The part handled by the staff during processing included repeated miscommunications a lack of communication between staff members and ultimately a full month to replace two watch batteries. And the price was far too high $65 to a jeweler that wasn't even on site. Somewhere in the midwest. How do you cll yourself a jewelry store with emo on staff jeweler. Never again.

I did look at me strange as I was leaving I later found out why. I received a receipt and went about my business.Next thing you know I went and scratched the grey substance off the back of the card to reveal the numbers and put it on the phone two weeks after because thats the normal time frame it is usually done. Come to find out there was nothing on the card no $45.00 only 0.00 so I went back to the same Walmart location where I purchased it and they kept telling me that there was nothing they could do and that there were no refunds.I said I am not trying to get a refund the money was never on the card.They the managers kept saying there is nothing they can do. I said there must be something that can be done. They looked at the receipt and said it show’s right here that the money was put on the card I said again there was nothing on the card. I had already gone to the phone company and they said they have heard about this happening before go back to Walmart and get your money back. That was told to me before I even went back to Walmart. After they saw I was serious about the matter and they kept going back and forth with me. Then I was told you can call 1-800-Walmart. SMH. They didn’t even want to consider the obvious which was some one either didn’t know how to put the amount on the prepaid card that said Walmart and the other company phone name and that you can put any where from $10-100 on the cardThis is a new type of phone card they started selling. Or that one of their employees is stealing. It’s one or the other . They told me they didn’t know where the money was transferred to. Me either that’s why I was there. They didn’t provide the money that was taken. . If you see this type of phone card I have described don’t buy it you may loose your money. Terrible,Terrible,Terrible!!!They didn’t seamed concerned about anything I said not even to investigate the matter or anything and that’s sad because if they have employed a thief you would think they would be concerned and want to get too the truth of the matter. If you think your gift-giver may have purchased the item outside the return window, don't help Kohls try to look it up. Just tell them no receipt.I tried to be helpful and use the gift-givers phone number to locate the receipt. Since they found it and it was outside the return window, they denied my return. If I would have NOT been helpful trying to find this, they would have allowed a return for me with no receipt. But since they found it, now I was forced to drag my heavy oversized return item back to my vehicle, while pregnant.Very poor customer service and poor customer experience.This is exactly the kind of service that will be the death of retail. Shop at Amazon.

Dr. Tamara Thomas: Store 0466 - Falls of Neuse - Associate Kayla at register 4 wiped her nose with her hands, refused to use hand sanitizer (2 large bottles by her register), ordered me to go to a different register (since I preferred clean hands touching the items I was purchasing), and continued touching other people’s goods with her booger infested hands. The store manager, Sydney, allowed Kayla to continue spreading her germs even after the complaint. Perhaps Kayla is also opposed to water and soap? It is very difficult to share the hygiene concerns with corporate as you get a virtual Kohls run around. For your own safety, Covid or not, just avoid checking out with Kayla unless you enjoy taking home/sharing mucous membranes.

The woman working the Amazon desk this morning was rude to me right from the start. The way she speaks to customers along with the eye rolling snarky comments and flippant attitude is disgusting. I will never, ever go back in this Kohl's again. I left without even looking at anything I came in for because how I was treated.

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?
Megan Campbell: Meh. Always stock issues in the store. Many times we have done pick up orders and have had substations or unavailable items in our order, only to go inside and find what they said they didn’t have. Not a one time issue, but pretty much with every single pick up order.

Easton King: My recent visit to Walmart left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the overall shopping experience. Unfortunately, there were several aspects that fell short of my expectations.First and foremost, the store was extremely disorganized and cluttered. It was difficult to find the items I needed due to the lack of clear signage and haphazardly arranged merchandise. The shelves were often messy, with products misplaced or out of stock. This made it a time-consuming task to locate specific items, resulting in unnecessary frustration.Furthermore, the store seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. It was challenging to find an available employee for assistance or to ask questions. The few employees I did encounter appeared disinterested and unhelpful, providing little to no guidance when I needed assistance. This lack of attentive customer service significantly impacted my shopping experience.The checkout process was another area of disappointment. Despite the presence of several open registers, the lines were long and moved at a snail's pace. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration, especially considering the large number of customers waiting to check out. Additionally, some registers were not properly functioning, leading to further delays and inconveniences.The cleanliness of the store was also subpar. I noticed trash and debris scattered in various areas, and certain sections of the store appeared neglected and in need of proper maintenance. This lack of cleanliness detracted from the overall shopping environment and gave the impression of a poorly managed establishment.Lastly, the prices at Walmart were not as competitive as I had expected. While some items may offer decent value, I found that many products were priced higher compared to other retailers in the area. This discrepancy made it difficult to justify the additional cost, particularly when combined with the unsatisfactory shopping experience.In conclusion, my visit to Walmart was far from satisfactory. The disorganized store layout, unhelpful staff, lengthy checkout process, lack of cleanliness, and uncompetitive pricing all contributed to a disappointing shopping experience. I hope that Walmart takes note of these shortcomings and works towards improving its overall customer service and store maintenance to meet the expectations of its patrons.

Stephanie Johnson: You've seen one Walmart you've seen them all whether it's here or in Virginia where we reside It must be one of the newer ones because it has the concrete floors and the clothing is very updated It's always convenient especially when you're out of town to run in a Walmart like that and get what you need I also noticed that these newer type walmarts that are being built right now there's hardly any people checking you out the self check out has about 20 Or more self check out areas with 1 or 2 people kind of directing you if they would look up from their telephones Either way thank you Benton Arkansas the home of the walmarts

Terence: Usually their curbside pickup is reliable and good.But today, I waited in my car for over 45 minutes before I decided to go inside and just see if I could pick up my mobile order there. It was so chaotic as there was already a group of people standing there (all of whom have been waiting for their own curbside delivery orders for a while) seeing if they could get theirs in-person too.The workers were really no help. A bunch of them had their Airpods in and some were saying they were about to walk out. Not blaming the workers at all for saying stuff like that because it looked stressful and I'm pretty sure the system was down so that's why all of the problems were happening with Curbside pickup. And at one point, I think I did see someone just throw his vest off and walk out during the middle of it.I blame store management for letting it get to that point where workers are just walking out because it gets too stressful.Also, no one answers the phone. So I'll blame management for that too.I ended up getting a full refund through the general Walmart customer service phone line and my entire order compensated for free at another location since I waited so long. So, honestly, worth the trouble!

C A: I like this location. I came here on last weekend to visit the auto super center but that was a flop... so I decided to do a little shopping inside of the store. Very clean store, very well stocked the aisles were clear and the staff were very helpful.Now if only we can improve that auto supercenter...smh.

Angie Hartley: I have picked up order for Back to school supply items, My order is come out quick . It take abt 10 mins after I check in. I'm surprised by the price of each item! This store is cheaper than my local store in wake forest. I usually order from wake forest location but they have so many items out of stock plus the price there is twice of triple more!! I always thought that walmart is the same price for each store. Nope it is not.PS: this store have many slots for pick up order (more than 14 slots) if you have pick up order choose the time before 3pm to avoid the peak time.
