They did not have a correct size of shoes and offered me to ship the one to my house. When I got home a couple days later, I saw the shoes with the correct size on the box, the the shoes was a wrong size. I did not understand how people could make a mistake like this. Don't they even check the size before shipping?Now the problem becomes that I have to return the shoes in the store since I purchased it in store. There is no way I could get a refund unless I take this shoes and show up in a store. And there is no store around where I live. Really inconvenient and helpless custom service. Will never get anything from them again.

R J Brown: I used to love and own so many clogs and sandals. But now that their footwear is made outside of the USA, the quality of their products have gone soo far downhill. My Clarks used to last for over 5 years or more. But anything of theirs I have purchased that is made in a foreign country may last 2 years or less if you are lucky. I no longer purchase their footwear. 30% of my footwear collection was Clarks until their quality became non-existent but their prices remained highly inflated. So disappointed in this company products.There 3 tiers of Clarks and most stores choose to stock the low grade Clarks. Make sure to inquire before you purchase your shoes. Want to know how to only purchase the high end Clarks and find out how to know the difference contact Lee Shoe store and speak to one of the owners. Knowledge is Power.

Michael Elliott: Living on campus without a car? Then this is one of the few markets within walking distances. It does the job.
G O: Prices are more expensive at this target than online and in other target locations. Even basic items like toothpaste were $2 more in this location than online (same exact toothpaste).
Colin Savage: Convenient location BUT expect to pay for the convenience at the register. Prices are definitely higher compared to more traditional Target locations.

The other target location did not have it any. They have a side underneath parking for pickup and if you come shopping. Parking time limit looked like max 1 hr shopping parking . Any way employee came out quick greeted me in car and he was masked. Overall for drive-up pickup I would do again. Note they only have 2 spots permanent and during holiday season more.

Anakay Johnson: I live less than a 5mins walk from this target so I was here yesterday evening shopping and there was nobody on the sales floor, when I finally saw someone in the beverage/produce section I was ignored so I just walked away and continued looking for what I needed I continued into the school supply area where I could’ve heard the cashier greeting everyone which I found was nice but, when I got up there she greeted the person In front of me and then I proceeded to greet her politely with a smile, she Stared me right in the eye and looked me up and down with a bad look and then proceeded to greet the person behind me, I felt so bad I was even considering if I should’ve bought the stuff I had (but it was a emergency) so I just got my stuff and left quickly I felt really bad…they need proper training on discrimination because everyone should be treated fairly no matter their race/color. I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore.

W. L.: Went in to Streets at Southpoint Mall Nordstroms in Durham today for some new bras. The associate that started helping me put me in a bra I was very uncomfortable with and then left to help another customer because she didn't think I would buy? I asked a second associate (shaved head, younger, Erika?) for advice. That associate worked with me for an hour. Corrected the fit issues of the first girl immediately and without a tape measure. She then bought me in more bras I loved as well as underwear she recommended; Natori underwear and I am totally in love with them!Imagine my shock and surprise when the initial associate requested I be checked out under her account id at the register in front of other customers. I guess they work on commission, and if that is true, the first associate deserved a negative commission. I really wish I would have gotten her name.Let's be honest. The first lady spent less than 10 minutes helping me, gave me an ill fitting bra, told me it looked good, then left me to handle two customers that were together (commission?). Erika fit me correctly, stayed with me for an hour and made me feel like I was the priority rather than the sell. I will always request Erika from now on. I recommend that anyone wanting a professional fitting go here and schedule an appointment with Erika.

Drew Brock: My boyfriend and I had bought several items of clothes and after finding out one of the fabrics in a shirt we had bought caused us both to break out in red hives like spots and be uncomfortable we decided to return the others like it that we had not worn. While talking to one person about the wanting of a return she had grabbed our clothes after being asked not to just toss around the clothes so the tags were not lost as we were matching the tags to the items she just grabbed them anyway and walked off to another counter, apparently losing or getting rid of the tag, and disappeared never to be seen again. Another associate then started to process the returns and even with a receipt and the tags for other items wanted to claim the clothes were not even bought at the store and began to be very rude immediately. After a complaint was made about how the other associate had just yanked up the clothes previously they then began to state that there was no way whatsoever that they could or would attempt to look at the account purchase history that would show the proof of purchase and when we complained about his attitude another associate chimmed in and began to berate us for reasonably expressing our concerns of the situation and when defending ourselves the person who claimed to be the active manager began to become more aggressive and had then refused to even finish the transaction any further and the lady, who then decided to whip a badge out claiming to be with lost prevention, began to just shout to get out of the store just started grabbing our items, shoving them in our bags and the two pretty much just threw them at my boyfriend and proceeded to force him out of the store while the “active manager” began to make threats of how he gets off at 10 and will be in the parking lot then and he would show us what’s what while calling him a slur towards gays and then proceeded to body check my boyfriend forcing him to the ground as he was being forced out backwards. Whoever this “active manager” was needs to not be in his position, let alone in a store like this. If he treated us like this on the sales floor, as customers, then it makes me wonder how he and this lost prevention person could be treating the employees behind closed doors. The store itself is a great store, all the other associates we’ve interacted with previously have been wonderful and it’s much closer to home than the other in Charlotte but after this I don’t believe my boyfriend and I will be returning to this location any longer as, especially while this member of management is still there, we don’t feel we would be safe shopping there any longer.
Christian DiMaria: Drove an hour to get here and for the sales rep to tell me, “We do not carry parfums de marly in store, only testers. We can order it.” That’s not why i drove an hour, every nordstrom i ever been to has them in stock.
Bryan Case: Durham location is in a dying mall. It's the kind of mall the will have the Halloween store there in a few years if they don't polish up the place and draw the better stores back. Nordstrom itself didn't seem to be as well stocked as other locations.
Lee Davis: I had a great experience here today working with Amanda. I needed a few shirts for an important event. Amanda assisted in picking out just what I needed and gave me great feedback. She had me on my way quickly. She was Very friendly and treated as a valued customer. I looked around and noticed others receiving great customer service as well. The store had plenty of staff on hand. If you can get in mid week during the day, it was not crowded at all. Also, great quality merchandise.
Michael Leslie: I have purchased dress clothes (suits and pants) on several occasions. I am very happy with the material and fit in general but the alterations are the problem. All of the pants need to be hemmed to size but every pair of pants I get hemmed the hem comes out with in weeks! I have complained about this to the sales person and to the alterations manager. Everyone is very nice but "just bring it back" does not cut it when it happens on every pair of pants I get. I like the clothes and the atmosphere at the store, but I will probably shop at Brooks Brothers or somewhere else in the future.

Carole Fraze: Once you walk into this Target your phone won’t work. If you’re charging your car the app can’t reach you nor can I receive phone calls. I’ve seen a couple of videos on YouTube explaining why Target does this. It’s not safe if there’s an emergency and if you own a Tesla you will incur idling fees since the app can’t reach you to let you know when you’re done charging. There’s never enough registers open and a line at self checkout , sometimes I don’t mind but sometimes I do, especially if I have perishable items. The employees have been helpful when I have needed help.
Tracy and Ryan: I found the cutest cross body cell phone purse for my event. Great, clean store. The fact that it's in walking distance to hotels, residential & the park in Midtown, says it all. And tons of parking.

I tried to tell her that there was an error with the machine at that point she weighed to security and tells them that I am irate. Keep in mind I am completely calm. So this young white man comes over and he says that he security, and he to tells me that I am I right and then when I say once again that I am not upset at all , and I asked for his name, and the supervisor he tells me no. At that point to stop the situation from escalating any further, I just left and I will return tomorrow to speak to the store supervisor. I go to this target constantly I have never seen the security guard but I do not think that you should have a racist working your front. For him to tell me that I was irate simply because I asked a question and your customer service representative was literally on her phone not doin her job ,I contacted cooperate this was the weirdest situation ever

The disorganized store layout, unhelpful staff, lengthy checkout process, lack of cleanliness, and uncompetitive pricing all contributed to a disappointing shopping experience. I hope that Walmart takes note of these shortcomings and works towards improving its overall customer service and store maintenance to meet the expectations of its patrons.

Terence: Usually their curbside pickup is reliable and good.But today, I waited in my car for over 45 minutes before I decided to go inside and just see if I could pick up my mobile order there. It was so chaotic as there was already a group of people standing there (all of whom have been waiting for their own curbside delivery orders for a while) seeing if they could get theirs in-person too.The workers were really no help. A bunch of them had their Airpods in and some were saying they were about to walk out. Not blaming the workers at all for saying stuff like that because it looked stressful and I'm pretty sure the system was down so that's why all of the problems were happening with Curbside pickup. And at one point, I think I did see someone just throw his vest off and walk out during the middle of it.I blame store management for letting it get to that point where workers are just walking out because it gets too stressful.Also, no one answers the phone. So I'll blame management for that too.I ended up getting a full refund through the general Walmart customer service phone line and my entire order compensated for free at another location since I waited so long. So, honestly, worth the trouble!

Very clean store, very well stocked the aisles were clear and the staff were very helpful.Now if only we can improve that auto supercenter...smh.

This store is cheaper than my local store in wake forest. I usually order from wake forest location but they have so many items out of stock plus the price there is twice of triple more!! I always thought that walmart is the same price for each store. Nope it is not.PS: this store have many slots for pick up order (more than 14 slots) if you have pick up order choose the time before 3pm to avoid the peak time.

I have a good understanding about this location.Pro: There are a few good associates who will help if needed.Con: Oh boy where to start.1. Have certain associates/team leads unavailable on certain days so it's chronically understaffed most days.2. Most Associates don't have keys to cases so that creates frustration with customers who have to wait up to over 20 minutes or longer just to get assistance.3. Many items are either misplaced, stolen, opened, or missing.4. The management at this particular location is very subpar.5. Many team leads shouldn't be team leaders. They often don't know what they should be doing.6. Associates are tasked with doing almost everything every department regardless if it's their department due to how chronically understaffed it is.7. The low pay and frequency of pay is what I believe is causing these problems.8. Find a better location if you can.
