Omar L.: The only thing I can complain about is that they have a very limited variety for some items. For example: youth tennis shoes, indoor soccer shoes, Nike tees.
Madison Callahan: My boyfriend went for a club fitting and honestly the $100 was worth just meeting Kenny and the fitting was like a bonus. Kenny was exceptional at his job and truly a ray of sunshine. He was professional and knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. Whatever you’re paying him, triple it.
Ileah: Cameron (loves bowling) has wonderful customers service skills. They were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Very pleasant demeanor and was able to help me make an exchange quickly and easily while still checking out other customers when needed.Great customer service is really hard to come by these days so I want to take the time to acknowledge people like Cameron. They deserve the recognition and a raise.Wonderful experience. Definitely would return to this location.

Brad Gold (NCNYChief): They have a lot of stuff in the store with golf since I believe they team with golf Galaxy. I go there for hockey equipment which is hit or miss. I just went to see if they had any equipment for hockey and there was none. I guess it's seasonal but still there should be at least a small section which there is not. Overall though, you can certainly get most anything in relation to sports. The prices are at the higher end for sure and if you go to some smaller sports stores you may be able to get a better deal on things. Overall, it's a good experience.

We have been loyal to Dick’s, and customers for over a decade. We picked up our son from school and visited Dick’s this afternoon. Immediately entering the store we were greeted at the door (as always). My family and I had an amazing experience tonight at the store. Our son wanted a new baseball bat for his birthday next week. As we were looking at the bats an employee approached us offering assistant. Not just any employee……..Quan S!Quan was polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, outgoing and made great eye contact. Quan took his time answering my wife’s many questions and built a good rapport with us. He was engaged and personable throughout our conversation. Quan has the natural ability to connect with people. Sharing stories about his son which is close in age with our son. He also encouraged our son to work hard, be a good person, to be thankful for his talents and appreciate “us” (his parents) for getting him a nice bat.Let me be clear………We always have a good experience when we shop at Dick’s, but this was hands down the best experience.Dick’s sporting goods, I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent hundreds of dollars. William Fernstrum: I have purchased and played TaylorMade irons from Golf Galaxy for 15 years, and ordered P770 irons in April of this year. I was told they would be in middle of May, then June, then July 9 which is the day after I would be having surgery that would end my golf season. I just called on July 11th while recovering, and was told that TaylorMade now had an estimated ship date of August 30. I don't know whether it is TaylorMade or Golf Galaxy that can't get their stories straight, but both have lost a life long Customer. I understand that there are shortages, and I understand I'm not alone, but they keep setting an expectation that they cannot fulfill. Honesty, regardless of how bad it is, is a better policy and would have retained my business. I understand that regardless of what clubs I purchase I will be waiting and can advertorial that, but I will not accept their unwillingness or inability to fulfill their promises.

I have even searched online, and it's scary to buy from online sellers because those jerseys are not authentic With Pro sports, you are guaranteed authenticity from any team in any era. if I died and went to heaven, it would look like this store. I am a die hard Peyton Manning fan, and this store had all the throwbacks for Peyton manning from his college days to the Colts to the Broncos. I got all of them at a fair price. I collect Jerseys so I know the value of these will increase substantially. i could never find all three in my sizes. My buddies are also sports fanatics, and need less to say I know where I am going when I need to get a gift
Cam Novee: I went to this store to look for a blue and orange shirt to match some shoes for my wife. After looking through a stack of Denver broncos and Chicago Bears shirts and trying to make a decision, store owner told me I was in his store too long and to leave his store. He said he had nothing for me and to get out, in front of all the customers. He and his wife watched me the entire time I was there (all of 20 minutes). Never been treated that way in a shopping experience. I refuse to spend my money where an open bigot works.

Store manager/owner had wife to come stand next to me as if I wanted to take the merchandise. I thought she was a customer so I asked if she wanted to see the shirts, she stated "no" she was going to fold the shirts. Mind you there were other customers in the store of a different race, but she made it a point to stand right next to me the entire time. I will not return to this store ever again!!

I was there while multiple employees ignored me and literally yelled over my head to talk with men in the store. The store is extremely disorganized, cluttered and the people are rude!

It is a huge store and they pretty much have any teams swag and more merch that you'd ever need in a house or as gifts. I had been here before but didn't check in. That time I purchased something from the Red Sox due to a lost bet. Then I came back to buy a jersey as a gift which after further consideration didn't gift and instead got them something else. Well today as it stood, I needed that purchase for someone else however the size would not work. I went inside hesitant due to time frame but since I had original receipt and the jersey seriously never made it out the bag, figured I might as well try. The lady at the counter after considering my case agreed to do it. I was ecstatic. Then, she wanted to make sure transaction was all clear and we ran into a hiccup due to the taxes. Understandable, we don't want to owe uncle Sam. She called her co-worker and they squared it away but not until we did some mathematics together. I also didn't want to pay more than I have to. She was great! I will definitely come back and so should you.
Slim: Sold me a sweatshirts with stains and with it saying no where no returns I try to exchange it and she points out stains already on there plus it smells like mildew and death.

Kaitlyn Mazza: I had an amazing experience at Omega Sports. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the perfect pair of training sneakers. Unfortunately, the sneakers were taking a little longer than expected to arrive (no fault of Omega Sports). When my shoes arrived, inside was a gift card and a hand-written note from Todd Shields apologizing for the delay. Now that is customer service! They have a costumer for life!!

Andie W: Went to Omega Sports for the first time with a stack of gift cards which was given to me and my wife by her father. I know it was unusual for someone to come in and have so many gift cards, but it was clear to me that the employees thought we were scamming them somehow. Four employees stood at the counter to watch our transaction and the cashier was really nervous but friendly. They asked where we got the cards and made us feel awkward having to explain ourselves. We didn't even end up using all the gift cards and asked to pass the remainder to other customers or donate them. Only the cashier spoke to us while the other employees just stared at us without a word. Made us feel very uncomfortable 😕 Try not be so obvious about it next time. I won't go here again.

I got terrific help from Hadley and she knew so much about the shoes that I was looking for it was really very helpful. I like doing business in a small store like that. Whitney Smith: My son and I stopped by yesterday afternoon in search of soccer cleats, gear, and track spikes. Walked in and the woman and young man behind the counter did their very best to ignore us. Walked right past the front counter, holding eye contact with the young man for a few seconds, and nothing. No greeting, can I help you find anything…zilch. As we looked around, the young man appeared on the opposite side of the shoe rack, but still never spoke. The woman behind the counter offered a hearty greeting to some folks who came in after us. As we left to go spend my hard earned money at Dick’s (since nobody seemed to care to help or acknowledge us), they literally watched us walk out the door without a single word. No have a nice day, no thanks for coming in…just cold blank stares. Needless to say, we won’t be visiting again, and I’ll be sure to ask my fellow football,basketball, track, and soccer moms not to either.

Amanda O: I was in search for free weights so my husband can continue his physical therapy at home. We checked all over town and tried ordering on all the box store websites. We were both quite frustrated when I decided to give Play it Again Sports a call. They said they were getting a shipment of weights in an hour or so. I dropped by thinking it would be a fail but it was the total opposite. They were unloading so many items. Each staff member was so friendly and knew exactly what they had and where to find each item. They went way above and beyond during this crazy time when all the gyms are closing and everyone is searching for gym equipment. You have a customer for life. Thank you for your hard work and superior customer service

He said no without even looking at the shoe. We felt as if we were discriminated against and I will never ever go back to one of these stores. I don’t know if we looked funny or out of place or just what…… Thank your employee that works at the Crabtree mall who thought it was funny he was rude to us. As we left he was telling his co worker how he treated us. Maybe me and my 12 year old son looked funny. 🙄 All we did was want a pair of shoes and we were in the position to buy them.

Adam was very gracious and quick at check out.Returned the next day needing to exchange for a 1/2 size up and was freaking out Bc I never got the email receipt but thankfully Adam remembered me and was swift with the exchange process.As someone who suffers from high social anxiety, I was in and out in less than 10 mins each time and that means so much to a person like me.

Felipe Fierro: I came here for baseball cleats for my special needs son. Miles, Bill, and Daymar (apologies if I spelled it wrong), were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They went way out of their way to be of help. I appreciate it more than I can express. We weren't able to find cleats that fit my son's needs, but they earned my business ten-fold by being willing to put in the extra effort for my boy

Lara Mi: This location is my favorite one to go to. They have way more inventory than some others and always have enough people working. The high ceiling, bridge and escalators make you feel like you’re in the superstore location. Plenty of registers and happy crew.
Capri Rae: This location racially profiles all African Americans that comes in to shop, regardless if they have a bag, look suspicious or not. Also, the management treats African Americans employees horribly as if they don’t exist, don’t get acknowledged, causing them to seek other jobs. This establishment need to be looked into further ! It’s 2023, these types of behavior are not acceptable, can go viral on social media for awareness & should be addressed !
Bridgette Gathings: The attendant at the bike shop in triangle town square in raleigh nc was extremely helpful and he educated us on the bikes that would fit our needs. We bought 2 bikes and he made sure that they were ready for the road. Great experience we will be back for maintenance.
Franklin Olmo: Milton's has never let us down. When we are craving a well-made pizza made with our favorite toppings cooked to perfection. It's always our neighborhood spot, Milton's.
Thomas Hamilton: Came here looking for a new kayak. They had plenty of them in various styles, but only 4 had a price tag on them. I might be interested if the price is right. No staff to ask...but this isnt something I should even need to ask. Management, why are all the tags empty?

Cortney Stet: Terrible. I went shopping for some new running shorts before a 5k and had my baby with me. I had a backpack on as most moms do for diapers etc. I was followed around the store non stop by employees, making me feel extremely uncomfortable like I was about to steal something. I spent well upwards of $100 and probably would have shopped more if they weren’t so aggressive. To top it off I waited in line because they had so many employees out doing patrols not at the registers.

Stephanie Fowler: The customer service SUCKS!!! We walked in and no one acknowledged up. When we went to ask for a shoe in a certain size, it was about 4-6 staff members and several of them said they were off the clock and wasn't looking for a shoe.If you need shoes, just go to Footlocker because these people have no customer service skills whatsoever! I refused to spend my money in places I am not acknowledged.

No cleats or sporting goods at all. Never going back

I had intentions on buying several pairs of shoes but after the service we did NOT receive, I left and won’t be going to this location again.

Cathy Suchy: I’m not sure the hiring and training practices of this location but I will never shop here again. The young people working the registers have absolutely no training in manners or etiquette. When I purchased an item a few days ago the cashier answered me with “yups” so much a lack of manners the receipt says his name was “Oscar”. Then when I decided to return the item just two days later I was in a cashier’s line, he then said he had to go do something so I lifted the heavy item again (65 year old woman here) and went to another line. Seconds later this guy comes back and says I’ll take you now, I simply said I’m not lifting this again and stayed in the line I was in. Completed my return, now 24 hours later the amount ($107.24) is not back in my bank account so I go in to check on it. I get yet another rude cashier talking over me and saying there is nothing he can do about it so I asked to speak to a manager. At that point this young man should have walked away and let me speak to the manager but he did not. The entire time I was trying to talk to the manager the young clerk kept rudely interjecting and telling the manager what to tell me. I asked the clerk to please stop interjecting and let me please speak to the manager. He literally told me he did not have to and could stand there and continue telling the manager what to say. These employees definitely need a massive amount of training on how to speak to customers and manners in general (apparently parents are no longer teaching this at home). I will drive to Cary and shop at Bass Pro Shop from now on, I definitely am not giving this company another penny of my business!
Skeets Fish: Gary, in the shoe department is outstanding. He helped both my kids find shoes and fitting. An absolute star for this company!

Asia Schmidt: I purchased a massage gun from this store and when I got home and opened the box, I noticed it was the wrong massage gun in the box. My husband went to return it and they gave him a different one, however we still had to return this one.Upon returning the item for a second time they told me they couldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have the original receipt. Well, I didn’t have the original receipt because the clerk who did the 1st exchange didn’t give my husband the original receipt, he gave him the one that he used to do the exchange.Despite me providing the receipt they used to do the exchange and providing them with the same card, they still couldn’t give me my refund. They offered me a store credit with and it wasn’t even for the full amount. I paid $264.00 for the item and they offered me a store credit for $216.00. Basically, I’m out of $264.00 due to an error that one of their staff members made. I will not be doing business at this location again.
Therrick Redding: I dont know if it was appernce today. Either way i came into this looking to spend large sum of money. I asked for but the manger at time (5/27/2022 @12:30) did not really want to be bother they were really short with answers to the questions i was asking, and really couldn't walk away fas enough. I don't what was going with him, but you work in retail Good Customer Service is the key to that.

TMH: I have visited this location a plethora of times and had a great experience. Today I exchanged some running shoes and had to order my size (8.5) from the Cary location. I confirmed with the Sales Associate multiple times that the shoes were to be SHIPPED. He claimed even though he noted it was a curbside purchase, they would me MAILED. This was not true and an outright lie. The Cary store could not correct the error and I had to cancel ther order and purchase online. THIS GUY IS THE WORSE!
