Tomika Broughton: Consistently have issues with the manager there (dark hair, maybe Hispanic?) She will not accept returns if the tag is not attached to the clothes? Even if they are clearly unworn and in packaging, and THE TAG IS THERE! I am filing a complaint with corporate because it’s ridiculous. I do not have this issue at ANY other location.
Morgon W: Let me start by saying, this company will not receive another dime from me. I ordered clothes back in March before the shutdown. I received an email letting me know that my items will be held for 15 days after they reopen. I call today and they claimed to have returned everything and yet I still have the charge and no refund! This is outrageous! Not a single phone call or email informing that they were open and I could pick up my items!

Tanisha Greene: I came into this store on October 27th and tried to purchase some items. I was checking out and then all of a sudden the register froze after payment was drafted from my card. The lady at the register could not fix the issue and she asked for the manager Christine or Christina to fix the frozen register. However, the problem was NEVER fixed and the money was drafted from my account! She told me that it was a pending draft and that it should go back into my account and it never did. Called back up to the store the following day and a manager told me to call corporate to get my funds back. The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE!!! NOBODY was able to help my situation at all!!! Will NOT be returning!!!
Michelle Snyder: So annoyed! Every time I go into this location they are always slow or the registers are somehow backed up! Today they were having internet installed and the registers weren’t working. There were a few of us who had a break from work to stop in and pick up what we needed but we couldn’t get that done because who really has internet installed in a place of business without a back up plan to check customers out? I wasted 20 mins of my time standing there waiting. This is unacceptable and should not happen, not all of us have the time to stand around. I never have these problems at the holly springs store.

Julia Muir: I had a wonderful experience at Everything But Water. I needed some new bathing suits before leaving for a trip, and I had been putting it off for months due to my discomfort around my figure, but I went in with an open mind and I’m glad Gabby was there that day. She was very welcoming, had great energy and she was helpful, but not pushy. I left with two suits that I feel good about and I really appreciate Gabby’s help in making it a great experience!
Her Amber: I called this store looking for a specific swimsuit and spoke with Kim who was very helpful. The next day I went into the store to try on swimsuits even though they didn't have the color I wanted. Kim was there and was amazing! She pulled similar swimsuits for me that they had in stock to try on and others that she thought would work for me. That was greatly appreciated and I felt like I was talking to someone that completely understood what I was looking for. Throughout the pandemic, customer service has definitely declined in so many industries. So to walk into this store and be greeted and assisted by someone who actually wanted to help and listened to me and suggested other things was a breath of fresh air! Kim, thanks for being so helpful. This is one of the best shopping experiences I've had based off of customer service alone.

She was helpful without being intrusive or judgmental: she simply and professionally worked with me. I rarely experience that level of customer service in any retail setting anymore.With an extensive inventory, and superb customer service, this shop warrants a stop! andrew blake: Went into the store with my girlfriend trying to find new swimsuits for her before a beach trip and was highly unsatisfied with the customer service experience. The swimsuits were fine however the service was uncomfortable, rude, and very pressuring. They made her feel uncomfortable as they rudely suggested she get a bigger size before even trying the swimsuits on (she’s very fit and in good shape, not that that should matter) and proceeded to be overbearing the whole fitting process. Checkout was a disaster and embarrassing process as we were not able to use a gift card bc we didn’t know the EXACT balance for them to put into the computer. Bought and immediately returned. Second poor experience and won’t give an opportunity for a strike three.
Anna Munoz: If you're looking for a well made, nice feeling swim suit this is the spot for you. First of all, the manager of this store (Cat) is AMAZING! She went above & beyond to make sure I was happy & she was so helpful when trying on suits. Because the suits are higher quality don't expect low prices. Buyer remember, you get what you pay for & these suits are worth every penny.

Delores Ayers: A little pricey for clothing made in Bangladesh. The % off doesn't help when the item is exorbitantly priced from the get-go. Watch the quality!! The clothing is thin; even the sweaters. Not much to choose from. The customers that were there were scrambling and rambling through clearance racks, paying zero attention to the new stock. I suggest shopping Goodwill for kids' clothes.

In a packed store, that was clearly understaffed this was a waste of everyone's time for a less than $20 return. Won't be back and encourage others to avoid as well.

Harper “oh yeah yeah” Ku: Genuinely horrible experience at the register. Im 18 and work at the Macys next door and I cant think of any reason the employees would be this rude. I was standing for 5 minutes at the register holding my items with no line before one of the three girls in a loud conversation behind the counter noticed. She asked if I needed something in an extremely rude manner like I was interrupting their conversation. While she was ringing me up she continued her conversation with the other workers and did not say anything to me. I had to wait for her to finish talking to give her the money for my purchase and she did not say a single word to me so I just walked away while she continued her conversation. Salesperson and Cashier number #677942. I have not had an experience this bad at any store and will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in any circumstance.

Disrespect and discourtesy is all that is in this location, seems that all Walmart has to offer these days. It all starts at management, it’s very telling…

Michael Elliott: Living on campus without a car? Then this is one of the few markets within walking distances. It does the job.
G O: Prices are more expensive at this target than online and in other target locations. Even basic items like toothpaste were $2 more in this location than online (same exact toothpaste).
Colin Savage: Convenient location BUT expect to pay for the convenience at the register. Prices are definitely higher compared to more traditional Target locations.
Todd B.: The store is a great location as a student but the panhandling is horrible. Every time I go to this target, I have been stopped by a person sitting outside near the entrance.

Mansoor: First time shopping at this location. Still surprised this became a target because at one time when I went to NCSU it was a bowling alley. Just did a drive up pickup to this location. The other target location did not have it any. They have a side underneath parking for pickup and if you come shopping. Parking time limit looked like max 1 hr shopping parking . Any way employee came out quick greeted me in car and he was masked. Overall for drive-up pickup I would do again. Note they only have 2 spots permanent and during holiday season more.
carter oliver: I LOVE this target!! It is the perfect size convenience store! That’s really what it is; it’s a large college convenience store. It has just about everything a college student will need in their day-to-day life, from groceries to beer, to bedding and other useful items.

Anakay Johnson: I live less than a 5mins walk from this target so I was here yesterday evening shopping and there was nobody on the sales floor, when I finally saw someone in the beverage/produce section I was ignored so I just walked away and continued looking for what I needed I continued into the school supply area where I could’ve heard the cashier greeting everyone which I found was nice but, when I got up there she greeted the person In front of me and then I proceeded to greet her politely with a smile, she Stared me right in the eye and looked me up and down with a bad look and then proceeded to greet the person behind me, I felt so bad I was even considering if I should’ve bought the stuff I had (but it was a emergency) so I just got my stuff and left quickly I felt really bad…they need proper training on discrimination because everyone should be treated fairly no matter their race/color. I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore.

Amber Carter: I went here 6 times for my son for his uniforms in one week. The 7th time I come back to exchange items! But then security is called and then they tried to act like they didn’t just do that. I will always always go to the Crabtree location from this point forward. Just lost a customer for being racist or maybe just plain ignorant you never know anymore !!! If I could give zero stars I would because the amount of money I have poured into here could’ve went to Crabtree!

Carole Fraze: Once you walk into this Target your phone won’t work. If you’re charging your car the app can’t reach you nor can I receive phone calls. I’ve seen a couple of videos on YouTube explaining why Target does this. It’s not safe if there’s an emergency and if you own a Tesla you will incur idling fees since the app can’t reach you to let you know when you’re done charging. There’s never enough registers open and a line at self checkout , sometimes I don’t mind but sometimes I do, especially if I have perishable items. The employees have been helpful when I have needed help.
Tracy and Ryan: I found the cutest cross body cell phone purse for my event. Great, clean store. The fact that it's in walking distance to hotels, residential & the park in Midtown, says it all. And tons of parking.

The Target Representative Zenaeiah (apologies for misspelling the name) who was at the cash register looked at me and proceeded to tell me she was closed and motioned me to go to the other cash register. Then a Caucasian man came up and she told him I’m closed but I will take you.Now if that isn’t discrimination then let me know what it was…I had 10 items in my basket and didn’t give her any attitude when she rudely told me to go to the next register.But maybe she was having a bad day or just tired, but if you are going to tell one customer to go to the next register because you are closed then tell the next person I’m closed, “but I’ll ring you out”.I will be calling the store this week as I called for 20 minutes over and over again to try to get someone in the phone but no one ever picked up.

Precious Jackson: Imagine checking out just to have an employee come up to you, open the bag you’re purchasing, and pull all the stuffing out of it like you don’t know what they’re implying by doing that. I used to come to this location all the time but I will not anymore.
Halle Zockoll: Went to Raleigh Central Target to pick up a freezer I already paid for online for 169.99. Upon arriving to pick it up I went inside and waited at the order pickup counter with my newborn baby. No one helped us, we stood there for at least 5-7 minutes. Switched the order to drive up because the baby was getting upset. Parked in drive up spot. Employee came outside and told me there had been a price change from 169 to 199 and if I wanted it for 169.99 I would have to come inside and argue my case. I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! I shouldn’t have to argue for anything. Absolutely ridiculous.
Rachel Brew: Needed the nursing room. Asked 3 employees and management to open the room and no one ever came. Felt like no one cared.
Thalia Rose: I have never been able to get my drive up order without waiting AT LEAST 25 minutes only to deal with rude staff not saying a single word to me when shoving a bag in my car.

Tori bonifay: My card was charged twice at this target when I went to customer service. The customer service representative was on her phone. And told me that my card actually wasn’t charged twice. I tried to tell her that there was an error with the machine at that point she weighed to security and tells them that I am irate. Keep in mind I am completely calm. So this young white man comes over and he says that he security, and he to tells me that I am I right and then when I say once again that I am not upset at all , and I asked for his name, and the supervisor he tells me no. At that point to stop the situation from escalating any further, I just left and I will return tomorrow to speak to the store supervisor. I go to this target constantly I have never seen the security guard but I do not think that you should have a racist working your front. For him to tell me that I was irate simply because I asked a question and your customer service representative was literally on her phone not doin her job ,I contacted cooperate this was the weirdest situation ever
