Matt Davis: Our 11 year old son loves attending classes at theCoderSchool. He learns from the 1:1 attention, plus each time he attends, becomes friends not only with his fellow classmates, but with the instructors. Well worth the investment!
Shanna Labrador: My son looks forward to each lesson and is always excited to share what he is learning. His instructor really tailors his lessons to his interests and the staff are all very friendly.

Matthew Mahler: During COVID, Denise, the instructor, has worked with our son to continue learning Python coding languages by building games. Denise has been able to inspire our son to learn and actively participate like I seldom see when it comes to technical information. After each online session, he is excited to talk about what he did and learned. I am happy with the direction he is headed in and am amazed at how Denise has been able to bring his motivation out to light. We are happy he is enrolled at the Coder School."
Kelly: Had an unpleasant experience here. One of the instructors in particular was downright rude and management did not seem to do anything about her attitude. No feedback to parents after lessons and generally disappointing service. Kids did not even want to go back for lessons

Coach Michael is excellent and explained what his strengths & weaknesses were- gave a progress report of his work. They have a Coder Fair, where Ethan presented (available presentation tools: microphone, laptop projector, and laser pointer), his "real-life" scenario in developing his coding project. This is a valuable training method for Ethan, as a young adult where his coding and communication skills can be used immediately in the workforce! Putting this training school and course(s) in his work resume will only help as well. I highly recommend theCoderSchool for anyone interested in coding or nurturing a youngster towards a career in the computer field.
Chris Butler: My son has really enjoyed going to the Coder School in Raleigh. He is really good with computers and wanted to learn several languages of computer code. School clubs and other STEM activity classes did not offer what my son was looking for. We thankfully found the Coder School and my son could not be happier. The staff is wonderful and works closely with each student, meeting their individual needs. This is a perfect afterschool activity!

Tammy Arnado: I have been using this company for about 6 years. I wanted to cancel my contract at the end of it and contacted customer support. Down the rabbit hole I went. Support is horrible. They pass you off to someone else. You can never get a direct answer. They have you fill out paperwork that doesn't apply, but won't talk to you unless it is filled out. I have 3 different people I have been emailing with. They say to log into the main site and cancel auto renew, but I can't log in. Reset password doesn't work. Support will not help you get logged in either. I have been working on this for over a week with no progress. Only sign up with them if you never plan on leaving them.

Kirk Tatom: If I could have given no stars I would have. I signed up online for the month to month billing and they billed me the whole year. In trying to get this simple issue fixed and my account refunded, I have spent a solid 6 to 7 hours on the phone over a 2 1/2 week period and the issue still isn't resolved. There customer service is deplorable.

ryan adams: They tweeted a promo code for Citrix Bicycles, none of us could get it to work. They had zero customer service response over the weekend to which they tweeted the opportunity to try out the bikes.

Under deadline to receive signature forms and they do this a week before the deadline!!!!!! With no advance notice???? What sort of company is this??????Watch out if you've signed up - Not only do they have a NO REFUND policy they also have an 'auto renew without notice or your consent policy' So they will charge your credit card and then a day or 2 later tell you they've renewed you. 'Sorry no refund for you! We gotcha policy' Obviously a company that is more $$$ hungry than customer service oriented.You will notice that the 5 star reviews seem to all be employees - Is that a job requirement?

Brian Munson: Global knowledge really came thru for me last month. I needed a class ASAP and they got me in an luckily the class wasn't too full. The center itself is quaint for a learning facility. They have plenty of places to parking and accessible to major highways and airport. The last two instructors I have had both were really good with teaching the sometimes stiff curriculum. Wifi was great so Iwas a happy camper all around.
Anthony J. Waller: Attended a class here after a few years using competitors and it was good to be back at global. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable training advisers. Instructors at this location are top notch vs some competing options out there IMHO. But don't park in front of the Global Knowledge building cause the training center is the next building over with its own parking lot.
Mason “Mace” Jar: When you are able to get an in seat live class the instructor was great. However this does not happen often. Classes constantly don't run and keep getting pushed back or ran as virtual. There is a lot of bait and switch going on with GK.
Scott H.: Excellent in information technology certification training. All instructors are highly knowledgeable and helpful. They even provide free breakfast to students!!!
Dominick DeBellis: I've been to this location multiple times for various training classes. I always found the staff to be very professional and always positive customer service attitudes. I have also found that the teachers at this location have always been the best that I've had versus other training options based on their professional experience. I highly recommend global knowledge and this particular location for your training needs. Reminder do not park in front of the building with the global knowledge sign. Park in the lot on the other side of the circle.
aaron rogers: good training. location is quite. I recommend you have a vehicle however to hit the spots nearby.
Shawn Daugherty: The class and Instructor were great. The Promo's they use to get you to take the class have been disappointing so far however. It's been over 10 weeks since completing the course and we still haven't gotten the Promo we signed up for.
