William Teach: The manager is rude and condescending today, 7/2/23. I wanted to exchange a pair I bought that was a little too small, was told that the pair I picked out was only for the 1st pair for buy one second half price. It's a pain having to know that when you just want some shoes, and, instead of being polite, she was snippy and rude. It would have been easy to simply do the 2nd pair, which was only $69, but, no, she had to treat a customer with a poor attitude. So, the store will get both pairs back, and I can take my business elsewhere, somewhere that isn't awful.
Highly Blessed: Burgundy shirt was EXTREMELY rude; visited today and I asked a simple question about a croc and she was upset. I called another rack room manager on the phone to verify what I was saying about the discount, and she tried to switch her story up. Then when I was walking out she was laughing at the situation with another worker (green shirt, woman) not to mention, I was not greeted or asked if I needed help; as other rack rooms does.

We found the little girl shoes area but nothing was really in it's place and all over and there really wasn't that great of a selection. As we find the shoes she wants we start looking for the size and see a bunch of size 2s out of reach. As I start looking for employees I don't have to look far as 4 of them are within eye sight talking and laughing. As I start waving my arm at them to get their attention they scatter and seem perturbed that I asked for help.The store in general looked in disarray.

Tracy Mashburn: Associates we’re talking to each other when I asked if a particular shoe and came in a wide width. She seemed annoyed and came over pulled the tag and walked off, not even speaking to me. Came back and gave me an answer, but still seemed annoyed. The cashier was not personable at all, no greeting, didn’t even look up at us. Told her I had rewards and she just said the system was down and couldn’t give them to me. I pressed and another associate said the system was fine and she was able to find my rewards. Got the shoes home and there are 2 different sizes in one of the 4 boxes…now my daughter has to go back and have them rectify that issue. There seems to be a gross lack of customer service anymore.

N Harris: I ordered earrings online for a wedding. I received an email that my earrings had arrived at the store. When I went to pick the earrings up the employee told me that they had been picked up already. Most places make you show ID before picking up merchandise. I’m assuming Aldo does not do that or that one of the employees stole my earrings. I contacted corporate. Corporate told me that the district manager would contact me. That was a joke. I haven’t heard anything about this situation. I’ve spent lots of money at Aldo throughout the years but they won’t get another dime of my money. Trashy service.

The whole time she was there, not a single bit of friendliness and when we were checking out, she looked annoyed. Before she finished checking us out, she asked her coworker to take over without saying anything to us. Maybe I'm being picky but coming from customer service, that is not how you treat your customers. Forgot to mention, the whole time she was checking us out, she had her phone on speaker. Kaylene Clayton: I can go on and on about how wonderful of a business Mobley's Shoes is. They have a large selection of quality kid's (and women's) shoes. My kids often get distracted, and the process of buying the right shoe size can be frustrating. At Mobley's, they get measured and fitted in a shoe without you having to do anything. Clifton is so personable and my kids just love getting measured and picking shoes to try. We are in and out in 15 minutes or less. Hassle free and wonderful shoes. Fairly priced. The store is clean and vibrant. Overall a wonderful family-owned business to support.

Betsy Johnson: Very friendly staff. Everyone wore face masks which made me feel better taking our 1 year old to find new shoes. They have a good selection of children's shoes, I wish they had more without velcro and more that were gender neutral. They sized my daughter's little foot and we purchased two pairs. There are some other stores that have kids shoes for less but I liked that Mobley's measure for their correct size and we were able to get shoes in wide.

B. Bowen: Definitely a great locally owned shoe shop that has great customer service! Mobley's Shoes does a great job to help you only find what your looking for, and the shoes are fairly priced. They also do not carry any shoes that are not worth the money. So go take a look. I bet you'll be satisfied!!!
Allie Thurkill (Sock Thief): My two year old has extra wide Fred Flintstone feet, and ordering from the Stride Rite site is irritating at best. It usually involves at least one return, and waiting several days for a response from customer service if you have a question. We were in and out of Mobley's in less than ten minutes. The woman that helped us took his measurements and recommended a shoe based on what I was looking for. The first size she brought out fit perfectly (I knew this because my son took off running through the store as soon as I got them on), so we checked out and that was it. SO glad we found this place!

Yasmin Monroe: I went in this store today and have never felt so disrespected in my life. There was a gentleman (I use that term lightly) at the front of the store talking to a woman (She was white. I make that point for a reason). I am not sure if she was a customer, but this man, who I later found out was the supervisor, never said hello or acknowledged me at all. This same man then came right in front of me on the next row and stayed on that row facing me for about 10 minutes (I felt like he was watching me), but he still did not acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help. I honestly would have ignored all of this, but after looking around the store about another 10 minutes, I went back to the original aisle I was on to make sure I didn't want to purchase another pair of shoes. There were two white women on that row with me (Very close to me). The gentleman I previously mentioned asked both of those women if they needed help and walked right past me. I am African American and I am not one to immediately go to the race card, but I have never been so blatantly discriminated against in my whole life. I immediately put down the shoes I was considering, went to another employee who was stocking a few rows over, and told her what happened. I asked her who the gentleman was and imagine my surprise when she said he was the supervisor. I regrettably did not get either of the employees names, but I couldn't let this go without leaving this review. This review should have been no stars instead of one. I will be reaching out to corporate.

On this particular trip I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe and found one but it was a slightly over what I wanted to pay. I still decided to buy it. When I got to the register the cashier stated that these could be on sale and checked for me and sure enough they were. I saved about $25 and walked away. Very happy customer. The Store is a huge Warehouse, mostly "Help Yourself" but friendly Staff is available if need help! My Daughter assited me in finding several assorted Brands to try on! But "Croc's" won out, with room for "Good Feet" Orthodic and Cover Insole! Was Comfy with a Back Strap that slid over the Arch to make a Fabulous slide in House Shoe, Love them! "I'm So Happy" I'll be Back!

I get it, although update your hours (although perhaps that’s why this is being done). Total distaste for DSW and any store, the manager should work if you don’t have staff (I manage a restaurant so I very much understand).

A HOU 2: I wish I could have started recording before I did.The shoe dept., On new hope church rd. Raleigh. NC. SMH. I Normally shop here. I was just escorted out of the store, by security after only being in the store for 5 min or less. The woman was extremely mean from. The moment I stepped in the store. I started recording and all the talk stopped, but at that moment the security was being summoned. Before I could make my purchase, that I rode the city bus to make, I was lied on first, said I was asked to leave when the security arrived. Escorted out, and threatened by the play police. Embarrassing, unethical, unnecessary, and some type of disciplinary action should take place or should be looked into at this location. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
Beth Levine: Wendy provided superb service! I was there with a client in a wheelchair. I called ahead of time to see if anyone would be available to help get my client from the car into her wheelchair and Wendy immediately said she would do so! Then, once in the store and I told her what we were looking for, she selected the perfect shoe, and then helped my client transfer back into the car. All of this made what at first seemed like a potentially undoable task go seamlessly. Thank-you, Wendy!!

They did not have a correct size of shoes and offered me to ship the one to my house. When I got home a couple days later, I saw the shoes with the correct size on the box, the the shoes was a wrong size. I did not understand how people could make a mistake like this. Don't they even check the size before shipping?Now the problem becomes that I have to return the shoes in the store since I purchased it in store. There is no way I could get a refund unless I take this shoes and show up in a store. And there is no store around where I live. Really inconvenient and helpless custom service. Will never get anything from them again.

R J Brown: I used to love and own so many clogs and sandals. But now that their footwear is made outside of the USA, the quality of their products have gone soo far downhill. My Clarks used to last for over 5 years or more. But anything of theirs I have purchased that is made in a foreign country may last 2 years or less if you are lucky. I no longer purchase their footwear. 30% of my footwear collection was Clarks until their quality became non-existent but their prices remained highly inflated. So disappointed in this company products.There 3 tiers of Clarks and most stores choose to stock the low grade Clarks. Make sure to inquire before you purchase your shoes. Want to know how to only purchase the high end Clarks and find out how to know the difference contact Lee Shoe store and speak to one of the owners. Knowledge is Power.

Ta-Von Valentine: I was in the store and the store looked awful. You couldn’t really tell that anyone was there working. I eventually found Sam asked her where the non slip shoes were and she looked like she didn’t really want to help me, nor put her phone down. Her response was: “it’s on the last isle”. Eventually, another girl assisted me instead. When I got up to the register, Sam and a 3rd lady were sitting around and barely acknowledged me until I said I was ready to check out. They really need some better customer service.

Tara Johnson: I had an extremely bad experience at this store. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I tried to return several pairs of shoes i ordered online. The store would not accept my return (even though I had my shipping receipt and I was within the 60 day return window). The assistant manager was extremely rude. Also, once I walked out of the store, the store locked their doors early (they locked their doors at 8:43pm - the store is scheduled to close at 9pm). The store locked their doors early on purpose.

Aaron Hawkins: It's fine. It's a Rack Room Shoes, same as all the others. I will say this one had a somewhat limited stock compared to the location I was in the day before.
Fr Ca: Wasn't very much of a selection. The other rack room stores I have been to have a clearance section. This one did not! Really surprised me seeing how this location is in a busy area!

Folayan M.: Rack room has a "ok" selection but doesn't get new inventory very often. The BOGO thing has been daily for years but the shoe prices are so marked up that it steal doesn't feel like a deal compared to competing stores. Not sure if I will visit again.
Amber Marie: Not a good selection of shoes: limited options for dress shoes non open toed & didn't have a good variety of sizes, so anything I found that I liked , couldn't get it (I ended up going to a different location and quickly found what I needed).
OVERKILL: My first time was Awesome and because my mom works there now and I found a pair of cowboy boots size 13 in men and just for that I am going to give her a 5 out of 5 Stars.

Falan E: I find that this location is known for poor customer service. The store should be run with self check out services if there isn't a real threat of theft. The staff interact with one another but never gesture to even say hi to its customers. I've experienced this on numerous occasions. Seem unhappy with assisting customers. I guess all their time and energy is on keeping the store organized and clean because that's all I've ever noticed.

I drive 30min to come to the store and arrived at 10:00am and when I called them, she said Ooh sorry, we open at 11!!! I asked to give my order from the door since you can’t leave the store and she said no I can’t!!How about me!! I was driving 30min and I have to go to my work!Staying another one hour doesn’t matter for you because you don’t respect your customers!!CHANGE YOUR HOURS POLICY!
