Angela Webb: Terrible. Only giving it a one star rating because it's required. Had my laptop for weeks without any update. I had to call just to get a status. Would not recommend and wish I could've gotten a refund!!

Paul Crockett: This is a totally old-school shop, with not much in the front and a room full of computers in various states of disassembly in the back. The guy there was very helpful when I called about a very specific computer part I couldn't find anywhere locally. When I drove down there he remembered that I'd called and brought the part right out. It was cheaper than Amazon, I didn't have to wait for it to ship, and I got to support a local business. I'll definitely come back here the next time I need a weird computer part.

Lee Smith: This is a short but heartfelt comment about PC Max, the owner, Walker and desk maven, Alex: I'm in the process of learning and using video editing software and have found my laptops to be inadequate to the task. I called and then visited PC Max before the New Year and, in sum, could not be more pleased. Walker's knowledge and Alex's helpfulness are unsurpassed and as I move forward with this new venture will be using the services of PC Max to the max :-), including the purchase, through Walker. of a new laptop capable of efficiently running DaVinci Resolve. Well done, guys, and I hope to be speaking with you soon regarding next steps and new equipment.1/25/22This is an update to my original post regarding PC Max: I pulled the trigger on 1/8 a new laptop -- a top-shelf Dell w/ 6gb of discrete GPU, i7, 32mb of Ram, etc -- and as I said in the original post, did so through PC Max and Walker. The day it arrived, 1/13, the box was damaged so Walker opened it and ensured the equipment wasn't damaged; cudos and exactly what I'd hoped for. All's well that continues well, right? Wrong. Not a week later -- 1/20 -- it was dead; nothing I tried would fire it up. Sooo, I called Walker who said bring it in as soon as you can which I did 20 minutes later. Walker dropped everything he was doing, questioned me about the specifics and opened the case, unhooked the battery, waited and a few moments later all was good and I was on my way; 30 total minutes from panic to production.Now, imagine I had bought the laptop through Dell. The nonsense I'd have endured, the time lost and the aggravation is incalculable. THIS was precisely the reason I established the relationship with Walker and PC Max and I could not be happier; it was the right decision and I cannot recommend it and PC Max enough. Great crew, great service. What more can we expect? Thanks guys.

Haley West: The guys that work here are awesome! Recently took a broken laptop when I couldn't figure out the issue myself. They kept me updated on the issues the whole time and even helped me get the ssd out of the laptop when we decided it wasn't worth fixing. I'll definitely be back whenever I need help with anything computer related.
Ethan Folds: I took my laptop to PC-Max and was a bit worried because I needed it for online coursework. Alex was extremely helpful and friendly. He not only took great care of my PC, but he also put me at ease while I was there. He shared some useful information and helpful hints, but not in a way that I felt being talked down to. They fixed the screen and get the laptop back up and running in 3 business days and the total cost was $26 dollars. What a deal! I highly recommend this company.
Howard Kline: Cannot thank Alex and Walker enough for the help today. I had to switch the cooler on my PC, and no longer had the brackets to mount the new cooler. They were able to pull some brackets off an old motherboard and save me 2 weeks of downtime. They then helped me install said cooler and a new SD. Incredible guys, and quite knowledgeable in their craft. Best place to go for Computer help.
teddy grahm: I custom built a PC for my brother-in-law but couldn't get it to start. They found the motherboard was incompatible and replaced it. All in all it was a quick turn around 2-3 days max and the cost plus labor was extremely reasonable. They're really reasonable and down to earth. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good work at a honest price.
Jamie Murray: Called this store (12/18/2020 at 2:30pm) to see if they had a DVI-D to VGA adapter and sounded like I was on speaker or something. When I asked if they had one someone laughed at me. I ask the person on the phone if someone laughed at me and he said “yeah it was my coworker”. Will never call, contact, shop, or even go on their website ever again! I will do what ever it takes to get people to go somewhere else! Laugh at me again!

J9 LoVeMax: I couldn't believe it when I walked into this hidden gem! I've been a long time thrift store shopper, so I've had my fair share of experiences. I was immediately impressed with how clean the store is, so organized (so it's easy to find what you're looking for)and you can tell they carefully select items to ensure customers get excellent quality for a fraction of the retail price! Also, I love that they always have sales and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Trust me, hands down one of the best thrift stores I've ever been to. If you love thrifting, you have to check out Missions Thrift!

Brittany Greene: I would drive 20 minutes to go to this thrift store. The kids' clothing is a great price and a large selection. However, the furniture and the homegoods sections (like framed art) are way overpriced for used, dated pieces... Which is why I can only give it four stars.
eXplain It: God's people have a lot of work to do. I have never felt so out of place in a long while and in the Lord's house. I had to put back some things because I didn't understand the pricing and was on a budget, they basically shamed me in front of others with their body language. One lady who appeared to be somewhat of a supervisor spoke ill of my mother in law. I won't return and I hope those who can afford it will go elsewhere.

Angel Dunn: Being a loyal and valued customer for years means nothing at this location any more. When I used to buy things all the time the customer was great, now things are just different and all it’s about money. The customer service is terrible now. No one tries to work with anyone anymore on anything. It’s let’s get this item from the customer as quick as possible, and to the floor to get it sold. These are the times that I really miss the manger Ben, he was the best at the company, and tired to work with everyone and had great customer service at all times. Once my 2 little item are out pawn, I will never support the Pacaso Pawn again. Please get this location trained again on customer service skills for the future customers.
Roger & Casandra Johnson: I use to love coming to this place, but not anymore with Mark working there! Make sure you check the prices against retail ! I mentioned some issues with pricing on tools and he acted like he didn’t care! That’s a quick way to lose business and get a bad reputation!
Robert W: Came into the store today and Mr. mark the manager has really ruined the moral in there. They have tools priced nearly same as retail and when it was brought to his attention he refused to do anything about it. CHECK THE PRICES ON THEIR ITEMS PEOPLE!

V M: Wouldn’t accept items only because I wouldn’t throw a number out first of what I wanted to receive for my items. Any good pawn shop isn’t scared to throw a number out first and that shouldn’t stop a sale. The mgr also didn’t even bother to look at the surround system at all he looked at the speakers for a half a second but didn’t even bother to look at the actually money- the system itself.
julian petty: Ethan and Alondra were amazing. She has a great staff and I can’t wait to come again. The store looked really clean, customer service was impeccable, and everything was done quickly. I will definitely come again. They give great deals.

Anas Bingham: Terrible customer service. I was cleaning out my garage and wanted to get a couple of extra dollars for some items I no longer needed and I get that pawn shops want to low ball you, it’s sort of their whole thing but another customer offered me more than they were willing to pay for an item and when I accepted there was a big shift in the attitude of the employee I was talking with. Her name was Shelia or something. At that point she refused to take any of my items and became rude. Pawn shops have no problem paying pennies for items they mark up 300 plus percent and again I get that. Grifting is their whole business plan but what I want to know is why she took it so personally, like I’m sure their underpaying her too so I really hope she’s getting paid commission for all that attitude. It my first time ever in a pawn shop and at this point I think I’m just going to sell my items on offer up or a similar platform.
