Lisa S: It's a typical mall, busy, finding parking in the upper deck is difficult.It is a nice orderly mall, families and teens. Not a huge mall, so it's not a quiet place on weekends and holidays, but that's typical I suppose.
Lorita Moore: Met up with friends at the entrance of the food court. We ate Chick Fil A. We chatted, we walked around, and sat down and chatted more. We are DeafBlind, so we use ASL to communicate. While we were communicating a young man came up to us and said that our signing was cool. I thought that was nice. We enjoyed each other's company and the atmosphere of the mall.
Christine Wei: Good selection of stores to choose from, ample parking, and good customer service. I haven’t experienced many points of conflict or complaint while here. I don’t come here as often as I do Southpoint, but I like the variety and option to go to another mall.

Sofia Ramun: A good place to hangout. Very near to NC State University so it’s easy for college students to have a good time. Has a movie theatre and also a couple of really good restaurants. Apart from that it also has convenience stores which have affordable prices. Very close to the bus stand.

Dr. G Plastina (Doc G): Nice place to walk, do shopping, eat with family, and simply enjoy the ambience. Very wide parking space. Some shops closed down but many shops and stores are wide open. This mall is very clean.

Jennifer Boles: Owner of this mall needs to do some upgrades. Parking lot some places severely cracked. Lawn maintenance upkeep is lacking, Cleanliness in common areas, elevators lacking Escalators not working. This used to be a great looking mall but it seems whoever owns it doesn't care. IIt needs major makeover, bring some upbeat music and appeal. It still has some decent stores but could use some entertainment or venues to bring it alive.

Blake Roller: I've been to hundreds of malls and never once have a had mall security walking around yelling out every 3-5 minutes a countdown of when the mall is closing nor corraling people to the exits like a bunch of cattle. This mall has so much potential to be great again but treating customers like this is not gonna make anyone feel welcomed back. I'm holding out home new management will better the whole place up
