isabel Roy: nobody said anything to me entire time I was shopping and when I was getting rang up. They also left my sensor on because they were in such a hurry even though they didn’t close for over an hour.

Harper “oh yeah yeah” Ku: Genuinely horrible experience at the register. Im 18 and work at the Macys next door and I cant think of any reason the employees would be this rude. I was standing for 5 minutes at the register holding my items with no line before one of the three girls in a loud conversation behind the counter noticed. She asked if I needed something in an extremely rude manner like I was interrupting their conversation. While she was ringing me up she continued her conversation with the other workers and did not say anything to me. I had to wait for her to finish talking to give her the money for my purchase and she did not say a single word to me so I just walked away while she continued her conversation. Salesperson and Cashier number #677942. I have not had an experience this bad at any store and will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in any circumstance.

Being that the wedding is coming up quickly and we sort of waited until the last minute to shop, we were worried about finding something that would work. Zana N Hicks: Lindsey helped me by setting up a dressing room literally with my name on it and with the items I'd picked so far so that I could continue shopping. Then, when I realized the sizes were too big she went to grab the correct sizes for me. She even let me know of the student discount which I didn't know of. All in all, great customer service and the store was very organized. Will shop again!

Beth Friedland: This is a very good midrange all around Department store and a great place to find inexpensive gifts. Then, after you buy, they give you cash to come back! What a great idea. Today, when I went in, they were undergoing major renovations, and I didn't find what I sought. There will be a new dedicated Sephora store within Kohl's very soon. Stay tuned.

Stephanie Rockwell: Be wary when returning.I came to return a gift I had received. If you think your gift-giver may have purchased the item outside the return window, don't help Kohls try to look it up. Just tell them no receipt.I tried to be helpful and use the gift-givers phone number to locate the receipt. Since they found it and it was outside the return window, they denied my return. If I would have NOT been helpful trying to find this, they would have allowed a return for me with no receipt. But since they found it, now I was forced to drag my heavy oversized return item back to my vehicle, while pregnant.Very poor customer service and poor customer experience.This is exactly the kind of service that will be the death of retail. Shop at Amazon.

Dr. Tamara Thomas: Store 0466 - Falls of Neuse - Associate Kayla at register 4 wiped her nose with her hands, refused to use hand sanitizer (2 large bottles by her register), ordered me to go to a different register (since I preferred clean hands touching the items I was purchasing), and continued touching other people’s goods with her booger infested hands. The store manager, Sydney, allowed Kayla to continue spreading her germs even after the complaint. Perhaps Kayla is also opposed to water and soap? It is very difficult to share the hygiene concerns with corporate as you get a virtual Kohls run around. For your own safety, Covid or not, just avoid checking out with Kayla unless you enjoy taking home/sharing mucous membranes.

Jersey: I went into kohls this morning 3/27/23 around 9:30 am. I had an Amazon return to do this morning as well as some shopping. The woman working the Amazon desk this morning was rude to me right from the start. The way she speaks to customers along with the eye rolling snarky comments and flippant attitude is disgusting. I will never, ever go back in this Kohl's again. I left without even looking at anything I came in for because how I was treated.

I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.
Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Cambi Smith: This store is horrible with customer service. The employees don’t even want to deal with you! That’s why the Capital Blvd will never get my money again. I will however continue to go to the Triangle Plantation location since they have wonderful customer service and a cleaner atmosphere. Also the store manager is very unprofessional and pointless in overseeing anything.

Three bottles for 10.00.I really think you would like the stuff you can find at Rainbow. From elegant and down to jeans. They have lots of really nice dresses as well. Just go and see what you think.
