Morgan Williams: Great experience with my BHLDN consultant, Grace. She was personable, informative and attentive. However, after my appointment, my sister and I walked the floor of the store and I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The other associates were dismissive and rude.
Ashley Carter (FabEllis): I visited this location with a friend today. Upon entering, I immediately saw three employees standing near the register (not assisting anyone). As we were looking around, not one employee greeted us nor asked if we needed assistance. I even saw another employee walk by me and she also did not greet me. We left because it was clear our business was not wanted there.
L S: I had the most positive experience with Rachel, store manager via telephone and in person, and with Netta, Bldhn in person at the store this afternoon. They both made me a forever customer of their brand. Anthropology is lucky to have them!!!!
Molly Griffin: I have been an Anthropologie fan for a long time, and this store is no exception. I recently purchased my wedding dress there and the process was wonderful. From booking my appointment online to buying my dress, the experience was wonderful. I worked with Nedda and she was so helpful. Super knowledgeable about the entire wedding dress collection and great to work with!

One of them I was able to reorder the other was sold out by the time I tried to reorder. I returned each item without issue but what a huge inconvenience.
Hannah Compiano: First time wedding dress shopping and I was helped by Elani. I drove three hours for this appointment and was not disappointed. She was INCREDIBLY nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price point here for wedding dresses is surprisingly affordable considering the phenomenal quality. There was a lot to look at and I felt prioritized but not pushed in any direction. I will absolutely be returning here to buy a dress. Elani was so personable and great it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. Loved the selection, loved the experience, I will spend my money at this establishment after receiving Elani’s help this last week.

Farra Iaccarino: While I received great customer service during my appointment at BHLDN, I ordered my dress and was specifically told by the stylist that it was IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP. Four days after I place my order, I’m notified it’s back ordered and won’t ship until after my wedding. I’m a loyal and repeat customer of BHLDN and Anthropologie, but to fail like this and be told by customer service that I can have “20% off to apply to Anthropologie but not BHLDN” is horrible.

M S: I was a little nervous to go to my bridal appointment, but Elani took great care of me! Highly recommend shopping here for wedding dresses! Very laidback atmosphere, and they do their best to make the bride’s ideas come to life! 10/10 experience.
Ashley: I had a generally good experience with BHLDN. My only complaint about the store is that you have to walk through the Anthropologie retail section to get from the dressing room to the mirrors and your appointment guests. I also ordered a dress that was delivered to me without a tag. I didn’t even realize it until I saw some BHLDN dresses posted for resale that had the tag attached. The dress looked new, but the lack of tag probably would have been an issue if I needed to return. I also ordered earrings that were delivered in a plastic bag with the wrong item description. I’ve honestly bought cheaper jewelry on Etsy that was packaged beautifully, so I think BHLDN needs to improve on that. Update: I just had my first alterations appointment and thought to add one thing to this review. I was measured by two people and told to order one size up from what I actually ordered. I went with my gut and haven’t lost weight (I think I’ve actually gained a few pounds) and the size I ordered was the right fit. It’s not tight at all and my seamstress was impressed that no tailoring was needed through the waist and hips. I would have had to pay hundreds more in alterations if I had sized up as directed. Double check your measurements with the size charts before ordering.
Quay B: Store is SO CUTE. The BHLDN shop for weddings and other special events is at this location and it's really pretty. Staff was nice when I went in. Smaller than I remember Anthros being but could be bc this one is in North Hills.
Patricia Moore: I came here for a BHLDN bridal appointment and had such a wonderful experience. It was a rescheduled appointment after I came down with COVID when I had originally scheduled to drive down. They were so understanding and accommodating in getting me rescheduled. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, offering beverages to me and my guests. The bridal collection is so reasonably priced and gorgeous. I found my dress here and was able to order it online later after giving it some more thought. Then it shipped direct to my house within 5 days when it takes most bridal boutiques at least 6 months to get your dress in. Can't recommend this place enough. The bridal accessories are also worth checking out.

I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE IN THIS STORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! In that other brands have better options. I’m disappointed.

The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

They were working, but they weren’t (if that makes sense). I went in there intending to purchase some Wedges, but ALL of their shoes were unorganized and everywhere. I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.
K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.
Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Jim Shelton: WOW, THIS just happened… my daughter went in for the “Black Friday” sale. She spent a lot of time picking out beautiful jewelry because the “sale” was buy one piece and get the 2nd piece for $8. When she got to the register she discovered that only a few dollars had been taken off and definitely not the advertised sale. When my wife and daughter pointed this out to the sales associate no effort was made to correct it. They left the jewelry and no sale was made. This is false advertising at its finest.

Ashley Moore: Stopped in last weekend and the store was incredibly busy yet both employees were standing (leaning) behind the counter discussing personal matters including summer plans and what their boyfriends were doing for the summer. As a retail employee I understand that sometimes non work related conversation comes up but there were at least 10 people in the store and all I could here was how someone's boyfriend was working for BOA this summer. My friend really wanted a pair of earrings but I encouraged her to go across the way and buy from a store that at least cared that we were there. At the end of the day, this was unacceptable and I will not be returning to this store.

It's a mixture of random things and so much to look through.It's a little pricy. I've fallen in love with a dress before and had to put it back because it was 60$, but if there's a sale going on, you'll find me in there!Their sales are fantastic, so keep an eye out and swing by when you see those sale signs up, or not, just stop by there and take a look around nect time you're at the mall.
Claire Gravenhorst: this is a very cute boutique. it has a variety of very unique clothing as well as a huge selection of gifts and knick knacks. there are also a few home decorations there that are awesome! I can get lost in here for hours!

They have a customer-focused attitude and don't mind spending time with you. They go back and forth bringing garments to the fitting room and helping you make sure they fit well. They are genuinely interested, and you don't get that much anymore these days.
tammy reinert: I have experience serve foot pain recently and went shopping for new tennis shoes. Desiree in the ladies footwear was excellent. I explained my situation and she went to work finding me shoes to try. Once I knew what shoe brand worked well, she went above and beyond to help me get a tennis shoe and Sandal. This was the best customer service I have experienced since pre Covid. Thank you Dillards for having such a Great Employee.

Autumn West: They had a large selection of clothes, but everything is so tightly compacted and so hard to walk through the aisles that it was hard to find stuff

Beth Friedland: This is a very good midrange all around Department store and a great place to find inexpensive gifts. Then, after you buy, they give you cash to come back! What a great idea. Today, when I went in, they were undergoing major renovations, and I didn't find what I sought. There will be a new dedicated Sephora store within Kohl's very soon. Stay tuned.
Alainna Pierce: Great clearance section! And all the sizes you can imagine. I got a great pair of work pants for thirty bucks, but I know they will last awhile and are super comfortable! I also got a super comfy shirt on clearance for 3 dollars! Can't beat that!

Stephanie Rockwell: Be wary when returning.I came to return a gift I had received. If you think your gift-giver may have purchased the item outside the return window, don't help Kohls try to look it up. Just tell them no receipt.I tried to be helpful and use the gift-givers phone number to locate the receipt. Since they found it and it was outside the return window, they denied my return. If I would have NOT been helpful trying to find this, they would have allowed a return for me with no receipt. But since they found it, now I was forced to drag my heavy oversized return item back to my vehicle, while pregnant.Very poor customer service and poor customer experience.This is exactly the kind of service that will be the death of retail. Shop at Amazon.

Dr. Tamara Thomas: Store 0466 - Falls of Neuse - Associate Kayla at register 4 wiped her nose with her hands, refused to use hand sanitizer (2 large bottles by her register), ordered me to go to a different register (since I preferred clean hands touching the items I was purchasing), and continued touching other people’s goods with her booger infested hands. The store manager, Sydney, allowed Kayla to continue spreading her germs even after the complaint. Perhaps Kayla is also opposed to water and soap? It is very difficult to share the hygiene concerns with corporate as you get a virtual Kohls run around. For your own safety, Covid or not, just avoid checking out with Kayla unless you enjoy taking home/sharing mucous membranes.

Jersey: I went into kohls this morning 3/27/23 around 9:30 am. I had an Amazon return to do this morning as well as some shopping. The woman working the Amazon desk this morning was rude to me right from the start. The way she speaks to customers along with the eye rolling snarky comments and flippant attitude is disgusting. I will never, ever go back in this Kohl's again. I left without even looking at anything I came in for because how I was treated.
Christine Becker (Chris): I know they offer all kinds of extra incentives, but so many things are still overpriced. Even with an extra 15% off coupon, I couldn't find a single thing I wanted to buy. And I wish they gave a little more attention to the clearance section. Things are just strewn about everywhere.

Summer Harvey: I went into rainbow today with my husband, not knowing that they closed at 6pm. The workers were yelling at the customers every 5 minutes that they were about to close and they needed to make their way to checkout. One of the workers walked up to a lady beside me and my husband and she said we are closing soon please make your way to checkout. The lady told her she heard the announcement please don't be rude and she will be ready in a moment. When I got to checkout, the worker was talking about the lady rudely in front of us. Also she came to work with a wig cap on. That is very unprofessional. She needs to be fired.Jun 21st...I bought some shorts back to see if I could make a return or exchange. I made sure I had the tags and receipts because last time she asked me to get the tags from my car in order to make an return. She looked in the bag and she said I could not return in because the tags were no longer attached but last time I made a return the tags weren't attached either. This older woman with dreads is rude and disrespectful to all customers and shows no customer service what so ever.
