Felicia Ruth: I have been in here multiple times without anyone speaking to me as I walk to the store not one employee acknowledging me or asking me if I need help. Today I went in. The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

They were working, but they weren’t (if that makes sense). I went in there intending to purchase some Wedges, but ALL of their shoes were unorganized and everywhere. I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.

K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.

Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Mariss: I haven't shopped at Express since 2008. There have been so many changes in how the clothing is manufactured that it no longer benefited me to visit. I finally visited yesterday while shopping for a blouse for my birthday. They advertised an online sale but with the variation of their sizing, I really needed to visit and try on clothing. My body has changed over the last decade and I need clothing that is trendy, functional and comfortable. Nicole was very helpful from the moment I arrived. She helped with finding sales items and using my app. Houston stepped into help me with sizing and finding styles I desire. I purchased a body suit that is very comfortable and can be paired with pants and skirts. I used my insider $10 discount and saved on top of the weekly sale. A nice gentleman helped me at checkout. I appreciate the professionalism at Express.Thank You ladies. I will return again.

Lynn Renee: Crabtree Location: Love the clothes but too expensive not to be able to get customer service. When I went to the store I had to ask 3 different people a question and still could not get an answer. I finally asked one of the shoppers for help. He even tried on a jacket to try and help me figure out how the sizes ran since 3 sales associates could not tell me. After finding the size I asked if they had a pair of pants in the back to go with a suit jacket that I found. The customer is the one who told me they had a lot of back stock! The sales person went and got the pants but when I got home I noticed they were a different color and fabric from the suit jacket. Spent almost $600 on two suits and the main black suit that I went to get didn't even match. I will be taking both of them back next week and getting my refund. They had one cashier and the line was extremely long. Apparently with all the sales help they need to cross train so the cashier will have some help! The customer service is terrible. They only got 2 stars because I love the clothes and the way they fit my son.

Upon arrival I was very disappointed to see that you’d closed at 8:00. Your voice mail says for hours of operation refer to the website. Get it together, UO of Raleigh. Geeez.

Despite the presence of several open registers, the lines were long and moved at a snail's pace. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration, especially considering the large number of customers waiting to check out. Additionally, some registers were not properly functioning, leading to further delays and inconveniences.The cleanliness of the store was also subpar. I noticed trash and debris scattered in various areas, and certain sections of the store appeared neglected and in need of proper maintenance. This lack of cleanliness detracted from the overall shopping environment and gave the impression of a poorly managed establishment.Lastly, the prices at Walmart were not as competitive as I had expected. While some items may offer decent value, I found that many products were priced higher compared to other retailers in the area. This discrepancy made it difficult to justify the additional cost, particularly when combined with the unsatisfactory shopping experience.In conclusion, my visit to Walmart was far from satisfactory. The disorganized store layout, unhelpful staff, lengthy checkout process, lack of cleanliness, and uncompetitive pricing all contributed to a disappointing shopping experience. Terence: Usually their curbside pickup is reliable and good.But today, I waited in my car for over 45 minutes before I decided to go inside and just see if I could pick up my mobile order there. It was so chaotic as there was already a group of people standing there (all of whom have been waiting for their own curbside delivery orders for a while) seeing if they could get theirs in-person too.The workers were really no help. A bunch of them had their Airpods in and some were saying they were about to walk out. Not blaming the workers at all for saying stuff like that because it looked stressful and I'm pretty sure the system was down so that's why all of the problems were happening with Curbside pickup. And at one point, I think I did see someone just throw his vest off and walk out during the middle of it.I blame store management for letting it get to that point where workers are just walking out because it gets too stressful.Also, no one answers the phone. So I'll blame management for that too.I ended up getting a full refund through the general Walmart customer service phone line and my entire order compensated for free at another location since I waited so long. So, honestly, worth the trouble!
