Kayla Champion: So I’ve always had a positive experience at this location but recently these guys helped me out so much that I just had to write a review. So long story short, I have TMJ, basically my jaw is in pain all the time and when I game with my over-ear head phones it really puts pressure on my jaw and causes me so much pain I usually can only play games for a couple hours before it hurts too much. I was casually talking with the guys working (I truly wish I remembered their names so sorry) when they mentioned the Atrix E-series pro wireless headset. They let me try a pair on and it was the lightest headset I have ever put on and could tell immediately that this wasn’t going to cause my jaw to flair up. I have literally gone through 10 different headsets (paid over 500 bucks trying different headsets) only to always have this issue. While they didn’t a pair at the store they could sell me they went the extra mile and let me know of every store in a 5 mile radius that had the E-series. I was able to pick one up and for the first time I was able to game without being in pain. The sound quality was amazing, and they only cost me 50 bucks. Sorry for such a long review but thank you guys so much for taking the time and going the extra mile. It truly has meant the world and I just can’t thank you enough.

I wish they weren't forced to though and were instead encouraged to legitimately chat people up and not have the quotas to meet.

Associates allowed 2 men with my card to do transaction after transaction with multiple credit cards and with no conscience. Multiple duplicate items were purchased and with a card with a WOMANS name on it and not one person blinked an eye. When I approached the store about getting information and asked how they prevent credit card fraud in their store... the manage said 'it's not my problem'.For the security of your bank account and a store filled with managers who have absolutely no conscience but only make their profile margins..save yourself time and your bank account.

As I walked out of the bathroom, I was stopped by an employee and the security guard. The employee asked me if I took a pink cell phone box into the bathroom. The box was for my bra...that I walked in with. So I showed them my bra so they could see and asked them if they wanted me to get the box for them. They didn't. The employee wasn't wrong for checking the security guards claims but the security guard needs to pay attention and/or think.

Would have been just like shopping at Home Depot except couldn't check myself out.Had to stand in line for 10+ minutes to wait for the (1) cashier. After having hands down one of the worst experiences at the game stop in Triangle Towncenter I came to this one that’s been around since I’ve been a nice school and honestly has never let me down. I would literally do everything I can to avoid Triangle town if at all possible and just make the extra five minute trip to this game stop and talk to one of them instead. The management service at the Triangle town has to be one of the rudest I have ever encountered and unfortunately in the game stop area they are known as being the rudest. So again I would like to think this one for restoring my faith in this company by providing wonderful customer service.

I had ordered a refurbished PS4 online as a Christmas present for my dad, but when it arrived the disc drive didn’t work. After several days of not being able to get through to the corporate customer service team, I went to several gamestops in the area and none of them could help me. The Brier Creek location was my last hope. Not only were they able to replace the console, they ensured I had everything I needed for my Dad’s Christmas present, they gave me some tips on how to avoid the situation in the future, and they were overall SO kind and helpful to me, a very frazzled and overwhelmed pregnant lady. I live all the way across town but I will only come to this location from now on - I’ve never experienced such attentive and awesome customer service before. They clearly care about their jobs, the store, their team, and their customers. I am so impressed and so thankful.

The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.The store itself is always clean and well stocked, with isles easily navigated, and clear visible signage.On a personal note, Jared has always gone above and beyond, bringing professionalism and engaging energy, he is a pure delight. He remembers and personally greets the store regulars, as I observed on my first visit, and he has since done with me.He makes a point to understand the customers, our preferences and interests, to recommend games in a way that feels personal and not smarmy or salesy.On my visit today to pick up a copy of Pokémon Scarlet, he recalled my gameplay preferences and gave me a heads up about some gameplay mechanics in the game. He also made me aware of some minor frame rate lag reported in the newly released Pokémon games, and offered the protection plan to ensure that I was protected if I was unhappy with gameplay experience as a result. Skillfully done, again, this felt like a genuine gesture and NOT a hawkish upscale tactic.Every other game advisor at this location has been similarly friendly, informative, and helpful. Zachary Horn: Honestly man I’ve been to a lot of game stops in my time and I’ve been a massive disappointment except for one of capital so I figured I’d give this one a try and see how it goes but if it went bad I was going to ban this company for life. With that being said the manager was the nicest one that I’ve encountered more in formidable and this will now be my current only go to GameStop in the area.

Toby: Called the store to see if they had a specific game, Sakuna. They were the last gamestop in the area to have it, and it was the last copy. They said they would put the game on hold for us as we were driving 30 minutes out just to see them. Okay awesome! Except it turns out we get to the store and they already sold that last copy to someone else. So the trip was a waste. Next time just say you can't put a game on hold if you're not going to.EDIT: Just found out that the game was bought just before they could hold our order. Which still really sucks. At that point we wish they would have called us right back to tell us before we drove all that way.
Eugene Allen: Staff was attentive. Place looks like it did 20 years ago.
Matthew Neeley: They took a cracked Nintendo switch with charger, sonic racers, 128 gb microsd, and gave me 70 bucks cash.
Toria Haddad: We went in to pick up a few games for our Nintendo Switch. Jared (if I remember his name correctly) was super helpful and attentive. He made our shopping experience fun, and we got to get some pretty cool games. We definitely like this location and will be returning.

Chris Stevens: It was ok, persons working were pushing pretty hard on upselling items, a little bit too much.
