William Fowler: Had an issue with my safe, found Talton’s on the web and it was the closet safe service/repair place near me. I gave them a call, explained my issue and the tech said he would be out the next day. He didn’t mention any sort of troubleshooting issue or “easy fix repairs” that I could have done before he drove out. Nor did he mention that after 15 miles distance from their shop they charge an astronomical amount to drive to your location. I was charged $730 for them to drive 84 miles to change a battery. Fully acknowledge travel time/distance and gas prices aren’t the best but $730? The tech even stated “I gave you a deal”. Yea you did bud. I could understand $200-$300, nah $730 fam. To swap a battery…Seems like after I gave my address it was best to not mention the insane cost they would charge to have a battery swapped out when I could have done that myself. Guess I don’t need a safe when Taltons tech people can still rob you with one. Pretty scummy operation. If you have a problem with your safe you’re better off taking it to them or hope you live within walking distance of their store.
Todd Cook: did alot of research, knew I wanted a liberty safe. so glad I found talons..most places I looked at, they sell u the safe and a 3rd party delivers it..but what I really like about talons is they do there own delivery. truly vested in every step...I could go on and on.,just very happy with them and my purchase
Daniel Byers: If you're looking to get a safe easy, and worry free. Talton's is the way to go. I got caught up in the Spartan Safe shut down and it made me sick. Talton's made it all right and had my Liberty here within the week. The delivery and placement was super smooth in an out in 20 minutes. I seriously appreciate Talton's.

Don’t let the outside appearance mislead you, they have been at that location for 50+ years, so when you step inside, you will see vintage safes from years gone by, and other memorabilia. The host was very knowledgeable, and patient with us answering questions about safes that are more than 100 years old, to new state of the art safes. Call ahead to arrange a tour, you won’t be sorry.

Jayson Parish: I recently purchased a Liberty Safe from Taltons. I ordered the safe over the phone and personally took delivery as this safe was relatively small, I was pleased with the level of customer service. It wasn't until the day after my taking delivery that their level of customer service skyrocketed, you see this Liberty safe had a slightly different mechanical dial than I was accustomed to on my older Liberty safe I have in my home. I called and spoke with them regarding my challenge in gaining entry to the safe, they offered to send someone out to my home to assist. Not only did they send someone out to my home, Ray Talton himself arrived and was more than gracious in educating me on the safe. The overall experience was fantastic, I would give more stars if the rating system allowed, they have a customer for life in myself and my family. I can't recommend Taltons enough!

Darius Peacock: I had the pleasure of working with Jason West and he was efficient and knowledgeable. Jason was able to switch out 5 doorknobs, add three deadbolts, and rekey every cylinder for the keys to match in under two hours. Jason was also neat and cleaned up all drilling debris and old locks. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I would 100% recommend!

Saved me the trouble of having to swap out the cylinder or replace the whole system. Great service and a pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.

My front door wouldn't lock around 8:30 a.m. on the Sunday following Thanksgiving. 2 hours later, my door latches wonderfully, and my deadbolt, which had not worked in years, now works as well! Gentleman was quite helpful and kind; I will absolutely call these people again if I ever need assistance; I strongly suggest them.

Chris Franks: I had 1 old family trunk that I had lost the keys to and one old military box in which the locking device was busted. Evan was really helpful in reviewing my items and giving me a estimate. He even told me that if I wasn't going to use the military box just to put a lock on it.Evan had my keys ready for the old family trunk went within less than 30 minutes. The fee for the key replacement was very reasonable, honestly I didn't expect to pay such a low amount. I appreciate the courtesy and great customer service.
