Kelvin Lewis: Well I though I found a great new audio place, but their service after the sale is awful. I should have read the dates of the reviews closer. The higher stars are from long ago. All u seem to get is some generic answering service and finally got an offer to assist through email. Really, I guess my quest for a new audio supplier continues. Before you buy see how much support they ha e given previous customers. The only reason they got two stars is from sales.
J H: Over my numerous interactions with Audio Advice, be it a purchase or simply just looking for guidance, has always been a fantastic experience. I’d like to particular praise to their designer, Nick Rich. Nick has been an incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful guide in all things Home Theater and HiFi alike. I don’t hand out this highest of praise easily, but it’s very much earned and deserved here with Nick.
Arthur Seger: Just finished setting up my new home theater with Anthem MRX 1140 and B&W speakers. The latest reason is because of an experience I had with James and Guillermo. They are the best in the biz.There were able to take a very complicated challenge involving way too many remotes, a surround-sound system downstairs, a new TV, and speakers and TVs on the second & third floors of the house. They were all out of sync and they did not sound right. Now it’s like I have an entirely new system installed and everything works perfectly. We have a vintage stereo set with a CD player that we wanted to be able to put on our WiFi system without losing our hard wired speakers. Larre took the time to get us exactly what we needed. When the vintage system didn't quite behave as we expected, he even made a house call to get it set up perfectly. An excellent customer service experience! Highly recommended.
mark masters: I first came across Audio Advice when researching turntables. Their review videos were super helpful and I purchased a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo from them. Love it and the setup tutorial vids were great. Since then I’ve purchased a couple other turntables for friends. One was defective and Audio Advice helped me pin down the issue and then paid for express return shipping to speed up the replacement. I’m a customer for life! And a shout out to Marty and to Michael for their outstanding service.
Anthony Leto: Stay away!!! unless you want to loose your money, Audio Advice says "Since 1978 Audio Advice has built its reputation on world-class customer service and satisfaction" but what they don't stand behind is ensuring that what they are shipping is in fact covering both the Business and the Consume and all they can say is 'Sorry for your Loss" well Audio Advice I did not loose someone I lost $1800 due to bad business practices.Just keep in mind if you order form Audio Advice you are on your own if you package is lost or stolen because they wash their hands of it after it leaves the warehouse!!!!As for me I will never use Audio Advice again and will make sure I tell as many people on as many forums as I can to stay clear or be warned of the possibility of losing your money!!!!
Randall Beck: Audio Advice is the absolute best if you are looking for top audio and/or video equipment.This month we purchased a new TV, an integrated amp, a turntable, a streamer, an A/V receiver, and several other components/cables from them. I was blown away with the knowledge and experience of the sales team – shout out to David Link, Ernie, John, and Larry – all of whom are extremely passionate about all thing’s audio and video. With their combined suggestions, we ended up with a setup that should last us for many years to come.But the story does not end there; the Audio Advice Installation team – special thanks to Guillermo, Thomas, John, and Mastin – spent a day and a half at our home. The methodical and careful way they unpacked and cabled up all these components was a pleasure to watch. Not only did they label every cable, but they were careful to check and double-check their work at each step along the way. I am so glad we engaged with the Audio Advice Installation team as I had no idea how complicated it is to get all the components to work well together.In summary, my wife and I could not be happier with the result, and we highly recommend Audio Advice if you need any quality audio or video components. They block the entire road so that no cars can even get by unless they cross the median and go into ongoing traffic. We almost wrecked into the back of one who was in the road turned off with no lights. An Amazon truck is blocking both lanes and this one car that wouldn't make the dangerous move that we did is still sitting there on our way back nearly an hour later.

Bingy Beats: Went in to get a USB port installed in my center console for an aftermarket Sony touch screen unit that was already installed in a used car that I literally just purchased. Got the USB port installed, but when I got the car back some of my preexisting speakers were shorting out. I called them and they didn't hesitate to help me out. Despite the unit being installed incorrectly by the former owner of the car, they fixed the wiring and corrected the issue for me when they didn't have to, as it wasn't caused by their USB port install. They did me a solid and it says a lot about them. Though they can be a bit "salesy" I can say I'd be confident that they'd back their work and products. They deserve the 5 stars.

Dan Sharp: I have had several radios and backup cameras installed and am always impressed with the service here. Everyone that I have worked with is very knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy on upselling but thorough on explanations for different price points. Installation always looks extremely professional and seamless with interior for all of my vehicles (Mazda, Lexus, and Jeep). I had an issue with the steering wheel controls on radio in the jeep about a year after install and they immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it without charge. I will continue to come here for all aftermarket upgrades and have already referred several others who are also very happy.

Robbie White: Found this place online based on reviews. Customer service has been above and beyond. The main rep Trey spent 2 hours with me today attempting to help file a claim with my car dealership who sold me a car with a rear DVD player not working. He was patient, extremely helpful and willing to work with the third party to resolve the issue so we could have sound station install the new player. Everything is resolved and I am leaving my car here for 24 hours so they can install a new player! Will leave a follow up review once I have my car back. So far the experience has been incredible.
Tom: The aftermarket radio in my car died and would not turn on. I dropped by and after a little diagnosing, the staff determined a fuse in the radio and a fuse in my car had blown. They replaced both and sent me on my way for a nominal charge. Very happy with them since I was expecting I’d have to replace the whole thing.
Jeremy: I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Stay far away from this sketchy owner and his so called “business” They do awful work and cut corners every possible way. I made the mistake taking my 2020 Ford F-250 Limited and 2020 F-150 Platinum here and they did a pathetic job of the installs and have no morals when it comes to business.
Jeffrey Gordon: I’ve used them for years and they’re always awesome… but today was another level. I purchased a new car stereo from them several years ago. It works per the manufacturer but the head unit will freeze sometimes and doesn’t have a power switch. I went today to ask them to install an interrupt switch to allow me to power cycle the unit without turning off the car. They did it at no charge! Just fantastic service/support for their work.
Robert Edwards: The guy salesman I meet must of took me for an easy mark. Gave me a way overinflated price on a single 10 inch sub and premade box for almost$1500. The shop across town quoted me $1200 for a custom box and 2 10inch subs with amp and install. He also couldn't answer basic install questions, avoid.

The factory audio in my 2018 4Runner was horrid and both Waiel and Josh helped me pick an affordable and excellent choice to replace it along with the blown front speakers.
