Ashley Miller: Just came in today on a time crunch before work to grab some foundation and powder from the MAC counter, and there was only one associate working there. She was an older blonde lady wearing black Prada glasses with humongous eyelashes with a foreign accent. She was placing eyelashes on another customer so my daughter and I figured it shouldn’t take too long, we matched our colors and couldn’t find anyone other than her working so I approached her and asked where tog ran the product, as I was on this time crunch before work. She told me she was only placing lashes and it would be five minutes. She had taken a break from the previous clients lash strips to come ask what we needed, I had told her two of the shades of things we needed (I didn’t have the third matched yet), so she grabbed them and placed them by her with her client and went back to the lash client. I matched the third product and waited patiently while my daughter was picking out a lip color. Another associate showed up to clock in (long dark hair and bold cute makeup, black shirt and a double nose hoop ring in and light grey acid washed looking jeans) and she helped get my daughters two products and started ringing up the sales (they were separate orders). The the first blonde associate came up to her at the register and made her let her ring in one of the orders so she could get credit for the sale. The girl with the dark hair let her and bowed out with Grace, however, if I were her, I would have not let the blonde because she was too busy taking 15 minutes to put lashes on the other client to finish helping us and cash us out. I’d really like to leave this review in hope the blonde doesn’t keep doing this to other associates and the dark haired girl gets more credit. I work in the service industry and I know how annoyed I get when I just get to work and someone immediately asks me for something and I haven’t even fully gotten ready for my job, but she was so sweet and nice and gladly helped us immediately with no attitude or annoyed demeanor. Kudos to the dark haired girl, and shame on the blonde.
Queen D: Very chill vibes at the bottom where the perfume section was. The lady who helped me pick out a perfume was so sweet that she even gave me free samples and put my things in a cute display box. Will recommend going and dealing with her and her only wish I got her name. I would've included it here. She was amazing and made my experience so much better.

Lena Bjorner-Janes: My one star review is from my experience today May 28, 2023. I have never been treated as rudely and demeaning as today while shopping in activewear. The lady was at the register talking to 2 other associates and apparently I interrupted the personal conversation because I wanted to pay for my item. I then had the nerve to bring her an item without the proper tag on it and said to me “how am I supposed to ring this up?” I really don’t think that’s the customers problem and i would think between the 3 of them, they could figure out what to do. She told me I need to go back and find one with a tag and then come back. Her tone and the manners in which she spoke to me was very unnecessary. Needless to say, I walked out of the store and I will not go back. And you wonder why department stores are failing?
CM WH: No ventilation in the bathroom so it’s got a lot of biological fragrances going on in there with no chance of escape. Also, why is there only ONE working sink???

Terri Moore: Great selection of clothes but it's overwhelming so I just gave up and left. You can't turn around without bumping into a rack. How you're supposed to find anything in this store is beyond me. The finer clothes are fewer and have more room but the "normal person" clothes are packed in tighter than sardines which just makes shopping difficult and totally not fun. Back to online shopping I go.

I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE IN THIS STORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! In that other brands have better options. I’m disappointed.

Felicia Ruth: I have been in here multiple times without anyone speaking to me as I walk to the store not one employee acknowledging me or asking me if I need help. Today I went in. The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

They were working, but they weren’t (if that makes sense). I went in there intending to purchase some Wedges, but ALL of their shoes were unorganized and everywhere. I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.
K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.
Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

The clearance pricing are excellent. The store is spotless and well-kept. The personnel is courteous, and the one-day sale is the best.
Cynthia Bethune-Odom: I've been wearing Old Navy since its inception but today, I may reconsider this. I called this location today to see if there was a shirt in stock for a friend. I was on hold for 20+ min starting at 12:55 pm with no checking-in. Plus, the employee who answered acted like she did not want to do her job.
Jay Lay: Store was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. So this store in particular is a good one.But Old Navy generally has spun out of control. They used to be a value oriented company that had clothes slightly lower quality than the major stores for a much lower price.Now the quality is so bad that it feels comparable to Shein or Wish clothing. But the prices are the same as regular major brands. Not good. For instance, their clothes are lower in quality than Targets store brand, yet it's almost twice the price.They are constantly having 50% off sales. And at that point the prices are about what they should be every day. I'm not sure who is running this company, but they need to choose if they want to be premium clothing with premium pricing or cheap clothing with cheap prices. Right now they are trying to do both and it's not working.
Melissa Pulley: This Old Navy is a nice location with a good selection variety. While it was sometimes hard to tell which sale signs applied to which clothing racks, there were good deals to be found.The clothing racks (except for the clearance section) were largely tidy and in order.

Mariss: I haven't shopped at the Gap since I relocated from New York. Gap has stood the test of the time as one of the highest quality denim retail stores. Their quality is unmatched. I have been shopping their factory locations and retail locations for years. I especially like to shop for my daughter and children here. My daughter is making way into her preteen year and Joseph helped us with figuring out her new denim size now that she no longer shops in the Kids section.The denim fit perfectly and Joseph checked on us while in the fitting room periodically. I used my Gap Cash promotion paired with 30% off and saved $80 off today! Joseph deserves a promotion.
Miss Tee: Gap has been around forever. Overrated if you ask me! Need to come down on the prices for newborns. A pair of jeans can be anywhere between 25 on up. Crazy. Unless you catch a good sale. Nothing to brag about.

Summer Harvey: I went into rainbow today with my husband, not knowing that they closed at 6pm. The workers were yelling at the customers every 5 minutes that they were about to close and they needed to make their way to checkout. One of the workers walked up to a lady beside me and my husband and she said we are closing soon please make your way to checkout. The lady told her she heard the announcement please don't be rude and she will be ready in a moment. When I got to checkout, the worker was talking about the lady rudely in front of us. Also she came to work with a wig cap on. That is very unprofessional. She needs to be fired.Jun 21st...I bought some shorts back to see if I could make a return or exchange. I made sure I had the tags and receipts because last time she asked me to get the tags from my car in order to make an return. She looked in the bag and she said I could not return in because the tags were no longer attached but last time I made a return the tags weren't attached either. This older woman with dreads is rude and disrespectful to all customers and shows no customer service what so ever.

joanna Guevara: I went to rainbow 20mins before they were gonna close, and they thought that I didn’t speak English so they started talking about me thinking I didn’t understand, one worker yelled to her Spanish speaking coworker from across the store saying “you should’ve told her in your language” and proceeded to yell to me “10minutes” , I actually just needed to get something last minute and it was still 20mins which I didn’t even take that long in there and wasn’t planning to, the worker didn’t hear her though and another coworker nearby yelled “if I knew how to say it I would’ve been told her when she walked through the door” they continued to just directly insult me to my face as if I wasn’t even there, so I ended up not even getting anything in disbelief that they had really said all those things not thinking if maybe I actually did speak English so I just said thankyou and left.then as I was leaving they had taken in some customers way close to closing and still let them shop.

Jennifer McFarland: Store was clean however several staff working only one register open. The music that was playing was full of cuss words. Inappropriate for a business.
Kelly Griffin: Really love their selection and prices (the prices are amazing honestly). They have an awesome spectrum of sizes to fit everyone, and it's always very fashionable pieces no matter the size. They have kids clothes now too! And I really love their underwear and bra selection! And they have so much more too besides just clothes and shoes!!
Linda Lazarus: The prices are great, but the return policy sucks and the fitting rooms are closed.
Ashley Beltran: The girl working in there jasmine was so rude!! Was on the phone the whole time ! She didn't want to service us. She talked to her coworker very disrespectfully! She made me not want to buy anything!

Lorene Currin: I love Old Navy, but I thought the store was a mess and not very organized. I usually go to the one at New Hope Commons in Durham. It's much nicer!

Coffee Brown-Gardner: Customer service at this location is not good, you should not have customers waiting for a dressing room when you have a total of 8 dressing rooms and only choose to open 3.

Kimberly Montalvo: They have the “extended hours” closing at 10 but by 9:30 lights shut off and music cut off. They practically kicked us out in the middle of our Christmas shopping. So why have it open til 10.
Teri Carpenter: Terrible customer service at this location! I placed an order for two items and drove 30 minutes to pick it up right at opening. I, of course, wanted to try them on before driving all the way home and was met with clearly an attitude from the manager on duty. She said “we have them closed since there is no one to watch them”. I stated I had already purchased the items and just needed to make sure they fit and she seemed completely annoyed by the fact. There’s a reason I avoid this location at all costs but unfortunately the one closer to me did not have my items.

Pamela Fonseca: It was 7pm and they closed the fitting room when there was maybe 3 people in the store. When I asked the girl if she could open it she said no. I told her you guys close at nine so there’s no reason for it to be closed right now and she said that there was nobody to watch it even though I saw about five employees just walking around. I know one of them could’ve went to the fitting room. They were just very rude and unprofessional. I will not be shopping at old navy after this.

Judith Amerson: Vert busy and items all picked thru, BUT is the season. Seriously, I found exactly what I needed. Cashier #3006057 was amazing. Very nice and pleasant. Stopped by again today, March 5, and found what I needed and saved $60. I love it.
