DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Jackelyn Ortiz: My husband has gotten into fishing and I wanted to surprise him with some new gear. Brian was super helpful! He answered all my questions, gave me some suggestions, and was overall super pleasant.
mario borja: Muy atentos todo el personal en todo momento
gerald park: Great Store, had every thing I was looking for. All sales associates were very helpful especially bc Abby
vicfishing 1 y más: Buenos artículos de pesca
LOVE THE BEAUTY OF THE WORLD. Daily magazine.: The brst experience buying sport equipment ever.
Felipe Fierro: I came here for baseball cleats for my special needs son. Miles, Bill, and Daymar (apologies if I spelled it wrong), were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They went way out of their way to be of help. I appreciate it more than I can express. We weren't able to find cleats that fit my son's needs, but they earned my business ten-fold by being willing to put in the extra effort for my boy
Alyssia Modesto: Employees were very helpful but my only complaint is the fact it was very warm in there. The employee's even looked hot and uncomfortable.
Lisa Lu: Thank you for having clean restrooms, for your customers to use 😁. That's a very rare occurance in stores, these days.
Steve Edwards: Bill was extremely patient and knowledgeable when helping my wife and I choose a new pair of running shoes. We will definitely buy our shoes here from now on.
Tracy Sansone: I waited over 20 minutes for shoes to come out of the backroom to try on while watching people who came in after me get their shoes. Eventually 1 pair came out...3 sizes too small ! I walked out, but not before telling the manager how terrible their service is !
marks love for watermelon: Saw the most handsome cashier and mf was so cute man 😭😭
Lara Mi: This location is my favorite one to go to. They have way more inventory than some others and always have enough people working. The high ceiling, bridge and escalators make you feel like you’re in the superstore location. Plenty of registers and happy crew.
Capri Rae: This location racially profiles all African Americans that comes in to shop, regardless if they have a bag, look suspicious or not. Also, the management treats African Americans employees horribly as if they don’t exist, don’t get acknowledged, causing them to seek other jobs. This establishment need to be looked into further ! It’s 2023, these types of behavior are not acceptable, can go viral on social media for awareness & should be addressed !
Bridgette Gathings: The attendant at the bike shop in triangle town square in raleigh nc was extremely helpful and he educated us on the bikes that would fit our needs. We bought 2 bikes and he made sure that they were ready for the road. Great experience we will be back for maintenance.
Franklin Olmo: Milton's has never let us down. When we are craving a well-made pizza made with our favorite toppings cooked to perfection. It's always our neighborhood spot, Milton's.
Thomas Hamilton: Came here looking for a new kayak. They had plenty of them in various styles, but only 4 had a price tag on them. I might be interested if the price is right. No staff to ask...but this isnt something I should even need to ask. Management, why are all the tags empty?
Julio Cancel: Good service. A bit high priced but good quality
Miguel angel Escalante Pérez: La persona que me cobró casi me avienta la bolsa, mal educado
Egbert Gracias: Was trying to buy soccer cleats for my son. They didn't have his shoe size for everything he picked, we spent a lot of time but couldn't try or buy anything
Monica Klebes: 10 stars for Andrew and Bernadette. Friendly, knowledgeable, all around nice. Clean well stocked location.
Cortney Stet: Terrible. I went shopping for some new running shorts before a 5k and had my baby with me. I had a backpack on as most moms do for diapers etc. I was followed around the store non stop by employees, making me feel extremely uncomfortable like I was about to steal something. I spent well upwards of $100 and probably would have shopped more if they weren’t so aggressive. To top it off I waited in line because they had so many employees out doing patrols not at the registers.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Omar L.: The only thing I can complain about is that they have a very limited variety for some items. For example: youth tennis shoes, indoor soccer shoes, Nike tees.
Madison Callahan: My boyfriend went for a club fitting and honestly the $100 was worth just meeting Kenny and the fitting was like a bonus. Kenny was exceptional at his job and truly a ray of sunshine. He was professional and knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. Whatever you’re paying him, triple it.
Ileah: Cameron (loves bowling) has wonderful customers service skills. They were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Very pleasant demeanor and was able to help me make an exchange quickly and easily while still checking out other customers when needed.Great customer service is really hard to come by these days so I want to take the time to acknowledge people like Cameron. They deserve the recognition and a raise.Wonderful experience. Definitely would return to this location.
Keith Nelson: This Dick’s location is great. Staff is friendly
Brad Gold (NCNYChief): They have a lot of stuff in the store with golf since I believe they team with golf Galaxy. I go there for hockey equipment which is hit or miss. I just went to see if they had any equipment for hockey and there was none. I guess it's seasonal but still there should be at least a small section which there is not. Overall though, you can certainly get most anything in relation to sports. The prices are at the higher end for sure and if you go to some smaller sports stores you may be able to get a better deal on things. Overall, it's a good experience.
Anthony Alatis: Really big golf selections...knowledgable staff at the golf club repair area
J C: Great store…. Lot’s of good brands
Colby Thomas: ****Dick’s, Please address this concern immediately!****I would absolutely recommend Dick’s to friends, family and local residents! We have been loyal to Dick’s, and customers for over a decade. We picked up our son from school and visited Dick’s this afternoon. Immediately entering the store we were greeted at the door (as always). My family and I had an amazing experience tonight at the store. Our son wanted a new baseball bat for his birthday next week. As we were looking at the bats an employee approached us offering assistant. Not just any employee……..Quan S!Quan was polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, outgoing and made great eye contact. Quan took his time answering my wife’s many questions and built a good rapport with us. He was engaged and personable throughout our conversation. Quan has the natural ability to connect with people. Sharing stories about his son which is close in age with our son. He also encouraged our son to work hard, be a good person, to be thankful for his talents and appreciate “us” (his parents) for getting him a nice bat.Let me be clear………We always have a good experience when we shop at Dick’s, but this was hands down the best experience.Dick’s sporting goods, I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent hundreds of dollars. I never ask you all for anything. However, I need the management staff at his location to acknowledge and reward him for his hard work/talents. Thank you so much! Colby Thomas
Charlie G: Stopped in to browse. Looks like good quality stuff. More functional than fashion, but the stuff seems nice. I mainly looked at winter clothes.
Ginger Reed: Stop by to grab a new sweatshirt during the Black Friday sale. I was not disappointed with 50% off and soft one.
See Boon Soo: One cashier working. Take forever
Saleh Mu: Got a good deal on a ball
John J McGuinness: Louie was awesome when my driver needed a new shaft. He was knowledgeable and got me what was required….and a fine English gentleman to boot… thanks Louie!
Edward Pack: This store doesn't sell NC Fishing Licenses anymore.
nikki drayton: Derek and Ryan were amazing! Derek helped me find my purchases, carried them across the store, and ensured my checkout with Ryan was seamless. I'll definitely be back!
Gil Fdz: Excellent place for sports stuff... friendly staff!!!
Clifton Harper: Good product selections for store size, good customer service, reasonable prices for product offerings.
Carlos Sarria: Employees are super welcoming and very helpful to find what you are looking for.
Huma Hashmi: Dominique helped me find a pair of shoes I loved today! I went in really lost, with a general idea of what I wanted but without details of actual shoes. He was really though, thoughtful and, offered me a variety of options at different price points for my needs and even helped me get in soles that I really needed
Eddie King: excellent.
William Fernstrum: I have purchased and played TaylorMade irons from Golf Galaxy for 15 years, and ordered P770 irons in April of this year. I was told they would be in middle of May, then June, then July 9 which is the day after I would be having surgery that would end my golf season. I just called on July 11th while recovering, and was told that TaylorMade now had an estimated ship date of August 30. I don't know whether it is TaylorMade or Golf Galaxy that can't get their stories straight, but both have lost a life long Customer. I understand that there are shortages, and I understand I'm not alone, but they keep setting an expectation that they cannot fulfill. Honesty, regardless of how bad it is, is a better policy and would have retained my business. I understand that regardless of what clubs I purchase I will be waiting and can advertorial that, but I will not accept their unwillingness or inability to fulfill their promises.

Capital RunWalk: what do users think?
Barbie Windom: Great customer service!
Brandi R: I had a representative meet with me immediately. We discussed what I'm looking for in a running shoe and the shoes I have ran in previously. He connected me with the new balance fresh foam 880v13. I have ran in them twice and can feel immediate difference with my posture being better and less wear tear on my knees. This visit was quick which was perfect. In and out within 15 minutes. Will be going back in future!
Wren Harris Rehm: Amazing knowledge, service and compassion. More specifically, Curtis at the Wade Avenue store in Raleigh, NC was awesome and helped me get the right shoes for my lame feet!
Cory stutzman: Adam’s awesome. Glad we came to understand how my girlfriends feet fit and understand which shoes she should workout in. Thank you Adam!
Jasper Blossom: Really polite girl helped me pick out some Gel Kayanos and they have been working for me well :)The store is gorgeous which definitely helps with giving me a fantastic impression of it, but the customer service is where they were really outstanding in my opinion.
Bryan “DigitalB” Tomlinson: A great shop with a good staff their shoe selection is small
Abby Redus: Very kind and helpful staff!
Alec Lootens: CARSON WAS SO AMAZING!!!!!!I was really not sure what shoes would fit my feet until Carson used his handy dandy scanner to solve all of my feet problems. Wow what an experience. If you have never gotten your feet scanned it is truly an experience. He fitted me in a pair of incredibly comfy on clouds. Wow I feel like I am walking on clouds, Ha. Carson really knows his shoes!!! Definitely special request to work with him if you ever get the chance to go here!
Alicea Catuccio: Excellent service. Really nice staff. Love my Mizunos!
lock smith: The place to get new shoes.
Carolyn K. Sims: Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good place to get measured correctly.
Everett Coen: Stopped here on a whim. Wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted warmly and welcomed in. John asked me what I was in for. Told him my needs. He walked me through the different shoes and what may work best for me. Walked out with a new pair of Hokas. I will absolutely be back. Thank you for your help and your friendliness! 10/10
Barbara: Super nice store. Called them to see if they had ASICS GT 2000 before I made the drive there. They offered to hold them for me. Once I arrived Zach helped me. He was knowledgeable for my questions. The store had a good stock of running equipment. I also found a pair of running pants and calf sleeves. This place was great. I will be back.
Miranda Yang: This was my first time visiting this store, and I will likely return. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I knew which shoe and size I wanted, and the associate who helped me was able to find what I wanted from the back quickly. He even loosened the laces of each shoe and handed each one to me as I tried them on. They also have a rewards program and a student discount. He asked if there was anything else I was interested in looking at today but not in a pushy way at all. I'd recommend checking out this store if you're in the area!
Virginia Davis: I bought new running shoes and some massage products. John provided great customer service and was patience with my questions.
Sarah Beth Withers: I’ve purchased at least three pairs of sneakers at Capital Run Walk over the years. The staff is why I keep coming back! Every visit they have been knowledgeable and really great at listening to needs and helping to find a great fit. The store has a great range of options. Highly recommend this store.
alan mathews: Always have my size
Cheryl Wilson-Green: Associates are very personable and knowledgeable. Will be buying more sport shoes.
Island Gurl: Had an awesome experience per usual. Mike assisted with my purchase today, super nice guy. Friendly, witty and helpful. The sneaker I wanted was instore in my size. Mike placed the order & it will ship to my door without any additional charge. I truly appreciate good customer service and Capitial, RunWalk always provides exceptional service!
Gary Creason Jr: Service is great! Great selection on Hoka, Asics and others! Make sure you wear a mask. A good rule and there rule. Small store with big selection. Check them out!
Kevin S: Went to buy 5 pairs of shoes and then was rudely told I couldn't shop there without wearing a mask.

Bryan's Tennis: what do users think?
Laurie Holderness: I purchase all of my family’s tennis gear here. Bryan and his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Steven Liszewski: When you are looking for personal attention with your tennis equipment, Bryan’s Tennis is your place! Bryan, his mom (who works at the shop), his stringers…they all listen attentively to your tennis equipment needs and provide trusted professional advice. I first came to Bryan’s Tennis for a new racquet when we relocated to Apex. Since then, I have enjoyed coming back for all of my and my wife’s tennis equipment…racquets, shoes, strings. And it is nice to work with and support such a great local owner.
Lance Williams: Always willing to spend time answering questions. Always let's us know when to expect stringing service to be completed. Knowledgeable staff that treats you like a neighbor.
Phillip Wise: Just getting back into tennis after a few decades. They allowed me to try several racquets before buying one which really helped. But beyond that, the racquet ended up cracking at the top. They worked with me and since the racquet didn't have scuff marks indicating it had been thrown, etc. they were able to work a warranty exchange with the racquet company. They gave me a demo racquet while they worked the warranty. Great service.
Scott Anderson: Highly recommend this place. I hadn't played tennis in years and wanted to get back into. Didn't really know where to start. These guys were extremely helpful in answering my questions and ultimately found me the perfect racquet. I will definitely be back.
MKH: Great selection of products and the owners have always been very helpful. Highly recommended.
Richard Champon: Bryan’s Tennis allowed my daughter to demo rackets for many weeks. They offered the newest models and also the more economically friendly. They were patient and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough about Bryan’s tennis shop. I encourage anyone interested in tennis, to give Bryan the opportunity to earn your business. Thanks to all who helped make my experience one I’ll never forget.
Brian Brandow: Awesome service and Knowledge!!! Helped me out with a racquet I needed fast!
Jenna Iantorno: Just bought a new head racquet from here. They were extremely helpful in helping me find just the right one, I got to test it out on their indoor ball machine and they strung it up for me in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend them for service and knowledge, and it’s so great to try before you buy! 👍
Jenny Clay: Bryan's tennis is the most helpful tennis shop in Raleigh. They are interested in helping you find a racquet that works for you. Their restringing service is also reasonably priced, available on time, and interested in meeting your needs. Highly recommend.
Linda Winn: Very knowledgeable about everything tennis. Great selection.
George Long: I highly recommend Bryan's Tennis. Knowledge, service, services offered and value are all top notch. This shop cares about tennis and people. If you need a raquet, restring, balls or other tennis gear and accessories, Bryan's Tennis should be your next stop.
David Shuman: Great service and great value!
Antonio Morgan-Lopez: Would give Bryan's 10 stars if I could. I've been going Bryan since before he opened the shop when he was the lead stringer at the old Golfsmith on Glenwood Ave. Excellent, personalized service and great technical knowledge. He puts you in the exact equipment you need for your game. He and his mom have always been gracious to me and my kids. I live in Fuquay-Varina now and drive 40 minutes to get to him even though there are two other shops closer to my house. If you're in the Triangle, this is the place to go.
Ed Byrum: Not very friendly. A smile and a hello would go a long ways to help this business.
Heather Remley: Bryan's Tennis is my go to for stringing since I found this place 4 years ago. The owner is very knowledgeable and attentive. I've seen him really go out of his way for many of my tennis and pickle buddies in the area. I love this place! I won't go anywhere else for my stringing needs!!
jrravulapati: WORST experience. we went to the store today to buy tennis racquets for my son. The front desk person was extremely rude. No help at all with selection. we left the store and went back in to ask his name. He said he was "Bryan" and he owns the store. There was a certain amount of arrogance in that tone. Haven't expected this kind of reception from the store owner. I have seen a lot of reviews which are amazing about this store... may be people of color get a "different" treatment? I have friends who are small business owners and are dying to have customers walk into their stores. This store treats customers totally different. Would never go to this store again.
Jonathan Corbin: Excellent service! I'll definitely be going back.
Sameer Cheema: The best tennis shop I have ever been. No other store I’ve ever been to has had a hitting lane. His prices are better than any of the online tennis websites. No haggling or coupons needed. Bryan and Vince are you excellent and their wealth of tennis knowledge and experience can guide you to improving your game. He has the largest selection of racquets and string of any store I’ve ever been to. He also carries Pickle Ball stuff, if you’re in to that sort of thing.
Jennifer Sherwin: No employees were wearing masks. I was shocked and want others to be aware before shopping here. They’ve lost my business.
JC Zargo: Their customer service is a joke

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Gaby nadine reyes: Me encantó
Harish Kumar: Don’t go to this store. I purchased the bike 2 days back . GT aggressor pro . Bike had issue. Called to store to return it. Person said I cannot return. Also person who gave bike was rude . Wasted my money and time . :(
Ana Arronches: Staff in the store very friendly, although Customer Service to assist with order very poor. And also lack of variety and numbers available.
DAVID ALAIN PAYETTE: Useless for hunting and fishing. Total yuppie oriented overpriced.
Cathy Suchy: I’m not sure the hiring and training practices of this location but I will never shop here again. The young people working the registers have absolutely no training in manners or etiquette. When I purchased an item a few days ago the cashier answered me with “yups” so much a lack of manners the receipt says his name was “Oscar”. Then when I decided to return the item just two days later I was in a cashier’s line, he then said he had to go do something so I lifted the heavy item again (65 year old woman here) and went to another line. Seconds later this guy comes back and says I’ll take you now, I simply said I’m not lifting this again and stayed in the line I was in. Completed my return, now 24 hours later the amount ($107.24) is not back in my bank account so I go in to check on it. I get yet another rude cashier talking over me and saying there is nothing he can do about it so I asked to speak to a manager. At that point this young man should have walked away and let me speak to the manager but he did not. The entire time I was trying to talk to the manager the young clerk kept rudely interjecting and telling the manager what to tell me. I asked the clerk to please stop interjecting and let me please speak to the manager. He literally told me he did not have to and could stand there and continue telling the manager what to say. These employees definitely need a massive amount of training on how to speak to customers and manners in general (apparently parents are no longer teaching this at home). I will drive to Cary and shop at Bass Pro Shop from now on, I definitely am not giving this company another penny of my business!
Skeets Fish: Gary, in the shoe department is outstanding. He helped both my kids find shoes and fitting. An absolute star for this company!
Oak Miller: Friendly and helpful staff
Rob Dusablon: Very busy, but good
Asia Schmidt: I purchased a massage gun from this store and when I got home and opened the box, I noticed it was the wrong massage gun in the box. My husband went to return it and they gave him a different one, however we still had to return this one.Upon returning the item for a second time they told me they couldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have the original receipt. Well, I didn’t have the original receipt because the clerk who did the 1st exchange didn’t give my husband the original receipt, he gave him the one that he used to do the exchange.Despite me providing the receipt they used to do the exchange and providing them with the same card, they still couldn’t give me my refund. They offered me a store credit with and it wasn’t even for the full amount. I paid $264.00 for the item and they offered me a store credit for $216.00. Basically, I’m out of $264.00 due to an error that one of their staff members made. I will not be doing business at this location again.
Therrick Redding: I dont know if it was appernce today. Either way i came into this looking to spend large sum of money. I asked for but the manger at time (5/27/2022 @12:30) did not really want to be bother they were really short with answers to the questions i was asking, and really couldn't walk away fas enough. I don't what was going with him, but you work in retail Good Customer Service is the key to that.
Tony Wyre: Clean store, love the variety of products, great prices on everything. Also, please give Jared a big raise! He is super friendly and makes every customer feel special. Will be returning!!
Mary Tunstall: Wide variety of products, somewhat pricey. I have purchased my tennis years there for over ten years. For tennis shoes, ask them if they price match.
TMH: I have visited this location a plethora of times and had a great experience. Today I exchanged some running shoes and had to order my size (8.5) from the Cary location. I confirmed with the Sales Associate multiple times that the shoes were to be SHIPPED. He claimed even though he noted it was a curbside purchase, they would me MAILED. This was not true and an outright lie. The Cary store could not correct the error and I had to cancel ther order and purchase online. THIS GUY IS THE WORSE!
Alex McGrew: No archery stuff because reasons... For a sporting goods store the cashier's have no hustle.
Karen Jenks: We forgot my son’s cleats at home and the entire staff of employees helped us find a new pair of cleats, pay and leave so fast that we made it to the game on time. Those guys were so great, super nice and very fast! Thank you thank you!
Sarai Sprewell (Gothickittikat): Had what I needed and people working there were polite and kind. Good experience overall
Benjamin Eller: Not the greatest prices. Could have a larger selection of fitness gear.
P Hernandez: Had what I wanted and needed. Not happy to see customers without masks and not practicing social distancing especially in line at the checkout. Employees were wearing masks.
Travis House: Supportive staff
Marc Hatcher: Didn't have whsat I was looking for in. The store even though on line it said it did.
Will Isaacs: I always leave here happier and with more great gear. The staff is amazing at this location. Great attitudes, very helpful...the kind of team you want to support.

REI: what do users think?
Colorado Lions: I recently purchased a Yakima cargo box from REI Cary. Mark (from the bikes department) was extremely helpful with providing guidance on the install of my new equipment. I felt more confident driving down the road, and I'm thankful for his help. Will certainly be back to shop in the near future!
Ali Baba: Much bigger store than the North Hill location. Upon entering we were greeted and directed to the section we needed. At the shoes side had an associate who helped us navigate through the different types of jogging and running shoes. Only thing was that they did not carry Merrel running g shoes which is available online.
Rusty Shackelford: On a recent visit I found REI was still outstanding! They were having an anniversary sale and the place was packed! Even with it being a mad house the staff did not rush me when I had a question and were complete and very nice during the process. I also found some great deals in the used/bargain area which turned out great! It's always a highlight of my day when I am able to get to REI!
Rosalind Ellwood: Went to Cary NC REI several times during extremely busy 10 days of sale. Very impressed at how everyone & everything flowed so smoothly despite the chaotic crowds. Meredith & her register team professionally & calmly slogging through their long lines. All the floor team were engaging, helpful & happy to do whatever they could despite the strenuous hours & crowds. This store always has a Karma about it that one doesn’t realize is different from most stores including other REI locations. It’s because of Jim Bennet & other management’s philosophy & dedication. It makes one happy to support them by purchasing there.Cary store rocks!
Daniel Holleman: Went in to purchase a jacket and after wedding in an extremely long line was told I was not even able to purchase the jacket and unless I purchased their membership
April Williams: We have regularly shopped at this REI. We always find the staff helpful. Checkout is usually pretty fast. We have found some good items in their clearance section located at the front of the store. There are often clearance shoes in the shoe department too. They have bathrooms near the bike department. Their parking lot is paved and shared with other stores. We have never had a problem finding a parking space.
AdventureAttorney: Went into REI to fix a bike tire, and it was their anniversary sale. Made out with some great deals and new Rainbow flip flops for cheap!
Diane DeBruine: I went to REI looking for new shoes. I live 1 hour and 10 minutes from the closest REI. So a 2 hour 20 minute trip for new shoes. The return policy is amazing which is why I choose to shop at REI. I found a shoe that I liked but the top of one shoe and the laces were dirty. I take good care of my shoes and when I buy them new I don't like for them to be dirty. When I told the sales women they were dirty she said it was no big deal. That the shoes were fine. But if I'm going to spend $200 on shoes I'd like for them to be clean. She didn't offer to get me a different clean pair in the same size. Poor customer service at the Cary REI.
Michael: Shopped for footwear …salesperson more interested in her cellphone than customer service …went to Durham store where I had the opposite experience…very helpful employees there …highly recommend the extra few miles to the Durham REI !!
Bill Snodgrass: My wife, my daughter and I all bought things. And had I practiced less restraint I would have bought more. Mary waited on me and was fabulous. upon learning that my wife and daughter were hiking Mt. Leconte she was full of information.
Ethan Aliff: Excellent customer service and great products for outdoor activities!
Michael Carter: Wonderful place to shop ! LOTS to choose from , and customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful , and patient ! The manager of this store seems to be really good at choosing the staff .
Brittany Graham: Went in this to get fitted for and purchase new hiking boots. Despite the store being relatively empty, it seems that the employees would rather talk amongst themselves than help a customer who is patiently waiting. I left without getting any sort of service. They will not get my business.
Say: Great selection of outdoor stuffs! Staffs are friendly and helpful! Bathroom in good.
vanessa koliadko: It was suggested that I take my son to REI to be properly fitted for his hiking backpack. I would like to say that we had a very awesome experience. He and I have never done anything like this before and Mark and Shannon were both phenomenal with making sure we understood everything we needed to know about our packs and the proper fitment. One of our bags was brand new and the other was donated to us. The donated one ended up having dry rotted sinch straps and we discussed the need to have those replaced. I also asked Shannon if there were any packs she would recommend for myself and she lead me to one that fit me very well and best of all it was on sale. I highly recommend these folks if you need any information on backpacking. A+ from me.
Rebecca Hunt: I wandered into REI looking for a backpack. I had looked at all the other usual stores and was disappointed. REI had just what I was looking for. I was very excited. REI is the perfect store for everything you need for outdoor activities. REI has everything you need, from hiking and camping to any outdoor activity. Clothing to cooking and everything in between. The associates are friendly and helpful. You should wander in and check out their merchandise! I am sure you will find items that you need at a great price! Enjoy your shopping trip in REI.
John Glass: First time here, was surprised to find at checkout the item we wanted was “members only”. Would be nice to have signs or something for that with the item. Shout out to Ali who was very helpful, completely the opposite of Melissa who refused to even look in our “non member” direction. Melissa, next time try telling new shoppers about the program instead of just yelling across the checkout to your peer that we can’t buy it.
Joshua Chory: Not a great selection of gloves for adults at any of the locations
Amy M.C.: Love REI!
Earl Struble: Place looked picked through, long lines but the service staff was super friendly and moved you quickly.
John Cawthorne: REI…really excellent inventory. We are always impressed with offering, prices and service. Win!
