I called this company out to pump my tank and they came right away and took care of it. Also they asked to install risers on my septic tank to prevent digging up my yard and to have access to the filter for cleaning yearly. They got all the supplies on site within the hour and installed them. I highly recommend this company to anyone with septic maintenance or repairs. The technician Jason and his helper did an amazing job with making sure everything was done the correct way and the prices was reasonable. When you need septic tank pumping or repairs All American Septic is on the top of my list.

I had an emergency one night and Jason and his crew came out in the rain to make repairs! What a very responsive and professional septic company at an affordable price with no extra fees! Finally a company that keeps their word! I called them on Tuesday evening after Septic Blue cancelled our appointment. They were at our house within an hour and quickly found the problem. We have only lived in the house 6 months, but the house is 40 years old. We did not know where the septic tank lids were located and we were not charged extra for James & Billy to dig and locate them. We ended up getting the tank pumped, purchasing risers and a new pump. James contacted the owner, Jason, who brought the supplies to my house. Although it was a costly repair I do not think we were over charged, especially since it was an after hours request. I highly recommend All American Septic! James, Billy & Jason did a wonderful job and kept us informed throughout the process. They left NO MESS BEHIND!

They were fast and very courteous. I called them after hours and they still came to help me with my septic tank issue. They were very friendly the whole time and never treated me like I was an inconvenience. I recommend these guys to everyone and will tell all my friends to call them if they need this service. The price was real reasonable considering I called them after hours and during a rain storm. A++++ Service and A++++ on their knowledge... they also did not just try and sell me some crap they proved whatever it was that they needed to charge me. And for someone that knows nothing about septic tanks and things they showed me what and why I needed what they said. I really felt like they were not just trying to take advantage someone who knows nothing but more like trying to teach me so next time I will be more informed.. THANKS GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

I can't say enough good things about them!!! First, they answered the phone at 9:30 pm on a SUNDAY!! After having issues all weekend and getting no responses, even from those advertising "24 hour service 7 days a week" they not only responded, but showed up by 9 am and had everything solved, taken care of, cleaned up and had instructed us "first timers" what to do and how to do it. They left saying, "let us know if you have any further problems or questions"! I would ONLY call these guys again!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Awesome experience with All American Septic. The price was definitely fair and they were able to schedule the service to fit my very quick turnaround. Upon arriving and excavating our tank access, they discovered that the completely antiquated cover for our ancient septic tank had cracked. They were able to give us an immediate quote for a repair and fit us in to fix the same day! Cody even sent a photo of the finished repair (since we weren't able to be present while the work was done). Excellent work Cody and Michael
