Deanna: We brought our family and spent approximately $240 for our dinner. We needed 15 seats near each other. There was one table that had a couple of dirty plates on it, but the table was clean, so my daughter moved them to the next table to seat our children and was then going to hand them to the waitress. The waitress asked if there was a tip beside the plates and my daughter told her no. The waitress then had the nerve to say under her breath, "There better not have been". She assumed wrongly that she could not be heard and insinuated my daughter stole her tip. So instead of apologizing, she apparently thought it was a better idea to argue with my daughter about it. Needless to say, it upset my daughter even further. We are not the type of people to automatically scream RACISM, but truly, we feel like this was the case as the young lady was being discriminatory against us. She then took it upon herself to go to each employee she could find to plead her case and she did it in front of other patrons, seemingly trying her best to embarrass our family. The manager did not appear to have reprimanded her and we had to demand a different waitress, who might I add, did receive a hefty tip when we were finished dining. When we were leaving, my daughter asked the manager for the district managers phone number. She tried her best not to give it to us, as she felt she had handled our problem well, which she did not. Needless to say, that's the last time we will ever go back.

Sporadic Travels: My friend recommended Milton’s pizza after previously having visited another location. She got the pizza which she said was good. My daughter and I were both in the mood for pasta. She got the Chesapeake Shrimp, and I got a pasta where I supplemented the meat for a variety of vegetables. We both loved our dishes! Delicious!! If we ever return to the area, Milton’s is back on our list. Also they have a buffet for lunch, which also sounded like a great option being both affordable and great options to try different dishes that they have and specialize in! We will be back!!Vegetarian options: I asked them to make me a dish. I specified some vegetables that I would like with pasta and they made me a very delicious dish!Kid-friendliness: There are kid options and kids are in this restaurant, no big deal. Two pans of burnt bacon pieces sat on the buffet the whole time we were there !! How about just better quality and less quantity !!#2 We had to actually go get a server and beg for water. I think we're finally back to full swing, though of course after Covid, it's hard to look at all you can eat the same way. Staff here are pretty nice, too, though of coyrse most of this is buffet style and low staff interactivity.While I don't necessarily recommend this place for vegetarians, you can get away with it. Alicia Lamb-Moody: All of the staff I interacted with were very nice, it was the food that left something to be desired.The hot/cold appetizer bar wasn't the best I've seen at a Brazilian steakhouse. Most of the covers on the hot food were actually broken, and some of the dishes had no flavor at all.As for the meats, I was never presented with the lamb which I found unfortunate. The pork tenderloin was overcooked and dry, the curried chicken had zero flavor, and the pork ribs were super tough.The picanha was very tasty, as was the bacon wrapped filet, garlic sirloin, parmesean crusted chicken, short ribs, and the bacon wrapped chicken.The floors were also very dirty. I didn't go to the bathroom, so I can't speak to it's cleanliness.Unfortunately, I'll probably stick with the better known "chain" Brazilian steakhouses as I've had a better all around experience there.

Ahmed Megeed: Salad bar is ok they had some decent food but not worth it for the price. They had a large variety of meats and only a couple of them ended up being really good. Most of them were dried out and just tasted ok. Definetly overpriced would be a much better value if you can just chose what you would like to eat.

The buffet also included some delicious items and had a wide variety to choose from. The only downside if there is one, would be the expense. It is quite pricey if you are eating the meat and buffet option.

Tem muitas opções de saladas e coisas avulsas que de comida brasileira não tem nada.A grande decepção foi o churrasco, nada tinha tempero, nada tinha muito gosto, as carnes extremamente mal passadas, pingando sangue e ate o frango com bacon parecia estar mal cozido, sim, digo cozido pois nada tinha gosto de churrasco.Todas as carnes estavam extremamente gordurosas, mas não aquela gordurinha crocante de churrasco que a gente ama, era uma gordura crua. Precisamos pegar mais pratos pra tudo que a gente queria jogar fora até chegar em alguma parte comestível.Enfim, se não fosse tão caro eu acho que daria pra aceitar a comida medíocre que é, mas 160 dolares numa comida dessas não dá.

Omid Khodadadi: We left the restaurant, and one of the waiters (man) with black truck, stopped near to our car on red light, after his job, and start to complain about the amount of tip which we gave them! He said that they don’t make enough money at their job, and they need a lot of tips! We spent $300 + tips for 4 adult and 1 kid! Today was my birthday, I was so happy and i chose this restaurant for my birthday with my family and my wife! He made me so upset and sad on my birthday! Just one day in a year! The quality of food was amazing and i’m giving 2 star just for the quality of food and just the lady who took our order. They didn’t come to refill water for us. They didn’t took the dirty utensils from table. My mother went to ask when they close and one of the ladies responded to my mom in very bad way! They’re not allow to stop us outside after they left their job because of tips!This was the first and last time I went to this restaurant! I take this very seriously, because I don't like such people like this ruin people's day! I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I’m working in the same industry and i never ever asked anyone even $1 tip! I never expected tips from anyone! Next year, I will be more careful to choose a place for my birthday!

I am here in the restrtaunt now while writing this review.Horrible service and meat was salty so my my mom and I have chosen to get the pineapple chicken sandwich! The chicken sandwich smelled of chitterlings because it was over cooked with dark grill marks/ burnt marks! I tried to eat it anyway. Best part about todays visit was the fries. They were nice crisp and hot.Thank you for nothing!
Jay Carter: We used to go to Brasa all the time pre-pandemic, at least once a month. We finally decided to go back this past Sunday (6/26/2022) for our son's birthday. While the food and everything seemed more or less on par, the servers we had were terrible. They didn't bring any sides out to the table, I had to ask and then all they brought was mashed potatoes. They continuously bypassed our table with meats and when they did come by and ask if we wanted anything specific, they never brought it back to us. I finally gave up and left hungry because the service was so terrible. Worst experience Ive ever had a Brasa and Im not sure we will ever return. It costs too much to be treated like second class citizens by your wait staff.

Felix Zhang: I’ve been meaning to leave a review because of how great this place is but haven’t had a chance until today! The staff is friendly and outgoing as always but todays highlight was Kim’s wrap skills! I was able to order a wrap with brown rice , wild grains, double steak and many other toppings. Kim not only curated a balanced wrap but she was able to fit everything in without any mess or rips and tears! I was highly impressed and enjoyed my meal.

Cant Anthony: Awesome food and staff (especially Asian lady). Always willing to offer suggestions and always training her team. David Richards: I really enjoyed my salad! Great ingredient choices. All very fresh and tasty. They also have more than salads but I had "Just a Salad". Their other choices look great also! My town of Clayton would love this locally. Would be great to partner on a franchise location! The model seems more catering to pick up orders which is fine. It is nice that they use recycled bowls but I would much prefer a metal bowl for dine-in. A hamburger franchise in Raleigh uses the bowl similar to the mixing bowl used here. For some reason the metal bowls really make the salads seem tastier! I use them at home. Just a suggestion for dine-in. Also, no Blue Cheese options? James Barrington: On Wednesday, May 10, I encountered a woman outside this store as I walked in. She was obviously in need and hungry. She was also pregnant. I walked in to pick up an order (DD), and I mentioned that I wanted to buy a gift card for this woman. The young lady, who I talked to (I wish I had gotten her name, but she seems to be a manger), didn’t hesitate to invite the hungry lady in and feed her. I was both impressed and grateful. Empathy and compassion do have a place in business, and this young woman and Chopt provided a perfect example of both.
