Steven Walton: I had bought a pair of Oakley Kato's that suffered from a well-known manufacturer's defect that caused one of the arms to fall off. I brought them into the store and the manager Ricky was quick to process a return and show me that the glasses would be mailed out rapidly. 3 days later I had a brand new pair of glasses with the manufacturers defect no longer an issue.These aren't my first pair of Oakleys and with service like this they certainly will not be my last. Miss Informer: Great selection of glasses, but awful attendant. I walked into the store, and she wasn't even in there. She was at the kiosk outside and only came back in the store after I came in. Not to mention no greeting or asking if I needed assistance. She also watched me from the door as though she was anxious to get back to the other store. Gale Holm: I initially went in and bought a pair of sunglasses but I wasn’t really sure if I liked them that well. When I went back, five days later, the same associate that helped me the first time had no problem with me exchanging my sunglasses. She was helpful in assisting me to find a flattering pair and then she pointed out that they were having a sale. I ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses that I absolutely love.
sandra matias: I bought some sunglasses with the Protection plan and when I went to the the store to exchange they did not want to do anything that’s just bad service… they make you pay for the protection plan saying that when they are damaged they will fix it but when you go to the store they won’t do anything I recommend nobody to buy at this store. This is my second pair.

Tran Nguyen: I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses from Smithfield location. One of them came in with cracks on the len. I contacted the store, and they said I could exchanged them at any sunglass hut location. I came in to a Raleigh location today for an exchange. Store manager, Noelani, was super rude. She said their sunglasses never came broken, so basically called me a liar. She was able to give me a replacement after making it sound like it’s impossible to do so. When ms. Noelani handed me the pair, which are in the original shipping box, I accidentally drop the box. The pair, however, was in a RayBan case inside the shipping box, so there should be no issues with them. I didn’t leave a store a step so all this happened at the store. When I opened and checked, the frame was faded and there was a scratch on the side. Again ms. Noelani called me “picky” and stated that she gave me a perfect pair, and the fade and scratch were caused by me when I dropped the box. I included the photos of what they looked like below. Please retrain your customer service if you don’t want to lose customers.
Brad Gold (NCNYChief): Salespeople aren't pushy and they're very helpful. Great selection and all the new styles. Some glasses are a bit over priced but they do have sales. I'd say expect to pay at least $250+ for a good pair.

As I entered I was greeted by Diego and ask how he could help me and all I had to do was show him a picture of brother with some glasses on with the style he liked and it went from there. He was of so much help that he helped me choose the right ones for my brother. I’m thankful for Diego for making my experience more delightful and been so knowledgeable of the products. Ask for Diego whenever you go in this store you will not be disappointed.

Terry Jones: Purchased a pair of designer sunglasses from Bloomingdales. They gave me the wrong case and glasses got bent. I was unable to take them back to department store so took them to Sunglass Hut they repaired them & then gave me the correct case at no charge. Going forward I will only buy my glasses from Sunglass Hut!

Mary Lane: Dedication and meeting individual sale goals monthly should be noticed within the company. They treat new employees better than ones with dedication and have been loyal. Really bad when new employees make more than old employees. New employees just stand around on phones, manager does nothing.
Fats Mcgurkin: (Probably) Former employee.Initially working here was great, but after a change in management, I wasn't scheduled anymore despite dedicating way more of my time to the store than I should have. I don't recommend working here to anyone.
