Christopher Heath: By far the best place in Raleigh to buy clothing... The number one place for Rock revival jeans, the number one place for awesome shirts and hats... They also have the best service around. If you haven't shopped there, you need to get your butt up there and get yourself dressed up nice and fresh, the employees there are very helpful and very good at not being judgmental and helping you find exactly what looks good on you.. Help you find exactly what feels good on you, what makes you be you.. highly recommend shopping there, but you better have your money right, it is not cheap to look so good. But well worth it in the long run I have never had any regrets of all the money I spent there LOL.. the thing is I go in there every time though and I'm going to spend that much and still walk out very happy every time they have a tough decision to make when I leave there on which clothing I'm going to wear that night. If you're a little bit out of style you need to check it out for and if you're trying to get a girl take her there and buy her some clothes, it works every time..🤣🛠️👍🏼

They weren’t super tight on the waist but were super stretchy while still having thickness made of denim. Love this store!! Kellie Flewellen: Picked up a pair of Hey Dude's from Journey. I wanted to try them on vs ordering sight unseen online. Unfortunately the male employee encouraged me to go online and while he did bring out shoes for me to try on, he was not knowledgeable about features of shoes in the store.

Love One 1: This store has VERY BAD customer service. They sold me two left shoes. Instead of apologies they blame it 16 year old employees. The store manager was no better.I asked for the customer complaint number and the store manager hung up on me and I had to call back a second time. I recommend that you NOT SHOP this location. Ta-Von Valentine: I was in the store and the store looked awful. You couldn’t really tell that anyone was there working. I eventually found Sam asked her where the non slip shoes were and she looked like she didn’t really want to help me, nor put her phone down. Her response was: “it’s on the last isle”. Eventually, another girl assisted me instead. When I got up to the register, Sam and a 3rd lady were sitting around and barely acknowledged me until I said I was ready to check out. They really need some better customer service.

Tara Johnson: I had an extremely bad experience at this store. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I tried to return several pairs of shoes i ordered online. The store would not accept my return (even though I had my shipping receipt and I was within the 60 day return window). The assistant manager was extremely rude. Also, once I walked out of the store, the store locked their doors early (they locked their doors at 8:43pm - the store is scheduled to close at 9pm). The store locked their doors early on purpose.

Amber Marie: Not a good selection of shoes: limited options for dress shoes non open toed & didn't have a good variety of sizes, so anything I found that I liked , couldn't get it (I ended up going to a different location and quickly found what I needed).
OVERKILL: My first time was Awesome and because my mom works there now and I found a pair of cowboy boots size 13 in men and just for that I am going to give her a 5 out of 5 Stars.

They have a customer-focused attitude and don't mind spending time with you. They go back and forth bringing garments to the fitting room and helping you make sure they fit well. They are genuinely interested, and you don't get that much anymore these days.
tammy reinert: I have experience serve foot pain recently and went shopping for new tennis shoes. Desiree in the ladies footwear was excellent. I explained my situation and she went to work finding me shoes to try. Once I knew what shoe brand worked well, she went above and beyond to help me get a tennis shoe and Sandal. This was the best customer service I have experienced since pre Covid. Thank you Dillards for having such a Great Employee.
