Lilly Shannon: We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!

When I finally took them out, I found that they really did not fit me well, but because of the holidays I was not able to get to the store within the 60 day return period. On top of that, I had also lost my receipt. Fast forward to early January and I took a shot and brought my three shirts back to the store and Kelly, who was amazing, totally made everything right and helped me find replacement shirts, and even an additional shirt that I really liked. Amazing customer service! Thank you, Kelly!

Last month, I asked if they had a NAVY BLUE SUIT in the Milano fit. Nope. Not a single one. Today, a plain white shirt with French cuffs. Nope. How on earth can you expect to stay in business when you don't stock the most common suit color on earth in your most modern fit? I'd think if Brooks Brothers had only two items in stock, one would be a modern-fitting navy suit. Unbelievable.

Dave Kuntarich: Brooks Brothers and Nordstrom’s have become my favorite stores for dress shirts, casual shirts, sweaters and slacks. They have earned my business due to their continuing to offer good, solid “department store quality” goods that are no longer available at Belks, Macy’s and now even Joseph A Banks’ stores. The Brooks Brothers Crabtree store is well laid out, making it easy to find the items I am shopping for each visit. My experience with their customer service and sales staff has always been positive. I personally tend to duck away from salespeople until I need assistance of some sort, but they always have multiple people ready to jump in when needed. Five stars from me!

Jonathon Anderson: Phenomenal customer service from start to finish. The second my Fiancé and I stepped in the door we were greeted, asked what we were looking for, and how they could help. We were shown all of the options available based on my preferences, allowed the opportunity to try the products on, was offered advice on color choices and sizing, and ultimately walked away excited about my purchase. The process would have taken me about 30 minutes to an hour without assistance, but they got us in-and-out in under 15. Flawless experience from start to finish. Thank you, guys! I’ll definitely be recommending your store to everyone I know.

For Christmas 2020 I received a $100 Visa gift card and wanted to take advantage of the sale Brooks Brothers advertised. So I called to order three shirts. The order was $113.51. I called and a call center (sounded like India) could not figure out how to split payment between two cards. So I called again, got someone else who processed the order in a (what I mistakingly thought) flawless manor. Two weeks goes by - no shirts. So I called - closed. So I email - get an automated response saying they have my order, being shipped. So I wait 4 more weeks (not at more than 6 weeks) - email again. Email says I need to call. I call and they say could not process the $100 gift card. Since order was done I threw away the card.....so now filing a BBB complaint....should not be out $100 because of their inability to process a payment or communicate. FRUSTRATING!

Her level of customer service was “top shelf.” May I add that she was working the store by herself and managed to help everyone with a hello and thank you in spite of being by herself. The fishing side is good the old folks clothes are a hard pass.

I was on hold for 20+ min starting at 12:55 pm with no checking-in. Plus, the employee who answered acted like she did not want to do her job.

They used to be a value oriented company that had clothes slightly lower quality than the major stores for a much lower price.Now the quality is so bad that it feels comparable to Shein or Wish clothing. But the prices are the same as regular major brands. Not good. For instance, their clothes are lower in quality than Targets store brand, yet it's almost twice the price.They are constantly having 50% off sales. And at that point the prices are about what they should be every day. I'm not sure who is running this company, but they need to choose if they want to be premium clothing with premium pricing or cheap clothing with cheap prices. Right now they are trying to do both and it's not working.

Curtis Boyd: Just in short. I went in there last night to get a fitting. The store was severely under staffed. And the bathroom was horrible. This is after I drove 50 miles to this store. I left and went to another store.
Mark Orner: I had purchased a new suit here several times over the years. When I purchased my new suit several months ago, I had top notch service, from Nick who went out of his way to help me. I needed a new button up shirt, so I just ordered it online, since I had my measurements from my old shirt and I was buying the same fit and brand. Well when it came in the sleeves were about 2 inches short. No big deal things happen and I will just take it back to the store. Everything was going fine when the lady looks at me strange for asking to try on the shirt before I leave. I was told we don't unpin shirts and let you try them on. I said so I have to try it on at home and if it doesn't fit bring it back until we get it right. She said, yes that's correct. I said when I bought my suit 3 months ago the gentleman unpinned 5 shirts so I could try then on to see fit and color. She might as well called me a liar, since she said they don't do that there. Anyway this is the last time I ever shop there or any of their stores. In what world do you shop at a clothing store, but you aren't allowed to try on the clothes. This is absolutely ridiculous. My wedding is in two weeks and I will be looking elsewhere for my new suit. I really liked the Men's Warehouse and employees like Nick who make your shopping experience great all get ruined because some employees like this lady who obviously hate her job and are too lazy to help you.

The individual told us from the beginning they didn’t have the suit we needed so why would he have taken off his hoodie 🤔 The best thing for us to do was exit that store respectfully as we don’t carry ourselves in that manner to deal with such foolishness. Please teach your staff to watch who they talk to like that. It could have gone another way if I would had returned the same energy to that team member. What’s very sad is usually it’s the customers that are angry and the problem, we were happily shopping minding our business looking around when this individual walked back up to us talking junk. Good luck to whoever decides to shop at this location.

They unfortunately missed out on a good sale if customer service would have been better. Will not be recommending or returning.

Ashley Miller: Just came in today on a time crunch before work to grab some foundation and powder from the MAC counter, and there was only one associate working there. She was an older blonde lady wearing black Prada glasses with humongous eyelashes with a foreign accent. She was placing eyelashes on another customer so my daughter and I figured it shouldn’t take too long, we matched our colors and couldn’t find anyone other than her working so I approached her and asked where tog ran the product, as I was on this time crunch before work. She told me she was only placing lashes and it would be five minutes. She had taken a break from the previous clients lash strips to come ask what we needed, I had told her two of the shades of things we needed (I didn’t have the third matched yet), so she grabbed them and placed them by her with her client and went back to the lash client. I matched the third product and waited patiently while my daughter was picking out a lip color. Another associate showed up to clock in (long dark hair and bold cute makeup, black shirt and a double nose hoop ring in and light grey acid washed looking jeans) and she helped get my daughters two products and started ringing up the sales (they were separate orders). The the first blonde associate came up to her at the register and made her let her ring in one of the orders so she could get credit for the sale. The girl with the dark hair let her and bowed out with Grace, however, if I were her, I would have not let the blonde because she was too busy taking 15 minutes to put lashes on the other client to finish helping us and cash us out. I’d really like to leave this review in hope the blonde doesn’t keep doing this to other associates and the dark haired girl gets more credit. I work in the service industry and I know how annoyed I get when I just get to work and someone immediately asks me for something and I haven’t even fully gotten ready for my job, but she was so sweet and nice and gladly helped us immediately with no attitude or annoyed demeanor. Kudos to the dark haired girl, and shame on the blonde.

The lady was at the register talking to 2 other associates and apparently I interrupted the personal conversation because I wanted to pay for my item. I then had the nerve to bring her an item without the proper tag on it and said to me “how am I supposed to ring this up?” I really don’t think that’s the customers problem and i would think between the 3 of them, they could figure out what to do. She told me I need to go back and find one with a tag and then come back. Her tone and the manners in which she spoke to me was very unnecessary. Needless to say, I walked out of the store and I will not go back. And you wonder why department stores are failing?

Kimberly Montalvo: They have the “extended hours” closing at 10 but by 9:30 lights shut off and music cut off. They practically kicked us out in the middle of our Christmas shopping. So why have it open til 10.
Teri Carpenter: Terrible customer service at this location! I placed an order for two items and drove 30 minutes to pick it up right at opening. I, of course, wanted to try them on before driving all the way home and was met with clearly an attitude from the manager on duty. She said “we have them closed since there is no one to watch them”. I stated I had already purchased the items and just needed to make sure they fit and she seemed completely annoyed by the fact. There’s a reason I avoid this location at all costs but unfortunately the one closer to me did not have my items.

Pamela Fonseca: It was 7pm and they closed the fitting room when there was maybe 3 people in the store. When I asked the girl if she could open it she said no. I told her you guys close at nine so there’s no reason for it to be closed right now and she said that there was nobody to watch it even though I saw about five employees just walking around. I know one of them could’ve went to the fitting room. They were just very rude and unprofessional. I will not be shopping at old navy after this.

I had to wait another 20 plus minutes and decided to drop my stuff and go. I use to love Belks but this store has took a turn for the worse. It would be nice to see more staffing a d well trained and friendly welcoming staff.trying to support the store by showing here vs anaxon or any other retailer. Please do better.

eli lara: i was looking at eye cream and a worker came up to me asked me if i need assistance and i repeatedly said no, she followed me to the perfumes and just stood there starring for about 10 minutes then asked me if i wanted to check out i said “no not yet, thanks” then she gave me a disgusted look and said“ok but you got the eye cream from over right?” like yes you were literally following me and starring at stop acting like you weren’t. I didn’t end up buying the eye cream because she ruined my mood. Thanks belk, for wasting my time.
Stefan Kowalewski: Department store shopping must be on a decline. Selection of items isn't what it used to be. The staff is sparse. Finding an open regards to check out can be a challenge at times
Bryan Kristoffer de la Silva: The prices are very reasonable, but I felt a bit congested inside with the sheer number of merchandise they offer. Finding a specific item can be an arduous task with all the products around, and there does not seem to be enough staff to answer questions.

He asked other people, he offered to look online, he offered to coordinate shipping from other Belk's. I appreciate so much his sincere effort to help me. I was also offered help finding a shorter check out line when I was ready to make my purchase. I appreciated so much the service received during my visit, I will make sure to come back to buy clothes and home goods in the future.
