These folks were *superb*. We had an odd, overgrown boundary situation and they listened really well to my concerns, were very explicit about the (miniscule) extra charge for extra stakes, and planted stakes exactly where I needed them to be. Excellent job customizing to the customer's specific concerns, great value for money (lower than most other quotes I received!) showed up on time, did the job extremely carefully, and even consulted with us about a tricky fence situation. And *refused* a tip! :) Would use again without hesitation.
Had them stake our property line so we could build a fence. Exceptionally nice and prompt. I didn't have to be at home when they came but they called me anyway to let me know they were arriving. I paid them via Paypal the day after. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Atlas Commercial: Waste of time and money. Do not use the services of this company if you care about your time or money.

Seth Berry: The survey was very well priced, a lot cheaper than the average price listed online talking about property surveys.The surveyors arrived on time and were very efficient. They were professional but also had character and were easy to talk with. They found 3 of the 4 property corners with the metal detector and stored the data points in the equipment. The other corner was near electrical service so was not easy to find but they went above and beyond to break their setup down, move, and re-zero to accurately locate the last corner marker iron. The equipment allowed them to get within fractions of the inch before finding the accurate line.They placed intermediate marker flags along the line that allowed me to figure out a fencing project. The first few flags were free but can add more for a small fee. It only took about 1 hour for the project on the .84 acre lot. They also told me the data points are stored so if I ever need something else they already have them which I thought was cool.Great service, great price, overall good experience!
Amanda Mercer: I used this company to mark the corners and sides of my yard for a fencing project. Their prices were the cheapest of 4 quotes I received. I paid them via PayPal and when I got home from work the day they said they would be there, I had nice stakes marking my corner posts and yard sides. I was not home at the time of service, but their online responses were quick and detailed. I would definitely recommend them.

Patrick Ford: Just got my survey from Turning Point Surveying back on a house we are buying. I had some questions so I called TPS and Jeff was so great to go over it with me and explain everything. We have a shared driveway and needed someone who could really explain the details. Jeff took a great deal of time and care to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. I would definitely recommend Turning Point Surveying.
Kristen Halpern-Morgan: Unprofessional and rude. Didn't have enough common sense to call 811 before digging and cut all of our utility services! Admitted fault but refused to help with solution. Jeff Davis, Professional Land Surveyor spoke to me like I couldn't possibly understand what's involved with a survey and was shocked when I mentioned the company that performed our survey always calls 811. Team that cut the line, including Thomas, tried to leave without resolution as they had to get to their next job. Jeff Davis was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to not know much about utilities or property lines. Whether he hates women, life, or when his team makes mistakes - I would not recommend this company to anyone.**4/27 UPDATE: JEFF DAVIS HAS NOT ONLY LIED ABOUT THE SITUATION BUT HAS ATTEMPTED TO SLANDER US, THE HOMEOWNERS AND AT&T WITH HIS CONTINUED ATTEMPTS TO ACCEPT FAULT. THEY WERE ON OUR PROPERTY DIGGING WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION AND AT&T IS FILING CLAIMS AGAINST THEM FOR DAMAGE. THE LINES WERE NOT BURIED OUTSIDE OF STATE LAWS AND THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS CONTINUES TO SHOW HOW LITTLE HE KNOWS ABOUT HIS OWN INDUSTRY. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.**

Blair Sauls: Great company! Super timely and worked after hours to make things happen when we needed it ... twice! Really appreciate going above and beyond especially when other surveyors won't hardly even call you back lately.
Tina T: Extremely unprofessional staff. I did not hire them but some one else had to conduct surveying work in the plot next to my house. They damaged my property by digging several holes (which they did not fill back), unscrewed the water pipe for my irrigation system ( which they left unscrewed), and placed flags on my property. Not once did they ask my permission to come on to my property and perform these tasks. Not only did they trespass but also damaged my property. When confronted they never once took accountability or apologized and acted like it was their right to come on to my property and damage it. Additionally when confronted one of them even said to me “oh you haven’t seen me get mad yet”. Extremely unprofessional and I would be embarrassed to hire this company and have their work associated with my name/business.
James Lawrence: What a mess... The previous comment mentioning lack of communication is dead on. I initiated my contact with Stokes on Dec 3rd and have still not had someone out to my property. I have since moved forward with another company that is much more professional and timely. Gentleman who answers the phone when you dial the main line in rude and unprofessional as well.
