United Skates of America, Inc.: what do users think?
Amber Tookes: Price of $13 even when you have your own skates is a little too high for my liking. 2.5 hrs skate time. My daughter had fun at the end.
Cory Harlow: Great fun and energy! We've been several times and recently had a birthday party for one of our kids and can only say positive things. The staff was amazingly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. The facility is kept clean and safe, with rentals being handled easily. Do yourself (and the business) a favor and bring cash to pay!
Peedee Pat Productions: Had a great time with my crew
Cynthia Moody: Easy sign up online for a skate session, staff was super friendly . Had a great rainy afternoon activity.
Timisha Blue: Love the atmosphere and music most of the time 😊
Brian King: Not many options for skating rinks around but this one is reasonable priced and has good facilities. They charge parents just to be in the building though which is not cool.
Cliff Pyles: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and tons of fun. I've taken my kids to a few birthday parties here and they always have a great time. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the quality of the skates. They weren't terrible, but they could definitely use an update
Lyndsay Marie: We had a good time. Staff was super friendly. Glad to see it so busy, even on a Sunday afternoon.
brent morris: Lots of fun for the kids
Jerri: My first time there this past weekend security was awesome I think you need to pat ppl down too just in case but they were so polite the ladies at the front counter were wonderful. Ppl at snack bar courteous bathrooms clean and the Dj kept us entertained. If you can’t skate fast you may want to stay in the middle of the floor. But I will return soon
Aaron A: One of the staff taught me how to backwards skate!
Claudia Alvarado: I like when it’s not too packed. This Sunday afternoon was the perfect time to go. The food is not good though.
Everett J. Smith: It was fun
erica dixon: Music was good. Very expensive to get in. 50 dollars for two adults and two children and the adults weren't skating. Started Closing at 930. We just got there at 745. It wasn't worth the money to me.
Veronica alaniz: I had my daughters 10th birthday party at this location on a Sat and everything was great except the music. I like Rap and Hip Hop just as much as anyone else, but this was on another level of inappropriate to play in front of children and at children's parties. One of the songs that stood out to me was Teyana Taylor- How you want it.... talking about different positions... it was jaw dropping. They need to fix this.
Rebecca Howard: The staff here is in need of an overhaul. They are rude, impatient, and don’t want to interact with people… which is a problem in a customer service atmosphere. The guys at the front checking bags were the exception! They were smiling like I and my children were welcome… not like we ruined their day by showing up. I went to the cafe as well, same experience. This is the second birthday party we’ve been her (the first was my sons) and it’s not any better. We won’t be back. I will happily drive to Durham for the better experience.
Taliesha “TalieshaToday” Holmes: Great community of skaters whether you are beginner or not it’s fun. I would love to see a modern renovation of the space. Should include a bar and better furniture. Ascetic is old and should go for a sleek look . Other than that it’s a vibe. Great dj
Lauren Pritchett: Awesome 8th birthday party! The party host took care of everything. All I had to do was bring the sweet treat. My daughter had a blast skating with her friends. Our party was on a Saturday morning which was perfect for kiddos. Fun music and respectful patrons.
Kim Young: My daughter’s 7th birthday party was a success. Everything went smoothly! Shout out to Skylar who did a great job! Before I could ask for anything she was on top of it! I recommend her for all parties! She had a great attitude and a sweet personality!
D'Asia Moore: Great place to skate
Danielle Godley: Event space opened up on time. Security was firm but inviting. They checked bags at the door, received all party items in a timely fashion and hosts set up party in a pleasing manner. Host Sky, was warm and inviting. She checked in multpile times to make sure were had everything we needed. And she made sure our party ran smoothly. DJ Chrissy was fun, nice, and friendly. She made sure the birthday girl enjoyed herself, and the game she played with the party goers was fun. The staff was friendly, establishment was clean, party was well organized and the kids all had a good time. 9/10 would recommend.

Benji Smith: These guys rock. Good product selection. Great helping to find the "right stuff."
Bonnie Thompson: Great selection of boards, bags and anything needed for great skateboarding. Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Morgan Crutchfield: Great shop with pretty impressive inventory for the small space. Staff was really helpful with a completely new setup and keying us in to parks in the area since we’re new to town.
Yaqub Tawfiq: Employees are kind to their customers and very help full
Derrick Stembridge: Great shop and massive selection plus the staff is super helpful.
Piper Dyer: The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of completes, protective gear, clothes, and hardware.
Andrew Nicol: I recently had a pair of trucks shipped to me that had an axle-nut missing. I went here to get a kit, but instead they just gave me four extra nuts free-of-charge. Very much appreciated. I'll be coming back for sure. Great first impression.
Jamal Jones: There is NO LONGER A SKATE PARK ATTACHED TO THIS SKATESHOP.The internet paper trail is confusing, but a worker there kindly set me straight. To help with time, this review was posted April 6, 2022
Chris Williams: Great group of guys over there.
joedrew84: Such a bummer that this place closed. It was one of my favorite skate parks in the state and I planned on going there today.
Sue GC: Not my favorite place
Isaac Aiello: Amazing service! Staff is nice! A actual skateshop unlike zumiez! 10/10 Would recomend
B W!ll1ams: Old guy brand new to skateboarding. The staff had me feeling right at home and were extremely helpful with the tons of questions I had. Very patient. So far all of the skaters I’ve met there have been really helpful as well. Great atmosphere and the shop seems to have most everything that someone would need.
TC Wood: The guys were awesome in helping us with advice on helmets, adding grip tape on our vintage skateboard, and throwing in an extra sale on a complete board. Beyond grateful for their patience!
Brandon Gage: First and foremost, I literally grew up at this park. I used to skate here all the time in the early 2000s when they first opened! I went in today to purchase a new board and this place brought back so many positive memories. The staff has always been great and the park is maintained extremely well. There's something for all types of skaters here. Lastly, the Delicious deck is one of my favorite boards - so much pop! Do yourself a favor and visit Delicious Skateboard Shop!

Raleigh Ice Plex: what do users think?
George Rodriguez: Ice summer camp is not and instructional camp, they don't claim to offer lessons but they barely offer assistance to their campers, it's more like open public session, I don't recommend it.
Nick Booras: The skates are so dull they are unusable and dangerous. I'm actually surprised no one has fallen and sued them yet. One of the employees told me he has never seen the skates sharpened in the two years he has worked there. The facility is fine, just bring your own skates.
Steve Heck: Nice facility. Large, plenty of seating
Bob Spaziano: Nice place to skate
Hayden Hartley: Awesome place, however I don’t think they had a limit of how many people were allowed on the ice. Absolutely packed when I went. Not bad if you’re good at skating but if you’re new don’t aim for a weekend
Isabella Davis: Lovely place to fall in love with a hockey guy
Oak Miller: Friendly staff
Virginia Norman: Crowded on Weekends, Great Party Experience. If you are not experienced skater may want to attend weekday. Lines were long, Expedited wait with distributing skates.
Tim Wright: Olympic surface, so lots of room to skate. Stick and puck is well-controlled. Not over crowded. Nice ice.
Corey Morris: Nice Olympic size rink. Locker rooms are small though, showers are pretty dank.
Heather McHale: We went for a birthday party and even though we had never skated before we had a blast! Staff was incredibly kind and attentive.
Taras Legar: I liked this place we rented skates, you need to check the schedule in advance
Nola Clifford: I skate at Polar Raleigh every weekend and every time is a great experience. The staff are helpful and kind, the rink is great for both beginners and advanced skaters alike, and there's reasonable pricing.
Leslie Barrett: Great experience. Other skaters were so kind and helpful. I loved it. One of the best experiences of my life.
Lantz Newman: Lots of fun. Great ice, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Moriah Honerkamp: Clean, good concessions and great coaches! Appreciate all that goes into running this place!
Patrick Lynch: Best sheet of ice in the Triangle. The only olympic sized sheet in the area. Highly recommended for public skating, birthday parties, track out camps, learn to play hockey, and much more. Public skating is usually not too crowded, but get there early so you can have fresh ice because they don't usually resurface during the 2 hour public skating session. They offer skating lessons, learn to play hockey, adult hockey, figure skating, and kids camp. No more pro shop, though. They do offer snacks at the same place where you pay admission. Popcorn, candy, hot chocolate, bottled drinks... you know, the usual rink stuff. There are also vending machines and a few claw-type games. Not a cheap outing, but a decent value.Went for the first time at Christmas. There's a huge lit tree at center ice, and the rink lights are dimmed. Very cool and festive! Still the best sheet of ice in at least 3 states!
Ariel Tarrand: This is a great rink. Lots of hockey players and figure skaters practice here, but it also has room for beginners like me. The best part is you can get a solid 3 hours of skating plus skate rental for $10 on the weekdays. Not too crowded, and better ice than Cary.My one complaint is that the website is hard to navigate, and it takes a lot of clicking to get to the actual schedule, which can be confusing to read. I wish they had more time slots for general adult skating.
Buddy Bartley: Good time and family friendly fun, you can also become an NHL'er
elena tselishcheva: The favorite skating rink for my daughter! Public skating is much less crowded and more spacious than Cary.
Michael Jones: Hours on website are not accurate. Call before you show up.

Endless Grind: what do users think?
cbuff allo: Guys there are great! Helped me put some new wheels on my board, of which the current wheels had a screw that was totally stripped. I thought it impossible to fix but they worked tirelessly to do so until they accomplished it! Cool atmosphere, super friendly, BEST BOARDSHOP IN RALEIGH!!!
Wayne Cline: Just gonna say you guys/gals rock!!! I wasn't expecting the box of extra goodies, I seen a box and said dang such a big box for two stickers....opened the box and half a dozen stickers, a little magazine and the endless grind lapel pin, that topped it off.Excited happy customer here...Thanks again
Josip Vukina: The staff is amazing- super friendly and knowledgeable. Hope this place continues to make it amidst all the development around it.
Kris Tanner: I live around 4 hours away from the shop, but I prefer to buy from local and small business and this was the only local shop that had the wheels I wanted in stock. Not only were the wheels priced better than any big box/amazon competition, but they got delivered the next day. I only paid for 3-8 day shipping and didn't expect them until next week. I would highly recommend and plan to purchase from them again!
Morgan Henderson: We recently decided to get into quad skating and purchased some protective gear online from Endless Grind. There was a minor shipping delay due to a stock issue (very common lately), but Endless Grind went the extra mile and expedited the shipping. Everything arrived quickly and together, and it all fit according to the size guides on the website. Highly recommend!
Kenny 2xtimes: Hire some better help, maybe someone more professional for the front desk
Conner Dearing: Had a great selection and were incredibly helpful! Went in to build a board and left with a beaut within half an hour. They answered all my questions thoroughly and put the board together quickly! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality product
Ben Cahoon: Killer skate shop! Well stocked
Metin Mete: Sweet shop, great skate shoes. I ordered my N 440s here. More than satisfied. Will always shop here.
Andrew Zublionis: Awesome skate shop! I used to shop here as a teenager in the early 90s, and just recently re-piqued my interest in skating again. Ben was super patient and helpful in helping me decide on the right board for me. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and bonus points for being a Raleigh staple since the late 80s!
Michael Reilly: Took an old vision board into their store today. Gentleman set me up and put it all together for me. Board rides great thanks man.
Ken Okada: Really great shop with excellent selection. I’ve never seen a board wall with so many options, truthfully. I’m from out of town and the guy behind the counter was able to point me in the direction of a few skate parks and places to check out. Overall I would highly recommend this shop. Excellent history and been around since the 1980s
Waylon Griffith: Everyone who works here is really cool. This is my local shop so I drop in quite frequently. I have never left Endless feeling dissatisfied or wronged in any way. I have more than too many stupid questions and the guys always try to answer them. Great shop!
Taylor Emmert: Super nice, informative, helpful, lots of brands.
Zee Em: I dig it
views of the modern day: Great experience, genuine people
John Hill: I came in with my boys (9 and 10 years old) to pick out their first boards. I grew up skating and was obsessed with it. The people working there gave really great insight and were psyched to make it a magical experience for them. Thank you to the staff. Seek the joy.
Willard Hayes: Very helpful staff. family friendly
Lauren C: Love this place. The staff was great and assisted me with all of my questions since I was transferring old trucks to a new board. Also went out of their way to make sure I got a good fit for new skate shoes. Will be coming back!
Dwight Barnes: Have been here twice with my son. Once to purchase a skateboard and a second time to upgrade wheels and get new bearings. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful, and the skateboard seems to be good quality.

Sk8 Cary: what do users think?
Heather Hulett: Omg! For realz👊🏽
cool gamer: Love this skatepark!
G Duran: Nice place to practice skateboarding , or biking skills. Associate is very helpful and engaged. Def will be taking my kids there.
Ben Farmer: This skate park has the best lights for riding at night time. Especially for older riders or other riders who don't have the best vision. It is also great for young and old riders as they have sessions that are only for ages three to 12 years old and they also have adult only sessions on certain nights that are 18 plus. They also have a fully stocked pro shop with most BMX, scooter and skateboarding needs in terms of accessories, gear and protection. This is also a great place for parents as there is a viewing balcony with tables and chairs where you can sit and watch your child's skate. It should be noted that all riders have to wear helmets and the appropriate safety gear for their discipline. for example, skateboarders are required to wear a helmet, elbow and knee pads. There is a great little beginner section that keeps new riders out of the way so that they can practice on the flat ground and concrete bank. There is also a nice small flow section for newer riders as well. And there are plenty of bigger ramps for experienced and veteran riders. It should be noted that this park focuses heavily on transition(ramps), and while there are a few boxes and rails if you are looking for more street style obstacles that is the one place this park is lacking. however, if that is your style then 15 minutes away you can get your fix at the apex skatepark. All in all, this is one of my favorite places to skate as it helps build a great action sport community.
Pappy: I love this place I grew up going to this park as a kid and as an adult and its always been very well maintained. I also worked here for a year and a half and I know most of the staff that still works there and they are grate. Also pads are required
Rob Woods: I’ve been coming here with my son and we both have a great time. The whole community is so kind and supportive of all ages, the facilities are really nice and well maintained, and the staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. The surrounding park is gorgeous too. Being a non boarding/biking parent is easy here too with the ample tables and benches, great view, and soda/snacks.
Kimberly air: The people are nice and the skate park itself is not that good. It needs to be bigger and needs to let more people in it. They paid to much on the building part.
Frank Dormani: My girlfriend and I went to Sk8 Cary on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and the environment was awesome. Great people, staff, clean park, awesome skate obstacles. One of the workers, Owen, was so awesome. 5 minutes into our skate session Owen came to help us out and give us tips. We winded up skating with him for 3 hours, and left as better skaters. 100% recommend to all ages and skill levels
Clut3h_Capo: Friendly and accommodating to all skill levels sign up on mycary.org to make your visit easier
Glen Neff: My son loves it. Friendly crowd. Nice facility. Needs to be open more days per week. They're still not back to their pre-covid schedule.
Aladdin Shah: Great place for kids to skate and bikes.friendly staff
Joe Schoonover: I give it would give it five stars since me and friend had a great time there, but there were some older kids who were not that nice to me because it was my first time. I have gone many times but this only happened once otherwise great place. I think its a good one for kids because its not all adults and there are small ramps for begginers.
Jorjor “FreddyBoy” Well: Really nice skate park....not for me, but glad to see the youngsters have a place!
Kyle Shecut: Nice ramps but whoever set it up has no idea what they're doing 🤘
Tim Miller: Great park, but closed due to COVID-19
Glenn Garver: Great experience/atmosphere for people of all skills
Dream Imagine Create: The best
clonedela: Only reason I gave this 3 stars it's bc this is clearly a bmx or transition skater park. There's only large ramps and one hubba ledge and one rail. No street course.. No grinding options really. Just fairly large ramps suitable for bmx and skaters who are more of a transition rider or perhaps a scooter kid and you just want to be in the way. There's also a mini ramp with a spine and several hips and a couple (large) fly boxes.
Gabe Filomena: The new ramp additions are a lot of fun and add to the flow of the park imensly. The staff are fun to hang around. And it's open till 10. Still my local skatepark after almost 9 years
michelle tallent: Love it!!
Caroline Bowman: Love the staff here and how its supervised. Great camps too!

Polar Ice Cary: what do users think?
Idk024: It’s just great.
Shinya A: This is a decent rink to skate at, but the facility itself is a bit old. It has an old school hockey feel to it, which in my opinion pretty cool. It looks a bit dingy but it's clean. The snack bar is gross with package and processed foods (cup of noodles, chips, candy, pop tarts, etc.), mostly. I suggest bringing your own snacks. The ice rink is slightly smaller than the Wake Forest, Raleigh, and Invisalign.
Judith Peck: Love the ice, the coaches and the staff.
Matt Baldwin: This is definitely the COLDEST rink in the area. The combination of being right next to the ice (for hockey games) and the low ceiling make this place ice cold. Personally I love that, but others be warned - you might want layers. This place has an old school ski lodge vibe and the snacks are very reasonably priced. Oh and don’t be surprised if the ice is rough, this rink always has some pretty choppy ice - not sure why.All things considered, it’s fine, just a bit rough around the edges.
Ron Viles: If your 8 years old and there for a birthday party this place might be for you. If your playing ice hockey, maybe not so much. Ice is small, choppy and has lots of holes. Puck often lodges in the zam door area. Bench doors dont open, dont even waste the energy trying. Ceiling falling down all over the place, and locker rooms are small, not clean. It appears they are trying to fix the place up, but it appears that effort is going into making birthday party rooms and ignoring the ice area. Sad to see a place fall apart like this.
Jason Quigley: I came here on a weekend so it was a little busy. I hadn't skated in over 15 years so I cheated and pushed my daughter around with one of the red carts. The building is showing it's age in regards to general aesthetics and restrooms, but it's still a fun experience with the family.
Molly Stone: someone fell and bled on the ice, and the blood splatter was left on the rink for the whole public skate time. yuck. I regret not having taken a photo. The laces on the skates I rented were barely holding together and when I asked for new laces, the rental guy told me to come back when they actually broke. (To be fair, they didn't actually break, so he was right, and I should've sucked it up and sallied forth. Live and learn.) And it was so crowded! Not, "wow, they do brisk business on the weekends, good for them" crowded but, "yikes, they should cap the max number of patrons for public skate at several dozen people fewer than there are, as this is a mob. A mob, moving unsteadily, on slippery knives. This is a bit terrifying." If we come back, it won't be at the beginning of the free skate on a Sunday.
Sockhop Skunk: My friends got assaulted here, read the other recent reviews for context. What a scummy place.
StinkBug Max: Let's people get assaulted and doesn't do anything about it do not go here it's not safe
Chloe Boochard: Literally had someone assaulted on the ice by the owners friends, they were literally bleeding and almost had hundreds of dollars worth of their personal property stolen from these kids pulling a "prank", and only did something once the cops were called. Extremely uncooperative and wouldn't even pull the footage up of the kids who did it to get them kicked out. This is not a safe establishment and will not follow their own code of conduct rules. Find somewhere else to skate, it's definitely not safe to here.
Henry Kilcup: Saw a dude get knocked down and bloodied up by some guys on the ice. Management did nothing and refused to cooperate when cops were called. This is not a safe establishment.
Blake Allen: Horrible experience. Staff clearly doesnt care about their customers and allowed someone to get assaulted on the rink. Do NOT come here.
Gooey Gaster: first and last time going here- went with our friends and someone in our group got pushed over as a "prank" while they videoed and the managers didnt do anything about it. these teens tried to steal his stuff and run off with us while also yelling slurs at them in front of children. cops were called and they were uncooperative since the managers are friends with the guys who did it. they clearly dont care about your safety or a family friendly environment, definitely dont recommend.
elliot mccampbell: Went with a group, and some of the owners friends assaulted one of us as a "prank". They shoved him down on the ice 3 times, bloodied him up and tried to take hundreds of dollars worth of his property before the owners "kicked them out". They were refunded and allowed back in when we left. Owners told Cary police they didn't have any security footage. And all this during public skate with tons of little kids around. Not at all a family friendly environment, take your kids somewhere else.
melanie larrick (Mellymell): Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. We had a blast....
Jill Brauwerman: So glad I found this place! Will start going more often. It was tons of fun! If you need a walker make sure you get there early enough or they go quickly. Rental Skates were good quality. No complaints except I want to go back now but I have to work lol
Naomi Jubilee: I couldn’t believe how crowded it was, they sold out (per fire code according to them) but that allows something around 450 (not kidding) people in the building. I asked if this was typical and the teenage staff’s response was basically, “Like, duh.” Skate rental is included, almost everyone needed a size smaller. One skate had laces that were average length and one I had to wrap around my ankle 2-3x to tie them. Trying to reach my kids how to skate while being knocked into and wanting them to experience what I remember being fun as a kid was rather impossible because there’s just too many people on the ice. All of us were bumped into more than once by another skater. So choppy by the end it was very difficult to even skate on. They don’t exchange your shoes for skates so there are shoes everywhere on the floor in the skate shoes room. Incredibly disappointed. Their company values profit over how can we run a fun and safe business.
Claudio Saavedra: Great place to go ice skating with friendly staff and great classes to take to learn how to ice skate as well
David Calverley: Again another rink that features the world famous Fireball hockey team, they maybe old but they handle there stick like a pro!
Ken Presting: Good maintenance of the ice. Needs more public sessions!

Daniel Dhers Action Sports Complex: what do users think?
Holliday Simmons: This is probably my daughter's favorite place in the world. The owner and staff arethe nicest people. I've learned a lot about scooters from them.
hyena scootz: Don’t close plz
Dam_it Man: We booked a private session for my daughters 13th birthday. I tried to call several times and never got anyone on the phone. I still decided to book the session based on the reviews. We drove 3 hours one way to be told there must have been a glitch in the system because they don’t do private sessions on Wednesdays. I was told we would have to reschedule. When I explained we lived 3 hours away and wouldn’t be able to come back I asked if I could be refunded. I was then told someone would have to contact me. Since no one ever answers the phones I’m sure I won’t get my money back. It’s frustrating as a customer when you are trying to call a company. I would not recommend this park.
Pappy: If you like big ramps this is the place to go the staff is always very friendly. It can get extremely hot in the summertime because they have no ac in skate park.
Carlos Salcedo: Excelente lugar para ir y pasar un momento diferente
David Hutson: Great facility to learn new tricks
Chase Speight: Just an amazing place for me and my friends to ride
Kristi W: Recently attended a birthday party here. There was no ventilation in the party room, the women's sink was not working, there were loading dock doors open with no warning that there was a 6-foot drop off below it, the entire place is very musty and triggered allergies immediately, and the teenage employee sprayed the picnic tables down with Microban (not meant for food-contact surfaces) while children were close by and did not wipe it away. The employee was friendly and I can tell the place was once a cool hangout, but it needs re-built and safety precautions need put in place.
Danielle Victor: My son loves this place! He had a blast riding his bmx bike here.
Neisha Reynolds: Despite the great reviews online, I've been calling and emailing for two days and can't seem to get a response. The voice-mail feature is not working on the number listed.
Peter Samarga: Our son loves it here. The staff is wonderful and always positive and encouraging.
Ben Farmer: Update: since my review almost 2 years ago there have been some things updated. The inside is still slick but can be mitigated if you ride on 95A wheels or softer. They've also updated the pictures on their website so that it matches what they have in the inside currently. They also have pretty reasonable prices for renting out the entire facility either for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours or 5 hours. Right now the cost for a 3-hour session that is open to the public is around $16. This is still a little high considering before cove it was $20 for the whole day. But it is currently the only indoor Park open to the public in the triangle area. This place is awful for skateboarders. The ramps aren't maintained and the wood ramps and concrete floor are as slick as ice. I ride 97a wheels which are on the softer side for skatepark wheels and I kept icing out. The only thing that was skatable was the micro ramp upstairs and even that was only after taking a broom to it for a few minutes. It would be worth it for the micro ramp(for beginners) if you could pay for a few hours, but having to pay $20 for a day just to skate the micro ramp isn't worth it. Also all of their almost all of pictures are before they made the park smaller, so it's very much false advertising.
Jay Harrison: This place is the best and they have really customer service on Instagram and In store the ramp camp is really good and fun it is really clean
Andrés Guevara: El mejor bmx de Venezuela y uno de los mejores del mundo felicitaciones
[Redacted]: This is a great place and the staff is nice me and a few friends were there yesterday and it was so fun the dude who owns it is really nice he helped my friend with a trick and he wasn’t rude wearing a mask when you are out there with friends that haven’t had covid is annoying but otherwise it was awesome would recommend to book a private session.
Garrett Hatmaker: Hugely disappointed. This is not the facility it was several years ago. About a third the size and none of the ramps line up. It is now ran by scooters and clearly for scooters. This was a sad experience seeing what they have done with the place.
Renee Machel: Bday party -January*note to attendees/planning5 rectangle tables in party roomIndoor/outdoor so it can be cold! (Or hot I would imagine) especially for spectators -layer up etc.Consider reserving open sessions if u are doing a bday party in am -2 hours while trying to incorporate riding with food/cake/gift etc would be tight for kids to enjoy themselves without being rushedHaving a PM bday party is the better option if that could be worked out (may be worth reserving sessions for your attendees) and foregoing access to party roomThere are a couple of tables for regular useCustomer service - super helpful. Bo helped me coordinate our party, and the staff was informed as he wasn’t there that day- everyone was nice and helpful.Pretty Clean facility, and COVID protocols in place
Levon: Stricter mask rules than any other establishments we attend, including our gyms (O2 & Planet Fitness).Young pubescent rude kids running the place speaking to the adults like they’re their high school buddies.Nice place for kids to ride, but too bad it’s ran the way it is.
Asian CQB: The indoor is the best place for BMX Now I visited the place in March and all I say is that place is really for BMX and the top part is for Skateboarders if you want to do most of the jump/ slopes you can’t be a P###Y the only reason I go there now is cause the outside but I do wish you can start from different parts of the outside track because I like the first part I hate jumps cause that really for BMX but the rest are meant for whoever but that my opinion but all i m saying in my opinion is BMX for inside and the top for skateboarder and some part of the outside is for scooter rider PS most of the time I go there is to watch other pepole or make videos to post on YouTube but the whole place is really mean for there more professional BMX Riders 100%
Jason Bischoff: My son went for the first time and took a nasty little nose dive, the staff and kids there were really great in helping him and my wife deal with the accident. Very much appreciated!
Jason Savage: Terrible track out camp, the website is very misleading. My 2 children are beginners and received no instructional help during camp. They spent most of the day alone on the beginner course and in the employee lounge. My youngest came home with a giant lump on his forehead that I was never notified about. After begging me not to go back, I asked the manager if I could only pay for the day they were there and not the whole week. Initially, he agreed, but after a week when I called back he hid behind their policy saying they don’t offer refunds.

Polar Ice House Wake Forest: what do users think?
Julie Fredrickson: I brought my Columbian grandson here & ask the snack bar lady if someone could get us a baggie of snow. I forgot her name but she called another lady & they got him a bag of snow off the ice. It is still in the freezer as he takes it out, plays with it & refreezes it. They didn't have to do any of that but what a wonderful gift of their time & kindness! I appreciate you guys!
Makar oof: It was good but the skates are either too big or too small and mostly are not sharp but there isn't alot of people there so its prity free time for you and your friends
joshua carroll: My overall experience was amazing. It was just that there was a girl that was in charge of the shoes and trainers that had a very bad attitude.
Caroline Mueller: This place brings me back to my teen years! Love watching the skaters!
Antonio Branham: Stay away from this place. I paid to skate and for skate rental. When I went to go get my skates they didn’t have my size. I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t give refunds. I paid $15 not to skate. This place is dirty, staff is rude, and the rink is overcrowded. I saw one girl get knocked over and hurt. People were bumping into each other. It is not a safe operation. This place does not care about the satisfaction or safety of their customers. I will never go back again.
Christina Emrich: Greta programs for all skill levels. Friendly and helpful staff.
David Ross: fun time
Rick Bardos: Spectacular figure skating lessons for kids. The instructors take their time to help kids progress. Classes can be a bit crampt in the beginning, but thin out as levels increase. Students are also eligible to participate in seasonal performances and recieve free public skate.
Alanna Gonzalez: Amazing for week-day free skating, went on a date here, super chill, good staff, everyone was so sweet! 💕
Moriah Honerkamp: Great hockey and ice skating coaching...concessions are good, too!
AkaDripLord Mio: They took forever with the food, the staff was rude, the ice wasn’t even clean enough. I just didn’t like it in general like the place was dirty too it need to be shut down because they do not know how to maintain the building.
Paul Webb: Yok
Kim Brymer: Great game
But *LOFI*: A nice young gentleman who goes by the name of “Matthew” is such a delight! He is determined, courageous, out-going, zesty, handsome, strong-willed, positive, and overall a hoot to be around! I will be coming back many more times bc of this fine young chap’s hard work! Thanks again!
David DeNicolais: My two girls love this place. They both take figure skating lessons there and also do the free skate with their friends. It seems like figure skating is a big part of our lives lately and it’s all because of Polar Ice Wake Forest. Give them a shot! You will be glad you did!
Judah: This place is awesome, and so much fun 10/10
Timara Taggart: Here for a party . The party I’m with is white and they acted like they didn’t know I was with them even though I walked in with them and the host walked up with her email . I don’t know the girls name but she had me pay for the red thing you take when you skate which is no big deal but then tried to make me pay for skates after the host told her I’m with them . She didn’t charge or question any of the white parents and had a really bad attitude for whatever reason but long story short that is most definitely racial profiling because I’m black she treated me that way and everyone I was with agreed . That was disgusting and sad honestly to treat someone that way because of the color of their skin . I would not ever recommend or spend any money at this place . First and last time hereAnd to add the people at the front are clueless and should be retrained .
Ghenet L: Went for 2 hour public skate on a Friday. Nice spot. Bigger than I expected. Not much of a flow in the rink. Younger crowd. Ice wasn't clean when we started and it wasn't cleaned during the session. I've never skated without music, was a little odd. Good number of people on the ice, everyone seemed friendly. I plan to return, with headphones.
Quinn Kotorman: Great place with skates raning anywhere from beginner to pro.
Brian Massie: Place is kept well enough but the number of people without masks and close quarters was a turn off.
Toro Oyedeji: I called this organization and asked if I could bring my boys for ice skating, the lady that answered to phone told me come and I could get agent assistant, even with time frame. On getting there at the time I was told to come, then the informed me that they are closed for public skating. I drove over 30min to this location. I will never recommend them to anyone.
