We were somewhat unsure what to expect for pricing, as we bought this house during COVID craziness (2020) and had seen property prices first skyrocket and then start to drop as interest rates and inflation went up in early 2023. We really didn't know what price to ask for our house, and we were hearing pretty divergent numbers from various agents we had interviewed before hiring Renee. However, Renee was able to find the perfect sweet spot in terms of pricing, and we ended up having lots of interest in the house, multiple offers, and were under contract within 48 hours. Brittany Villegas: You only get one chance for first impressions and this was not a good one. I called multiple lines in the office and no answer. they have no receptionist so you call to a auto direct line. I ended up emailing and leaving voicemails. I had asked a question about a property and the person that emailed me back said they already had several offers on the rental property and so they already had back ups so good luck. There was no attempt to help me find another one of their rentals or ask about our search it was simply good luck on your search.

Gabriel Turner: Worst rental experience we've had as tenants. Our property manager was almost completely unresponsive and would require several follow ups to get a simple answer. If we sent an email with 3 questions we'd be lucky to get an answer to a single one, with the others not even acknowledged. It felt like we were bothering them every time we asked any sort of basic question such as what to do with packages / mail that needed to be forwarded or when asking for basic fire safety fixes like unsealing at least a few of the windows in the house (all were completely sealed shut at the time of move in).The property we rented was clearly not prepared at all prior to move, even though it had been listed for 60+ days, as there were dead roaches in multiple rooms and none of the holes in the walls from prior tenants had been patched or filled in. We were also promised regular lawn service in our contract but after the first month the landscaper never showed up again.When it came to the end of our lease (Standard year that then converted to month to month) there was no communication at all. We reached out 4 months prior to our lease ending to explore an additional 6 month or year contract and gotten the response "Yes—I think owners will definitely do a second year of lease."We heard nothing further and again reached out on the first day of the contract ending (June 1st) to see if an additional 6 month extension was possible, as we'd be moving out of state at that point, and it took a month and a half to get an answer that the landlords were no longer going to rent the property (July 13th).The full email we received was "Just heard from owners this morning. They would officially like to give you all 60 day notice to vacate effective immediately. Please let this serve as that notice." No apologies for the sudden notice / We appreciate your business / or next steps.We also received no move out instructions of any type regarding key dropoff, security deposit etc and had to reach out ourselves on the day of the move out for those.Keep in mind we had been great tenants, rent was paid every single month in full exactly on time, and we even went out of pocket to buy our own lawnmower and equipment to maintain some level of curb appeal to the property while they defaulted on the landscaping.At this point we had to scramble to find a property that would grant us a 4 month lease unexpectedly when we reached out early to avoid this. It's a shame because the neighborhood and surrounding area were amazing but it felt like a second full time job trying to get in touch with our property manager.
