Carole Fraze: Once you walk into this Target your phone won’t work. If you’re charging your car the app can’t reach you nor can I receive phone calls. I’ve seen a couple of videos on YouTube explaining why Target does this. It’s not safe if there’s an emergency and if you own a Tesla you will incur idling fees since the app can’t reach you to let you know when you’re done charging. There’s never enough registers open and a line at self checkout , sometimes I don’t mind but sometimes I do, especially if I have perishable items. The employees have been helpful when I have needed help.
Tracy and Ryan: I found the cutest cross body cell phone purse for my event. Great, clean store. The fact that it's in walking distance to hotels, residential & the park in Midtown, says it all. And tons of parking.

The Target Representative Zenaeiah (apologies for misspelling the name) who was at the cash register looked at me and proceeded to tell me she was closed and motioned me to go to the other cash register. I was like oh okay and just stood in the self checkout lane. Then a Caucasian man came up and she told him I’m closed but I will take you.Now if that isn’t discrimination then let me know what it was…I had 10 items in my basket and didn’t give her any attitude when she rudely told me to go to the next register.But maybe she was having a bad day or just tired, but if you are going to tell one customer to go to the next register because you are closed then tell the next person I’m closed, “but I’ll ring you out”.I will be calling the store this week as I called for 20 minutes over and over again to try to get someone in the phone but no one ever picked up.

Upon arriving to pick it up I went inside and waited at the order pickup counter with my newborn baby. No one helped us, we stood there for at least 5-7 minutes. Switched the order to drive up because the baby was getting upset. Parked in drive up spot. Employee came outside and told me there had been a price change from 169 to 199 and if I wanted it for 169.99 I would have to come inside and argue my case. I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! I shouldn’t have to argue for anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tori bonifay: My card was charged twice at this target when I went to customer service. The customer service representative was on her phone. And told me that my card actually wasn’t charged twice. I tried to tell her that there was an error with the machine at that point she weighed to security and tells them that I am irate. Keep in mind I am completely calm. So this young white man comes over and he says that he security, and he to tells me that I am I right and then when I say once again that I am not upset at all , and I asked for his name, and the supervisor he tells me no. At that point to stop the situation from escalating any further, I just left and I will return tomorrow to speak to the store supervisor. I go to this target constantly I have never seen the security guard but I do not think that you should have a racist working your front. For him to tell me that I was irate simply because I asked a question and your customer service representative was literally on her phone not doin her job ,I contacted cooperate this was the weirdest situation ever

KW: I recently joined the cyclist life style, so I made a pit stop at REI Six Forks to pick up some equipment for my new bike. I was greeted with a smile and received white glove treatment. Kira assisted me along the way with product recommendations as she is an avid cyclist. She was amazing, and I appreciate the time she took to explain the purpose/value of certain equipment. I appreciate the excellent service at this location and will be back in the near future.
Brian Ratti: Probably the worst REI location for mens clothing. Looking for mens hiking shirts, I managed to find less than 10 total, excluding the REI. Same issue with shorts.

You guys were all so welcoming and warm which was very much needed for the time I was experiencing. Reid especially did an amazing job setting me up for success in order to live comfortably out of my car. He was very thoughtful and kept my best interests in mind when showing me around the store and picking out what I would and would not need. I’ve been to many REI stores and am a member, I can full heartedly say that this team fully exemplifies what I have come to benchmark as the REI experience and why I will only ever go to this outdoor store. You all showed me a kindness during a dark time in my life which I will never forget. Thanks again for providing both the products and knowledge I needed to be safe on the road.

Summer Hedges: We picked up a roof box that we ordered online. The team members encouraged us to park at the loading dock, helped us open the box, inspect for any issues, and walked us through installation and gave us a lot of tips for use. So friendly and helpful, even on a busy weekend day. If we had to figure it out on our own, I am sure it would take 3 times as long! This will enable us to take an awesome trip with our pups later this month!

Lifting Covered: I’m sharing my experience in case it helps others. I’m sure it didn’t help that. This is the first time I’ve ever been into this mixed use development area and it was nice weather on a Saturday, hence very crowded.I ordered a bike rack to pick up from this location. It took me some effort to figure out where to park, and my only option was the parking garage. For pick up, you need to stand in line for the regular checkout counter. When it was my turn, the associate was able to locate the rack and because of the size it was on a dolly. I asked if I am able to bring my car because I parked in the garage. The situation was new for them so they said I should be able to park in the curbside pick up spot and not get towedIf you do this, be prepared to go back inside to get your item, load it and then bring the dolly back to them. Next time I’ll either do curbside or go to another location that’s more easily accessible.

I received a receipt and went about my business.Next thing you know I went and scratched the grey substance off the back of the card to reveal the numbers and put it on the phone two weeks after because thats the normal time frame it is usually done. Come to find out there was nothing on the card no $45.00 only 0.00 so I went back to the same Walmart location where I purchased it and they kept telling me that there was nothing they could do and that there were no refunds.I said I am not trying to get a refund the money was never on the card.They the managers kept saying there is nothing they can do. I said there must be something that can be done. They looked at the receipt and said it show’s right here that the money was put on the card I said again there was nothing on the card. I had already gone to the phone company and they said they have heard about this happening before go back to Walmart and get your money back. That was told to me before I even went back to Walmart. After they saw I was serious about the matter and they kept going back and forth with me. Then I was told you can call 1-800-Walmart. SMH. They didn’t even want to consider the obvious which was some one either didn’t know how to put the amount on the prepaid card that said Walmart and the other company phone name and that you can put any where from $10-100 on the cardThis is a new type of phone card they started selling. Or that one of their employees is stealing. It’s one or the other . They told me they didn’t know where the money was transferred to. Me either that’s why I was there. They didn’t provide the money that was taken. . If you see this type of phone card I have described don’t buy it you may loose your money. Terrible,Terrible,Terrible!!!They didn’t seamed concerned about anything I said not even to investigate the matter or anything and that’s sad because if they have employed a thief you would think they would be concerned and want to get too the truth of the matter. Despite the presence of several open registers, the lines were long and moved at a snail's pace. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration, especially considering the large number of customers waiting to check out. Additionally, some registers were not properly functioning, leading to further delays and inconveniences.The cleanliness of the store was also subpar. I noticed trash and debris scattered in various areas, and certain sections of the store appeared neglected and in need of proper maintenance. This lack of cleanliness detracted from the overall shopping environment and gave the impression of a poorly managed establishment.Lastly, the prices at Walmart were not as competitive as I had expected. While some items may offer decent value, I found that many products were priced higher compared to other retailers in the area. This discrepancy made it difficult to justify the additional cost, particularly when combined with the unsatisfactory shopping experience.In conclusion, my visit to Walmart was far from satisfactory. The disorganized store layout, unhelpful staff, lengthy checkout process, lack of cleanliness, and uncompetitive pricing all contributed to a disappointing shopping experience. I hope that Walmart takes note of these shortcomings and works towards improving its overall customer service and store maintenance to meet the expectations of its patrons.

Terence: Usually their curbside pickup is reliable and good.But today, I waited in my car for over 45 minutes before I decided to go inside and just see if I could pick up my mobile order there. It was so chaotic as there was already a group of people standing there (all of whom have been waiting for their own curbside delivery orders for a while) seeing if they could get theirs in-person too.The workers were really no help. A bunch of them had their Airpods in and some were saying they were about to walk out. Not blaming the workers at all for saying stuff like that because it looked stressful and I'm pretty sure the system was down so that's why all of the problems were happening with Curbside pickup. And at one point, I think I did see someone just throw his vest off and walk out during the middle of it.I blame store management for letting it get to that point where workers are just walking out because it gets too stressful.Also, no one answers the phone. So I'll blame management for that too.I ended up getting a full refund through the general Walmart customer service phone line and my entire order compensated for free at another location since I waited so long. So, honestly, worth the trouble!
