Angel Dunn: Being a loyal and valued customer for years means nothing at this location any more. When I used to buy things all the time the customer was great, now things are just different and all it’s about money. The customer service is terrible now. No one tries to work with anyone anymore on anything. It’s let’s get this item from the customer as quick as possible, and to the floor to get it sold. These are the times that I really miss the manger Ben, he was the best at the company, and tired to work with everyone and had great customer service at all times. Once my 2 little item are out pawn, I will never support the Pacaso Pawn again. Please get this location trained again on customer service skills for the future customers.
Roger & Casandra Johnson: I use to love coming to this place, but not anymore with Mark working there! Make sure you check the prices against retail ! I mentioned some issues with pricing on tools and he acted like he didn’t care! That’s a quick way to lose business and get a bad reputation!

V M: Wouldn’t accept items only because I wouldn’t throw a number out first of what I wanted to receive for my items. Any good pawn shop isn’t scared to throw a number out first and that shouldn’t stop a sale. The mgr also didn’t even bother to look at the surround system at all he looked at the speakers for a half a second but didn’t even bother to look at the actually money- the system itself.

I was cleaning out my garage and wanted to get a couple of extra dollars for some items I no longer needed and I get that pawn shops want to low ball you, it’s sort of their whole thing but another customer offered me more than they were willing to pay for an item and when I accepted there was a big shift in the attitude of the employee I was talking with. Her name was Shelia or something. At that point she refused to take any of my items and became rude. Pawn shops have no problem paying pennies for items they mark up 300 plus percent and again I get that. Grifting is their whole business plan but what I want to know is why she took it so personally, like I’m sure their underpaying her too so I really hope she’s getting paid commission for all that attitude. It my first time ever in a pawn shop and at this point I think I’m just going to sell my items on offer up or a similar platform.

Paul Nounderson: Good enough selection of OLED TVs and not much of a line. Nice geek workers who were helpful, not much stock of Sim cards but good prices on the ones they have. Mostly a mint mobile selection often out of the 3 month supply but they had 2 today.
Raquel Reynolds: Do not shop here! All my credit cards were stolen and the thieves went directly to this store. They spent over $7,000! Associates allowed 2 men with my card to do transaction after transaction with multiple credit cards and with no conscience. Multiple duplicate items were purchased and with a card with a WOMANS name on it and not one person blinked an eye. When I approached the store about getting information and asked how they prevent credit card fraud in their store... the manage said 'it's not my problem'.For the security of your bank account and a store filled with managers who have absolutely no conscience but only make their profile margins..save yourself time and your bank account.

As I walked out of the bathroom, I was stopped by an employee and the security guard. The employee asked me if I took a pink cell phone box into the bathroom. The box was for my bra...that I walked in with. So I showed them my bra so they could see and asked them if they wanted me to get the box for them. They didn't. The employee wasn't wrong for checking the security guards claims but the security guard needs to pay attention and/or think.
1ncChief: Understaffed as usual. Found what I was looking for on shelf above unorganized display, hunted down a rolling safety ladder and got it down myself. Would have been just like shopping at Home Depot except couldn't check myself out.Had to stand in line for 10+ minutes to wait for the (1) cashier. Would definitely have used Amazon if I hadn't needed item right away.
Matt Baldwin: Had a nice experience here a couple days ago. No waiting and plenty of staff to help answer questions. Considering there aren’t many computer stores anymore, it was nice to be able to walk in and grab some specific computer related items without needing to order online.

A Anderson: Took a loan out on my hunting scope. The objective lense cap was broken off and I fully disclosed the flaws prior to any transactions. Mind you that was the only flaw. Upon reclaiming my scope I noticed after unwrapping it, that the front lense cap had been broken off...when I addressed the manager about the damage she initially offered me $35 dollars. When I showed her that it was going to cost me $60 to replace the now broken front lense cap, that's when the theatrics began. I quietly left as I saw my complaint was not going to be resolved... I get the mentality of the pawn industry, like all industries the intention is to turn a profit... don't have a problem with that... but I do have a problem with immature, disingenuous, low life POS. How anyone can be that deceitful is abnormal, shameful but most of all pitiful. Can't speak to the conduct or demeanor of the other Picasso Pawn store managers, but as for the manager of the 1609 Capital Blvd store...she's about as low as they come. I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I went to sell an item and they gave me one price and when I went back a month later they wanted to give me way less than what they they promised before. We are hours away from the store and full time. We were told we had a store credit and made numerous calls but sadly could not make it there do to work. We drove hours to get here today only to be told that we could not get any money back. The clirk raised his voice at us and was talking in a condescending tone. I do not recommend this pawnshop.

I was impressed that they would help me find the best bang for my buck even if it didn't go to them. I will definitely consider this pawn shop if I have items to sell in the future.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. huego helped me with my two 12s and got me somethin louder and took up less space for a trade. He also got my system working a year prior when i was told by sound system place my speakers were bad. I am very satisfied with what i got and just their positive attitude alone towards their customers will make me return.
