Christine Albert: We were hosting a 3-day event in Raleigh and had our networking dinner at Humble Pie and have nothing but great things to say about this venue. We rented the entire place for the evening and were so well taken care of. From dealing with Jim as we were planning the evening, to the staff working that evening - everyone was great to work with!We had a buffet dinner went with their proposed menu. Every single dish was AMAZING.We had a few people with dietary restrictions and they accommodated everyone and had all the dishes labeled so people knew what to avoid, if necessary.If you're looking for a venue for a private event, I definitely recommend Humble Pie.

Chelsea Hoag: I have loved this restaurant for many years and have always bragged about how good the food is to friends. Tonight I cannot express the same sentiments. My husband and I each ordered wine, a cheese board, and tagliatelle bolognese. The wine and cheese were on par, but the tagliatelle bolognese was disappointing. This is my go to dish and it was not made correctly. The noodles were sticking together and the gravy was much more creamy than usual. It is usually more meaty and red, but tonight it was a lighter red/pink. I chalked that up to the chef on staff tonight, but my opinion shifted when we received our dessert. We ordered a traditional slice of cheesecake, which was $11! When it was brought out to our table, it was blindingly obvious it was store bought and not homemade. It tasted just like Target's Favorite Day brand cheesecake and was tiny! For the price we were charged, this was very disappointing. My husband and I also both noted that the restaurant was very empty compared to when we have visited in the past and I think for a Saturday night, that speaks to the change in quality of their food. We love Italian and both noted that we would be going to Cafe Luna next time. I hope changes are made because I used to really love this restaurant.

Nate did a great job checking in often and keeping me hydrated anytime my glass of water was low. The restaurant is clean. Very comfortable seating here.The food was okay. I feel the best thing was the garlic knots and fettucini alfredo. My all-time favorite and go-to Italian - American style entree order is the chicken parmesan & fettuccini alfredo. I love the white and red sauce together. I guess this wasn't understood and the chicken parm wasn't marinated properly. I had to do the work of getting the red sauce over my chicken by asking for extra gravy. The chicken parmesan was flavored well.Overall: The calamari appetizer had a great flavor but the batter was not coated well and it fell off. I do feel calamari and the chicken was perhaps cooked too fast. I felt the inside of the chicken texture was weird for me which came from cooking too fast. The same for the risotto ball appetizer- - cooked too fast! These were Fried Arborio rice stuffed with fontina served over gravy (tomato sauce). The flavor was everything and I enjoyed that part but everything seemed to be cooked too fast. The rice stuffed in the balls wasn't piping hot like the external.Gravy didn't win my heart this time.I guess I may need to try one of the more popular dishes. I felt it was hard to mess up Chicken Parm, but for me, it fell short here.

Got that with a side of roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts which were delicious. I read a comment where someone said their brussel sprouts were not good, but these were delicious. Did a mix drink which was fantastic and had a slice of the kentucky bourbon pecan pie which I would go back to the restaurant for the pie alone but everything was wonderful. Definitely plan on going back! And if you get Edward as your waiter you are totally set!

Amanda Deal: Aria was our first server. The second server we had after our dinner out was different. The first time was wonderful. We had seating at one of the long tables near the hotel entrance. We had prompt and friendly service. Drink were great. The second time that day later in the evening, they were extremely busy and we were barely able to order. I asked one of the male servers to place a drink order and I didn’t see her again. We asked for some extra chairs and they wouldn’t allow us to take any others as a large party had taken from the table we were at.

lala j: I was very disappointed in my recent visit to the Big Easy. I’d only eaten here once before, but thought the food was great! I decided to have a birthday dinner for my daughter here. The AC was not working, and we were seated literally right next to the door, which they had opened the entire time (in 90+ degree weather, nonetheless). Okay, fine. We were seated immediately, and placed our orders. Half of the tables’ food came out about 20 minutes before the other half got theirs. There were items missing from what we ordered. The waiter seemed anxious, or scared, or something but ultimately was not very attentive to our table. The food was overall good this second go around, a 7/10 if I had to put a number to It, but based off the service alone, my guests and I will never return. As stated, we were celebrating my daughters birthday and no one inquired why we were celebrating or even offered dessert. And they had the nerve to charge 18% gratuity on top of any additional tips… There were random loiterers in and out of the restaurant as well which I didn’t particularly care for as It didn’t make me feel safe. All in all, if you DO decide to eat here, order online. Save yourself the time and money because it’s not at all worth an in person visit.Kid-friendliness: Not the most kid-friendly environment. They do offer high chairs.

chrissy givens: Came in Saturday night it was so hot in there I bent the menu using it as a fan. We seated ourselves & it took 20-25mins for us to finally be greeted. When we were asked our order, they were out of everything we wanted. Highly disappointed when I’ve never had this experience here! All we could get was an extremely wet Caesar salad with w/ a nice waitress. And a bunch of street peddlers coming to us begging for money. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars because of the waiter when she finally came. She was very courteous
AJ White: I been here twice, so I graded based on both experiences. The food the first time was very delicious, the second time around it was OK. I don't know if it was because the AC was not working or what. The atmosphere is nice with the live band, but as mentioned before, the AC was not working, and it was extremely hot inside. The service has been excellent both times. I recommend this spot, and I will be returning again to try the alligator bites.

Devin Guthrie-Brown: Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I were very disappointed with the overall experience at this restaurant. We are both Louisiana natives, specifically New Orleans and Baton Rouge. We were excited to hear about this restaurant, hoping for a little taste of home. However, the food was barely edible. I tried to start with the crab dip, but I immediately had to send it back. It tasted like the “crab” was old and freezer burnt. Additionally, the taste of Louisiana was disrespectful compared to what it was trying to emulate. The jambalaya pasta was also bland. At the end of it all, we barely touched our food and had to leave to eat somewhere else. If you are looking for Louisiana cuisine, please do not go here.

brandi nunn: There were 7 kids and 7 adults and we had an indoor reservation but was nervous about our rowdy preteen girls and asked the manager if we could be seated on the patio. Not only did he say yes but then we had the most amazing waiter John who was patient with the kids and just gave us the most amazing service! This was our first trip to this restaurant but I can guarantee we will eat here whenever in Raleigh.
