Queen D: Very chill vibes at the bottom where the perfume section was. The lady who helped me pick out a perfume was so sweet that she even gave me free samples and put my things in a cute display box. Will recommend going and dealing with her and her only wish I got her name. I would've included it here. She was amazing and made my experience so much better.

Lena Bjorner-Janes: My one star review is from my experience today May 28, 2023. I have never been treated as rudely and demeaning as today while shopping in activewear. The lady was at the register talking to 2 other associates and apparently I interrupted the personal conversation because I wanted to pay for my item. I then had the nerve to bring her an item without the proper tag on it and said to me “how am I supposed to ring this up?” I really don’t think that’s the customers problem and i would think between the 3 of them, they could figure out what to do. She told me I need to go back and find one with a tag and then come back. Her tone and the manners in which she spoke to me was very unnecessary. Needless to say, I walked out of the store and I will not go back. And you wonder why department stores are failing?
CM WH: No ventilation in the bathroom so it’s got a lot of biological fragrances going on in there with no chance of escape. Also, why is there only ONE working sink???

Terri Moore: Great selection of clothes but it's overwhelming so I just gave up and left. You can't turn around without bumping into a rack. How you're supposed to find anything in this store is beyond me. The finer clothes are fewer and have more room but the "normal person" clothes are packed in tighter than sardines which just makes shopping difficult and totally not fun. Back to online shopping I go.

Tabitha Branthoover: Kim was a joy to work with recently and helped my husband find a great suit for an upcoming wedding we are attending. Being that the wedding is coming up quickly and we sort of waited until the last minute to shop, we were worried about finding something that would work. When we found that they didn’t have his size in store, she quickly let us know that it could be overnighted. The suit was delivered on time as promised and fits great. Thanks for your help Kim!
Zana N Hicks: Lindsey helped me by setting up a dressing room literally with my name on it and with the items I'd picked so far so that I could continue shopping. Then, when I realized the sizes were too big she went to grab the correct sizes for me. She even let me know of the student discount which I didn't know of. All in all, great customer service and the store was very organized. Will shop again!

Gary Kibble: Orvis is not cheap, but they do take care of their customers for life. We've taken free classes in how to tie fly fishing lures, how to cast a fly fishing rod, and a field trip to a nearby lake to practice fly fishing. Also look for many special events held on locations like BBQs.
Richie Guzior: This place is top notch in nice outdoor gear. They cater to fly fishing and light dry fit kind of clothing. Place is beautiful and clean. Plenty of variety and options in clothes, vests, jackets in men and woman. If you have a dog. They have a few things for your dog!

Salt&Sea *!: This place has great clothes for your grand parents or maybe great grand parents. There is not anything for any teen/young child. It seems like this store is simply for old folks who were too selfish to have children or grand children.The fly gear is good, and i love my personalized helios rod, best rod i ever laid my hands on and casted. The fishing side is good the old folks clothes are a hard pass.

The staff was super helpful, and aside from a few obligatory pitches for some of their gea, it didn't feel like they were trying to do anything but teach people about fly fishing. If you're interested in fly fishing at all stop in and have a talk with these folks. The Fly Fishing 101 course was also a great refresher for me and very friendly to the wallet (Free!!). Lilly Shannon: We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!

When I finally took them out, I found that they really did not fit me well, but because of the holidays I was not able to get to the store within the 60 day return period. On top of that, I had also lost my receipt. Fast forward to early January and I took a shot and brought my three shirts back to the store and Kelly, who was amazing, totally made everything right and helped me find replacement shirts, and even an additional shirt that I really liked. Amazing customer service! Thank you, Kelly!

Jonah Turcotte: For the life of me, I cannot figure out what - if anything - this store stocks. I have called numerous times about suiting-related items, and nothing is ever stocked. Last month, I asked if they had a NAVY BLUE SUIT in the Milano fit. Nope. Not a single one. Today, a plain white shirt with French cuffs. Nope. How on earth can you expect to stay in business when you don't stock the most common suit color on earth in your most modern fit? I'd think if Brooks Brothers had only two items in stock, one would be a modern-fitting navy suit. Unbelievable.

Dave Kuntarich: Brooks Brothers and Nordstrom’s have become my favorite stores for dress shirts, casual shirts, sweaters and slacks. They have earned my business due to their continuing to offer good, solid “department store quality” goods that are no longer available at Belks, Macy’s and now even Joseph A Banks’ stores. The Brooks Brothers Crabtree store is well laid out, making it easy to find the items I am shopping for each visit. My experience with their customer service and sales staff has always been positive. I personally tend to duck away from salespeople until I need assistance of some sort, but they always have multiple people ready to jump in when needed. Five stars from me!

Jonathon Anderson: Phenomenal customer service from start to finish. The second my Fiancé and I stepped in the door we were greeted, asked what we were looking for, and how they could help. We were shown all of the options available based on my preferences, allowed the opportunity to try the products on, was offered advice on color choices and sizing, and ultimately walked away excited about my purchase. The process would have taken me about 30 minutes to an hour without assistance, but they got us in-and-out in under 15. Flawless experience from start to finish. Thank you, guys! I’ll definitely be recommending your store to everyone I know.
David Forrest: Great product. Horrendous execution and overall customer service. For Christmas 2020 I received a $100 Visa gift card and wanted to take advantage of the sale Brooks Brothers advertised. So I called to order three shirts. The order was $113.51. I called and a call center (sounded like India) could not figure out how to split payment between two cards. So I called again, got someone else who processed the order in a (what I mistakingly thought) flawless manor. Two weeks goes by - no shirts. So I called - closed. So I email - get an automated response saying they have my order, being shipped. So I wait 4 more weeks (not at more than 6 weeks) - email again. Email says I need to call. I call and they say could not process the $100 gift card. Since order was done I threw away the card.....so now filing a BBB complaint....should not be out $100 because of their inability to process a payment or communicate. FRUSTRATING!

Her level of customer service was “top shelf.” May I add that she was working the store by herself and managed to help everyone with a hello and thank you in spite of being by herself. Beth Friedland: This is a very good midrange all around Department store and a great place to find inexpensive gifts. Then, after you buy, they give you cash to come back! What a great idea. Today, when I went in, they were undergoing major renovations, and I didn't find what I sought. There will be a new dedicated Sephora store within Kohl's very soon. Stay tuned.

Stephanie Rockwell: Be wary when returning.I came to return a gift I had received. If you think your gift-giver may have purchased the item outside the return window, don't help Kohls try to look it up. Just tell them no receipt.I tried to be helpful and use the gift-givers phone number to locate the receipt. Since they found it and it was outside the return window, they denied my return. If I would have NOT been helpful trying to find this, they would have allowed a return for me with no receipt. But since they found it, now I was forced to drag my heavy oversized return item back to my vehicle, while pregnant.Very poor customer service and poor customer experience.This is exactly the kind of service that will be the death of retail. Shop at Amazon.

Dr. Tamara Thomas: Store 0466 - Falls of Neuse - Associate Kayla at register 4 wiped her nose with her hands, refused to use hand sanitizer (2 large bottles by her register), ordered me to go to a different register (since I preferred clean hands touching the items I was purchasing), and continued touching other people’s goods with her booger infested hands. The store manager, Sydney, allowed Kayla to continue spreading her germs even after the complaint. Perhaps Kayla is also opposed to water and soap? It is very difficult to share the hygiene concerns with corporate as you get a virtual Kohls run around. For your own safety, Covid or not, just avoid checking out with Kayla unless you enjoy taking home/sharing mucous membranes.

Jersey: I went into kohls this morning 3/27/23 around 9:30 am. I had an Amazon return to do this morning as well as some shopping. The woman working the Amazon desk this morning was rude to me right from the start. The way she speaks to customers along with the eye rolling snarky comments and flippant attitude is disgusting. I will never, ever go back in this Kohl's again. I left without even looking at anything I came in for because how I was treated.
Christine Becker (Chris): I know they offer all kinds of extra incentives, but so many things are still overpriced. Even with an extra 15% off coupon, I couldn't find a single thing I wanted to buy. And I wish they gave a little more attention to the clearance section. Things are just strewn about everywhere.
