MR Mathews: Needed new shirts for a fund raiser at an elementary school. Awful cheap paper thin shirts. Was good they could print them overnight, But the quality of the shirt is garbage and the logos on the back were not centered. I shrugged off the logo issue, but when my wife and I put them on, not only could you see our nipples plain as day, but also our skin right through the shirts. Would have made for an embarrassing fund raiser had we not tried them on beforehand. Drove a long way to get them, Now I have to drive almost 2 more hours out of my way to return them. Would not recommend.

They were extremely helpful at every stage with helping me figure out how to achieve what I was looking for, and I’m genuinely super impressed with the final product. All around just an ideal experience, couldn’t recommend more.

Dogwood Cleaning Company: Big Frog is an overall amazing spot to do business with. I ordered a bunch of shirts from them recently for my son’s popcorn business and I was so surprised (in a good way!) by the high quality!! I was expecting something like a circut press would make but that’s not at all what we got! We absolutely love the shirts. The ordering process was smooth, fast and friendly. I will definitely be ordering from them again!On the flip side, Big Frog has been a customer of my cleaning company for probably about 8 months now and they’re great in that aspect too! Triangle VegFest: Jaimes is our savior! He completed our order and didn't charge us an arm and a leg when we needed help the Monday before our Sunday event. The shirts looked amazing and the quality stellar. I can't say enough good things about NC Tees. Small, local business that performs like a larger one, but with customer care and friendliness. We will continue to work with Jaimes and NC Tees for our future printing needs.Sadly the workers are no longer at this business and things went downhill after they left.
Minh Do: I must have caught Scott at a bad time as they had staffing and personnel issues. I submitted my order 2 weeks in advance and Scott stated that he can get them done in 3-5 days. I even sent him the art which only needed minor tweaking. He barely put any time on the art. I visited the store multiple times and each time he stated that they will be done by the deadline. Meanwhile he kept taking orders and putting them ahead of mine. The deadline came and the order was not completed with no communication from him. I wished that he would have been honest and told me that they could not get it done so I could go elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.
W Lyttle: Fantastic experience! I have had no need to order custom printed tshirts previously and just went online to find a place to do 12+ for me. I needed them 10-12 days out and for some reason, settled on (rhymes with distaprint, but starts with a V). They gladly took my payment, promised delivery, and failed. With three days before I needed these, I called several local places. Scott at NC Tees seemed to be far and away the most helpful and professional. He helped me tweak my design and offered some helpful suggestions. AND once we settled on a final design, he had them done in less than 24 hours! And at a great price.If I ever have the need for something like this again, I won't even consider anyone else and I'll be passing the word along to my clients who do have a need for the services NC Tees provides.Five stars in every aspect. 100% highly recommended.

Daniel Montero: I was hoping to never have to leave a review as I do like Scott. I do think he will keep and continue to strive if he did better on his customer service and delivery time. I was not the one time customer, from the start I told him I would be a long term relationship with his business and mine. My first order had a few shirts that needed to be redone, I did not receive the redos for a couple of months and when I did some were missing in the order. My second order which I made a priority (fundraiser) and also submitted with plenty of time was not on time nor did I get a call or any update or apology until I showed up to the shop. My third order was also for another event, I was told again this time they will definitely be on time...I was caught leaving to Charlotte without my order again. oh well, Wish Scott the best.

Nadia: Sonia was such a blessing, she helped me pick the right outfit. I am short and she knew the right fit for me. Now I feel confident going to my meetings.
Lynetta Spells: Love the selection they have now and how organized it is(swimwear looks good too). However I had no help after a staff member placed my clothes in the dressing room. Staff should at least say hello when people walk in, the store wasn’t busy and I still had to walk out twice to find other sizes because no one was present. This is why I enjoy going to Nordstrom the service and help I receive is so much better.

Mariss: I haven't shopped at Express since 2008. There have been so many changes in how the clothing is manufactured that it no longer benefited me to visit. I finally visited yesterday while shopping for a blouse for my birthday. They advertised an online sale but with the variation of their sizing, I really needed to visit and try on clothing. My body has changed over the last decade and I need clothing that is trendy, functional and comfortable. Nicole was very helpful from the moment I arrived. She helped with finding sales items and using my app. Houston stepped into help me with sizing and finding styles I desire. I purchased a body suit that is very comfortable and can be paired with pants and skirts. I used my insider $10 discount and saved on top of the weekly sale. A nice gentleman helped me at checkout. I appreciate the professionalism at Express.Thank You ladies. I will return again.

Lynn Renee: Crabtree Location: Love the clothes but too expensive not to be able to get customer service. When I went to the store I had to ask 3 different people a question and still could not get an answer. I finally asked one of the shoppers for help. He even tried on a jacket to try and help me figure out how the sizes ran since 3 sales associates could not tell me. After finding the size I asked if they had a pair of pants in the back to go with a suit jacket that I found. The customer is the one who told me they had a lot of back stock! The sales person went and got the pants but when I got home I noticed they were a different color and fabric from the suit jacket. Spent almost $600 on two suits and the main black suit that I went to get didn't even match. I will be taking both of them back next week and getting my refund. They had one cashier and the line was extremely long. Apparently with all the sales help they need to cross train so the cashier will have some help! The customer service is terrible. They only got 2 stars because I love the clothes and the way they fit my son.

I've participated for three months and have received three totally different shirts (down to the color!) that are all the same high quality that we've come to expect from HOS. After about a week and a half I wondered what was up. I emailed the Company and received a response quickly. They explained the situation fully and were very pleasant to deal with. Long story short, I received my T-shirt today , and could not be happier. It is 100% thick cotton, and a good quality product. Great product and great service. bobbi v: I was helping a local dance studio with their t-shirt design. It was very last minute & I was worried about turn around time. Working with Sean Brosnahan at Custom Ink was an amazing experience. He was able to explain the products, help me with sizing & placement of the design. The t-shirts arrived one week early! They are beautiful & the dancers love them. Quality is excellent. We went with the Bella Canvas cotton & it’s soft & has a beautiful drape. My favorite part was the customer service provided by Sean & his team in the Village in Raleigh. He went above & beyond & we are very thankful.

I said I was interested in receiving the shirt the next day, and within 24 hours I got a phone call telling me it was ready. It was a touch more than I wanted to spend, but the quality and service was great!

Michael Robinson: This company has been impressive from hello! Initially I interacted with Bonnie! She was awesome from the beginning with helping me get design quotes. She laid everything out in an email and maintained correspondence with me in the days to come. Always being polite and involved in the details of getting my order correct! Once details were ironed out, I decided to go through with my T-shirt design. I called back and spoke with another gentleman who was just as pleasant but unaware of my specific wishes for the foil print for my design. I paid the amount for the shirts for the quotes given to me by the young man. Later that night, I realized that the price was off from the amount that Bonnie quoted. I then realized that I should call back the next day to make sure that the order was correct. Well before I had a chance to call them, Bonnie was calling me! She caught the mistake and I still paid the rate that she originally quoted, but I was happy to because she was so diligent.I am a local graphic designer that often times has people searching for a reliable local company that will print thier designs. I will definitely give them a recommendation, and I will be using thier services in the future.

They have a good online tool, but there is no replacement for a person with good customer service.8/2021 Meeting up with Sean for a 2nd year reminds me of the good service I received with our first order in 2020. He demonstrates an excellent understanding of what customer services means. Our organization has group orders and a potential fundraiser that we're looking at and Sean provides detailed information along with suggestions on how to control costs, or maximize profit, in the case of the fundraiser.
