Tabitha Branthoover: Kim was a joy to work with recently and helped my husband find a great suit for an upcoming wedding we are attending. Being that the wedding is coming up quickly and we sort of waited until the last minute to shop, we were worried about finding something that would work. When we found that they didn’t have his size in store, she quickly let us know that it could be overnighted. The suit was delivered on time as promised and fits great. Thanks for your help Kim!
Zana N Hicks: Lindsey helped me by setting up a dressing room literally with my name on it and with the items I'd picked so far so that I could continue shopping. Then, when I realized the sizes were too big she went to grab the correct sizes for me. She even let me know of the student discount which I didn't know of. All in all, great customer service and the store was very organized. Will shop again!

adelina cortes: don't come here if: you need to use the fitting room, because they don't have people to work in that area. I went twice in the last 4 days and it's still the same, and if you don't want to spend 30-45 minutes in line to pay.
James Pierce: The Raleigh store is a mess. They have closed the fitting area. When checking out it took 17 minutes, but the most distracting part of shopping there was the shopping alarm going off for about five minutes.I went 6/14 after work today. The store was cleaned up, still no dressing rooms, the shoe alarms went off for more than 10 minutes, and the wait in line to check out is to long. 2.5 stars

Tiffany Bargeman (JustTiff): The ladies who work in the intimate apparel department of this store are SO helpful and attentive. They have a customer-focused attitude and don't mind spending time with you. They go back and forth bringing garments to the fitting room and helping you make sure they fit well. They are genuinely interested, and you don't get that much anymore these days.
tammy reinert: I have experience serve foot pain recently and went shopping for new tennis shoes. Desiree in the ladies footwear was excellent. I explained my situation and she went to work finding me shoes to try. Once I knew what shoe brand worked well, she went above and beyond to help me get a tennis shoe and Sandal. This was the best customer service I have experienced since pre Covid. Thank you Dillards for having such a Great Employee.
