Autumn West: They had a large selection of clothes, but everything is so tightly compacted and so hard to walk through the aisles that it was hard to find stuff
London Simone: Rainbow is a store that I enjoy shopping at. I'm always finding incredibly cute things. Everything in the shop is affordable. Summer outfits and shorts are adorable. The shoes are cute, and the accessories are lovely. Everything in the store is excellent.
HappyFaces: No room to move between aisles. Rude staff. Horrible customer service. Nothing that fits bigger women. Junky. No space to walk. If you deal with claustrophobia DO NOT GO HERE! Overall HORRIBLE shopping experience!

H P: I buy something from lululemon every week, but this store will never get my business!!!. When I tried checking out, not a single worker was at the counter, had to go in the back to find a worker. When I found a worker and get checked out, they don’t want to honor my first responder discount so I tell the girl I want to return it (I’ll just go buy it at another store). She told me “she has to go check if it can be returned”. She comes back and gives me my refund. I DROVE AN HOUR TO COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!Every other lululemon store in the country honors my first responder discount besides this store.
Amanda Price: Worst experience ever. Was going to buy several items but decided not to give the store my money and put my items back. This store is filled with rude employees that act like they're better, also they don't honor my first responder discount. Any other Lululemon store will but this location. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE STORE!!!
Laura Pfeiffer: When it was the pop up store downstairs the employees were great, but today I went into this location with the new store upstairs. 3 employees were in there and none were up front in the store or even near the register, they were all 3 near the changing rooms chatting with each other. It was around 11am, and I had to ask for help with an exchange. They all sort of looked at me and at each other and finally one employee walked over, but wasn’t very friendly. The other two stood talking the entire time I was there. When I asked to go into a changing room, they barely paid attention and didn’t follow up to ask how things were going/ give any customer service. I spent 200 dollars in there, which isn’t a ton for a lululemon spree, but I am a frequent costumer. I’ll be going to other stores in the area. Hopefully this location can train their staff to higher standards.

Devon Cannon: Worst lululemon experience ever . The manager wouldn’t let me use my military discount on my wife’s account when the policy says spouses can use it. The manager I didn’t catch his name he was a bigger African American male. He then said do you want to see the policy and I said yes because I know it I have shopped there for years, he then told me no he isn’t going to show me because he is ticked off then proceeded to kick me and my wife out. Absolutely unacceptable.

paige s: Every single time I go to this lululemon I leave feeling like the experience was awful. The educators are rude, and act like you’re inconveniencing them by being in the store. They never answer the phone, it goes immediately to the voicemail. The hours online say they close at 8pm, but I’ve come multiple times around 7-7:15pm and they are already closed. It is inconvenient for the customer when we drive out of our way, just to find the store is closed when it says it should be open. I will now only go to the North Hills and Cary locations.

I was helped out by a tall girl with red hair and she found the perfect pair of leggings that made me feel confident and comfortable. We had a great conversation about yoga and I felt happy as I left the store. Would recommend!
Glenn Cheatham: Wonderful customer service at this store! I went in feeling overwhelmed, as I do when I shop, and the tall woman with orange hair was so kind and compassionate and helped me to find clothes that I feel confident in! I will definitely be coming back to this location.

cold brew: Absolutely terrible lululemon experience. Tried doing a return and both managers gave me two different reasons as to why they couldn’t process it. One said “that’s not how technology works” and the other said “they were cracking down on returns because it’s the holidays” lol such silly girls….The workers and managers need attitude and reality checks. Tall girl with orange hair is the manager and needs to be fired. Mikayla was also very rude. If you’re reading this Happy holidays ladies :)

Z Hanadi: This is the worst lululemon ive ever been to. They turn you away for absolutely everything and never greet you. I brought in a return that was a sale item and was sent two incorrect sizes so it was lululemons fault. GEC said to take it in as it was lululemons error. Myra roberts assisted me and was not willing to help. Just kept repeating there’s nothing she can do. Offered the gec number which i already contacted. Was super rude and gave no solution. Other educator there red hair was also rude. This location seems to be difficult even when presented with receipts and any proof of purchase. Unfortunate, as lululemons service is typically amazing. If it’s a lululemon error they should be willing to help.

Felicia Ruth: I have been in here multiple times without anyone speaking to me as I walk to the store not one employee acknowledging me or asking me if I need help. Today I went in. The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

They were working, but they weren’t (if that makes sense). I went in there intending to purchase some Wedges, but ALL of their shoes were unorganized and everywhere. I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.
K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.
Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Harper “oh yeah yeah” Ku: Genuinely horrible experience at the register. Im 18 and work at the Macys next door and I cant think of any reason the employees would be this rude. I was standing for 5 minutes at the register holding my items with no line before one of the three girls in a loud conversation behind the counter noticed. She asked if I needed something in an extremely rude manner like I was interrupting their conversation. While she was ringing me up she continued her conversation with the other workers and did not say anything to me. I had to wait for her to finish talking to give her the money for my purchase and she did not say a single word to me so I just walked away while she continued her conversation. Salesperson and Cashier number #677942. I have not had an experience this bad at any store and will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in any circumstance.

The clearance pricing are excellent. The store is spotless and well-kept. The personnel is courteous, and the one-day sale is the best.
Cynthia Bethune-Odom: I've been wearing Old Navy since its inception but today, I may reconsider this. I called this location today to see if there was a shirt in stock for a friend. I was on hold for 20+ min starting at 12:55 pm with no checking-in. Plus, the employee who answered acted like she did not want to do her job.
Jay Lay: Store was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. So this store in particular is a good one.But Old Navy generally has spun out of control. They used to be a value oriented company that had clothes slightly lower quality than the major stores for a much lower price.Now the quality is so bad that it feels comparable to Shein or Wish clothing. But the prices are the same as regular major brands. Not good. For instance, their clothes are lower in quality than Targets store brand, yet it's almost twice the price.They are constantly having 50% off sales. And at that point the prices are about what they should be every day. I'm not sure who is running this company, but they need to choose if they want to be premium clothing with premium pricing or cheap clothing with cheap prices. Right now they are trying to do both and it's not working.
Melissa Pulley: This Old Navy is a nice location with a good selection variety. While it was sometimes hard to tell which sale signs applied to which clothing racks, there were good deals to be found.The clothing racks (except for the clearance section) were largely tidy and in order.

Cambi Smith: This store is horrible with customer service. The employees don’t even want to deal with you! That’s why the Capital Blvd will never get my money again. I will however continue to go to the Triangle Plantation location since they have wonderful customer service and a cleaner atmosphere. Also the store manager is very unprofessional and pointless in overseeing anything.

The dressing rooms are not open. But that's okay. We found what she needed and it fit when we got home. They also sell perfume. Three bottles for 10.00.I really think you would like the stuff you can find at Rainbow. From elegant and down to jeans. They have lots of really nice dresses as well. Just go and see what you think. I think you'll like it.
