (if not more) quality educational experiences as they always have…I highly recommend you try it!
Linda Garner: Great classes
Holly Sullenger: One of the best places for artisans and aspiring artisans. Great art shows!
d d: Things have changed here and not for the better. Also I see one of the reviewers who mentions the photo classes and how great they are...is THE person employed by the craft center to teach the photo classes. That is not right.
Adam S: I joined as an Alumni and love the facilities. Just like it was when I was in college except newer equipment and new faces. Lots of good creative energy at this sharespace!
Dara McGinn: This was one of my favorite places in college and afterwards for a quick class on how to. The pottery classes were especially therapeutic and the sense of community is amazing. The best part is if you take a class, you can use the studio for the entire semester which is amazing to have somewhere to unwind after work for $50-100 a semester. Complete bargain and a wide range of ages. You can drop by one of the gallery exhibits or their annual artists sale where the members put pieces they've made up for sale.

Gretchen Quinn Pottery: what do users think?
Steph Rice: Gretchen is such a talented artist, she was also very sweet and nice to talk to. She helped me pick out a beautiful gift for my friend. I had a hard time choosing because all of her pieces were stunning. I can’t wait to collect more.
Brenda Millar: This pottery has unique, intricate beauty!!
Kim Shirley: Beautiful pottery - she is very talented! I love the shop and that you can see where the pottery is made. Very special!
Jennifer Siegel: Gretchen Quinn Pottery is refreshing and functional, I just love her refined maker vibe! Excellent location with a poppin’ pink door - it’s a must-shop for anyone in need of quality utilitarian wares!
Paul Meshejian: beautiful design, gorgeous craftsmanship, and special event and daily practicality.
Thomas Quinn: The best
JT Lee: I love when pottery is simplistic and beautiful- a splash of color or an edgy, geometric pattern. How about some gold? You got it, in just the right way. Gretchen has such an obvious talent and produces such a pretty variety of pieces- and useful pieces you can incorporate into daily life without second thought. Super excited for her to move to Five Points, I’ll be frequenting there for gifts!
Mary Connolly: If you’re looking for great quality and stunning hand crafted pieces then you definitely have to check out Gretchen Quinn Pottery! Not only are they stunning but extremely well built. Great for gifts or just adding to your own personal collection.
Bill Hunt: Gorgeous work!

Wild at Art Kids: what do users think?
Arlen Mabe: Wild at Art is such a fun and amazing place for kids! The studio is so eclectic/cool and you feel right at home! Very kid-friendly. We hosted my son's birthday party here recently and not only did the kids love the free expression art projects, the parents were so impressed with the space too! We look forward to coming back, thank you Cyndi!
Breuna Chavies: I utilized the Wild at Art Kids Studio for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. At first, the communication between the manager, Cyndi, and I was great! She informed me that there would be a $50 deposit that would go towards the overall price and the remaining balance would be paid the day of the event. She also informed me that the artist would arrive at 1:30 because the children would begin painting at 2, this will allow the artist enough time to set up and be available for the kids promptly at 2. The first issue my husband and I had was that the artist was LATE! She did not show up to my house until 2:06 and she was supposed to be at my house at 1:30! Secondly, the artist was NOT interactive with the kids at all. A few parents complained to me stating that all the artist did was pass out the paint brushes and paint and that’s it! Granted, I know it’s COVID season so I understand the social distancing, but she still could’ve been more interactive with the children by speaking with them, even if it was from a distance. Cyndi also informed me that along with the paint, the children would have extra crafts like glitter, feathers etc to put on their mermaids, the artist didn’t have any of that. I honestly feel like I wasted my money because the artist simply did what I could’ve done. There was no “wow” factor. Lastly, the artist charged $150 because she said only 15 canvases were used and it was $10 a piece. My husband paid the artist $160 because we did not have change, not realizing that she OVERCHARGED him because I already paid the studio a $50 deposit which was included in the overall price. So in total, my husband and I spent $210 dollars for subpar service that I could’ve done myself. I’ve been trying to contact Cyndi- the manager, for the past 2 days to discuss my frustrations and she will not return my phone calls or text messages. Hopefully we will come to a resolution, but until then, this poor review will suffice.
Dhikra A. Gmail: Very good place for art activities!!
Crystal Lefoy: Super creative and fun environment for children of all ages!

Pottery Camp: what do users think?
Rachel Hawkesworth: We love Pottery Camp! We have been twice now - once for glass blowing and another for clay sculpting where we made a gnome and came back to paint it! It’s such a fun atmosphere with so much to do! Super friendly staff. Highly recommend for a fun date night!!
Krissy Ward: Pottery Camp is a blast for all ages! Date nights, rainy afternoon activities, a little treat for yourself, girls night, or just for the heck of it! My Husband and I came to Pottery camp just to see what was "cookin'!". We were impressed and wanted to get our paint on. So, we came one evening to paint a piece of our choosing. It was a riot! My Husband doesn't do artzy stuff. He had fun. We returned for our wedding anniversary to do use their little pottery wheel. (You'll need to make reservation). It's been a fond memory! Highly recommended for everyone!
LaToshia Jordan: A blast was had by all 18th birthday celebration for my daughter. Thank you for the warm welcome and care from your team. We will be back.
Juju Skiles: Super fun and the staff really brings out your creativity!
Mindy Hodgin: 5yo had a great time. They've moved to a bigger space so plenty of room to move around. So many pieces to choose from and they supply everything you need! They even have some things you can take home the same day. We'll be back for sure!
Kelly Fish: Great place for people of all ages! Super helpful staff!
Kayla Mcknight: -very friendly employees-reasonable prices-would definitely go again
Eileen Jeffries: Good time with my granddaughters
Erin Revels: Super fun way to spend an afternoon, we loved the huge range of options in pottery and paints. The staff was wonderful: Diamond was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. We will definitely be back!!
Jason Bowlin: limited hours now and FB Live on Thursdays at 7pm for pottery to go service!
Paula Oneal: This is a wonderful place for children. I have been taking a child who is now almost 6 there for several years. They have terrific choices for pottery and the staff is always very helpful.
michael miller: This place is totally amazing!! The owner is so helpful and informative when it comes to any and everything you need to know In order to create a really amazing piece of pottery, At 1st glance you would think all they do is pottery what they also do glass as well and canvases I would definitely recommend stopping in or just getting a few of your friends together or grandchildren and doing a short simple class
Don Fisher: Great place for your pottery needs. Brought my kids here to pick a pot. They have all you need to finish your masterpiece. You can paint your pot here. This place has a kiln. Staff was very extremely helpful and informative
Ashley Snyder: I took my husband here for a surprise art date with the Glass Fusion Class. It was a lot of fun! We had no idea what we were doing and they sat down with us and showed us exactly how to use all the tools. We were able to select from a variety of bases from plates to votives to trays. They had so so many different colors and types of glass to choose from. I think the hardest part was coming up with the design! But once you got going it was so relaxing just putting together your own personal puzzle with glass. It only took a few days to get our finished pieces back. The colors are wonderful and the texture is fun. Highly satisfied and we will definitely go back again. They had such a huge selection of pottery pieces to choose from and paint and the prices were very fair and affordable for everything you get!
Kim Burke-Smith: We had a okay time. I took my team there for a team building meeting. We had wine and there were kids in there, I felt very uncomfortable drinking around children. The place is very tight and not enough space for walking back and fourth to dry your items.
Kay Dixon: We had a great time and can't wait to get the final product! Staff was super friendly! Can't wait to come back!
Daniels Fam4: Great place to paint with family! Brought my daughter to do a canvas painting and we had a great time. Kasey was awesome and a great help!
Banden Tracy: Exceeded all expectations.
Puppy Movie star planet Forever: Amazing our artwork is all over our house now
Phoebe Howerton: Very friendly staff.
Mary Lee: We had an amazing experience! The staff had an amazing amount of patience with my children. They allow walk-ins and bathroom is super clean. We will be going back.
